11/10, I can’t recommend Gulf Beach Weddings enough! They made the process super easy and helped with every step of the process. The marriage license by mail is so nice and easy.
Very affordable package pricing. We loved the watering station add-on especially in the sun on the beach.
It was so relaxed and easy.
Our officiant was great Rev. Scott Lortz.
Our videographer Norman provided through Gulf Beach Weddings went above and beyond.
The permits were handled by Gulf Beach Weddings, the decor was beautiful, the instructions from our planner were very clear and easy to understand.
Florida Gulf Beach Weddings was our first call when we started planning and it should be yours too. Thank you for giving us the beach wedding of our dreams.

Gorgeous beach wedding
Absolutely Beautiful beach wedding!! They were so easy to work with and so nice. They took care of everything. We were coming from out of state and it was nice to just show up and get married and not have to worry about all the things to do a wedding on the beach. From the marriage license, to the minister, to the photographer.... They do it all. And the main reason I picked GBW in the first place is the ease of their website. I could build the exact packege I wanted and could see it on the screen with everything I picked. No guessing.
So I would give them 10 stars!! Thank you GBW!!!! ❤️❤️

Loved the ceremony so much! Setup was timely and beautiful. Would Recommend - Picture Perfect Wedding!
My wife and I had the most perfect beach wedding. She did most of the research and planning (another reason I love her). After extensive online searching, calling, following-up, we chose Gulf Beach Weddings. This was the best choice we could've made. From the initial contact, reservation, and completion of the wedding their staff was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They have this item on their website that lets you decorate the beach wedding with the background of the beach location you chose. My wife played with this for weeks to fully decorate to our taste from the colors, type of chairs, decor, and vendors involved. The Officiant provided was a former local pastor and made it feel like we had known him for years. The photographer took formals following the wedding and some intimate shots of each of us. This really was a picture perfect day and we cannot thank Gulf Beach Weddings enough. To anyone on the internet, these guys have it together - if you have a chance to visit their warehouse or office, vans are wrapped, marketing materials, etc. it was really impressive.

Our wedding took place in early October of 2023. We couldn't be more pleased with the services provided by the Gulf Beach Weddings team. They pride themselves on being a family and that is the way we felt from beginning to completion. The office staff was informative, professional, and answered all our questions (at all hours of the night even) when we got stuck. My now husband is very process oriented and really appreciated their systematic approach, the online customizing options, straightforward pricing, and scheduled appointments prior to the ceremony. About 1 month before the ceremony, we received a call to 'reconfirm all the details' - this was about the time we were starting to worry and feel anxious since the big day was getting close. Gulf Beach Weddings answered all our questions and questions we forgot to ask. This put our mind at ease and let us focus on other items in preparation for the destination wedding (like family, friends, travel, etc.) since we knew we were in great hands. The big day came and we were so excited...I just couldn't wait to marry the man of my dreams. Although a bit nervous (I think a little nerves is normal), we were delighted with the call to let us know the set up crew was on-site and starting to set up. When we arrived the guests were greeted and seated, the whole orchestration of the event went smooth. The sunset in the background made for wall worthy photos, overall just a beautiful day. We are so happy and couldn't thank this company enough. It was literally the best day of my life and I owe it all to Gulf Beach Weddings. I would highly recommend and plan on using them for a vow-renewal in a few years. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Everything from start to finish was exceptional. From the very beginning, up until the wedding time, GBW answered every question I had very quickly, and was always super helpful. Once we arrived at our beach location, we were greeted in the parking lot by Penny, who was absolutely wonderful. She made sure we knew exactly what we needed to do, she even guided us throughout the ceremony and afterwards. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and for anyone I know that plans on doing a gulf beach wedding, I will 1000% recommend GBW. We could not have chosen a better company to work with and make our wedding day perfect. Our set up was beautiful, perfectly placed with the wind, and literally could not have been more perfectly timed with a beautiful sunset. Thank you from the bottom up of our hearts, GBW. The Day We Dreamed Without Stress
I can't say enough to explain my experience with the FGBW Team. They handled every aspect! Decor and coordination of our photographer, videographer, saxophonist, and venue.
All were top-notch!!! Our saxophonist was national recording jazz artist Michael J. Thomas. When I found out, I was floored! I've attended several jazz festivals in the past and loved hearing him play.
If you're planning a beach wedding, I highly recommend them. I had not one worry about any detail. After our initial appointment, we communicated long-distance via email and phone. They were always responsive and prompt to reply.
Oh, and for this experience, the pricing is very reasonable. They have full packages to meet every budget. If you're getting married on the Florida sands, choose Florida Gulf Beach Weddings as your team. Let them handle the heavy lifting! I arrived for my wedding stress-free and speechless at how beautiful it all was.

Gulf Beach Weddings was unbelievable for our beach wedding. They were amazingly responsive to all questions I had and responded within the hour during business hours and followed up early the next morning when I emailed in the middle of the night. Everyone we worked with was extremely professional and attentive. We were nerve-wracked not being from the area and initially was hard to determine which beach location, where to stay, etc. We set up a meeting to meet with Gulf Beach Wedding professionals at their downtown St Petersburg office and we were AMAZED! They have an entire Warehouse full of decorations, arches, equipment, set up materials, etc. to where we could pick out all our preferences right there on site! It really was the PERFECT DAY! We pictured a setting sun and all the POSTCARD VIEWS of the white sand and water. My entire family was impressed with their professionalism, organization, and overall work ethic working to make everything just the way we wanted it! Thank you so much to the entire staff, this was exceptional – our memories are so fond of this wonderful day. I would highly recommend GULF BEACH WEDDINGS to anyone looking for these beach wedding services on the Gulf Coast of Florida!

Gulf Beach Weddings was amazing! We wanted a low stress wedding with our closest Friends/Family and Gulf Beach Weddings provided that and more.
The coordinators in the office were friendly and helpful from the very beginning. Their website is helpful, interactive, and very informative. My wife and I were guided to the package that best fit our guest count and which locations would be the best fit as well. Everything was super organized, right up to the day of, where our day of coordinator just asked us to show up and handled everything else! GULF BEACH WEDDINGS MADE OUR DREAM WEDDING COME TRUE!!! We were thrilled from start to finish. Their planning team was extremely helpful from our first contact via phone as well as ALL the follow up emails. Originally, we didn't know what we wanted but knew we wanted a beach wedding with the setting sun in the background with close family and friends participating. I was nervous booking our wedding online from such a distance, however, between all the reviews and Gulf Beach Weddings prompt responses to all my questions and their helpful videos, we were sure they were the right company to handle our destination wedding.
When the day of the wedding came, everything was in order and my mind was at ease...all the planning was done, the only thing left was to marry the man of my dreams.
In retrospect, we wouldn't have done anything different. The weather was perfect, the beach was stunning, the Officiant and Photographer were extremely kind, helpful and was extremely professional. Absolutely perfect - married my princess!
We cannot thank Gulf Beach Weddings enough. Since early 2022, we have been ‘Having our Wedding’ while Gulf Beach Weddings is ‘Planning our Wedding.’ This terminology really put us at ease…saving I can tell you how many hours. You probably could all of this yourself, but at what cost (time, out of State, rentals, vendor communication). We basically enjoyed the fact that they handled everything associated with the beach ceremony. All we had to do was the fun part – create the party and invite family & friends!
We are both from out of State however, visited some of the beach locations they offer as kids. My soon to be wife, grew up in Clearwater and I visited Siesta Key as a child. Gulf Beach Weddings website is very impressive, so much information for us – they helped with the Marriage License in the mail, Beach Site Selection, all the options/vendors, etc. and overall guided us so it was a turn-key experience. More of a Wedding Advisor, than just a planner with some contacts. They are not required to host at one location…they have like 20 different spots in Tampa alone, so when they have a preference its spot on!
We are looking forward to the best day of our life!

Absolutely perfect - couldn't ask for more!
My husband and I contracted with Gulf Beach Weddings in the Fall of last year for a wedding this Summer. We are both from the area and very familiar with the different beaches. However, when it came to choosing a specific beach just for our Wedding Ceremony, we hadn't thought about all that goes into a beach ceremony, dinner following, logistics, vendors, where my family would stay, etc.
After a few simple emails and 1-2 phone calls, we know we had selected the right team for our Wedding! The ceremony was beautiful on St Pete Beach (right down the Street from where my now husband proposed) and a location I frequented as a kid. We cannot thank Gulf Beach Weddings enough, the photographer did an amazing job capturing the Sunset, and our out of town folks simply enjoyed their entire stay in Florida.

Excellent service and response time
I always knew if I ever got married I would want a small intimate destination wedding. When I got engaged, we decided on Florida (we are from Chicago). After doing some research and making some calls we found Gulf Beach Wedding’s.
Right from the very first call they were amazing. They handled all the details. They made this process so smooth! I have heard horror story of destination weddings from communication issues to marriage license issues. We had ZERO issues!
Gulf Beach Weddings was amazing from start to finish. Everything was beautiful. It was a magical day! Our small wedding of 18 people (including us the Bride and Groom) was stunning… ok, maybe I am a little biased. 😁
Everyone who was there was from out of town. There were 2 other weddings happening because of the special date (2/22/22) but they were so spaced out you would never have known! I didn’t even know until I got home and was looking at the pictures that they put our initials in the sand!
They took care of every detail! They are amazingly fast at replying to emails or calls. Their website is a great resource, especially if you are like me and doing it from out of town! They have great recommendations from limo drivers, florists, hair salons, dinner venues and more. It made it so much easier since we were not familiar with the area other than the beach!
All the guests loved what they did for us that day… including us! I would recommend Gulf Beach Weddings to anyone!!!!!!

Easy & Stress-free!
Knowledgeable and responsive, Gulf Beach Weddings makes the ceremony a stress free experience for couples who aren’t looking for something unnecessarily lavish & expensive. With a lot of other companies I found very little information on the website which is key factor most take for granted because there’s no way I’m going to remember everything I need to know over a couple phone calls - not cramming for an exam ya know!
Gulf Beach Weddings is the exception to that after our first couple calls I could keep referring to their website to learn and refresh my memory about all the factors I need to know including incredibly helpful checklists, FAQ’s, timelines, pictures, and recommendations.
Thank you Gulf Beach Weddings for making the effort to be as transparent as possible and helping us make the memories that are going to last a lifetime!!!!

Professional - excellent services!
Gulf Beach Weddings has revolutionized the art of a "Beach Wedding." They have recently revamped their entire inventory of set ups and unleashed a brand new website that creates a more user friendly experience. I had the pleasure of surprising my parents for their 30th anniversary last December, and I must say that GBW really out did themselves! The level of professional they portrayed from the start really gave me that sense of comfort and trust that most people are looking for on their special day. They were able to answer all of my questions and even recommend special amenities I never would have thought of on my own. After going through the logistics of choosing what would be my parents dream wedding, I was given a time and date to show up and was told that everything else would be taking care of! Sure enough, my parents ended up having a magical moment of love that they haven't experienced in years. It was truly an inspiring moment watching my mother tear up once she realized what was happening. I am forever grateful to Gulf Beach Weddings for the amazing experience and memory that I will now have for the rest of my life.

Over the top! Perfect wedding company!
From the greeter in the parking lot to assistants for wheelchair attendees to the detailed organization allowing perfect sentiments to create the event of a lifetime for all guests (and the bridal party) to enjoy forever.
This is not the only beach wedding I have attended. It was simply the best!

Superb in Every Way!
I cannot thank the entire staff, photographer and our pastor enough for this amazing experience. We literally showed up to a warm welcome and everything was perfect! We did use the marriage certificate by mail service since we're from Colorado. It is so easy and worth it. We will remember this day forever and we wouldn't change anything!

Our Perfect Day
Gulf Beach Weddings made our special day so PERFECT! Everyone was so kind and professional. My husband and I chose the sunset intimate elopement package and it was even more beautiful than the website pictures. They honestly think of everything. Our officiant, Mitch and our photographer, Christina with Luxe Light Photography were WONDERFUL! They completely added to our perfect day by making us feel so relaxed and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We would like to thank you all for making our day stress free and SO BEAUTIFUL!!

My dream wedding and Kudos to Father Andy!
I can honestly say I had my dream wedding. Gulf Beach Weddings made my experience easy especially since I was planning a wedding by myself without a wedding coordinator. If I had any questions, concerns, or changes Gulf Beach Weddings staff response to me quickly via e-mail or phone. I love Tracy because she was the main one to make the vision come alive. We went to visit her in person during the planning stage and she got us together quickly. My decorations and set up on my wedding day were beautiful. The only downfall was my wedding singer music track stopped playing before she reached the end of the first verse. I was shocked that happened but my singer kept going like a champ. My officiant, Father Andy, was great and had a sense of humor. He made sure I felt comfortable with my ceremony and that I did everything I wanted to do on my wedding day. He made my wedding day spiritual with a scripture reading, Hand Fast, blessing of the rings, and jumping the broom. Father Andy told me if I need anything to please let him know. If you want an officiant that will make you laugh and calm your nerves on your big day choose him! My Harpist, Victoria, was a sweetheart. My photographer. Pedro, was very professional and pleasant. My videographer, Bernie, was professional and resourceful. I had a great team of vendors.

Dream Wedding
My husband and I was renewing our vows after 15 years of marriage. I never really had a wedding because we had a court ceremony but my dream was to always get married on the beach and Gulf beach wedding made my dream a reality and everything was beautiful everyone was accommodating and professional. I would recommend Gulf Beach Weddings to anyone who is looking for the perfect beach wedding. Their website was so easy to customize our day, and it was a good tool for pricing things out to stay within our budget. They provided all of the decorations, music, photographer, officiant, and extra options that made our day feel unique and special. Any questions I had along the way they answered almost immediately, and they were always friendly and happy to help. Even during Covid they managed to keep our day feeling 100% normal. Truly amazing experience!
Originally our wedding was booked during the Pandemic shutdown, which had to be rescheduled. The staff at Florida Gulf Beach Weddings communicated during this stressful time, gave us options to Postpone/Re-schedule. Overall, they made the experience about us and what worked best for our family. I was so happy that they took the extra step towards making our day special, even though the date changed.
On the day of the wedding, their team was professional, prompt, very attentive to our needs and provided a little bit of distance (even though everything was outdoors) for the safety of us and our guests. I can't imagine using a different wedding company for a beach wedding. They have processes in place for backup, the setup looked perfect and ultimately married the man of my dreams. Incredible Experience beginning to end!
Incredible Experience! We are so thankful to find such a wonderful company to work with on our special day. With everything going on in 2020, it was very nice to work with a consistent company that found a way to make it so special. Their COVID protocols we felt safe, attended to, and overall very professional from every aspect. We originally booked for during the shutdown (April) and postponed to this December on St Pete Beach. They worked with us in obtaining a new permit, moving all the people involved to the new date, and conducted our ceremony flawless. Five Stars for sure with this company and would highly recommend to friends and family. You can't go wrong with Florida Gulf Beach Weddings!

Absolutely perfect fall covid wedding!
My, now husband and I, highly recommend this company! From Start to Finish, they exceeded expectations across the board. We booked our wedding prior to the COVID shutdown, had to reschedule to the Fall of 2020 - man was this great advice! The Fall is absolutely beautiful and would highly recommend this alternative choice as well compared to our original date of April. All along the way, they kept us informed of restrictions, distancing (if required), and how things were going back to normal in Florida. Ultimately, the weather turned out to be perfect - THE SUN LITERALLY SET IN THE BACKGROUND OVER THE WATER! It was just an overall awesome experience. This company was responsive, flexible to the COVID change of date, and worked with us as guests cancelled then ended up coming...I couldn't have asked for a better company to work with! The Photographer was amazing and truly captured the moment. Brings me to tears just thinking about how beautiful and such a special experience. We are so happy - don't go anywhere else, this is a one stop shop for a Florida Beach Wedding!

All You Need to Do, Is Say 'I Do!'
Gulf Beach Weddings is AMAZING! Everyone we spoke with was friendly and professional. The entire process was smooth and stress free. Other friends that were getting married this year were shocked at how calm we were for all our planning. We kept boasting how everything was already taken care of by Gulf Beach Weddings. In under an hour, we had picked out everything for the wedding and reserved our site. We did that a year in advance and then didn't have to do anything else until the big date arrived. it was a good experience
I found out about Gulf beach weddings through a co-worker and it was a blessing, because it was everything my fiancé and me always dream programed by an expert effortlessness and affordable. We did our homework reading in their website and then started to contact them through emails, they are very fast answering any doubt you may have.
We set a date and signed a contract with them, everything went smooth until the covid-19 made appearance, all the beaches were closed and we needed to cancel our ceremony. They explained to us that in that case we will end losing the deposit but they were flexible to reschedule another date.
Like a month before the wedding they contacted us to confirm details and answer any question we might have. Also the officiant contacted us. The day of the ceremony the weather conditions were not very favorable and our wedding planner was in constant contact with us, letting us know that he was in the site since very early that day setting everything up, following up on the storm and he even proposed to move the ceremony to other time that day in case the weather does not improve. Thanks to God it stopped raining just before the wedding and everything was absolutely perfect. I really liked the setting, it was more beautiful in person that in pictures and our special day was more special that I ever imagined before. Thanks to Gulf Beach Wedding for the patience and for making our dreams a reality.

The best in Destin
Gulf Beach Weddings was amazing to work with!! They always responded to me quickly (and as an out of town bride I had a LOT of questions) and never seemed to be annoyed by my many questions. The day of the wedding we had a tropical storm roll in and they kept an eye on the weather and got my weddinf fit in perfectly between two rain and wind burst!! I could not have asked for anything better!! I highly recommend them for the perfect wedding day!! They took care of everything and made it perfect!!

They went above and beyond for us! Damien did a fantastic job setting up and coordinating the event and explaining things to us and the wedding party. The ceremony was flawless and the music was timed perfectly. The officant Dan was a really nice guy and did a great job and gave us the script in a card afterwards which was really neat and meant alot. He also called a few days beforehand to see if we had any questions and to go over the details. Chris the photographer did an amazing job and was great to work with. We don't have any complaints and couldnt ask for a more perfect day. We also rented our reception hall through them as well as our catering, photographer and officiant.

Absolutely incredible - would highly recommend!
This company has thought of everything when it comes to a beach wedding! Literally, from the beaches (they have a ratings page for all!) and recommendations for receptions, hair & makeup, even a beach wheelchair (we had a couple elderly guests that have trouble on the sand)! They even had a bi-lingual officiate - we appreciated this since some of our guests don't speak fluent english.
Even though there was a Hurricane coming, they kept us informed the entire time - letting us know the contingency plans, typical weather patterns on the beach, and what to expect in terms of traffic the day of. The entire team on the beach was helpful and most importantly made us feel comfortable - that feeling you get when you've known someone for awhile. We can't wait to see the pictures!
Not sure what all the hype is about in terms of COVID - this really had zero impact on our day and entire trip really. We kept our distance at some of the restaurants, but overall was very similar to our beach vacations like years past. Perfect Beach Wedding
As a Covid bride, I was devastated when I had to shift from a 300 person wedding to a 30 person intimate ceremony. After I broke down about what to do, my fiance found Gulf Beach Weddings and gave them a call. From start to finish, Gulf beach was responsive and handled everything for us. We immediately trusted them with our wedding and are so grateful we did. Our ceremony turned out perfectly, the live music, the photographer, the videographer, the officiant, the coordinator. Everyone showed up and took care of us. I laugh that I am a stressed person at all times, but on my wedding day I was at my most relaxed. I put all my trust in Gulf Beach and they didn't disappoint. My fiance on the other hand was a wreck, but was super grateful for George (the officiant) and Damien (the coordinator) who remained calm throughout the evening. Thank you for making our middle of a pandemic wedding as stress free and beautiful as it possibly could have been!

My fiance and I are so pleased to have chosen this company for our Beach Wedding. From the first moment, they were responsive, professional, and attentive to our needs. I think I called them on a Sunday and someone picked up who was extremely helpful on a Sunday!
We thought about postponing with all that is going on in the world today, but I couldn't postpone marrying the person of my dreams, Eric. The setup was beautiful, weather perfect, and overall just a seamless experience. Gulf Beach Weddings - your whole team rocks! We are so thankful to have picked such a thoughtful beach wedding company, as there are so many to choose from.
Please specifically thank Omar and his team (Setup Crew), the Officiate and Photographer were also awesome! I can't imagine a more perfect day making me feel relaxed, prepared, and confident just before beginning my walk down the aisle.
I know the news portrayed 'Florida as the Epicenter' but we had the exact opposite experience...all is well on the beaches and we are so thankful for this. We did have to wear a mask getting to our table for dinner, but that was about it. If I had to do it all over again, I would do it exactly the same way. Thank you again Gulf Beach Weddings for being the calm in the storm...we will never forget such an amazing experience!

WOW - INCREDIBLE! What an amazing ceremony! We traveled from Tennessee to have our beach ceremony in Florida. Absolutely a pleasure to work with from the beginning, especially with all the crazy news these days. We kept the date and were determined to marry the love of our lives. This company was professional, on point, and always there to help when we had questions or concerns. Not quite sure what all the hype is on the news - we found the entire experience amazing. The beaches really are back to normal (slightly less crowded...which we appreciated). I can't help but mention and felt compelled to review Gulf Beach Weddings with 5-Stars (6 if I could!) They totally put our mind at ease throughout the process. We reserved back in January 2020, with our ceremony in Mid-July. They kept in contact throughout the beach closures and into their reopening in early May. We have been looking forward to this for so long (since I was a little girl and went to the beaches with my family). We are so thankful we chose GULF BEACH WEDDINGS as their integrity and help was certainly appreciated (I think I called every two weeks!). Thank you to Damien and Ryan specifically, they setup the most beautiful wedding and coordinated the event with ease. All my family commented on how beautiful and picturesque this type of wedding! Part of the reason I left my review was I see 1-Stars from couples that never experienced the wedding. I want others to make sure to know that Gulf Beach Weddings was awesome and would highly recommend them! MY ADVICE - DON'T USE ANYONE OTHER THAN GULF BEACH WEDDINGS!

My wife and I were trying to plan our wedding here at home in MI. We were having lots of trouble it seemed due to it being the year 2020 haha. We decided to move our ceremony to the lovely Indian rocks beach near St. Petersburg FL. Gulf beach weddings made the day absolutely perfect. It was seriously as easy as picking the options out online, sending the deposit. Someone called to confirm all the details and then paid the remainder when it was due. They had every single detail down even having a photographer. My absolute favorite part besides not having to set up or tear down was the steel drummer. EVERYONE needs a steel drummer at their ceremony. I would not have changed a single thing except for making this my first option. We had a 4 post gazebo, blessing stones, unity sand, Father Andy, bottles of water, chairs, chair sashes. rose pedals in the isle, Disney rope and a day I will never forget. Thank you to everyone at Gulf Beach Weddings for everything. Thank you for making my day so enjoyable.

We felt compelled to leave a 10-Star review if possible! My husband and I truly had the best experience we could ever hope for. From beginning to 'I do' we cannot thank Gulf Beach Weddings and their staff enough. Originally our date was during the shutdown however, postponed to mid-June 2020. They were kind, understanding and very easy to work with. The weather turned out to be absolutely beautiful and the Officiate & Photographer were just down to earth and so happy for us on our Big Day! We can't imagine going with another company...their customer service and overall communication was second to none. Not to mention, their website was extremely user friendly and had a ton of up to date information, new guidelines, etc. that the beaches kept changing. If you are planning to get married on the beach in Florida, there is literally only one company to go with - Justin and I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

So happy with how our wedding turned out!
This is definitely the right choice if you are trying to have a destination wedding in Florida. All of the employees are really nice and knowledgeable. I got answers to all of my questions usually within 20-30 minutes whenever I sent an email. The 3 guys on site helping us on the day of the wedding were fantastic. We started a little late because our boutonnieres were missing but they were super understanding and talked us through everything. The set up was beautiful (we did the Country Fair theme). We had about 60 people attend. I imagine this would be perfect for a bigger wedding or a smaller wedding. Basically, if you don't want to lift a finger and you're desperate for a beach wedding like I was, this is the right place to go. Thank you so much, Gulf Beach Weddings! We loved every minute of it!

Our wedding was perfect and the staff at Gulf Beach Weddings was so easy to work with, even from across the country. Everything was just taken care of, I felt like we didn't have to worry about a thing. Everyone who was there on the day of the ceremony was so helpful and professional, double checked details (music etc.) a couple times that day. I felt confident that I didn't need to worry about a thing. The officiant called the day before to discuss details, which I appreciated, and he was GREAT! The photographer gave me some pointers once I arrived, which I appreciated so much, and I cannot wait to see our pics! He was so patient and friendly with trying to get the family pics in, and get the perfect shots, even though it was so HOT!!!
Also once I arrived, everything was set up beautifully and went so smoothly. I would recommend Gulf Beach Weddings 100 times over. It's hard to let go and trust someone else with so many details but it was so nice to be able to do so!

They made it so easy from the start! They were easy to get ahold of by phone or email. They even worked with me in setting up an appointment to come in and look over everything. (I’m a bit OCD about things). They were always so friendly and accommodating. I didn’t have to worry about anything the day of the ceremony because the wedding coordinator was on it! Paradise in Clearwater Beach ~ Ceremony in Heaven
Planning a destination wedding from NJ is no easy feat. When my now husband and I got engaged in November 2018, we knew we wanted to marry on our favorite beach, Clearwater Beach. We researched like all couples, but Gulf Beach Weddings made us feel at ease with their professionalism and attention to detail. The all inclusive packages and add ons are wonderful and semi customizable. We chose the Nautical Package and added the water station to keep our guests hydrated. From the emails that were answered within minutes to the phone call finalizing the details, it was smooth. Fr. Andy was our officiant and he was fantastic. The setting was at the Avalon St. - Clearwater Beach location. They took care of the permits which were also included, also we gave them specific music we wanted played, and we added a videographer and photographer to our package. It really was the ceremony of our dreams. Gulf Beach Weddings - I can't wait to renew my vows in 10 years with your company!

Perfect, simple, elegant, the most wonferuful experience!
We had around 35 guests and were looking for a small, simple and elegant beach wedding set up. Gulf beach far exceeded our expectations. They handled everything for us, from the officiant, set up, decor, chairs, tables for guest book, photography and videography. We included unity sand and stones for no additional cost. They were extending flexible as the weather in Florida is always changing by the hour. They made sure everything went smooth and perfect. Very professional and really showed how much they cared and valued us and our special day. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding day. All our guests were in awe at how beautifully they had it set up. Thank you!

You can relax with Gulf Beach Weddings
This was a remote booking for us , as I am sure it is for most couples. We were able to reach GCW anytime we had a question or concern , and our answers were very clear and answered very promptly . Everything is very well laid out , no hidden games or surprises. The crew that handles everything the wedding day are very friendly and professional . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!

Friendly, knowledgeable and prompt!
Working with Gulf Beach Weddings was a very enjoyable experience! Everyone was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and ready to help with every question I had (and there were many...) promptly. The one and only suggestion I have is to either have the day-of-coordinator present for the rehearsal so they can point out where everyone is to line up for the processional or to provide the officiant this information so on the day of there is no confusion and added anxiety on a day where nerves are already running high.

Want to have a beautiful ceremony on the beach? And don't want to worry about a thing? Call the guys at Gulf Beach Weddings. They even have a venue located on Gulf Blvd for your convenience. I had the pleasure to DJ at their venue several times and I always hear all the great comments from the guest ( after the ceremony ) talking about how beautiful and perfect the ceremony was.

If you want the beach wedding of your dreams this is the best place to make that happen!
Our experience was out of this world amazing! Gulf Beach Weddings made our dreams come true and our special day so much more than we both could've hoped for. From start to finish every detail was perfect and the people we worked with were truly caring and all around great individuals! Everything was taking care of for us which made it easier on us planning an out of state wedding. Taylor worked with us from the very start and he also was our officiant, as we had requested, words cannot describe how incredible he was with even the smallest details. He also kept in contact with us and even created our vows and allowed us to include whatever we wanted to be apart of them. We did not write our own because we both are somewhat shy and awkward around others, but Taylor took that and made our vows perfect as well as unique to us. We were able to find our amazing photographer through Gulf Beach Weddings, as well as pick as have beautiful decor and colors just as we wanted them to be, and this made it so much easier on both of us to be able to have the wedding we wanted. Also anytime we had any questions or wanted to check on how things were going with our wedding we were able to call and talk to someone there at the company and they were always extremely helpful and genuine. We are truly thankful for Gulf Beach Weddings being such a wonderful company!

All Around Excellent!
We just got married on Memorial Day weekend and Jeff, Josh, and Brandon with Gulf Beach Weddings Destin were terrific. Before our big day they were very responsive to every question and comment we had and went out of their way to accommodate all of our requests. On the day of our wedding Jeff and his team arrived at 9am to stake out our site on the beach! The wedding wasn’t until 6pm that night, but they had everything set up and ready to go to ensure we had a great location. By the time we arrived everything looked beautiful. All of the little details we had requested were taken care of and the setup looked wonderful. Jeff made sure we had everything we needed during the ceremony and did a great job keeping everything moving forward. We loved working with everyone at Gulf Beach Weddings and cannot recommend them enough. They were an absolutely terrific company to work with.

Great experience for all couples considering a beach wedding in Florida
So glad we picked Gulf Beach Weddings for our "show up, get married, and not worry about decorating" approach. They are responsive, worked with us to add changes (# of chairs, addition of water station which was well worth the money). Everyone was so friendly and our wedding ceremony site on Sand Key Beach beautiful. Hassle free and gorgeous is the only way to describe our wedding ceremony. Thanks to all!

AMAZING experience
I can not say enough good things about Gulf Beach Weddings. We decided on Miramar Beach in Destin, FL.
Their prices cant be beat, to start. We decided on the Intimacy package and the entire set up was beautiful. Our photographer, Roland, was amazing and really made a great experience before, during, and after the ceremony. Adam, the coordinator from Gulf Beach, was very friendly and accommodating. Donna was our officiant and was extremely friendly. All communication from start to finish was quick and friendly. We ran into some very unfortunate issues during our planning and Gulf Beach Weddings was nothing but extremely understanding and accommodating. We could not be any happier with our experience. Being from out of state I was worried that it would be hard to plan a wedding but they took care of absolutely everything. I truly can’t believe how smooth things went for us. I can say that we are just now booking our November wedding and Gulf Beach Weddings made it so easy and stress free for us. Our planner is quick to respond to emails, I'm talking 1-3 minutes after I send my email. He is the BEST at giving me the answers I am looking for and he gives me choices and options. There has not been one concern left unanswered.

My husband and I were very pleased with Gulf Beach Weddings! They were very responsive to all of our phone calls and emails and were able to give me answers to all of my questions. Everyone that I encountered from the company was extremely nice and helpful! The day of the wedding went so smooth and everything was exactly as I hoped it would be. Our officiant, George, was a cool guy! He took the time to get to know my husband and I before the wedding to make our ceremony a little more personalized. The experience was amazing! I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about your company! I decided 2 weeks out that I wanted to get married on the beach while we were already planning on being in Florida on vacation and you made everything so easy! It was a dream wedding and everything was perfect! The minister was precious and sweet with such a kind spirit. The photographer was fun and lively and personable and super skilled at working with young kids. Tracy & Taylor were both so helpful with last minute changes and were so pleasant to work with. Jeff was there for set up and it looked awesome and the music he played during the ceremony and after was perfect. From start to finish, y’all made the ceremony beautiful, intimate and absolute perfection. I would highly recommend your company to anyone and I already tell everyone I know how phenomenal every single person I interacted with was!! Glowing recommendation and 10/10!!! :)

Perfection!
My now HUSBAND and I are from Ohio, as are our family and friends. However, we travel for work and were currently residing in Florida and loved the idea of a destination wedding at Honeymoon Island. When we first went scouring the web, we wanted a company that made everything easy - Drop down menu of choices, check out with your credit card, boom done. That’s exactly what Gulf Beach Weddings offered. It was the perfect balance of having unique individual options, but not being overwhelmingly complicated. Not to mention, I don’t think more than 60 seconds passes before they email you back if you have a question. In particular, Tammy was wonderful to work with! Things I was unaware could be more tailored, she opened up to our creativity. She even invited us to stop by the warehouse to see things in person. No details were lost in transition, as the setup crew nailed our vision we communicated with her. It brought such a sense of relaxation and calmness to the day! It was perfect and there is literally not one single thing I would have changed throughout the whole process! Thank you!

Spectacular wedding venue with BEAUTIFUL set up!
Gulf Beach Weddings provided a beautiful set up - high quality chairs and accessories, prompt/early set-up to perfection, and very friendly to work with. They were very accommodating and wanted to make sure that we were happy. They went the extra steps to rake the area and even drew hearts in the center aisle - it was simply beautiful and our guests loved it! I would highly recommend this company.

The perfect wedding!
Everything was absolutely perfect. Email Communication with the coordinator was superb! She was always prompt and very helpful. The vendor referrals were too notch.
The day of the ceremony was stress free and perfect! The set up was beautifully designed. Everyone from the officant to the photographer were outstanding! Couldn't ask for a better day! MANY many thanks!
