Incredible Experience
Jenny took all the stress off of planning our wedding and was the reason that our wedding day went perfectly the way we envisioned! She provided a structure and gave great advice during the planning phase when it felt like there were an overwhelming number of things to do and choose from. And on our wedding day she had all of our vendors coordinated and on the same page so that we did not have to worry about a thing. I can't imagine putting together a wedding without her! -

Jenny is the best!
My day would NOT have been the same without Jenny. I did partial planning, and the months leading up Jenny was super helpful and responsive. She really took my vision and created something better than I could have imagined design wise. Leading up to the wedding she was worth every penny, but THE DAY OF AND BEFORE!!!
The rehearsal and day of WOULD NOT have been as perfect without her. She really was one step ahead of me the whole day. She was there to do all of the tasks I couldn't think about in the moment. She also catered SO much to us, she made sure we had the drink we wanted at our seat for dinner after our first dance, she made sure we got dessert/food if we wanted it, she made sure we took all the pictures we wanted to. I would recommend Jenny and her team 100 times over! My day actually went by without any issues, and if anything was an issue Jenny handled it with tons of grace and ease! -

Charlottesville wedding
Jenny at Greenery + Grace could not have been a bigger help for our special day! She is one of the best planners you could ask for in the Richmond and Charlottesville areas. Not only was she essential in planning a multitude of details for our wedding, but she ensured the day-of ran seamlessly. We couldn't recommend her enough! -

Best Wedding Planner Ever!
Jenny was an incredible wedding planner and helped make our day flow without a hitch! She was extremely organized, thoughtful, and attentive - patiently answering all of our questions and going above and beyond to offer resources and advice. Our meetings were extremely productive and Jenny always had a way of making us feel comfortable in what at times felt like an avalanche of decisions and tradeoffs. On the day of, she executed the schedule flawlessly, making us feel comfortable and ensuring the day went off without a hitch. We were extremely lucky to find her and can’t recommend her enough. Hiring Jenny to plan our October '22 wedding was the best decision we made throughout our planning process. She was professional, thorough, beyond organized, and just a joy to chat with. She anticipated our needs before we could even voice them to her and made us feel so at ease after every planning call. She is truly incredible to work with and we would recommend her to anyone. Jenny is the BEST
Jenny is a QUEEN. We had absolutely no clue where to start with regards to wedding planning. We went with Jenny for full planning services and she created the most perfect day for us. It was stress-free and fun every step of the way. Jenny is cool as a cucumber at all times. We were planning a wedding in central VA from Denver, and she was incredibly accommodating and helpful whenever distance posed a challenge. On our wedding day, I (and my family/bridal party) did not have to worry for a second about set-up or the details. We just had fun getting ready and spending time together. Jenny seamlessly coordinated everything, somehow made sure my husband and I ate dinner during the reception, and perfectly packed everything up for us. Truly, Jenny is fantastic and makes the whole process so enjoyable and easy. I can't recommend her enough. -

I cannot recommend Jenny enough! We worked together for almost two years due to COVID-19. She helped me finalize details for my intimate, family-only wedding ceremony and then flawlessly executed my 150-person anniversary celebration one year later. Throughout the event, she knew exactly where everyone was supposed to be and when everything was supposed to happen. Jenny carried herself with such poise and grace - never appearing frantic or stressed - which kept both my husband and me at ease as well. She was attentive, efficient, and an overall joy to be around! -

Being a COVID bride was no joke and Jenny helped me navigate it every step of the way. From helping postpone everything the first time, to offering advice, to suggesting décor, to being patient with me as I reworked everything I had envisioned multiple times and then finally executing my vision to perfection on the day of, Jenny does it all! She is personable, organized and a pleasure to work with! She took my request for an "elegant bohemian hunt lodge" wedding and made it a spectacular reality! -

BEYOND amazing.
Greenery + Grace was recommended to us through a family friend when we were in the early stages of wedding planning. We had several calls with various planners and were starting to feel a bit overwhelmed, but as soon as Jenny and I talked, we instantly connected. She is so personable, bubbly and sweet!. Throughout the past year, Jenny has been in communication with us 24/7 (we did all of our planning calls virtually) and most importantly, helped us navigate our way through planning a COVID-style wedding. We were absolutely blown away by her expertise, recommendations, and organizational skills. Jenny recently had a baby and despite the challenges of being a new mom, she never skipped a beat. Our wedding day went off without a hitch thanks to Jenny and her assistant planners, Jess + Emma. Greenery + Grace helped us execute our wedding day more perfectly than we could have ever imagined. Jenny Keen with Greenery + Grace is AMAZING!
We met Jenny back in January 2016. We heard of Jenny through a family friend and from the moment we met her, we knew she would be our planner! Her organization and knowledge of venues, vendors, and design caught our attention immediately. We thought we would only work with Jenny for a year and a half, but the COVID pandemic had other plans for us. We ended up replanning our wedding 5 times, including a change of venue, 4 wedding dates, and having to bring our guestlist down from 250, to 75, to 25. Jenny handled everything with such ease and always had a back up plan ready to roll, which alleviated stress on us. This day truly would not have been possible without her. We love Jenny!! -

Best Money Spent
I hired Jenny as I knew I would need someone to coordinate the events on the weekend of and tons of help along the way. I booked her basic planning package and so glad I did, she was worth her weight in gold! I could not have survived my wedding weekend with out her and the assistance she provided through each step of the planning process was so valuable. She has tons of wisdom and experience in wedding planning and her ultimate goal to to make the client happy, which she definitely accomplished with us. She was a joy to work with and went above and beyond! She is professional, friendly, fun and hard working. Hiring Jenny was the best money we spent on the wedding, I really can not imagine our wedding without her. She was amazing! and made the weekend incredible, bringing my vision to life! Jenny was amazing. She was incredibly helpful in planning our wedding. She helped us find great vendors that were budget friendly. Everyone she suggested was fantastic. It rained on our wedding day and we had to change almost every aspect of the day. Jenny took care of all the changes without hesitation. She killed it and we were able to enjoy our wedding day rather than panic about changes that needed to be made. -

Seriously stop looking because you have found the wedding planner of your dreams! Jenny was amazing to work with! She was on top of everything and always so kind and organized. We were forced to postpone our wedding and she was able to move ALL of our vendors to the new date! MAGIC! I cannot say enough good things about her, she is superwoman :) -

Full disclosure, I usually never review vendors, restaurants, or things l purchase.
However, Jenny is the exception to the rule. If you are even looking at reviews at this point, it's probably a good idea to reach out to Jenny and see if she has any availability.
My now husband and I were planning a May 2020 wedding and for the most part, had booked all of our vendors and were looking forward to having a wedding and party to remember! I had personally found wedding planning to be fun and I almost felt I was 'different' than other brides and didn't 'need' a wedding planner. Plus, a wedding planner was one more expense and I wanted to save money for other things that were more of a priority. All this suffice to say, during the initial planning period, having a wedding planner wasn't even a thought.
While my husband and I are both organized, we also have demanding full time jobs and around January 2020, we felt like some aspects of our wedding were beginning to be hard to plan, (ie communicating with all the vendors, confirming start times, coordinating bridal party schedules, etc). We quickly learned that there was so much to do for a wedding and were afraid we would miss something. One of my close friends, sensing our concern, introduced us to Jenny.
As soon as we met Jenny, we were instantly put at ease. A true professional, she was prepared for our initial meeting and had already researched our wedding area and reviewed our wedding website. She provided us with thorough checklists and useful resources. We hadn't even booked her services at that point! Jenny was genuinely interested in our well-being and wanted to help in any way she could. Following the meeting, she promptly emailed us her contract and provided me with hair and make up recommendations. (I had mentioned at the meeting that I still had to find someone to do hair and make-up). She gave us space to review the contract and was prompt if we had any questions. We booked Jenny for the "Basic Package." For us that worked because we had already figured out the majority of our wedding (venue, reception, band, etc).
After booking Jenny, she immediately went to work and truly streamlined our planning. We felt like wedding planning was fun again! Jenny helped us stay on track and would gently guide us back if we went off course and/or started to ramble at one of our meetings. Our meetings felt like we were two friends (plus my husband) who were giggling over the wedding excitement and catching up about life. It was win-win. In addition to being our wedding GPS, she also came to us for the meetings so we did not have to travel to her or take off work. Amazing! At this point, I had just come back from my Bachelorette trip and had really felt like the final countdown was on. So exciting.
Then, the world came to a screeching halt. COVID-19.
My husband and I both work in the healthcare field and once we heard about the spread of COVID-19 occurring, we pretty much knew our May wedding would be drastically different than what we had planned. Jenny was proactive and immediately reached out to us to schedule a meeting. While it was a serious meeting, we felt at ease with Jenny knowing that she had our backs. She reached out to all of our vendors to inform them that we were cancelling and modifying some contracts. Jenny worked quickly and was able to come to agreements with our contracts in a fair way. (Ie think - she advocated for my bridal hair deposit to be used for future haircuts, deposits returned, etc) Literally, Jenny must be a subject matter expert on contract law the way she handled our contracts. My husband and I would have been truly lost without Jenny and would have lost a substantial amount of money as well.
During the March - April 2020 time-frame, Jenny would reply to emails or texts in a matter of minutes. I never felt overwhelmed with details because Jenny filtered everything out and provided us with concrete and pertinent information. It was such a breath of fresh air, especially when the only thing certain was (and still is) uncertainty. The cherry on top? Jenny sent me a wedding self-care package! To work with someone who not only has your back and cares about you? Next level.
Come May 2020, my husband and I decided to still have a wedding (less than 10 people) on our original date. Jenny was there again to help us plan and coordinate local vendors for us. We had a beautiful wedding and while we might have a big party later down the road, are happy with the wedding we had.
To summarize, Jenny emulates her brand: Greenery and Grace. Jenny is holistic in her planning and thinks of the 'big picture' while still managing to think of small details behind the scenes. She is confident and walks with grace in the face of adversity. With the ever changing healthcare landscape, having Jenny as your wedding planner is not only fiscally responsible but feels like it should be more of a requirement.

From a florist's perspective, working with a planner who absolutely excels at her work is such a blessing! We cannot say enough good about Jenny. She really took the time to get to know her bride & was able to translate her floral needs to us effectively - which resulted in a very happy bride! Jenny is a true professional - while also down to earth - an overall joy to work with! -

Professional and Personal!
Jenny was incredibly professional, talented, and experienced, while also having such great heart and personal care for us and our special day! We both walked away from a wedding that was beyond any and all expectations!!
She took the time to make each part of the day of extremely personal and unique to us. On the day of, there was never a sense of stress or worry from her, which greatly comforted me! We had multiple people tell us what a great, organized, fun evening it was compared to other weddings they had been to.
Definitely would recommend Jenny to anyone looking for a high-quality, caring wedding planner that will ensure that your special day is a total success! -

Best Wedding Decision (other than marrying your partner!)
I genuinely told my new husband that the person I loved most on my wedding day after him was Jenny. Words can not describe how phenomenal this woman is and how absolutely ESSENTIAL she is to making sure your wedding day runs smoothly. Jenny is an organized, detail-oriented, professional, caring, attentive, superwoman version of a wedding planner. Our meetings in the months leading up to the wedding, ensured that we were organized and prepared for our day to go even better than we could imagine. Jenny allowed our families to enjoy every second and not stress about the timeline, clean up, etc. We also genuinely appreciated that her package (we picked the ‘Basic package’) allowed us to be in control of our wedding planning, but feel confident that we had her utmost support, guidance, and expertise. I can not rave about Greenery and Grace more, other than promise it will be the best wedding decision you can possibly make (other than marrying your partner!!)

Just incredible

I met her 1.5 years ago while shooting a wedding that she was coordinating and I knew I had to hire her for my own wedding even though she lives in a different state. She was so attentive and our calls usually went overtime because we were just chatting and catching up about life and work. Once we got down to the nitty gritty part, she helped me design the wedding of my DREAMS. She was so organized and on top of her game that none of my other vendors really even needed to ask me questions and they all RAVED about her on the day of. It was seriously a perfect day and I don’t think it would have been even half as incredible without Greenery + Grace there. I would hire her 10x over and recommend her to absolutely anyone who doesn’t want to worry on their wedding day! -

The most organized, kind wedding planner!
A sweet friend of mine recommended Jenny knowing her on a personal and professional level and we didn’t hesitate to ask her to be our planner! We are SO happy we did because she kept us focused and excited for our big day. She thought of everything we never would have and had the best suggestions to make our wedding that much more special. She zoned in on what was important to us and kept that at the forefront of planning. She knows what to ask and when and how to help you come up with an answer when the question/planning is tough! Her experience and calm demeanor made all the difference the day of. We didn’t have to wonder where we should be and when. We got to be present and enjoy our day (weekend really, she ran the rehearsal flawlessly too!) with peace of mind. She even had fashionable fabric to wrap my bewjewled shoes that I didn’t expect to constantly get caught in the tulle under my dress! They still looked so cute! She was prepared for all!!! Her timing and calming check-ins is unmatched. One of the first things my parents said after the wedding was “how do we write a review for Jenny?!” She put everyone at ease so we all could enjoy to the fullest! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!!!!!! -

Jenny is by far the best wedding coordinator
Jenny was a phenomenal wedding coordinator. She helped me through the entire process. She was very accommodating and even helped me move my wedding up 3 months. I couldn’t have done it without her. And on our actual wedding day, she took care of everything which allowed us to just enjoy the day. I highly recommend her. -

Jenny was hands down the best vendor of all time for our wedding day! I would consider myself an event planner at work but have never planned a wedding before and so thankful I decided to connect with Jenny! We worked with Jenny as a ‘day of coordinator’ but she went above and beyond that! It was so nice to work with her on details leading up to or big day. She knew exactly what to do in every moment from understanding my own design vision and making suggestions to floor design / walkthrough to last minute details the day before the wedding to have a sign created for us. The best choice we made!
Jenny and her team were AMAZING! They went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect day. Hiring Jenny and Greenery and Grace to plan our wedding was hands down THE BEST DECISION we made throughout our entire wedding planning process.
Jenny is an absolute pleasure to work with. She and her team made our day even more amazing than we could have even imagined.
From the very beginning Jenny was attentive, thoughtful and was always available to answer all of my billions of questions. Through the planning process she wrote down and paid attention to every single one of our preferences and dislikes.
When it came time to communicate with Vendors, Jenny was absolutely a God-send! There were so many things that definitely would have stressed me out if I had been planning on my own but Jenny handled everything quickly and professionally. (Including communicating with vendors even after the wedding while I was out of the country on our honeymoon!) She made it all look like a piece of cake!
On the day of, Jenny was amazing working with vendors as well as our guests and making sure the day went smoothly. She went above and beyond anything we asked of her (including climbing up on a giant ladder to hang the fabric swag in a tree for our ceremony!) so all we had to worry about was enjoying the time with our friends and family and soaking in every minute of our big day.

She is Irreplaceable
I can't say enough about how incredible Jenny was during our planning process and the day-of. I seriously have no idea how she pulled off everything. Our guests event commented that it was the smoothest-run wedding they had every been to, and that's saying something when a bunch of them are in the wedding industry themselves! Jenny was there from start to finish, every detail was perfect and she kept things going. Whether I needed a hair tie, a touch up, a tissue, to know where my husband lost his glasses (again), a band-aid due to a champagne glass mishap, she was there and prepared to take care of us. I want to hire her to manage my life she's so on top of things. Everyone needs more Jenny in their lives and you DEFINITELY need her for your wedding!!! -

Best decision ever!
When Matt and I got engaged in June 2017 and decided on a Virginia wedding, we knew it would be a challenge planning a wedding there while living in Texas. Although I had a vision for our wedding, I knew there would be no way we could do it and do it well (and stress free) without help. Because I had known Jenny from school growing up, I I reached out to her about her services. Looking back, it was the absolute best decision we made during our wedding planning process. Our wedding would not have been as absolutely perfect as it was without Jenny. She was a dream to work with and made it much less stressful planning a wedding from far away.
Specifically, she is the sweetest most caring person ever, and I knew this already from growing up together. She helped us find every one of our amazing vendors. We could not have been more happy with her recommendations. Her organization and communication were invaluable, and she goes above and beyond the role of a wedding planner to make everything perfect. When it comes to wedding planning, one of the most stressful things can be all of the decision making. Jenny's recommendations (even with my constant emails) made the whole process much easier. She was so knowledgeable, detailed, and thoughtful throughout the whole process. There are so many things I would have never thought about if it wasn't for Jenny. There were even many times where I thought I should have felt more anxious or stressed but didn't because I knew I had Jenny's help. Jenny was always super responsive and made me and my wedding feel valued. She is always on top of it and thinks of everything the day of the wedding.
Jenny brought our wedding vision to life, and we could not be happier. It was absolutely perfect and exactly as we imagined and hoped it would be! My husband Matt, my family, and I are forever grateful for Jenny and her sister Jess, and would highly recommend Greenery & Grace to anyone!! -

Immaculate (and friendly!) execution of my vision
Jenny was a dream to work with. She took my vision and brought it to life. In my opinion she went above and beyond, all with a smile on her face. She has amazing attention to detail which is saying something coming from a very type a former event planner. She answered all my neurotic questions and entertained all my requests/ideas. I was also in DC (wedding in Richmond) and she handled almost everything that needed to happen in person. By the end she new my taste/thought process so well that 9/10 times she was able to predict what my choice or opinion would be. I cannot thank Jenny enough for her help and support throughout the process.

Jenny was SUCH a pleasure to work with. She’s just got a great bubbly, infectious personality; always positive and she’s SUPER organized. I think you need someone like that in your corner at all times when you’re planning a huge event. My husband, family and I all adore her and are so grateful to have had her not only on my actual wedding day, but throughout the entire wedding planning process. Looking back on this past year, I honestly don’t know how I could have gotten it all done without her help.
I’ve known Jenny for several years now. She is a sorority sister of mine. When I found out she owned her own event planning business, I knew I needed to reach out to her. I had a pretty good idea in my head of “the perfect wedding day”, but I had no clue where to start. I was anxious to get things going and she was on it immediately. We met once a month and each meeting had an agenda of things to accomplish and discuss from budget to floor plan development and even clean up (things you don’t really think about when planning an event). She was so organized with every service she provided. I’m a procrastinator…so having someone like Jenny there to make sure things were getting done was such a relief. If ever I struggled with a vendor, she would take the lead. Having issues come up during wedding planning is something that all brides need to just accept, and it can be stressful at times. Jenny was able to put me at ease so I would never feel that stress or be overwhelmed. Being able to lean on her during those times made me truly value and respect the hard work she was putting in to making sure my wedding was going to be wonderful. She was always willing to go above and beyond for me. I could contact her at any time…all hours of the day…and she would respond immediately. She was there for me every step of the way and made me feel like I was her one and only priority.
On the actual wedding day, she was beyond amazing. Right before I walked down the aisle I had an issue with my hair. The day was unexpectedly humid and a lot of my curls went totally flat. Jenny just whipped out a curling iron from who knows where and I was able to fix my hair! I’ll never forget this moment. I felt a total meltdown coming and when she handed me that curling iron, I knew having her there was by far the best decision I ever made. I could seriously go on and on with examples of how amazing she was. She thinks of everything. She’s always one step ahead and she is a true professional in this business!
Jenny is a pleasure to get to know and work with. If you are planning a wedding or any kind of large event, the first thing you must do is hire her. I am so thankful for everything she did for me and for making my day an amazing one!

OMG! Could not have asked for more!
Jenny and her sister, Jess, were wonderful!! They were on top of everything before and during our wedding! I couldn’t have asked for anything more...I really did not have to do anything. Hiring Jenny to plan and manage our wedding was the best decision my wife and I made for our big day. She is incredibly thorough, communicative, and thoughtful, and has a unique gift for knowing what, how, and when to communicate with her clients. She turned a complicated and stressful process like wedding planning into an easy, consultative experience. Jenny also did an outstanding job of educating us throughout the process. There were lots of little details that we never would have thought of that Jenny suggested that made for beautiful details in our wedding. The last thing I would say is that Jenny really was planner AND manager, because she went above and beyond the typical roles of a wedding planner. She truly managed our wedding process from start to finish: from the day we started working with her to the moment we drove away from our wedding reception, we felt comfortable knowing that Jenny would handle literally anything that came up. I wish we could hire her permanently to manage our lives................. -

Jenny Keen from Greenery + Grace Events made our wedding PERFECT! This woman goes above and beyond to ensure that your day is exactly how you imagined it to be. From the start of the process, she is responds to all messages quickly (and there sure were a lot) and communicated with all of my vendors. By the time the wedding started, everyone knew exactly where they were supposed to be + exactly what they were supposed to be doing. Another thing about Jenny is that she is incredibly easy to talk to + understands exactly what you envision. If you are even considering Jenny, don't hesitate! She's the perfect wedding coordinator! -

If I was able to give Jenny 6 stars I definitely would. She was absolutely amazing and was so organized and had some much knowledge to make the wedding as least stressful as possible. As the groom of the wedding it was great to see how relaxed my wife was leading up to the wedding. Jenny went ABOVE and beyond to make our wedding day perfect and I will be forever thankful to her. -

Jenny was seriously beyond amazing. Not only was she super, super organized but she listened to our vision and made it happen! She took everything that we needed done and did it without even blinking. The day would not have come together if it wasn't for her. The meetings before the wedding made me feel so relaxed going into the big day + allowed me to enjoy the day 100%! Throughout the reception I didn't have to watch the clock to make sure we weren't missing anything, we were able to socialize + dance the night away. If something was coming up (cake cutting, first dance, etc.) Jenny would kindly let us know that in about 5 minutes we will start ____. It was SO nice to be able to relax and enjoy the best day. It was truly THE BEST DAY EVER. We cannot thank Jenny enough!!! -

Hiring Jenny as our wedding planner was hands down one of the easiest decisions we made throughout our wedding planning process. Shortly after we chose our wedding venue, we started our wedding planner search, as this was required by our venue. I came across Jenny’s website when a mutual friend shared her blog and I am so happy that I did! As a perfectionist, I was a little hesitant to put my wedding planning in someone else’s hands. From the moment Kevin and I met with Jenny, I was fully confident that Jenny was capable of planning our entire wedding, so I let her do just that! Jenny has all of the qualities a wedding planner should possess and more. Jenny is one of the most genuine people I have ever met- she is sweet and kind, but she also knows how to get things done by remaining professional and organized.
I had a very particular vision in mind for our wedding, and Jenny made sure that she fully understood all of the big and little details to ensure our wedding day was everything we dreamed of! Hiring Jenny minimized all of the stress that comes with planning a wedding- for us and for our families. She contacted all of the appropriate vendors, scheduled meetings, and helped us choose the vendors that were the right fit for our wedding. She made Kevin and I to-do lists to keep us on track, and provided reminders to make sure that everything was getting done on time.
For anyone who is considering hiring a wedding planner, you need to hire Jenny Keen! Thank you, Jenny, for making sure our wedding day was flawless and for all of your hard work during the planning process! -

Jenny is the consummate professional. She is so very well organized and efficient with the kindest nature. She is not at all intrusive yet keeps things moving in positive directions. She anticipated needs and and offered very intuitive suggestions while maintaining our vision for our daughter's wedding. She speaks with authority to vendors but with charm and grace. She arrived very early on the day and stayed until everything was cleaned and put away. I was able to enjoy every moment because Jenny had everything well in hand. Several guests thought she was family because of her sunny disposition and kindness. I am sad we won't ever need her services again, but will highly recommend her to everyone in the Richmond area. She is amazing and we loved every minute we shared with her. -

Jenny was truly the best coordinator we could've ever asked for. She was so easy to work with, was friendly, professional, and SO on top of everything. She was extremely responsive, and was always one step ahead of me :) It rained on our wedding day and a lot of things had to be changed and rearranged last minute and Jenny handled it like a champ. Jenny was phenomenal! If you're a DIY bride like I was, it's probably crossed your mind that you don't need a planner/coordinator. Trust me, YOU DO. Hiring Jenny was the best decision I could've made. She let me turn my DIY ideas into reality and never overstepped (like some other vendors I worked with. Ahem. caterer). I could tell she really understood the kind of wedding we were going for. The first time we met Jenny, it was just like hanging out with a friend. She's sweet, funny, and SUPER organized. She was so easy to communicate with, and we simply enjoyed spending time with her - it's pretty excellent when you just click with a wedding vendor like that. Our outdoor ceremony had to be re-planned at the last minute because of the strong wind and rain that hurricane Joaquin brought us. Jenny handled it with ease. There were a number of things that changed the day before and the day of the wedding, and I didn't even have much of a chance to freak out because Jenny already had everything handled. She stayed calm, got stuff done, and made our wedding amazing. I could describe all the little things that Jenny did to make my life easier, and our wedding day better but this would end up being the longest review ever. She's great, hire this girl please! -

Many Errors & Misrepresentation
Jenny and her sister are hard workers and administratively organized. The 5th Star missing is for motivation to go after driving your business with confidence and professionalism in handling situations, communications, contract expectations, troubleshooting solutions on the fly, and putting your client(s) before vendors. Most importantly, don't be afraid to be truthful about vendor failures that don't deliver what they are paid and contracted for or ever speak poorly about your client(s) to vendors. If you need to charge more to hire more people to help you execute all the duties you are contracted and paid to do then do so, as the stress on the parents of the Bride and rookie mistakes are not reflective of your hard work and intentions for excellence.
