We cannot thank Justin enough for the breathtaking floral arrangements at our wedding! From the moment we first met with Justin, we knew we were in great hands. Justin took the time to listen to our vision, understand our color palette, and offer thoughtful suggestions that elevated our ideas beyond what we could have imagined.
On the big day, the flowers were absolutely stunning. Our bridesmaid bouquets were elegant and beautiful, and they truly complemented the bridal party’s attire. The centerpieces were nothing short of magical, and the ceremony space looked stunning. We received countless compliments from our guests about how gorgeous everything looked!
Justin's professionalism and kindness throughout the entire process made the planning so easy. He was responsive, organized, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was exactly as we hoped for.

Amazing, above and beyond!
First and foremost, Justin is talented beyond words. As with most 2020 weddings, we postponed our big celebration to a later date, and decided a few weeks before our original wedding date to move forward with a small ceremony at home. It was honestly one of the best decisions we ever made. Justin absolutely went above and beyond on the floral arrangements and my bridal bouquet. I honestly don't know many changes I made to my overall vision but he captured it perfectly. He was so patient and accommodating throughout the entire process. Justin made our small ceremony at home feel just as special and I can't wait to see what magic he creates for our big celebration in September! -

This is the most overdue (and well-deserved) review ever. We met Justin just 8 weeks before our micro-wedding; to say we were on a tight timeline would be the understatement of the year.
We had decided on a pandemic approved micro-wedding very last minute. We were on a tight budget, and Justin made it work. Justin worked with us on color scheme, vision, and even using our own arbor. I had some pretty ridiculous asks for my bouquet and my husband's boutonniere, but, to my pleasant surprise, Justin made it all happen. I wanted an artichoke in my bouquet and a mini pineapple in the boutonniere...all in the middle of Fall.
What I loved most about Justin is that he really worked with me to help me nail down my vision of a bouquet - as we wanted that to really be the floral focal point. Prior to meeting Justin, my floral vision board was ALL OVER THE PLACE. Justin patiently explained the pros and cons of each type of bouquet to me and helped me figure out what would work best with my color scheme, flower choices, etc. Justin even helped to incorporate my late grandparents' photos into my bouquet so they could be a part of our wedding day in spirit - this gesture meant the most to me.
The florals that Justin put together really brought our backyard wedding together and made it look way fancier than it truly was. Justin made all of our floral dreams come true and the wedding florals lived for another week post-wedding in my office space at work.
I couldn't recommend Justin more if I tried; 15/10 would recommend every Bride work with him because he makes your life so easy and seamless. Once you let him know what you want and need, he will make it happen (AND KEEP YOU IN BUDGET).
We loved Justin so much and plan on using him for any and all future events where we need florals. -

Have you ever heard the saying, trust the process? Justin is that process, with a magnificent and creative eye for floral arrangements. He is very personable, extremely organized and has an amazing attention to detail. When meeting with Justin it always felt productive and his attention is on making your dream a reality. Justin's process to make a one of a kind bouquet and floral designs for our wedding consisted of discussing a pinterest board I created with arrangements I enjoyed, budget options and the vibe of our wedding. Most vendors you will meet with will have standard pricing and arrangements that you see everywhere, but with Justin is truly magic what comes from his hands. I had some idea of what everything would look like but never dreamt it would be something so AMAZING! From the boutonnieres to my cascading bouquet, everything felt perfect.
On the day of the wedding, Justin personally delivered and installed all the arrangements. He stayed until after the ceremony to help re purpose our arch florals to the head table.
Justin is kind, patient and very attentive to all clients. Thank you Justin, you made our day so special! -

Working with Justin was a dream. We met him through our wedding planner and fell in love with his style. While working with Justin, we had several meetings to go over floral styles and what we had envisioned for our wedding. He created a mood board based on the pictures I had saved on my Pinterest board. He also visited the venue we had selected to get a feel for the location. Justin was very responsive and we were able to quickly get in touch with him if we had any questions or concerns. On the day of the wedding, the flowers looked beautiful and were exactly what we had envisioned. We received so many compliments on the arch, table arrangements, and bouquets. Justin truly loves what he does! You can tell this by the quality of his work and his attention to detail. I would definitely recommend him to anyone, and we are so happy to have worked with him. -

Justin was absolutely AMAZING to work with. I took a look at his website and saw all the beautiful floral arrangements that he had done for previous weddings and I was sold. I booked with him over a year in advance because after seeing his arrangements and reading his reviews I knew there was nothing better out there. With all the details that go into wedding planning I was so indecisive about what I wanted for centerpieces and bridesmaid bouquets. I kept changing my mind as the months went on. I just wanted everything to be perfect. Justin took everything in stride, helped me get everything I wanted within my budget, was extremely professional, gave great advice and really transformed our ceremony and reception space into something breathtakingly beautiful. Everything was better than I could have ever imagined. He even added extra sacks of lavender buds for our ceremony toss and a boutonnière for a last minute groomsmen addition. He is truly talented! -

I would highly recommend Justin of Greenery a la Jcap! Justin did the florals for my July 2019 wedding and I was blown away by his beautiful floral art. When I was planning my wedding, my husband and I knew we wanted to do a tropical theme because of our love of Hawaii. I found Greenery a la Jcap through Instagram and fell in love with some other tropical florals he had done. Justin was easy to talk to, really got to know my husband and me, and understood our vision. I knew very little about florals and basically just gave some colors and a theme and Justin delivered beyond what I could imagine. I loved the fact that I didn’t have to give him much direction and that I was pretty much surprised on my wedding day. That may be scary for some brides, but you can trust that Justin will deliver beyond what you expected and florals will not be something you will need to worry about! Justin’s service was amazing. When I needed to par down the floral budget, Justin was so helpful in finding a way to make my dreams come true within my budget. He also helped me alleviate costs by repurposing some of my ceremony flowers for the reception. He also gave me ideas on different arrangements I might want, but never made me feel pressured to get something when I said i didn’t need or want it. I also had a room divider that I wanted to use as a backdrop with flowers. It was not easy to make it stand in the lawn, but Justin made it happen! It meant a lot to me that he put so much effort into something he knew I really wanted. Justin also went above and beyond by giving recommendations on linens and table decor based on what he was planning for florals. Justin always answered questions promptly and everything he did was so personalized for us. I am still getting compliments on the amazing *dramatic* bouquet he did for me! My guests were ecstatic to be able to take home some of the arrangements! Don’t hesitate and link up with Greenery a la Jcap! -

Best florist for weddings, HANDS-DOWN!!!!!
We really enjoyed working with Greenery a la Jcap! My wife and I had very little knowledge of what arrangements to pick. Upon our first meeting, Justin was very receptive to our needs and knowledgable about the flowers. We only knew what colors we wanted, and after telling Justin, he was able to take care of the rest. He picked different arrangements that not only matched our colors, but made our entourage and venues pop!! He was very easy to work with, being flexible in scheduling meetings. We highly recommend him for any engagement!!! If we could do it again, we would go with Greenery a la Jcap!!!! Thanks again, Justin!!! -

Excellent service, lifelong memories
Hello all,
Justin is an amazing florist and person! My husband and I were looking for a florist for our wedding back in March 2019. Before hiring Justin, we met him in person, and he got to know us on a personal level. I liked that he has passion, creativity, and love for what he does. Justin was willing to work around our budget to give us the vision we had. He also made sure to have phone or in-person appointments to stay on the same page. His professionalism, communication, and most of all his floral arrangements were amazing. When we walked into our reception area, we were in awe! It felt like we walked into garden! The head table was amazing. When we looked at the photos of us sitting at our table, we looked as if we were sitting in a rose bush :) Thanks Justin for making our wedding feel like a dream! I couldn't have asked for a better florist. The floral arrangements were definitely the highlight of our wedding decor! I would definitely recommend him time after time!

So amazing!
Justin is amazing! He was so great to work with for our wedding. The bouquets and boutonnière were absolutely beautiful. The bridal bouquet Justin made was exactly what I envisioned! And we had so many people compliment it! He captured the colors that it matched the vineyards perfectly. I planned my wedding from another state and he was so easy to contact via email and phone. I would definitely recommend him to work with. He is extremely talented! -

Dreamy Fall Wedding Florals
Justin is absolutely THE BEST! When it came time for my husband and I to look for potential florists for our wedding, there was only one person we wanted to contact. Justin was the florist for one of my best friends/bridesmaids wedding and he did an amazing job with her wedding. She raved about him, his work, prices and how easy it was to work with him.
The first time my husband and I met with Justin, we instantly knew that he was the best person to hire as the florist for our wedding. Justing was he super easy to talk to and his energy when we told him our vision for our wedding was so exciting. We provided pictures from Pinterest of what we wanted and basically told him, we want a dreamy fall wedding and that was exactly what he delivered. We trusted him and his vision 100% and couldn’t be happier. His work is incredible and throughout the whole planning process, Justin was so helpful, easy to talk to and work with. Justin put together the most beautiful and elegant florals for our fall wedding. Justin created the most dreamiest arch with roses that were repurposed for our sweetheart table. Justin paid close attention to detail and made this process seamless with what my expectations were. He brought what I was dreaming of to life! Justin did a phenomenal job for our wedding at The Hideout! We were so impressed with everything he created from my flower crown, to the flowers we held, and the beyond amazing arch he created for us to get married under. We didn't see the final arch until we walked down the aisle (our choice) and when we saw it our jaws dropped! I still get compliments on how beautiful it all turned out! Stunning flowers, friendly, prompt service LOOOOOOVE Justin
This review is going to be hard for me because I cannot possibly say all the wonderful things there are to say about Justin with Greenery a la Jcap. If you want an overview of how Justin and I worked together, read on. Otherwise, know that he'll create beautiful floral arrangements for you at a *very* reasonable price and he'll be responsive, flexible and friendly throughout.
Communicating with him was effortless. After figuring out how many arrangements I needed for my wedding, he asked me to put together a Pinterest board of images of flowers I like. I'm a pretty particular (read picky) person. I gave him a bunch of different ideas. With his help we narrowed it down to a look. The flowers he arranged were SO beautiful—some of the most beautiful arrangements I've ever seen. My mother said they were the most gorgeous flowers she's seen at a wedding. I was also blown away by the size of the arrangements. I was expecting smaller arrangements based on the price. He used a lot of different types of flowers and really packed them in the arrangements. Everything was a flower, next to no filler. And the filler he did use like eucalyptus and sage really added to the arrangements. He also over delivered and threw in some extra flowers that were super cute. Go with Justin at Greenery a la Jcap. It'll simplify your busy life leading up to your wedding. And your flowers will be stunning. -

Cara Sent on 10/08/2018I don't even know where to begin. Justin was one of the key reasons that made our wedding the most magical and special day! My fiance had a vision of having a chuppah/ four post altar for our wedding that would have white chiffon and flowers around the posts. We didn't really have any more information than that because we weren't sure what flowers were in season, so we were thankful that Justin really helped direct us. He took the time to understand what we liked and what we didn't and what color palletes we were already using and what would go well with my bridesmaid dresses. He even kept in mind what color my wedding dress was and Marlon's tux to really have the best cohesive look.
He worked with my budget and was very helpful throughout the entire process. He even did an early morning delivery to the venue and built out this masterpiece by hand! We already booked another florist for our bouquets otherwise I would have had Justin do all of it. He even had to deal with last minute vision changes on our end because we couldn't make up our mind on the extra items and he was patient with us.
There's even a video and picture of me when I first saw his work and I almost burst into tears. It was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen and way better than I ever could have imagined. This was better than any Pinterest pictures out there as well. It really set that tone for the rest of the evening and I'm so happy we booked Justin. Until this day we still get compliments about our florist and so many people took pictures of the chuppah/four post because it was a work of art. He is brilliant, personable, professional and overall best decision we have ever made for our wedding. -
Jazzica Sent on 08/19/2018Where do I even start? My, my, my, my MINIMALIST DREAMS. Of the various vendors that we worked with for our wedding, Justin was our favorite. :) Every moment, from inquiring to booking to brainstorming...and brainstorming again...and seeing our flowers on the wedding day, Justin was professional, punctual, responsive, flexible, and enjoyable! We booked Justin nearly a year in advance. My idea developed over the months, and I simply told Justin that I wanted to go moody and dramatic. The rest was out of my hands, and Justin worked his magic, always making sure that he was staying within my budget and incorporating my color, rose gold.
I've seen tropical-themed weddings get cliche or tacky, but never did I hesitate with Justin once he proposed the idea to me. Justin took my tropical green dreams to another level. All the bouquets and arrangements were cool, trendy, dramatic, chic, bold, and simple (yes, all these qualities at the same time)!
Bridal bouquet and church arrangements were bigger than I expected. Justin kept these playful and romantic, incorporating pops of rose/champagne. Groom's boutonniere was an orchid that had the most beautiful shades of rose gold and champagne! Bridesmaids bouquets encapsulated my #minimalistgoals. Literally a few stems of tropical greens and small, delicate pops of white flowers. These didn't need much to make a bold statement! As for the dinner table arrangements, I'll be adding an update once we get our photos for them.
*Justin also had 2 assistants on the day of, who were likewise very sweet and professional! I'm already trying to come up with a reason to throw another event, so I can have Greenery a la J Cap do flowers for us again! :D -

Katie Sent on 07/31/2018Justin Lacap is an amazing artist, and very talented and caring when it comes to creating beautiful arrangements. I'm not very familiar with flowers, so I told Justin what my colors were for my wedding, sent a picture of what I liked as well as the boxes my husband and I made for the centerpieces, and made one request that succulents be incorporated into the arrangements. He did not disappoint, and went above and beyond what I could have ever imagined. He even told me before I saw them that he had made my bouquet a little different from the bridesmaids so that it stood out, as well as the centerpieces for the church so that they stood out from the reception ones (maybe other brides had thought of that before but I certainly hadn't). All night I was receiving compliments on the floral arrangements. Not only did he respond very quickly to any questions or concerns I had, but he was flexible in working within my budget, and was always available and courteous to answer any question I had, even if it was just to get his opinion on something I was making to go with his arrangements. I could not recommend him enough to any bride looking for an amazing florist--if you're like me and are not picky about specific flowers needed (or ones you do not want) I urge you to just let him work his magic and surprise you with what he creates.. it was an amazing moment to be witness to his beautiful work. Janeth Sent on 07/06/2018Right when I got engaged I knew I wanted Justin as my florist. His creations and use of greenery made me fall in love! He had me send him all of my ideas (via Pinterest, email, instagram, I love his use of social platforms!) and he compiled them all up. When we met to discuss, I felt like he really listened and understood exactly what I wanted. I did have a budget and I can’t say enough how much I appreciate him for working within that. On my wedding day he delivered the most gorgeous bouquet I have ever seen in my life! We also had a very last minute need of a boutonnière and he CREATED one on the spot the morning of his delivery. Wow!! Justin, I love you. You really surpassed my dreams with your floral arrangements!

Athena Sent on 03/18/2018Justin was great to work with. He was very responsive when it came to requests and last minute changes. I got along very well with him. We met 2 times to finalize the design. The majority of the communication was via email and text and LOTS of pictures of example flowers and arrangements.
Overall, I was very impressed with the arrangements and so were my wedding party and guests. I can't thank Justin enough for what he has done for our wedding. The arrangements pulled the whole venue and décor together to give our venue a wedding feel in a large industrial space.
I will be contacting him for more arrangements in the future, I guarantee it! [= -

Jimel Sent on 03/05/2018I had Justin do the flowers for my wedding back in January and he was amazing! I contacted him only a few months before my wedding. He responded very quickly, and was very personable, easy to talk to and still very professional. We met up for coffee so my husband and I could talk about what we wanted for our wedding. We honestly didn’t know exactly what we wanted. We just told him our colors and that we wanted lots of greenery too. I did not do much on my own in terms of other decorations so I leaned a lot on my floral arrangements even though I barely gave him any direction. He did NOT disappoint! I was sooo so so happy with everything! Everything was ready for our ceremony when we got there, and after the ceremony he broke down the arrangements for us and repurposed them for our reception. Justin does his best to work with each person to bring out their vision as I’ve noticed in other events he has done. That was a big reason why I decided to go with him. I would definitely recommend him for your wedding or any other event you have planned !

He took the time to listen to what I wanted & came up with creative suggestions in a timely manner. He definitely knows his flowers! There was something about the design that attracted us and felt that Justin would be the right person for what we wanted. He delivered a classy, classic yet fresh design for our wedding ceremony participants and all of our wedding venues (church and reception venue) decor. Without many words in our request, Justin proposed something to us that helped us find our "look", while knowing the minimum and maximum costs of certain designs. Working with Justin was stress-free through the whole process and seeing the result of his work on the day of the wedding was refreshing, and uplifting. Thanks to my cousin, I had contacted Justin exactly two and a half weeks before my wedding. I sent him inspiration pictures and he was quick to reply with a super detailed email with prices based on the photos I had sent him. Justin made the entire planning process so easy for me to trust him that we had a final quote within days! I'm so glad I hired Justin as our wedding florist. It was such a delight to work with Justin! Whether you've known Justin for years or a day, there's a trust and confidence he instills in you when you discuss your wedding with him. He was extremely respectful of our budget and though we thought having a limited budget would hurt our visions for our wedding, Justin flexed his creativity skills and was able to follow-through on exactly what we wanted.
Justin is extremely organized, communicative, and knows how to keep in touch to make sure everyone is still on the same page. What my husband and I appreciate the most was his awareness of the role florals played in our wedding. Justin will ask you about the other decór you have planned for your wedding and will make sure that the connection between that and his florals work in harmony. It's the thoughtfulness that really makes you appreciate florists like Justin.

The one thing that I loved about working with him was he responds so quickly and gave many options so that my husband and I would make the best decision for the both of us. We weren’t stuck with just one vision. He basically turned our vision into reality. I came in with some ideas and a price, and we were able to come up with the perfect combination of flowers and accents to really bring everything together. It was so nice to have someone that I knew I could count on throughout the process. He had such a calming/inviting presence during all the consultations and I would always leave knowing that everything would be perfect on the wedding day. & it sure did! My bouquet was everything & more. He delivered everything on time. All the flower arrangements left me speechless. Everyone at my wedding kept asking who was my florist. He left everything so classy, simple & rustic as I requested. I couldn't ask for a better florist. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a florist.

I gave him a lot of creative freedom to do his magic, the only specific was that I wanted sunflowers. He really brought his vision to life and added so much color to a really neutral toned wedding. Kristina Sent on 12/28/2017I immediately knew Justin was our florist and had no desire to work with any other. I was familiar with his work as we’ve been acquaintances since high school and knew that his creations were like Pinterest but 100x better.
I first met with Justin almost a year out, letting him know the basic idea of my vision for the floral at our fall wedding. He gave me a rough quote and we kept in touch throughout the year. Other than his talent, one thing I highly appreciated from Justin was his incredible service, attention to detail and prompt responses to my crazy bridal questions (ladies, you know what I mean).
I’m a Google Docs girl, highly organized, take screenshots for everything and provided justin a google doc of my vision. I swear not even a day later i got notifications of his comments on the doc (brides- dream come true when it comes to vendors amiright?)
I gave him a rough idea of what we’re looking for along with Pinterest inspo. Guys, when I walked into my wedding- my jaw seriously dropped just admiring all of his work. From the floral on the seating chart, to the eucalyptus and arrangements on the guest tables, our ceremony lanterns with greenery on top, our gorgeous bouquet/boutonnieres and last but not least, our CUSTOM floral photobooth backdrop. YES. you read that right, a custom floral photobooth backdrop.
As my Husband and I were running around, hours before the wedding, taking photos, etc- I see Justin- apron on, scissors and floral in hand, just working his ass off. I cannot thank Justin enough for seriously transforming my tiny vision into the dream that was my wedding.
To summarize, Justin is EXTREMELY talented, crazy creative, efficient, and easy easy EASY to work and communicate with. Ladies, he’s your man when it comes to your wedding or any other event you’re planning- you know, if he ain’t already booked ;) -
