Jen and Brian of Wildwood Media are truly the ones to beat in North Carolina when it comes to capturing your wedding! From the initial correspondence it was clear that they were genuine, remarkably cool people and that they would take the task of memorializing our wedding seriously. I cannot imagine an easier photographer and videographer to work with, nor one as talented! I, along with everyone else who has watched it, am obsessed with the artistic masterpieces they put together for our videos. Their ability to tell the story of "us" and to paint a picture in the minds of a viewer that so eloquently portrays our love and the joy which was present at our wedding is simply unparalleled by any other work in any other wedding photography/videography portfolio I have seen.
I could really go on and on about how unbelievable they both are at their jobs, but it really does bear mentioning just how AWESOME they are as people -- I would hang out with them any day, as they are as kind, honest, communicative, high-spirited, and trustworthy as it gets. If Wildwood were charging twice as much to shoot a wedding as they currently do, they would still be undisputedly worth it; they really are that good! -

Jennifer and Brian are the best for SO many reasons! They work effortlessly as a team around each other without having to verbally communicate and they're just overall great people. They're so personable, easy to work with, quick to respond, super helpful and just wonderful to be around. Brian even offered my husband his personal wedding band without hesitation when the rings were left behind, and that easily sums up who they are😊 100/10 would recommend them for any of your photography or videography needs! -

Jen is the absolute best! It took me a while to write this review because it is hard to find the words for how amazing her photos are and how much we appreciated all she did for us on our wedding day. Having a destination wedding led us to trying to cut costs wherever we could, and while Wildwood Media is affordably priced, especially for their preferred vendors, I found myself early on in wedding planning hesitant to book because I wanted to find the cheapest option. Time and again I found myself returning to Wildwood Media's page because I loved their photos so much. I am so glad I decided to listen to my gut and book. Jen was always responsive and kind. Not to mention, patient. She ran all around our venue with us to capture all of the shots we wanted and was a calming presence as I felt like a chicken with my head cut off at moments. Not only did she capture my husband and my's moments so beautifully, but she captured our guests as well. One of my favorite parts of our wedding album is seeing all the joy in our friend's and families' faces that Jen caught throughout the day. We cannot recommend her highly enough. -

Amazing Photos from Amazing Photographers
Choosing a photographer can be tricky. However, when it comes to Wildwood Media, the choice was clear. If you are newly engaged and are struggling to find a budget friendly photographer that can perfectly capture your special day, your search is over. Jennifer was amazing, she worked around our busy schedules, was very professional, kind and was quick to respond to all of the questions that we had and boy did we have a ton. I encourage and highly recommend that you choose Wildwood Media for your wedding photographers. It will be a decision you won’t regret. -

Wonderful!
Choosing Wildwood Media to capture our elopement was the best decision! All of our photos and the video turned out amazing. They even stopped on their way home to capture wonderful drone footage to add to the wedding video. 10/10 recommend! -

Fantastic photographer!!
Jennifer was an amazing photographer for our wedding! She used to be a coworker of my father-in-law so we were about to connect with her that way. She went above and beyond for our wedding day! She met with us beforehand to go over the schedule for the day and any shots we really wanted. On the wedding day she was able to pose us the entire time which helped so much since my husband and I are usually very awkward in photos. She also was able to help us arrange difficult family members in a way that wasn’t awkward. She got plenty of detail shots and picked the most beautiful angles and backgrounds, we were able to get every shot we wanted around our venue and hotel. We even were able to check into our hotel to get photos in the room. We were lucky to get to have her daughter join us to take Polaroids alongside Jennifer, and she made us the sweetest Polaroid book that we’ve loved so much! Lastly, we were absolutely blown away at how gorgeous our photos were, highly highly recommend Jennifer! -

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Wildwood Media, and they were incredibly attentive and kind throughout our wedding experience. We booked through Elope Outdoors, and from start to finish, everything was professional, seamless, and well-guided every step of the way.
When we received our photos and video, we were truly blown away by how amazing everything turned out. We love sharing our video with family and friends—and it still brings us to tears every time we watch it.

Truly the BEST

We are so incredibly grateful that we chose Wildwood Media to capture our wedding day! From the very beginning, Jen was communicative, helpful, and kind—making the entire planning process feel smooth and supported. But what truly set her apart was how she showed up on the day of our wedding.
The morning of, we were hit with unexpected rain, and while that could have added stress, Jen remained calm, focused, and diligent—working behind the scenes to ensure the beauty of the day was still fully captured. Her presence brought such a sense of ease, and we knew we were in the best hands.
When we received our footage, we were absolutely blown away. Jen captured not only the big moments but also all the small, meaningful details that were so important to us. One of the things we appreciated most was how she wove the audio of our vows into the video so intentionally—lining up phrases like “through laughter and tears” with clips of us actually laughing and crying. It was emotional, powerful, and so thoughtfully done.
Watching our video brought us right back to the heart of our day, and we will cherish it forever. We truly can’t recommend Wildwood Media enough! -

Jen did our videography for our wedding and we are SO IN LOVE!!!! She returned our video to us in 8 weeks (including a super fun 2 minute social media video and a copy of all of the wedding speeches in addition to the tradition wedding video) and did absolutely an amazing job. When my husband and I watched our videos we were instantly transported back to our amazing wedding day and there were tears in both of our eyes from the laughing and good crying we did rewatching it. She absolutely captured the essence of our wedding that we wanted her to capture. As a person, Jen is so incredibly sweet and unassuming. She expertly blends into the events of the day so it never feels like you are being followed by a camera all the time. I would 1000% recommend using Wildwood for all of your media needs! -

Great Photography Experience
We had our wedding at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, and Jen captured some amazing photos of the day! We had out 3-month-old baby with us, and she was very patient and helpful when we brought him along to multiple photo locations at the Biltmore. While Jen is a pleasure to be around, during the wedding she really disappeared into the background while we focused on the actual wedding - she was able to get some amazing pictures without interrupting/being in the middle of anything. We are really happy with how the pictures came out and would definitely recommend to others. -

We booked Jen & Brian’s services for our summer wedding in June 2023. Jen is very kind and her attention to detail is on point. She was very laid back and easy to work with and made our photography experience a breeze and also a lot of fun. We were given over 600 photos, beautifully uploaded and presented on a website for us to download and to easily share with friends and family. Jen also provided videography services for our ceremony and she was very flexible and creative with what I wanted edited in and out of the video to my liking. Brian was our chosen wedding officiant. He provided us with several ceremony options and customized it to us and our story. Brian is very easy going and made our ceremony special. We adore Jen and Brian and would highly recommend their services. -

We couldn't possibly be more satisfied with the team that put together and orchestrated our special day (10/23/23) on top of Max Patch! From start to finish we were truly amazed at their orchestrating abilities in conjunction with the photos they captured, not to mention our video. I can't think of anything that they should work on. Even their turn-around time on our photos was only a few weeks. Not only was our wedding day incredible it was also stress-free and we couldn't be more satisfied. -

Jen and Brian were absolutely incredible; from our very first meeting getting to know them, working out the details leading up to the wedding, during wedding day, and getting our final photos/videos. Communication was always prompt and they were always flexible on days/times to meet. During wedding day my husband and I felt relaxed with them there and comfortable in front of the camera. As a bonus- you know Jen and Brian will do just about anything to save your wedding day! When our Rabbi forgot his belt, and may have lost his pants more than once, Brian stepped up to the plate and gave his belt away.
After the wedding the only thing you have left to remember this huge day full of memories are your pictures and/or videos. I am truly grateful Jen & Brian were the ones who were able to capture these incredible moments. The final photos and videos will be cherished forever and truly help us to remember this special day! -

There are really no words to truly describe how amazing Jen and Brian are. I did not find them myself but was told by my wedding coordinator that they were the absolute best, and she was correct. After watching our wedding video my friends and family keep asking if Jen and Brian will travel for ALL of their upcoming events! Their wonderful service started with an email prior to our nuptials asking for any details we wanted included. Both of my parents have passed, and it was extremely important that they were honored at my ceremony. I told this to Jen, and I cried when I saw my video. It was thoughtfully created with beautiful AND funny moments. We had a beautiful location, but the way Jen and Brian shot it made it more charming, special, and stunning. I watched some other media’s waterfall wedding videos on YouTube and I must say ours is by far the best! If I can link my video here I will. Do NOT hesitate to book Jen and Brian. My hubby is a amateur photographer and when were planning our wedding he noted that for there to be great pictures you have to build a quick trust with your photographer or many of your photos will come out awkward. Best of the best!
Jen and Brian of Wildwood Media are seriously amazing photographers, videographers, and people! In my opinion the best of the best you can get, hands down! Wildwood Media shot our wedding the last weekend in October of this past year, and they had a sneak peak of our pictures within just a couple days, which were stunning by the way!
Then we got our full wedding album and our wedding highlight video, and seriously my husband and I (and all our family members and friends) were completely speechless by them. Jen and Brian perfectly captured the joy both my husband and I felt that day along with our guests, and they did it as well in such a truly beautiful, romantic, bohemian, and nature inspired style that we just could not get enough of! We are so incredibly thankful to Jen and Brian for their magical and artistic work and are beyond thrilled we had the opportunity to work with them! We loved getting to work with such amazing talent, but even more so such amazing people!!
If you live anywhere near the Asheville, North Carolina area BOOK THEM ASAP before they are all booked up, you will be glad you did! -

Truly still on cloud nine from the memories Brian and Jen were able to capture on our wedding day
We cannot recommend these two enough!!! Between my husband and I as well as all of our guests we were beyond impressed with photo/video production. Brian and Jen were truly able to capture our love for one another and went above and beyond any expectation we could’ve ever dreamt of. I am very shy and reserved but these two made it so easy to be ourselves in front of them and just be in the moment. It was such a magical day they captured it so well. My husband and I had surprises for each other that they were able to help us give the other and make sure it was a surprise. Jen listened to all my requests without judgement or trying to persuade me out. She had my Pinterest board with her at our wedding and followed my vision. I can’t say enough kind words about Jen and Brian! From the beginning, Jen and I emailed and she answered all of my many questions. They both made sure to listen to what my husband and I were looking for in a wedding video and even let us give some music suggestions that fit our relationship. There aren't enough words to express how happy I am that we went with Wildwood Media for photography/videography for our wedding! From the start, Jen was so pleasant to work with, helpful and responsive, and when she showed up to start photos/video on the wedding day I knew we made the right choice! She and her husband, Brian, are a literal dream team and they were so chill and made us feel comfortable all day long. They were able to find the perfect balance of pulling us away for photos at just the right times and just hanging in the background and capturing special moments - we barely knew they were there! We actually just got our photos and highlight video in and we could not be more THRILLED - neither of us can stop browsing the photos and I could literally watch the video all day long. I'm so happy I get to relive that special day over and over again and it's all because of Jen and Brian - they're so talented and amazing! -

Simply put, Wildwood Media is a dream. We hired them for our wedding photo+video services and it was the best decision we could have made. They were not only professional and responsive, they were a blast to be around on our wedding day!
They made the process seamless and enjoyable from start to finish, even coaching us when we had no idea what we were doing when posing for wedding portraits. The final products of both the photos and video brought us to tears and perfectly captured our wedding. The compliments on our video include "this is the best wedding video I have ever seen" and "the quality is incredible" just to name a few.
One of the best parts of their coverage of our special day was the drone footage that elevated our photos and video to new heights *pun intended* and allowed us reminisce on the beautiful mountain scenery!
We couldn't be happier with our wedding day memories and HIGHLY recommend using Wildwood Media for any photo+video needs. -

Jen and Brian are absolutely wonderful people to work with! My husband and I's original wedding day was affected by COVID and Jen and Brian made having to reschedule TWICE so easy. I couldn't have imagined a more perfect videographer/video
From the moment I came across Wildwood Media and Jennifer's work, I was instantly in love and KNEW she would be the perfect fit for our elopement. After speaking with her on the phone, it only solidified this feeling.
She was so helpful and communicative throughout the entire process.
On the day of our elopement itself, she was incredibly helpful to my husband with setting up and ideas. And the entire day ran flawlessly. During our ceremony, I barely even knew she was there (in the best way, of course!). Then when we were shooting footage she walked us through everything and made us feel so important and comfortable.
I am blown away by our video!!! I am usually very awkward and feel uncomfortable, but the video is just STUNNING!!! She managed to make me look and feel so beautiful!!! I would hands down recommend her to anyone!!!

Wildwood Media did such a wonderful job filming our wedding! We have received so many complements on our wedding video. It is beautiful and captured all of those precious moments we love reliving. They were super flexible at working with us to reschedule our wedding in the middle of the pandemic and worked with us to film our reception at a later date. They were able to merge our ceremony date and reception date seamlessly.
