DJ Ryan crushed it!

Green Line was super efficient and effective at communicating. We really appreciated the thoughtful intake form that helped match us to potential DJs.

DJ Ryan Cash was amazing!! She took our vibes and ran with it, and her remixes were sick. Not too much that it sent the older crowd off the dance floor, but a little funk for music-attentive folks to enjoy! She is clearly experienced and knowledgeable, and even helped us figure out an instrument connection issue.

MANY of my wedding guests were college friends with music degrees, so a crowd that really cares about music! I know photos can't show off her mixing skills, but look at how much FUN was being had!

Amazing DJ!

To start, Green Line was amazing to work with for our wedding! When it came to our initial meeting and consultation, they were very transparent about pricing. When discussing what we wanted, they promptly put a contract together. We then had multiple changes that needed to be made as planning evolved. They were very flexible with updates to the contract, to the point that we received a small reimbursement when we realized that the full time that we paid for was not needed based on the schedule! We wound up using Zach as our DJ from them and he was fantastic! He was easy to work with and curated a great sequence of songs based on what we wanted during every step of the day. He was great at taking our general ideas and developing a playlist that multiple people talked with us about. People were on the dance floor the whole night, having a blast and enjoying the music! We cannot recommend both Zach and Green Line to anyone more for their wedding!

Amazing dj!

We had Zach as our DJ and he was AMAZING! He totally understood the vibe of our group and kept the energy high all night. Every song he played was a hit, and he seamlessly read the room to keep everyone on the dance floor. Zach made our event unforgettable, and we can’t recommend him enough! DJ Shane was Incredible!

We hired Shane for our Halloween wedding and were incredibly excited when he expressed how much he loved the idea! He was very cordial and professional, but also friendly and very approachable as we discussed playlists, schedules, and timing. When we first spoke on the phone, he was very client-forward, asking us lots of questions about what we were envisioning for the wedding. When we met in person, he asked us about ourselves and our story, and it really meant a lot that he wanted to know more about us outside of just the wedding day. He was incredibly amazing and easy to work with, and what we really appreciate a lot is just how well he did his research with our preferences and music choices. My wife loved how many songs he played from our inspiration playlist, which she wasn't entirely expecting. He did a great job getting our wedding attendees out on the dance floor, directing tables to get food, and making announcements throughout the night. All-in-all, we'd hire Shane all over again!

Would use again in a heartbeat!

We used Green Line Talent for our wedding reception (specifically Adam) and it was fantastic! The whole process was so easy - they have a form you fill out to help identify your 'wedding vibes' and then they suggest specific DJs to look into. Booking and payment was simple and fast. They have a form that you fill in to help plan all the DJ/music needs for day-of. Adam was fantastic! He gave us exactly what we were looking for - we had friends texting us after telling us how much fun they had.

Elio Rocks

My husband and I are very, very into music, and wanted someone who would go beyond the regular ‘wedding-DJ’ schtick. We wanted our music selection to be accessible to our diverse group of guests, yet reflect some of our favorites and some less played wedding surprises. Elio can read a room like none other and kept the dance floor packed full to last call. They understand the vibe we wanted, and how the vibe we wanted was supposed to change throughout the night. They kept the bops coming! Incredibly grateful to have someone so queer-friendly on the decks for our celebration.

Hire Zach B!

My husband and I have a generally similar taste in music and vision of how we wanted our wedding to feel, but we were having a hard time narrowing down what would actually play and how to balance some of our differing tastes. Zach met us at a coffee shop for an hour and a half and pulled out of us exactly what we were looking for. He also accommodated our bizarre requests (like playing Atlien’s, Creed remix “One Last Dance” for our first dance, masterfully balanced Jewish songs for the Horah, made sure to play ENOUGH Beyonce for my liking, announced that I wanted to have a Limbo Competition mid party, AND played my husband sleeper hit requests like “I’m Blue”). Our guest’s reviews said it all - months later friends and family are stilling coming up to us noting how great Zach was and how much fun they had. Despite a venue that was super hot in the middle of a heat wave, that didn’t stop our guests from truly raging - thanks to you Zach!

GLT and Dorothy Delivered for our Wedding!

Dorothy was an excellent DJ for our wedding. She was proactive in making sure she knew what she wanted. She developed a highly customized playlist for our cocktail hour and dinner based on our historical theme. She MC'ed the night completely smoothly. And then she delivered a very fun vibe for the dancing portion of the night.

Green Line Talent as a whole was very professional and provided all the resources that we needed.

A Dream Come True

I made sure to write a review just so I could rave about our DJ, Zach B., and by extension, Green Line Talent. Anyone who talked to me for 30 seconds about our wedding knew that I cared a ton about the dance party. We left the music in Zach's excellent hands, and he carried it to soaring heights. Zach had people on the dance floor all night and many guests said he was the best DJ they'd ever heard. And this started from months of preparation--Zach met us before, got a feel for our music tastes, and then exhaustively reviewed genres and music artists with us to make sure he compiled the perfect playlist. His transitions were fantastic. And when we had a lighting fiasco a week before the wedding, Green Line immediately had our backs with their uplighting package (which was awesome, by the way). Book Green Line talent. Book Zach!!

Great DJ!!

Adam Izewski was the best wedding DJ! He understood the assignment when it came to the dancefloor. He also was on track with timelines and announcements. During the planning phase he was a great communicator. Also just a fun guy to have at your wedding. We got compliments from multiple guests and my husband and I enjoyed the night to the fullest.

Best DJ Ever!!!!

Shane was an amazing DJ. He went above and a beyond to get to know my fiancé and me and figure out exactly what we wanted for our wedding. We met multiple times over Zoom and once in person over lunch. From these meetings, he was able to expertly craft a playlist which met all our needs. We received so many compliments from guests of all ages on the music and many told us it was the most fun wedding they'd ever attended. Shane is accommodating, personable, and incredibly skilled at his craft. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ.

Daniel was better than we could have dreamed!

I would give Daniel 10 stars if I could, and would recommend him to any of my friends. He was incredible to work with and truly went above and beyond.

Daniel was an absolute delight to work with from the very first conversation. His collaborative nature, creative ideas, and genuine enthusiasm made every planning meeting something to look forward to. He generously devoted his time and expertise well ahead of our wedding, ensuring that every detail was thoughtfully addressed.

One of the standout moments was how Daniel went above and beyond to transform our wedding processional. At our request, he crafted custom-edited versions of our songs that flowed perfectly with our timing—giving the music a clear beginning, middle, and end. Zach was amazing

We had our wedding at Salvage One. Zach knew the space perfectly and crushed the music selection. My partner and I have pretty different music tastes but he was able to work in songs for each of us. We especially loved that he read the crowd, would try out songs, and if they weren't hitting, was able to adapt, adjust, and mix in a new song. Great for keeping the dance floor alive deep into the night. Easy to work with and very responsive. Would definitely work with Zach again!

Danced the night away!

We had an absolutely incredible time at our wedding, and Zach played no small part in that! From the very first consultation meeting—where Zach took plenty of time to understand both the style and logistics of our wedding night but also the kind of music we love—to the night's last dance, he set the stage for us and our guests to have a blast. Communications with Green Line Talent were prompt and professional. We felt we paid a very fair price for the value of their services. Simply the best!

My husband and I got married back in May, and I truly cannot recommend Green Line Talent enough! We heard about GLT through our photographer, who has been in the industry for a long time and told us how highly regarded they are. They could not have been more spot on. After reading tons of reviews, we ended up working with Zach as our DJ, and, from start to finish, he made the process so easy and really put our minds at ease with his professionalism, expertise and his chill demeanor. You could just tell, in talking to him, that you were in the best of hands. We ended up making a few schedule changes on the fly the night-of, and he handled it so seamlessly that nobody even realized. We have gotten so many compliments about Zach in the months since the wedding. Absolutely recommend!!

10/10 Wedding DJ Experience

Green Line Talent exceeded our expectations! We worked with them for our wedding and were very grateful for all their communication, help, responsiveness, and pairing us up with a DJ that best suited our needs and vibes. We worked with Daniel, who was the absolute best DJ we could have asked for! From the jump, Daniel was super communicative, thoughtful, sweet, and an active listener. He made us feel heard and made the process of planning the music portions of our wedding so fun and easy. He incorporated all of our music tastes and personal playlists and really elevated them. We had multiple guests come up to us throughout the night to compliment Daniel and his work, as well as ask us to send them the reception playlist. Daniel was also a great emcee, he hyped everyone up and was super attentive to the crowd, able to read the room. He often came to check on us to make sure everything was going to plan (he even came up to us after the ceremony to see if we needed a drink!). We couldn’t recommend GLT & Daniel enough!!

Zach from Green Line is the best!

If you're thinking about booking Green Line Talent---I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We got married in October 2023 and our guests have continued to say it was their favorite wedding with the most interactive party. This was made possible in large part to Zach from Green Line! Having special music moments was a top priority for my husband and I planning our wedding and Zach could not have been more helpful and flexible in curating exactly what we were hoping. We also had a request for an extra mic to sing and perform (LOL) on stage at our wedding and he was totally cool with it! We had so much fun and our guests had the chance to sing along and perform as well. It was such a fun dance and karaoke party that made the night feel like 'us' and felt unique. We are so appreciative of Zach and his attention to detail and flexibility. 10/10 recommend!

Great Experience with GLT and DJ Zach

We got married at an art gallery on April 1st, 2023 and had gotten in touch with GLT for a DJ. The team was great to work with, after a quick quiz call with Imani and Erica we got a list of DJ recommendations. We chose Zach from the list as it seemed like his musical profile best suited what we were looking for.

Zach was terrific to work with, after a quick meet up and finalizing our survey we were able to narrow down what we were planning for the day. We intermixed some specifically chosen Chinese songs with some modern and classic hits for the ceremony, cocktail hour and open dance and the dance floor was hopping throughout the evening, just like we wanted it! I would definitely recommend Zach to anyone looking for a DJ.

Perfect night!

Zach J was the best DJ! On top of keeping the dance floor full he sang "Unforgettable " live for our guests. His voice is right out of the Rat Pack Era. All of our guests were so impressed with his voice and DJ skills. Nothing but rave reviews from all of out guests. Working with GLT was a breeze. Everyone was extremely responsive and accommodating, which was very important to this bride. I cannot say enough good things about them. Definitely reccomend.

Daniel made our wedding dreams come true!

The *best* wedding DJ we could have asked for

Zach @ Green Line was THE BEST DJ we could have asked for for our wedding. From setting time aside to meet with us IN PERSON and discuss what we wanted and how/when to the actual day/night of our wedding it was very apparent that Zach cared about the entire event.

Not only did he respect our DNP list (we've heard horror stories), but the list he put together from our preferences was *incredible*. He read the room very well and EVERY song was a banger.

So Much Fun!

Dj griffo!

We used Green Line Talent to book the DJ for our wedding. The company was so unbelievably helpful and responsive to all of our questions. They paired us with DJ Griffo, and we are so glad they did! Griffo was extremely knowledgeable and very good at his craft. He talked with us several time before the big day. He helped us tweak and finalize our timeline, which proved to be very beneficial. From cocktail to the final song, he played all the right selections and had the dance floor full all night! People were still talking about him at our family parties months later! He even went out of his way to check in with us multiple times throughout the night and always made sure we had a drink in our hands. Can not recommend him enough!

Full Dance Floor All Night (not exaggerating)!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Green Line Talent and Gabe for our wedding in Chicago in May 2023. Green Line was super responsive and easy to work with. They listened to our preferences and shared playlists of DJs that fit our vibe. We ultimately chose Gabe, who made all of our wedding day dance floor dreams come true! Gabe was super attentive and even went above and beyond for us to create a special mix we hoped to use for our first dance. He took into account our requests and do-not-plays, while flexing his artistry and skill. Of all the complements we received from guests, the overwhelming majority were about Gabe and how much they loved the dance floor! I am not exaggerating when I say that every single song was a banger! I remember reading many DJ reviews before going with Green Line where brides remarked that the dance floor was full all night, but I was always doubtful. Well, now I’m one of those brides, but I hope you believe me when I say that our dance floor was packed all night, thanks to Gabe and Green Line! We had the time of our lives!

Matt will get everyone dancing!

Matt nails our vision for music throughout our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He beautifully wove together three separate themes we wanted to move through and helped make the experience incredible. When it came to the dance party portion of the evening, Matt's skills really shone. He kept everyone on the dance floor until the very last minute we had the venue. He knew exactly when to switch songs and never switched too early. He read the room and made sure there was never a dull moment. As MC introducing our speakers, he did a wonderful job keeping everything on track. He's also fun and personable. I'd hire him again in a second!

Natalie is THE BEST!

Natalie DJ'd the BEST DISCO PARTY of my wildest dreams! I had to eat my wedding cake and quesadilla late-night snack literally WHILE dancing (shoutout to my now husband for bringing them to me) because every song was so spot-on I couldn’t leave! Natalie guided our wedding night so seamlessly. I wanted the dance floor to be epic, and it was going strong for the whole 3.5 hours!

It was the best night of my life and the absolute best wedding I’ve ever been to and will ever be at, hands down. Seriously, book Natalie! She is THE BEST!

Awesome experience with GLT/Matt Griffo!

Matt was awesome as our wedding DJ/musician! We had an intercultural wedding with Indian elements interspersed within a secular Western ceremony. Matt corralled the guests with energetic "Baraat" music that he played with his boombox, encouraging them to dance as they made their way to their seats; his energy was contagious and guests had a great time. He then played 3 different songs live on his Ukulele, which he learned upon our request, as the officiant, groom and bride all walked down the aisle one by one. Several guests remarked that they loved Matt's interpretation of these songs by Coldplay, Frankie Valli, and even Guns N' Roses. For the cocktail hour, Matt not only kept the guests entertained with a Rat Pack playlist that he DJ'ed, but he also MC'ed the evening, cueing in the speeches and smartly playing songs that picked up on words from the speeches after. He brought a smile to all our faces that evening.

We got in touch with Matt through Green Line Talent. The whole process was so easy. Matt was laid back but continually putting us at ease, throughout the process of finalizing the music. Shoutout to Imani from Green Line Talent for her help with coordinating everything from getting the song lists to Matt, to ensuring we knew when each payment was due. We would 100% recommend them and Matt to any couples getting married.

Perfect experience from start to finish

Green Line Talent was simply fantastic to work with! Our DJ Matt Griffo was super responsive throughout the process and just an overall professional at his craft. The dance floor was bumping all night long and he did an excellent job of blending our musical tastes with some additional songs throughout that blended perfectly and really gave everyone a song to dance to. Matt also did a fantastic job working with the venue staff and our other outside contractors for a truly seemless experience. Extremely happy with the whole experience and the cost was fantastic considering what we paid vs. what we received. 10/10!

Truly Magical

Wow, we can not recommend Green Line Talent more strongly. Ryan Cash was our DJ for our wedding in Austin, and our family cannot stop talking about how magical the dance floor was. Zach's the Man

Greenline talent was a fantastic talent agency to work with. We completed a short form and they recommended a few DJs that fit our needs and wants. Each DJ had a mix that we were able to preview to feel out their genre and style.
We worked with Zach and he smashed it out of the park. We met with him a month before the wedding and did a comprehensive overview of the different types of music we would like (and not like). We compiled a spotify playlist with all the different music for different parts of the wedding. Zach read the room with skill and played music that kept the party going. Many of our guests commented on the fantastic music and we loved how many people were on the dance floor instead of sitting in their seats. If the party didn’t end at midnight I’m sure everyone could have gone another hour or two.

Our DJ Zach blew our minds!

I cannot recommend GLT & specifically our wedding DJ Zach highly enough! We really wanted someone who would not just understand our taste in music, but who would also read the room & keep the full audience engaged. Zac nailed it!

Zach was a pleasure to work with ! He was super organized and excellent with clarifying exactly what we wanted for our wedding reception. He brought the sound system for outdoor wedding and help guide us through our reception. Greenline Talent's structure and forms help to make the whole process clear and easy too. We were worried that our dance floor would be empty since we had so many 50 year old and then many 20 year olds. Zac was able to collaborate with us and find just the right beats to keep all of us dancing all night long. His overall style is low key so that the bride and groom and the music was the where the attention was at. We got so many compliments on how fun the night was! Thank you Zac!

DJ Natalie was the highlight of the night!

Having a fun DJ was so important to us, and DJ Natalie nailed it. We have gotten so many compliments from all demographics that attended the wedding. She took our recommendations into consideration, but did a great job feeling the room. She was also able to help tackle tricky audio situations that came up due to the level of elevation. We never wanted to leave the dance floor! Highly recommend!

DJ Zach and all of Green Line are Great!

We had DJ Zach B at our wedding on 7/16/22, and he was awesome! He seemed very knowledgeable about music, and he asked several detailed questions about which kind of music we would like played at different points throughout the night. He helped brainstorm specific artists we'd like to have played, and he was easy to talk to. The day of, he arrived on time, set up his gear (which sounded great) and acted professionally. He wanted to follow our lead for the pacing of the evening and encouraged us to enjoy our wedding. He asked us if we had "must plays," and he waited to play those until he saw we were out on the dance floor (and not while we were taking pictures or making the rounds). We strongly recommend DJ Zach and all of Green Line to anyone! All around cool and kind dude :)

Stellar and Superb!

Our wedding DJ, Matt Griffo, through Green Line Talent, did a truly amazing job performing and selecting music for our big day! My husband and I cannot recommend his creative talent enough. If you are looking for someone to perform for your upcoming event or your big day, our loved ones were absolutely raving about how fun the music was and how there was a great balance of something for everyone! That included Polish and Italian selections that got some of our more stubborn family members out on the dance floor, too and was so special to see!

Matt is truly an outstanding musician, as he played the piano during cocktail hour for us and truly added to the magic and sense of ambiance that started off our wedding reception. He is incredibly talented as a pianist and a musician in all regards, though this musical ability truly added a special touch to our cocktail hour.

When it came time for dinner and introductions, Matt was enthusiastic and jubilant in a way that our guests leaned into as well! He did a great job setting the tone and getting the positive energy going right away. Matt's musical selections for the dance floor were, however, especially notable as all of our loved ones were dancing the whole night all the way to the point that we had to leave the venue! Matt's talent for music and truly knowing an audience as well as his genuine understanding and consistent check-ins with us throughout the evening made things run super smooth and made our big day an incredibly fun and successful event! Matt even shared some amazing video footage he got from his angle on the stage with us before we even left the venue and we were laughing and smiling at all of our family and friends' interesting and silly dance moves after we left the reception hall. It was so special he went out of his way to share those videos with us right away! He truly cared about making our wedding day extra special and was willing to go out of his way to do so.

Beyond the day-of, Matt was great at coordinating and collaborating with us and was attentive to our questions as well as our suggestions in order to ensure our day could be personalized but in a way that was well-guided by his expertise! He was beyond flexible and even called to check in and verify the details prior to the night-of. We are so thankful to Matt for knowing his stuff and to Green Line Talent for their well-organized services, dedicated team, timely responsiveness, and fabulous customer care! Zach (from greenline talent) DJ'ed out wedding and did an absolutely fantastic job. Zach is a true professional. Not only did he take the time to understand what we were hoping for at our wedding, what our music tastes were, what our guests would want to hear, and how all of that would fit into the overall experience of the night -- he also knows how to fill in the gaps with what everyone needs and wants to hear. When it came down to start the night off with dancing, every song followed perfectly from the last, and everyone danced the entire night. Great music and energy that made for an incredible night!

Zach was the DJ for our wedding and he absolutely nailed the music choices we were hoping for. He met with us prior to discuss our taste and although my wife and I had somewhat different tastes in music, he was able to blend the two seamlessly and keep the energy up the entire night. We had a small wedding (less than 60) and it was incredible that Zach's energy was great enough to keep people on the dance floor consistently the ENTIRE night. Guests of all ages were raving to us post-wedding about how there was really a song for everyone. Would highly recommend Green Line Talent, and specifically Zach!

Best DJ experience

My husband and I chose to go with Green Line Talent for our wedding back in May and it was the BEST decision! We absolutely loved their dedication to finding the right DJ to fit our vibe. Look no further: book GLT and Natalie!!

Simply perfect is the only way to describe our experience with Green Line Talent for our May 2022 wedding. Elissa and Erica, the owners, were a joy to work with from the get-go. We had some unique needs for our wedding: a mix of Assyrian, Persian, Armenian, and Western songs, as well as the Hora thrown in there. They didn't bat an eye and connected us with Natalie, the amazing DJ who worked both our engagement party and wedding.

I'm putting this in all caps because it's true: NATALIE IS THE BEST. If you have the chance to work with her, do it, and you won't regret it. She took care of everything, from making sure the music kept everyone on the dance floor to getting mics to the right people at the right time. She studied up on our cultural tunes and DELIVERED, with many of my family members who know Assyrian and Persian music inside and out commenting on the quality of the DJ. She is such a kind soul as well.

All this would be enough to earn GLT a 5-star review, but I would be remiss if I didn't mention the incredible live musicians at our wedding. They provided us with an incredible guitarist who played at both our ceremony and cocktail hour. He coordinated with my dear friend who played violin with him as the bridal party and I walked down the aisle, practicing with her ahead of the big day and right before the ceremony. Having them play together was a highlight of the day. GLT also provided us with an incredible bassist who played with the guitarist at our cocktail hour.

100% feels like an understatement describing GLT. They went above and beyond for a reasonable price and with incredible customer service. I will recommend them to anyone I know looking for a wedding DJ or live music!

Fantastic company and DJ Zach rules!

Green Line Talent was a joy to work with from start to finish. Like many couples, we were affected by COVID-19 and had to move our date three times. Each time Green Line Talent was responsive and flexible for us. They have multiple DJs to choose from with a great profile for each on their website. We went with Zach Bain-Selbo and were so happy we did. He was responsive, did a fantastic job the day of, and had a planning meeting with us a month beforehand to get to know us and our musical likes/dislikes. Zach from Green Line Was Wonderful!

A great dancefloor was my top priority when planning our wedding - it was the first thing I booked - and Zach made sure the dancefloor was going the whole night. I had a lot of opinions for the wedding music and was able to coordinate ahead of time along with day-of changeups. Zach accommodated my vibe suggestions as well as playing several deep cuts from my wedding planning playlist throughout the night.

I may be biased, but this was the most consistently lively wedding dancefloor I've experienced. I had to do a lot of running around on the night, but every time I made my way for 90 seconds of dancing, the crowd and music was perfect. Zach is a huge reason why. I don't plan on having another wedding, but if I did, I'd hire Zach again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely Amazing Service

Green Line Talent was so great to work with! Such a thoughtful and responsive team. They were able to accommodate our MULTIPLY date moves, and offered tons of flexibility.

Zach Bain-Selbo was our DJ day of an he was wonderful! Some family members performed a special song for my mother/daughter dance and he made sure they had everything they needed and were able t do a sound check before hand. Dj with Great Energy

As a wedding planner in Chicago, I have had the opportunity to work with many DJs for all types of events.

We average 25+ weddings a year, and about 70% of the receptions will hire DJs for their wedding ceremonies and receptions.

I met Matt Griffo from Green Line Talent this past year, and he was a joy to work with. My clients had a very specific playlist, and Matt did an excellent job executing everything they wanted.

Working in the wedding industry for more than ten years, what I appreciate the most about Matt is that he’s dependable, always on time, and excellent at getting the wedding party together to do introductions (keeping things on schedule!) which is not easy when everyone is going in different directions.

Dance floor was always crowded!

Zach was an excellent DJ for our wedding this past June! We couldn't be happier with the music selection from our ceremony all the way to the reception. We had a great time getting to know Zach as he stuck with us for 2.5 years through 2 postponement dates due to the pandemic. Groove is in the heart

Gabe was the best!

Gabe was our DJ from Greenline and totally killed it! Every guest at our wedding had a BLAST and kept saying how great his music was. He held a call with us prior to our wedding and asked us many questions to ensure we were on the same page. He was very professional, came on time, and knew the schedule so well. We did not have to worry about anything, as he knew what to announce and when. He played the music we requested and made sure not to play any songs off our 'do not play' list. I would highly recommend using Gabe!!

Hire Natalie from Green Line Talent!!

Natalie from Green Line Talent was up there in one of the best decisions we made for our 10/2/21 wedding! We had 2 calls with her prior to the wedding but the one immediately before the wedding put me at ease so much. Not only is she easy to talk to, but you can tell without even ever seeing her DJ that she is incredibly skilled and confident in what she's doing - something my anxious self needed the week of the wedding! She walked me through the timeline for the day of, helped me decide on an opening song for the dance floor (Dancing Queen - great decision), and just generally made me feel so comfortable with the direction we were headed for the wedding. The night of she was so sweet, played THE BEST music, and even knew that the 7 minute Celine Dion song I threw on my playlist was an absolute must without me telling her. I probably bothered her 10 times during the night with song requests and she got to all of them and made everything so seamless. I don't think the dance floor was empty all night! I can't recommend her enough!

Green Line Talent was Awesome!

Had a great experience with Green Line Talent. We got married on a boat and were worried about our DJ being able to adapt. Gabe was absolutely amazing. He also took all of our suggestions and was able to give us the environment we wanted for all the different parts of the ceremony. GLT is the best

Green Line Talent was amazing to work with! Their speed at answering questions and emails is unmatched and they have a great selection of DJs and bands. After diving into my and my partner’s musical tastes, we were matched with Matt who was amazing! Matt was so fun to work with! He has great taste in music and was so knowledgeable that he even recommended albums and music that we enjoyed outside the scope of the wedding. Highly Recommend Matt Griffo!

We hired Matt Griffo just a week and a half before our wedding! We originally were going to go without a DJ but realized that with all of the little details day-of we really needed someone to help with the ceremony music, cocktail hour, and MC-ing for the reception. Matt came through for us right when we needed him and did not disappoint! We received compliments from multiple people on the music selection and our officiant even asked if we had a wedding coordinator (we did not) since everything went so smoothly. We attribute a lot of the "smoothness" to Matt and his ability to keep track of the schedule, when we were supposed to transition to dinner, and when toasts (we had a lot!) were supposed to happen. Partnering with Green Line Talent (GLT) was so easy. We found them after a coworker raved about another coworker's wedding DJ, and GLT lived up to the hype. Across the board, everyone (Elissa & Erica, DJ Zach, Violinist Hannah) was professional, receptive, and talented. We even had people rave about the music while they ate dinner, which is something I've never heard before. Without hesitation, I would recommend GLT to anyone.

Simply Amazing Experience!

Elissa and Erica were a dream to work with from start to finish! Planning and then re-planning our wedding in the middle of the pandemic was very stressful, but I cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention offered to us. Their response turnaround was insanely fast every time I reached out. We were supposed to have a DJ and string duo for our wedding, but due to COVID-19 restrictions, we were no longer able to have a dance floor at our September wedding. Elissa and Erica were so accommodating and kind by allowing us to reduce our music team to only the string duo (Hannah and Leyla) - who did an amazing job. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Green Line Talent if you are looking for easy to work with owners for planning, talented DJs, and music to keep your dancefloor full all night long! Elissa and Erica were awesome to work with from the beginning and very responsive. Their recommendation for a DJ to fit our style was spot on with Zach and their website is set up to easily research which DJ’s style works best for you. We were able to talk with Zach before signing the contract and he immediately sold us with his kindness, can-do attitude, and experience. When filling out the planning form and talking with Zach a couple months in advance, he was very helpful in making sure he had a playlist of music we liked and knew the plan for the day of. My husband was especially interested in being involved, so Zach even sent over the list of songs a week in advance for review. We LOVED that he allowed us to be a big part of the process. Also, with the COVID-19 pandemic, the team was so supportive and flexible throughout the process of trying to adapt to state re-opening and mitigation restrictions. The day of our wedding, Zach exceeded our expectations by helping the ceremony and reception run smoothly, hand delivering my first drink from the bar (how sweet was that?!!), checking in throughout the night, adjusting for 30 minutes of overtime when the party wasn’t ready to end, and keeping the dancefloor full all night long! My husband and I have never been much for the dancing at weddings, but with our type of music, DJ Zach, and no cheesy line dances…we were out on the dancefloor THE ENTIRE NIGHT!! We could not have asked for a better experience or people to work with to make our night unforgettable!

What a great party!

Green Line Talent was great, and easy to work with! We live in TX so had to plan for our Chicago wedding from a distance, but felt confident with our decision to go with GTL from the start. They have a great platform where you can learn a little bit about each of their DJs - their styles, inspirations, etc. - and we chose to go with Martin. We were easily able to chat with Martin leading up to the big day, and they provide a great planning sheet to ensure everyone was on the same page as far as what types of music we wanted to hear. During introductions and dinner, Martin acted as MC to keep everything flowing smoothly, introducing the wedding party and speakers accordingly and once it was time to party, party we did! The dance floor was always crowded, and filled with people of different age groups. Martin read the room and chose songs perfectly! Overall it was an amazingly fun night, and I would highly recommend Martin and the whole GTL team!

Green Line Talent is Everything!

I was drawn to Green Line Talent for a few reasons. 1. Female owned and operated 2. amazing reviews online 3. quick responses for quotes and 4. they sent samples of their DJ's work! I was blown away by DJ Kyle's pop playlist and booked him immediately after hearing it.

Green Line was super accommodating, responsive and kind. They checked in on me and my planning process throughout the year leading up to the wedding. I also hired our ceremony guitarist, Brandon, through Green Line who was a rockstar. He learned several songs for our ceremony and added the perfect ambiance to our outdoor fall wedding ceremony.

DJ Kyle MC'd and DJ'd our reception and boy, have I been telling anyone who will listen to hire him. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that our dance floor was packed all. night. DJ Kyle played all our "musts", didn't play a single Taylor Swift song like I asked and the reception went smoothly, transitioning through the night seamlessly. Every compliment I have received from friends and family I have let them know DJ Kyle from Green Line Talent is who to thank!

Excellent DJ!

Green Line Talent was wonderful to work with, from start to finish! Erica and Elissa are friendly and communicative and were very open to working with the vision we had for music at our wedding celebration from the first conversation we had with them. DJ Zach continued with the great hospitality and was incredibly easy to work with. The process for sharing our music suggestions and preferences was very organized, and Zach did a fantastic job of playing the tunes we selected, while also adding his own touch that was very consistent with our taste. Our guests danced the whole time and we go so many compliments on the music. I highly recommend Green Line Talent if you're looking for professional, friendly, and talented DJ services in Chicago!

Easy to work with, even at the last minute

Zach from Green Line Talent was great. We were cutting it close to find a DJ for our wedding and really lucked out working with him. He took the time to meet with us several weeks in advance of our big day to brainstorm ideas and get a sense of the feel we wanted for the event. He also helped us track down a polka song to include. In addition, he made excellent suggestions based on what we had come up with beforehand. The day of the event we went with having the ceremony on the venue's outdoor terrace. We hadn't decided before whether or not we wanted music during the ceremony. Zach, along with our day-of coordinator extraordinaire, went ahead and put on music, which turned out to be perfect.

He kept the event moving with a mix of musical genres that made for a relaxing and fun atmosphere for our family and friends, with the dancing inside and a more relaxed ambiance in the outdoor space. Many thanks! Peter and Jill (married October 2018)

Amazing DJ!

We used Green Line Talent for our wedding in October 2018.
Having a good crowd on the dance floor all night long was important to us, but I was definitely nervous about our ability to choose music that would appeal to the whole guest list. Also, getting married in the outer fringes of the suburbs, with a smaller budget, I was a little worried our only options were going to end up being someone's uncle or a DJ whose influences are solely 80's hair metal bands. I mean, there's a time and place for everything...but with Green Line Talent & DJ Zach, we were able to have music that felt true to ourselves, but still had a little something for everyone, without sacrificing quality or spending an arm and a leg!

Getting a quote was easy and had all of the info I needed when making initial comparisons - no back-and-forth, hidden fees or pressure to book. I love that the "roster" section of the website has MULTIPLE sample mixes for each DJ - I saw so many other DJ companies that just don't do that. Meeting face-to-face to get to know Zach and talk about music tastes and preferences was great, despite the fact we weren't the most prepared couple at that time (pro tip: don't schedule your DJ meeting for the day after your bachelorette party)!

Made it an awesome party!

It was important for us to have good music that people would want to move their bodies to at our wedding. Green Line Talent, Elissa in particular, was perfect for this. I think most people were truthful when they said our wedding was one of the best parties they had ever been to and Elissa played a huge rule in making it a memorable bash. She was extremely responsive and helpful during the planning process as we tried to hone in on the genres and vibe we wanted to create during the reception. People danced like maniacs, as did we. She was very open to our song requests but also delicately handled our uncertainty and took the lead on figuring out what was best for us.

Excellent!

One just simply cannot go wrong with Green Line Talent. Earlier this year Jean-Luc Haas was a DJ at my wedding/reception which we had on St. Patrick’s Day. It was obviously The Big Day in my life, so it was important that everything would go smooth. Not only Jean-Luc met my expectations, he actually exceeded them tremendously! He was polite and friendly, and nice to everyone, and highly professional. He had met with me and my now wife twice before the wedding to discuss any ideas we could have had. He had given us his valuable advice and made sure everything would go as planned. And he did an excellent job at the reception! He was genuinely concerned about everyone who attended the reception, he took requests, kindly talked to our guests, and many of them were complimenting him at how great he was. Both my wife and I were happy. I would highly recommend to hire Jean-Luc as your DJ for any kind of entertainment night, whether it’s a birthday party, a wedding, or reception, or simply a family and friends get together night. Five stars!

The perfect dance party

My husband and I had planned a small low-key wedding but we did want to have a great time and have a proper dance party at the end of the night. We decided pretty late in the game to hire a professional DJ. Despite the short notice, the people at Green Line Talent were incredibly helpful and very responsive. Our wedding DJ Gabe was very easy to talk to and on our wedding day it was clear that he had really understood what we were going for. Even with some very particular requests such as Belgian and Indian songs, he didn't disappoint. He worked them seamlessly into an already perfect playlist. Not only did my husband and I appreciate this, all of our guest were on the dance floor too. We definitely got the dance party we had hoped for. One of the best choices we made for our big day!

DJ Zach was great! He was communicative, flexible and made it a point to get as much input from us as possible before our big day. Zach played a variety of music; getting all ages out on the dance floor. We were having a blast with all of our family and friends and Zach was able to enhance the energy with great tunes. Elissa DJed our wedding on June 10, 2018, and she had everyone on the dance floor for the entire night. When we reached out to her originally, she was very communicative and offered to Skype with us so we could tell her about our wedding, our musical tastes, and what we were looking for. From start to finish she was professional, prompt in her responses, and super supportive. The day of the wedding, we didn't have to worry about a thing. Elissa handled all of the intros, toasts, and surprise dances with precision. She played all of the songs we loved and wanted to hear, and was able to read the crowd perfectly. We had many people come up to us and say the music was awesome and they had never danced so much at a wedding. I definitely recommend her as a DJ. We are so thrilled that we chose Green Line Talent to DJ our wedding day. We have gotten so many compliments on our DJ, Zach, who killed it. Zach was so receptive to what music we wanted and actually played what we wanted, unlike many wedding DJs we have seen at other weddings. An actual quote from our friend, 'I went to a wedding this weekend but was not as much fun, they obviously didn't have your DJ.' If you want to dance all night with your friends and family, ask for Zach!!

Gabe was the perfect choice for our wedding. We are very big music fans and were nervous that our wedding DJ might not understand our specific needs and choices we had planned for the event. However, after meeting with Gabe we knew we were in great hands and he worked closely with us to make sure he was creating the vision we had in mind. With so many things on our plate during the planning process he was extremely patient and flexible and was willing to work around our schedule every step of the way. At the wedding itself he played exactly what we discussed and did a great job start to finish from our wild entry to our quirky traditions. Loved, loved, loved this DJ! You have to hear his work for sure! The music was never, too loud or overpowering. During dinner the music was only "dinner music" and beautiful. He totally worked the crowd and for the first time ever the dance floor was packed the whole reception! Excellent and everyone complimented the music!

We used Green Line to book a musician for our ceremony and cocktail hour and a DJ for our reception. Brandon Reisdorf played guitar for the ceremony and cocktail hour. He learned multiple songs for us, was an exceptionally good communicator, and was highly organized. He was absolutely fantastic and exceeded my expectations. He created a beautiful and fun atmosphere. Gabe Cozzens was our DJ for the reception. I told him that I wanted him to play as many songs as possible in his 3 hour set, and holy cow, did he deliver! Everyone was coming up to me telling me how great the DJ was and how fun the dance floor was. One friend said it was like a powerhour of his favorite songs. It was seriously a blast. I highly recommend Green Line for booking your wedding music!

I can not begin to say enough great things about Gabe. We had a few conversations about our music style and Gabe ran with it and blew us away. Some of the music we are into is a little less popular and I thought I would have to get him all the tracks and just did not end up having time to do that. BUT Gabe did amazing. He found all of our favorites based on the list we sent him of our favorite artists and he played our slower jams during cocktail hour and dinner and mixed it in with some awesome jams for the reception. He read the crowd so well. Never have I been to a wedding where the entire party, and no I don't mean the just the bridesmaids and groomsmen, but all of the guests at the entire wedding is singing and dancing to bohemian rhapsody. Older folks, young folks - my DAD! It was incredible. I also can not believe the timing on the music for the ceremony recessional. We didn't even have time to go over a que for the music. He just listened to the song, and went with it and man, it was PERFECT!

DJ Kyle was absolutely amazing. My wife and I used him a couple of weeks back and were blown away by what he did, as were all of our guests. We have a wide range of taste in music, from country, motown, classic rock, top 40s, you name it we requested it to be a part of our special day because that's who we are. We were concerned until we heard it, WOW. It was a blast and the next song brought even more energy to the party. Also, he was extremely professional, he dressed completely appropriate, and his set up was simply yet elegant to match the day. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to everyone!

Kyle Dj'd our wedding, and he really crushed it. We picked him from his sample on the website. I'm not a dancer, and his mix had me dancing around the kitchen while we were cooking dinner.

Contracting was easy, he showed up and delivered everything as promised.

Ive heard from guest after guest about how much fun they had dancing, and how the DJ pumped out hit after hit.

I'll definitely be recommending him and Green Line Talent to anyone who asks!

Selecting Green Line Talent for our wedding DJ was by far one of the easiest decisions in our entire planning process! From the first inquiry to the post-event follow up, Erica & Elissa were extremely responsive, professional and fun to work with. Marsden Giolas did a great job as DJ of our wedding. It was a bit of an older crowd but he got everyone up on the floor dancing in no time and he kept us moving the whole time. He has a good sense of current music trends of mixing some of the classics with current hits. Everyone was sad when the party ended as we all wanted to keep dancing.

I would highly recommend Marsden for your wedding but only if you want everyone to join in and dance! He made our evening super special and tons of fun!!

Gabe did a great job with the whole process. He was calm and friendly during the planning process and the day of the wedding. Things went smoothly the whole night -- even when my best man jumped the gun with the toasts. Gabe was able to kept things flowing and rearrange the schedule to get everyone fed in time. After making introductions for dinner and toasts, Gabe opened the dance floor and set the mic down to focus on playing the music. He didn't try to be the center of the show, and played the role of DJ, not MC.

As far as planning went, we gave pretty loose guidance with a list of bands and songs we like, and he was able to put together a great set. Our friends thought it was a great representation of our tastes, and the dance floor was full the whole night.

Erica and Elissa were great with managing the logistics -- prompt and friendly the whole time.

If I were to have another wedding, I'd use them again without a doubt. You won't be disappointed either.
