Incredible and worth every penny!!

I had looked ALL OVER for a transportation company that was not going to force me into an 8-hour block when I only needed 5 hours worth of transportation time. The hotel was close but I wanted people to feel comfortable getting back. I finally stumbled on Green Light Limo and they were AMAZING!! Dawn was one of the most responsive of all our vendors, getting back to me usually within the hour! She was able to craft our contract to fit our needs perfectly, and she had updated our contracts quite a few times (I switched times, and shuttle types, and so much more!). When I had to call their customer service line, and I specifically asked for Dawn since we had done so much, their customer service reps were SO NICE and courteous, it wasn't even like I was talking to another person, they were all so in sync! The driver we were assigned - which they texted us updates all during the day of!!!! - Butch, was the sweetest gentleman, and so outgoing and kind. It made my wedding day jitters calm right down knowing I didn't need to worry about our wedding party or our guests being in unknown hands!! You need transportation for your wedding party, guests, any event - You need Green Light Limo!!

Fantastic to work with

My wife and I used Green Light for our wedding at the end of September and we are so glad that we did - they could not have been better to work with. While transportation seems simple, we knew that everything else we had planned and put our energy into would be wasted if our guests didn't actually get to the wedding and the wedding day could not have gone smoother! We had to move a lot of guests (over 150 did not drive themselves) and our venue was over 30 minutes from the hotel so our buses could only run one way, not as shuttles. We also had to transport the bridal party to the venue early in the day on separate runs. Green Light was responsive, flexible, communicative and very, very competitively priced. They helped us book a smaller vehicle for our bridal party (a 24 passenger coach - we initially booked their van and they were great about changing to the larger vehicle after the fact) and provided our large coach buses for our guests (55 passenger coaches). They were also terrific late in the process when we realized we needed an extra bus for the end of night trip - just a few weeks before our wedding, they found us a bus from a third party at a great rate which allowed us to keep all of our transportation with them. They were also great about providing us with driver names and phone numbers in the days before the wedding and also about conveying our messaging to their drivers about pickup locations, timing, etc. In short, if you want one less thing to stress about on your wedding day, hire Green Light. You will absolutely not regret it!

My husband and I hired Green Light Limo for our son's wedding on October 28, 2017. They are professional, on time and have beautiful vehicles. I appreciate that they sent text messages the day before confirming the pick up time and place. Their prices were competive. We hired two stretch limos for transportation to the church and then on to the reception and a shuttle from the reception back to the hotel. I highly recommend Green Light Limo.

After emailing several limo companies and not even getting a response for a requested quote, Green Light answered me immediately with a reasonable quote for a party bus to transport myself, my husband and our bridal party from our house, to the church, and then to the reception. They were reliable and easy to work with, and the bus itself was awesome. Our driver Elisangela was very nice and professional and didn't seem to mind the music and singing and general merriment from the back of the bus. Unfortunately, just before getting off the highway to get to the venue, the bus got a flat tire (it had double tires, so it wasn't a huge deal -- but could have been quite the inconvenience)! However, Elisangela was a pro and drove slowly (and safely) to still get us to the venue on time. We felt like we were in good hands for the whole ride!

We booked Green Light Limo for the 24 passenger limo party bus for our bridal party, and we're so happy we did! We got married a few weeks ago and everything went wonderfully. We signed the contract over a year ago, and the payments were charged as agreed upon. When making the final payment they reviewed the timing of the wedding day with my husband over the phone. I received a text and email the day of our wedding listing who the driver would be, the bus information, the driver's phone number and what time she'd be arriving. Elizabeth was our driver and she was great! She arrived on time and was very helpful with my dress making sure I was able to easily get on and off the bus! I would totally recommend Green Light Limousine to any couple looking for wedding transportation!

It was a pleasure working with Green Light Limo. Lew was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. I was in a bind when another limo company doubled the price of their quote when the time came to pay the deposit. I called Lew and although Green Light was completely booked, he called around until he was able to procure the coach bus I required for my wedding day. He was incredibly responsive and flexible. We used Green Light's services for transportation to the rehearsal dinner and our driver, Louis, was so polite, patient, professional and courteous. I highly recommend Green Light Limo.

Green light limo was reliable and affordable. Throughout the process they were responsive and flexible, adapting for timing changes. We booked a 13 person executive van to transport bridal party members to the venue from the hotel. The shuttle arrived 15 minutes early, helped load flowers into the back of the van, and got us there in great time. We booked an executive van as it was much more affordable than a limousine. It was very nice inside with hardwood floors and leather seats.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Green Light Limos! We rented 2 limos for the bridal party and family as well as a coach bus for guest transportation. All vehicles arrived on time, were in clean and immaculate condition and the drivers were so friendly. We really could not have asked for a better experience. They also offer a coupon if you book airport transportation for your honeymoon so we are taking advantage of that as well. I specifically dealt with both Charlie and Dawn over the phone for my bookings and they were both so courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Green Light Limos!

Green Light Limo did an excellent job providing us with transportation for our wedding day! Not only were they on time and polite, but they were also helpful in opening doors and escorting us into the church. I was worried because we had two limousines but they were both prompt and easily traveled together between multiple destinations. Great price, easy to work with and I would recommend them for any event!

Our experience with Green Light Limo's was excellent! We used them for transportation of the wedding party to and from the ceremony venue and back to the reception. We literally did not want to get off the party bus! The driver was awesome, the party bus was huge (we had a 20 person wedding party, still plenty of room), the driver was on time, and knew where he was going. Awesome service! We highly recommend them!

I had many last minute changes to our itinerary and overall plan for our event and green light limo and our even coordinator were very flexible and accommodating! Everyone had a great time.

Awesome driver ! Only complaint party bus smelled a bit like spilled booze. Alittle fabreeze would have helped.
Other wise great party bus and driver.
Thanks to the driver for getting the group to the aqua turf and to the reservation dept for being so patient while I changed the times several times.

We called Green Light with only a day's notice. They were so nice and flexible and were miraculously able to accommodate us. We were picked up on time, given a wonderful greeting and remarkable service. It was a wonderful evening. Our driver was so pleasant and personable. The transaction was simple and billed to our card exactly what was quoted and it included tip, which was nice. It was actually so perfect. We highly recommend Green Light!

Green Light Limousine was an essential part of our Wedding Day! There was a huge accident and traffic was backed-up on I-84 on our way to the church, which put a big kink in our timeline. The limo drivers without hesitation found an alternate route to the church to get us there as soon as possible! Despite being unable to avoid a delay in the ceremony, the limo drivers were pleasant and made the trip to the church comfortable and fun. After the ceremony, a last minute decision was made to make a detour to the reception and go to a beautiful barn instead to take pictures. Without hesitation, the limo drivers accommodated us and brought us to the barn to make our day as perfect as possible. We can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and flexibility.

Green light limo was awesome! We used them for our wedding in July and the whole process was smooth. Booking was very easy and Laura in the office was wonderful to deal with. We had a 18-24 passenger party bus. It was very nice, very roomy. Our driver was very friendly and professional. Definitely would recommend them!

We were very happy with Green Light, they were VERY professional and responsive to follow ups. There was a very slight mishap with one driver however the company immediately corrected and provided me with a credit, we used them for transportation to and from the airport with no issues. We would recommend them to our friends or others.

Superb and accommodating service! This company was fantastic in all aspects for my wedding. They provided immaculate stretch limousines for my bridal party and groomsmen. They provided 2 shuttle buses for my guest transportation and then even provided a town car to bring us back after the wedding to the hotel. They picked us up for our honeymoon transportation too, all wonderful services. The drivers were professional and on time, and helpful and attentive. The office staff was friendly and called me the day before the trip which was nice to not have to worry about confirming that with them. They are flexible and were willing to make last minute additions to our wedding contracts and even offered to stay open later one evening to let us come in and take a look at the vehicles and pay in cash instead of charging our cards on file! Fabulous service. Thank you for making my wedding transportation unforgettable.

The party bus from Green Light Limousine was the best part of our wedding! It was clean and fully stocked, affordable and the driver was excellent. The company was very flexible with my planning, even up to the last day changing the details of the bus. We went over by an hour and the driver was more than accommodating in our last minute choices and a professional to all of my wedding party the entire time! We weren't going to use a car service for our honeymoon but after the great service we received, it was more than worth it! They even offered 50% off on our return! Great company! Will definitely use them for any other special events we have in the future!

We used a town car and a party bus. The driver of the town car, Charlie, was great. The party bus got lost going from our house to the church. Luckily the wedding party stopped the driver and gave the correct directions. She was responsive to this, but they were still a bit late for the church. We are using this company again for an upcoming trip.

Green Light Limousine Service did a wonderful job providing transportation for our wedding in June. The two buses that transported our guests to and from the hotel, church, and reception, as well as our limousine, were on time, professional, and provided perfect service. They were great to work with.

I used greenlight limo for my wedding, we rented a party bus which was perfect for the size of the bridal party we had.. Everything went well the entire night, our driver was great, got us to the church and reception on time! After the reception, we wanted to go to one of our favorite bars after the wedding was over. Which was right by our home. Our driver got lost for over an hour which made me feel like it was on purpose so we would run out of time. It didn't make sense to me because he picked us up initially literally a mile away from the bar so he knew exactly where it was. We ended up making it for a half hour.. After spending almost an hour and a half on a bus ride that should have been 15 minutes. On our honeymoon, I got an unauthorized charge on my account from this company for another 200 dollars. I called and they said the reason was because we were at the church longer than the time we had, which absolutely wasn't true because then I would have been late to our reception which I was not. After fighting for the money back i finally got it 3 weeks later. So basically.. Yes I was happy with greenlight limo until after the reception.

My drivers were on time and courteous. My driver even took a picture for me when I was on the bus by myself! So sweet. He offered to always carry things for me, or pick my dress up when it was dragging. He made the day very enjoyable!!

The staff at Green Light Limo was amazing to work with. Planning from accross the country was difficult but they were very patient with my questions and so accommodating to create a custom package. The only reason why I cannot give 5 stars for service is because of the driver. He was very rude. A poor reflection of the wonderful service and professionalism I received from the office.

The day of the event was difficult because their was a significant amount of snow fall. The limo provided had no heat, even though the driver insisted it did, it would blow nothing but cold air.
When the driver got us to the venue he stopped at the top of the hill saying that of he went down he wouldn't be able to get back up. I was in a wedding dress, was he expecting me to try to walk down the hill in the snow? He sat there for a few minutes until I became angry and told him that I needed to get down their and that's what I paid for. I paid for someone to get me to where I needed to be, not to worry if they'd get back up a hill or not (which he did). Very disappointed in the services and limo.

DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!!! My reception was scheduled to end at 11. The shuttle bus driver THREATENED my guests by saying he would leave without them if they are not on the bus by 10pm. He had the DJ announce it as well. Everyone started clearing out by 10, an ENTIRE HOUR OF MY RECEPTION had been with half the guests waiting on the bus. An hour of my reception wasted with DJ and hall was over $5,000.... Completely wasted. After contacting them, asking for some one to take responsibility I told 3 people my story and they kept passing the buck, saying they would get back to me and never did.
