I cannot recommend Crystal enough! She was such a joy to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and truly took the time to understand the vision I had for our wedding day. When I saw my flowers for the first time, I was honestly speechless. They turned out exactly how I had imagined and dreamed they would look, and somehow even more beautiful. Every arrangement was absolutely perfect and helped make our day feel so special. I am so grateful for Crystal's talent and care, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a florist! -

Wedding Experience
We discovered Great White Farm by a recommendation and were shocked with our results. When thinking about all the wedding decor needed to make a day feel so beautiful, it can be so overwhelming. Personally, one thing we were especially nervous about, was our table centerpieces. Crystal and the Great White Farm team, solved all our problems. Not knowing much about flower arrangements, we were able to work together to create exactly what we wanted. From the beginning, Crystal knew the vision we had and brought it to life. Her expertise in planning and setting up made our decor planning stress free. Her eye for detail brought true beauty and elegance to our day. Thank you for your bright energy that gave us such confidence to know we would be so happy with the end result. You have truly found your niche. -

Crystal was amazing to work with. She was super responsive and flexible in the planning phase. Our florals turned out beautifully, especially my bridal bouquet. I am so happy we hired Crystal and Great White Farms. She really understood the vision I had and executed it. I would definitely recommend Crystal if you want someone fun, professional and creative!! 10/10

Personalized perfectly
Amazing vendor! Throughout the whole process there was so much flexibility with my ideas. She was also super helpful in executing my ideas. I am clueless in the category of florals and she was able to put my ideas together to create a perfect wedding ceremony! -

So unique & beautiful!
Crystal at Great White Farms was exactly what I was looking for in a florist for our wedding. Modern & elegant with a bit of a boho vibe. She has her own floral farm where she grows the flowers, and it makes her work that much more unique. I felt our flowers were so different than traditional stuffy bouquets. She also was so helpful when I came to her with ideas by helping me find a balance between my vision & what was cost effective. Day of she was prompt at dropping off the floral as well. Thank you Crystal for the beautiful flowers! I dried and kept as many as I could! -

Cannot recommend Great White Farm enough!
Crystal was amazing, She did our wedding florals and I highly recommend her! The flowers turned out so gorgeous, way better than I had imagined and we received so so many compliments on them.
Crystal was so easy to work with. I loved how detailed her initial proposal was. With florals you never really know how everything will turn out until the day of but looking at her proposal gave me so much confidence and put me at ease. I changed my mind several times during the process and she was patient and flexible. She made great recommendations and was able to bring my vision to life. Her services were affordable and a great value for the money! -

I would recommend Great White Farm a million times over for your wedding florals! Crystal was SO attentive to our details and asked me tons of questions to help me and her nail down the look. I had a rough experience with my other vendors, but was blown away by Crystal’s professionalism, friendliness/humor and how AMAZING she is as her craft! She’s simply the best!!! Thank you Crystal for making my wedding the picture perfect day that I always dreamed of! -

Beware! Tried ghosting us. Promised cascading bouquet and did not deliver that. Gave it to my wedding planner than left without talking to me. Didn’t respond for days. Had the wrong bouquet on on my wedding day.
Brides beware of florist!!
Never book with Great White Farms. Crystal Della Bianca. She delivered the incorrect bouquet, would not answer my call and I had to go down the aisle without the bouquet I asked for. Would not call me back for 2 days AFTER my wedding. Then finally got a full refund after we called her 20 times on the actual wedding day, then 5 times on the Monday after. Including multiple text messages. My bouquet was never fixed!!! She tried to blow us off and not speak with us.
I booked with Crystal probably a year in advance. I let her know that my main priority was a cascading bouquet. I did ask about table florals, cake florals and some greenery. SOOO glad I did not go with her for my centerpieces after seeing her work.
We had a contract, I was fully paid up way in advance and multiple email communications that I will post.
On the day of the wedding she came to me and introduced herself then went off somewhere into the venue. She showed up around 10:30am She never returned to talk to me. My wedding planner came up around 11am and gave me my bridal bouquet.
I wanted to immediately cry. I frantically started searching though my emails to see what went wrong.
My email communications with her show that I wanted a cascading bouquet. She said the price of the bouquet for $200. Also, I want to point out that I asked for draping greenery on a ledge in the venue. She did not drape the greenery at all.
In these emails, I clearly sent photos of inspirations of what I wanted. She did not deliver what she promised. She never told me. She couldn’t do a cascade bouquet. She never increased the price. She said the pricing she said she understood the inspiration. I was looking for that. I’ll be getting this bouquet.
Post all photos below. the first photo I’ll post with the inspiration photos and the last photo will be what she delivered.
I tried calling her and I had no response. I started texting her just asking what happened hoping maybe she would come, and there was some kind of mistake. She ignored me. My friend called her 20 times because I was so upset. She never answered the phone. She never texted me back, saying she was busy nothing.
The other vendors in my bridal suite were so disgusted by her they told me to take their phones and start calling her to see if she would pick up. One of my vendors told me that this is horrible and she’s honestly really lucky because most brides would’ve literally lost it.
My mom had to take flowers from Trader Joe’s and add them to the bouquets she sent to make it look fuller. I never received the service that she promised. I walk down the aisle with a bouquet that looked nothing like I wanted and what I paid for.
I left it alone on Sunday and then Monday morning I started texting her again. Still no response I tried giving her a call and I left her a voicemail. No response. Finally I said I’m demanding a full refund and furthermore, I’m gonna have every single one of my friends leave a bad review, I told her that she was cowardly and shady for not answering any of her communications and this is not how you run a business or leave a bride hanging.
Still no response my fiancé called her five times leaving voicemail saying he wants to speak with her and see her communications fell through and this is not how you run a business as he used to be a business owner himself. He said he was completely disgusted by her and she obviously doesn’t care to make things right or to at least say where things went wrong. After this voicemail, she finally texted me asking what my Venmo was sent me a full refund.
No explanation no apology just a refund.
My fiancé called back left another voicemail saying that a refund is not enough. We already ruined the day. You didn’t try to fix it. He didn’t try to explain yourself. You didn’t apologize. This is not how you run a business. You need to talk to your clients and we still want a phone call. He stated on voicemail that he was gonna report her to the Better Business Bureau as putting up signs in Burlington about how shady her businesses and how she can’t talk to her customers.
After this last voicemail, she immediately called me back. First thing she said was stop harassing me. I asked her why she never called me back why she can’t tell me where communications fell
Next thing she said is I agree this is not a cascading bouquet and I’m sorry. She never explain why she didn’t deliver me the cascading bouquet that she promised, and that I wanted. All she said was no you’re right it was not a cascading bouquet. I was the one that fell short on the communications. It was me. She finally admitted fault but still gave no explanation how has happened or how she thought this would be okay.
I told her that she is so shady and sneaky for not contacting me and all she said was “well you can think that then.”
I asked her why she wouldn’t contact me and how she could leave me hanging. She told me that she was very busy, she had an event right after my wedding. She had an event on Sunday and she’s at an event right now on Monday. That was her excuse, she was busy. For 2 full days. Couldn’t even text back after the fact? Why not text back even after business hours? She should have fixed it immediately but she couldn’t even send back a text.
I told her my friend called her 20 times, I told her I know you just left the venue, I told her I would have even been okay with receiving a text message later than night at 10 PM or something saying hey sorry I’m busy but let’s try to rectify this Monday morning or some kind of communication.
I told her you never tried to contact me. You were a coward and hit away from your work. She finally then apologize and said you’re right I should’ve contact you or picked up the phone and I didn’t.
Kyle asked if the bouquet that she created with something that she was proud of she said: “well I liked it.”
Kyle and I said that’s all we wanted was an apology and to get some kind of explanation which we didn’t get an explanation. She just was again “I fell through on the communications I’m sorry.” Then I hung up.
She never did explanation why she couldn’t deliver what she promised, but she did admit that yes she knew I asked for Cascade bouquet and she did not do that. I would have been willing to spend $500 JUST on the bouquet because it meant so much to me. She’s one one who set the price. I was so excited just to be let down. It was odd to not understand what happened and how this was so drastically different. I left my bouquet at the venue, I didn’t want it and I was going to have my husbands father preserve it for me and I want nothing to do with that memory anymore.
I never screamed, I didn’t swear. The videographer said she’s lucky I was handling this so calmly. There was no reason why she couldn’t find a way to call or text me back after two days. It appears to me she knew that she wasn’t delivering what she promised, ran off and ghosted the bride on the wedding day and even 2 days after. It was such a fight to even get a refund then even more just to get a simple phone call.
We’re still so confused on how she could just sit here and think that she could get away with not speaking to our client. It’s so we have to call her over 20 times we also gave her two additional days to get in contact with us, but she refused and hid away.
