    Fantastic Food!

    I wasn't originally planning on offering food during the cocktail hour as our wedding was pretty early in the afternoon, and I didn't think people would be hungry yet. I was quickly persuaded to reconsider, and I couldn't be happier that I did. I was able to work through all the details over a few quick conversations with Jenn at Great Circle and she took it from there. Great Circle Catering brought in a bunch of appetizers and displayed them so guests could easily help themselves. There were no leftovers and people were complimenting the food for days afterwards. It's also worth noting that we provided enough food for a party of 100 and our group of 70 finished it off entirely. If that doesn't emphasize the quality of the food, I'm not sure what would. Luckily, the groom and I were able to get a few of each before they were gone and the flavor was incredible. My only regret is that I didn't order more from them. I will definitely be reaching out to them for any catered events we have going forward.

    Wonderful!

    Easy, professional and the food was the BEST! Everyone at the reception raved about how good the food was. We went with the tacos! We will use them again!

    No Response for Over a Month...

    I normally don't leave reviews after receiving bad service (I just want to forget about it and move on), but I had a horrible experience with Great Circle Catering. Securing a caterer is the most stressful part of planning a wedding (aside from the venue), and after having a great conversation with Great Circle Catering on the phone, securing our menu, and then started planning the tasting... everything went silent. My contact with Great Circle didn't answer for weeks which is very stressful as you can imagine since it was 9 months before my wedding and caterers are getting booked quickly.

    I started pursuing another vendor and thank goodness I did because Great Circle got back to me over a month later. I received a phone call from someone who was following up with all the clients that the women I had previously been coordinating with and apologized for the month of no responses (turns out she had COVID and that's why she was not replying).

    She asked me if I wanted to proceed and if so, I needed to put down a deposit - without even tasting anything - because there are several people that want the same day. Suddenly being rushed to make a decision after radio silence of over a month while not even tasting anything - crazy! My husband and I aren't picky, but what if we really didn't like their food? The situation was just bizarre and we decided to go with another vendor.

    While this might be a one-off situation, I needed to make sure I provided this review to make sure this never happens to anyone else.
