We toured Gray Bridge Venue during winter when it was raining but still fell in love with the beautiful views and the amount of space for all of our guests! We really appreciated how Landmark Event Co was very professional and transparent with the venue setup and printed us an entire estimate/quote on our first visit so we would be able to clearly understand all the numbers. At this point we didn't even know how much linens/service/catering would even remotely amount to, so having everything detailed and laid out for us very clearly was a huge bonus and pushed us to lock down this decision.

We had an amazing experience with this 'all-inclusive' venue, we didn't have to worry about the linens/servers/bartenders/drinks/catering and just had to go in for a tasting which was so delicious! Our guests raved about how beautiful our venue was and how delicious the food was! We chose to do buffet style and almost all our guests went back for seconds or thirds.

Gray Bridge was the wedding venue of my dreams! If you’re searching for an outdoor venue in Washington, look no further. From the amphitheater seating for the ceremony to the cocktail bar for appetizers, the tented reception with chandeliers, and a covered dance floor adorned with lights, they’ve thought of every detail! I recently got married, and many friends told me it was the best wedding they had ever attended. Guests loved how easy it was to move between areas and enjoyed all the picturesque spots. Additionally, the curated vendor list from the owners is top-notch. Together, the team made my fairytale wedding a reality!

Gray bridge is the "Dream come true" wedding venue. My husband and I were looking for a venue with multiple spaces for our guests incase they didn't want to be on the dance floor. This venue comes with beautiful greenery and lake , but most importantly it comes with toe amazing man being that will make you wedding exceptional, Stacy and Matt, who are the owners.

Gray Bridge was the first venue my husband and I looked at and it instantly ruined us for any other place. Nothing compares to Gray Bridge! We are transplants to the Pacific Northwest and wanted to provide our guests a slice of what the PNW has to offer. From the mountains, to the evergreens, to the pond and everything in between Gray Bridge is the perfect space for an outdoor wedding. Matt and Stacy have thought of everything a bride and groom could want and exceeded expectations. Their preferred vendor list made wedding planning so easy, and we really lucked out with the best vendor team!

15/10. More stars. Cannot recommend this venue enough. It was perfect for our wedding, and it was perfect for everything leading up to the wedding as well. The owners (Matt & Stacy) are incredibly professional, straight-forward, communicative, funny, and kind. They genuinely want your wedding to reflect the love and character of your relationship, and they make it so easy to have a really fun and relaxing day. There are a number of rules, but they all make sense, are all really clear up front in the contract and conversation you have with them, and are there to make sure the day goes smoothly and everyone has a great time. We had easy access to the venue when we needed to check things out with our coordinator and officiants, and every time we got escorted around the venue by their charming cats, Hazel & Scampers. Book this venue! You will be so glad you did.

My sister found Gray Bridge as a possible wedding venue for us, and even before we took a tour, we were very interested. After meeting Matt and Stacy and seeing the venue in person, we were 1000% sure that was our venue and we booked our date that day. The venue is not only absolutely beautiful, but really well thought out. From the getting ready areas, cocktail hour space, ceremony seating, reception area, and the dance floor, it all flows perfectly and each space feels distinct and designed for that purpose. There are also a ton of little bonus areas that are great for kids or people who just want to step away for a minute. The venue already has a ton of stuff to borrow from the something borrowed closet, so you don’t have to worry about things like table numbers, chairs, cake cutting knives, candy jars, etc, which made planning way easier. And since the venue is outdoors and gorgeous, we really didn’t need to get many flowers or other decorations. Overall, Matt and Stacy couldn’t have made the planning any easier, they’re pros and they know what works and what doesn’t. Their vendor list is fantastic and we used quite a few they suggested. We had so many compliments on this venue, it feels outdoorsy, intimate, and fun without feeling formal and stuffy. We cannot recommend this venue enough, our wedding was exactly what we wanted, in large part due to Gray Bridge!

The best wedding venue and experience that you will get! I researched almost every venue in Washington State and kept coming back to the Gray Bridge. The venue is beautiful and we were blown away with the customer service from Stacy and Matt. They were so welcoming and helpful considering this was a destination wedding for us! I could not imagine working with anyone else for our wedding day. I wish there were 10000000 stars to give to this venue. Stacy and Matt, THANK YOU!

We got married here three months ago and should have written this review sooner but honestly it's impossible to list all the amazing things about Gray Bridge! To start with, the venue is absolutely gorgeous (our wedding was in June). We wanted a beautiful PNW backdrop to show our out of state guests and that is definitely what we got - everyone complimented us on it later! Gray Bridge is set up in a thoughtful layout that makes wedding days flow smoothly while also providing smaller, intimate moments for photos, games, mingling, etc. Additionally, Stacy and Matt go above and beyond to make sure everything is on track and the venue is set up to each couple's specific wedding day vision. It took so much of the uncertainty out of wedding planning to know that we were in such good hands and that Stacy and Matt had great relationships with our vendors, which really goes a long way. Finally, all the decor available to borrow definitely kept costs (and stress) down! We definitely hope to be back here as guests someday :)

Gray Bridge was our dream venue. We were initially drawn to the very "PNW" vibes surrounded by trees and nature as we are both from the area and wanted an outdoor wedding. When we left after our initial tour we both just looked to each other and knew it was the place for us to get married. Not only is the venue GORGEOUS, but Stacy and Matt were so friendly, supportive, smart, and gave us all the confidence in the world that the day could run smoothly. They had great communication in answering our questions and coordinating to vendors, and explained things in a way that we knew they know what they're doing. So much thought is put into the layout of the venue to create a flow for the day and the guest (and couple) experience. Our guest's number one comment to us was just how beautiful and perfect the venue was. I would highly recommend Gray Bridge Venue to anyone!

Stacy and Matt have hands down the most beautiful and accommodating wedding venue that my husband and I toured. They were so helpful in making sure everything went smoothly on our big day, and they made it so easy and non-stressful. I especially loved the something borrowed closet that was available to us with decorations on site, which not only saved us money but was so much less wasteful compared to ordering a bunch of decorations that likely would have ended up in a landfill afterwards. All the spaces from the ceremony spot to the tent and dance floor were beautiful, and Stacy, Matt, and our DJ ensured seamless transitions through each spot. All our guests were also blown away by the venue and many said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. 10/10 recommend!!!

I honestly cannot imagine a more perfect venue! When my husband and I first toured, we fell in love with the beauty of the venue even on an overcast, dreary summer day. Everything is perfectly manicured, spaced wonderfully, and there are tons of options for guests of all ages and interests. I am a natural worrier, but all the preparation put in to the venue to prepare for any weather and situation helped put me at ease. As we progressed through the planning process, it became Matt and Stacy that won our hearts over even more. They were constantly there to check in and make sure the planning was going well, provide recommendations, and answer all of our questions. The fact that the venue comes with tables and chairs, excellent restrooms, tent and umbrella options, as well as a décor closet were all things we hadn't even thought much about when originally booking the venue but became huge perks down the stretch. Our big day was perfect; our guests marveled at the venue and Matt and Stacy seriously helped make even the tiniest of venue details perfect. Our wedding date was late May and almost everything was in bloom which was absolutely stunning and provided tons of natural décor. We cannot recommend Gray Bridge enough!

Matt and Stacy were amazing to work with! They were upfront about everything and made sure to answer all of our questions promptly. The venue was beautiful for our wedding and we deeply appreciated the extra effort of keeping us informed and providing additional cleaning when an unforeseen forest fire started on the pass. Our day was perfect!

If you want your fairy tale dream wedding to come true, this is the venue! We found Gray Bridge through an ad for a bridal magazine back in 2019 and have been fortunate enough to see Gray Bridge evolve over the years (Like other couples, we postponed our wedding 2x due to the pandemic). Through this time, Stacy and Matt were a match for us made in heaven. They were always extremely personable, responsive, detailed, and held our hand through the years and referred us to other fantastic vendors. As a queer couple, one of major reasons we chose their venue is because the Bridal Suite is inclusive and the BEST for two brides to get ready in. It was spacious and beautiful like the entire venue - every space there from the reception to ceremony spaces feel uniquely it’s own and the dance floor (outdoor) had the perfect amount of lights (dare we say, it was lit!) Pre-Wedding Day, both of them reviewed our plans and made fantastic suggestions to make our wedding feel more catered to our values (Ex: leading the opening walk to the helipad for easy socializing!) Stacy and Matt went above and beyond - our family and friends were in so much awe at the helpfulness and love they put into this venue. We were married in July and we haven’t stopped talking about how perfect that day was since!

My husband and I knew after touring this venue that it was the one for us. Matt and Stacy are a pleasure to work with and made our day absolutely amazing. I would recommend this venue to anyone, our day was stress free and we were able to have fun and enjoy ourselves.

Chosing Gray Bridge as our wedding venue was easily the best and easiest decision of all the choices you have to make when planning a wedding. Matt and Stacy made our lives so easy and were on top of every little thing. They were responsive and easy to get a hold of. My guests were blown away with the venue and how beautiful it is, my pictures are unreal!! I highly recommend this venue and Matt and Stacy’s invaluable experience with weddings. Of all the decisions we made leading up to our wedding, deciding to book Gray Bridge has to top the cake! We knew we wanted this venue before even deciding on a date.
The beautiful scenery, spacious environment, amenities, and hospitality from Stacy & Matt were things we (and all of our guests) will never forget!
Many stressful aspects of planning a wedding that a lot of people forget about include planning décor, figuring out rentals, and deciding on ways to keep guests entertained. Gray Bridge provides solutions to many of the stressful aspects at no additional cost! All of the décor I used for my wedding was in their “Something Borrowed” closet, which they helped set up after I picked what items I wanted from their checklist. The only items I really needed to rent after what was included at Gray Bridge was tableware, and Stacy & Matt can help recommend great rental companies for these. They also provide a storage shed at the venue for rental companies to drop off/pick up supplies before/after the wedding, which was another thing off my list that I could check off worrying about. Gray Bridge also provides lawn games, as well as a S’mores bar, which was such a hit!
There is also a huge variety of areas at this venue to take photos – woodsy background, near the pond, on the industrial/farmhouse bridge, in the grass, or in pretty much anywhere in this venue. There really isn’t an area that wouldn’t be a good photo op!
If you are looking for an outdoor venue that you and your spouse, as well as your guests, will always rave about, look no further! Thank you so much Stacy & Matt!!

Gray Bridge is an absolute dream of a venue! With two natural ponds, manicured greenery, and more than 40 varietals of rhododendrons, the beauty of Gray Bridge can't be beat. One of the most incredible elements is the overall flow of the venue - how guests are meant to walk through the area at different parts of the wedding while still making it feel close knit and intimate! All this doesn't even begin to cover the secret stars of the venue, its owners Stacy and Matt. When we first started our wedding planning process, we weren't in the area; Stacy and Matt helped set up a virtual tour of the venue and we felt confident that Gray Bridge was the right place! Even on camera you could see how gorgeous the venue was, and when we saw it in person we were even happier with our choice! They also provided us with so much help and guidance on how to go about planning within our budget and other vendors they've worked with in the past, and always made themselves available for more questions to make our day perfect. Unfortunately we did get rained out on the day of our venue, but Stacy and Matt made sure to get us ready with a plan a couple days before. Our event was still amazing under the tent. All our guests raved about how much they enjoyed the wedding, and how beautiful the surroundings were even though we were under the tent. We were also really lucky to be able to dance under the covered dance floor - a new addition this summer as Stacy and Matt continue to improve upon Gray Bridge. We're so grateful to have found Gray Bridge for our special day!

Gray Bridge was our wedding venue and OMG they were INCREDIBLE!! I could go on and on about the venue and how amazing Matt and Stacy are.
Tour and venue details - the tour was organized, thorough, and fun! We booked them a day later - there was no question, Gray Bridge was the one! This venue is stunning. They have it all - ponds, mountain views, trees, a beautiful bridge, a covered dance floor, covered tent for reception, cute bar area, the swankiest/comfiest bridal suite, and so much more! The Something borrowed closet is no joke, it's fantastic! There are so many last minute things you'll need for your wedding and guess what - Gray Bridge has it! Our guests kept saying how beautiful the venue was throughout our wedding.
Communication during the planning process - amazing. I asked Stacy a gazillion questions and she always responded promptly with lots of details. They use aisle planner for the table layouts, they have a walkthrough 90 days in advance to go over all the details. I am an A type personality and I fit very well with Stacy and Matt. They want to be thorough and know all the details of the day so when its your wedding day they are prepared for any situation.
Wedding Day - WOW! They were there to great us, checked in on us throughout the day. It rained off and on during our wedding day and they were constantly checking the weather. We first had our ceremony arranged under the tent, then decided 40 minutes before our ceremony start time to do it outside. They got everything switched. It was incredible and I so greatly appreciated everything they did for us.

Gray Bridge was the perfect venue for our forest-y, vaguely hobbit-y wedding. From the wooden walkways, evergreen trees, and pond, to the color-coordinated gardens and the namesake bridge, it had everything we could have asked for - and more. Stacy and Matt are so sweet and responsive, and getting to use their "something borrowed" closet was a great bonus. Having tables and chairs included was also incredible. Our guests loved the entire experience - especially the firepit and s'mores.

If we could give Gray Bridge a million stars, we absolutely would! The venue is gorgeous and lovingly cared for by Matt and Stacy. They make constant improvements, are always looking for ways to make things better, and they've taken every possible thought into account. They're attentive and caring, work hard to make everything perfect, and they are absolutely amazing to work with!
Everything about the venue is wonderful, from how long we got it the day of, to the getting ready areas. The Swanky Suite was perfect for our bridal party and we wound up being so comfortable there that we didn't feel the need to use the Stag Shack at all. The photos were amazing, the natural beauty of the venue amplified everything, and it gave us so much space to wander and enjoy the time with our family and friends.
Every vendor Matt and Stacy recommended to us was wonderful and we had such an amazing team.
The property manager, Scampers the cat, was one of our favorite parts of the venue and really highlighted the emphasis on nature that Gray Bridge features.

Gray Bridge was a spectacular setting for our (twice-postponed) wedding. As many other reviews here say, Matt and Stacy are absolutely wonderful - friendly, helpful, organized, and responsive. They were flexible through COVID in a way that many other vendors and venues were not. Gray Bridge itself is stunning - well set-up, well thought-out, and an amazing setting for a special day. Our guests were overwhelmed at the picturesque grounds and ponds, thrilled to get a chance to pet the farm animals, and thankful for all the thoughtful additions throughout the venue, from heat lamps to signage. Simply put, Matt and Stacy have thought of everything and are ready for anything. They go above and beyond to help make the wedding day go smoothly. We consider ourselves incredibly lucky to have grabbed a wedding date on their busy calendar. Now hoping my friends get married at Gray Bridge so we have an excuse to go back...

Look no further, this is the best venue you will find! Trying to plan a wedding in 2020 was beyond stressful, but Matt and Stacy made sure that they were there every step of the way to help take some of that stress away. They were extremely supportive, communicative and accommodating with all of the changes throughout the pandemic and multiple postponements/date changes. They made it possible for us to have a small covid-safe ceremony on our original wedding date and then have our reception this July with our friends and family. I had so many people come up to me and ask "where did you find this venue, it is absolutely amazing!" Everyone was in awe. Gray Bridge has so much to offer from their gorgeous bridal suite to the expansive property and the something borrowed closet. They truly have thought of every little detail and work endlessly to continue to improve the venue. I could go on forever about how grateful we are to have booked with Gray Bridge, but I won't bore you. Matt and Stacy will always hold a special place in our hearts and we will recommend Gray Bridge to everyone!! We love you Matt and Stacy!

Having our wedding at Gray Bridge was a true blessing!! Stacy and Matt are quite literally the best ever! They are quick to respond, genuinely care, helpful, flexible, kind, fun, and just incredible to work with. They have thought of EVERYTHING! Just so thoughtful and insightful.

We absolutely loved everything about the venue. The venue..... is a dream! Beyond beautiful!!! We knew it was the one within minutes because it's breathtaking, and Stacy and Matt are just a joy to be around. They even have a Something Borrowed Closet where you get to select decor that they have collected! There's a spacious and gorgeous Bridal Suite, and an amazing Groomsmen suite with video games and a grill! We also loved that there were no add-ons!! Seriously, just the best.

Our family and friends were also in awe of the venue and staff. Some family members had to travel a few hours to get to the Sultan and didn't understand why we chose a venue in Sultan. When they got to Gray Bridge, everyone kept saying, "now we understand why you chose this place, it's so beautiful here!" It wasn't only our guests who loved the venue, but also our vendors!

Deciding to have my wedding at Gray Bridge was the best decision I made! Due to COVID we were searching for outdoor venues and when we went to tour the venue, we knew right away that Gray Bridge was everything we were looking for. Matt and Stacy (venue owners) were transparent, organized, accommodating, and super responsive throughout our whole planning process. Stacy kept us updated with the ever-changing COVID guidelines and made the process as stress-free as possible. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking with views of the mountains, trees, and clean water. There are designated areas for the ceremony, reception, and dancing. I loved how the ceremony area is an amphitheater so everyone gets a great view of the bride and groom without heads in the way. The bridal suite was AMAZING and made getting ready so comfortable for me and my bridesmaids. The parking lot was spacious for guests to easily park. The bathroom is SO luxurious and clean which is rare for an outdoor venue (ALL of our guests raved about it). The venue also offers beautiful decor items you can borrow for free which helped save us a lot of money! Gray Bridge is built to create a space for the couple and their guests to be as comfortable as possible on their special day, and they are prepared and fully equipped to help brides in the fullest capacity. Every aspect of the venue is so well thought-out and it gave me, my husband, our family, and guests the best experience on our wedding day. I also loved how Stacy and Matt continue to brainstorm ideas to implement more upgrades to upkeep their venue to the highest standards. Thank you Gray Bridge for hosting our wedding and making it the best celebration ever!

I absolutely fell in love when I visited Gray Bridge Venue the first time. Not only are the grounds gorgeous, but Matt & Stacy are amazing at what they do. They take great pride in their work and it shows! With constant updates on the property and the amount of support they give to their couples, this is one of the best venues you can book. I am ecstatic every time I book a bride & groom for a wedding at Gray Bridge!

As a floral designer I see a lot of venues, but none of them come close to Gray Bridge! The venue is stunning, there are so many unique areas to take advantage of. But they don’t stop with natural beauty, the time and work Stacy and Matt have put into their venue shows. Not only in their amazing customer service, and beautiful venue scenery but in the rentals they provide and the vendors they work with.

From start to finish, Gray Bridge Venue is with their couples every step of the way, and that alone is priceless.

This venue and the team truly made our dream wedding a reality. To say they were helpful would be an understatement. My fiance and I had to reschedule our wedding not once, but twice. First moving it from California then changing dates. Matt and Stacy held our hand, were supportive and encouraging the entire process. From answering all our questions in such a timely manner to checking on us when new things came up. They made our wedding day perfect. And the experience of planning a wedding during a pandemic a little less painful. It is so apparent how much they care about what they do and I cannot recommend Matt, Stacy, and Gray Bridge enough. Last year I attended an Anniversary Celebration at Gray Bridge. It was a beautiful evening and the party had a Hawaiian Luau theme with torches lighting the area. It felt like a fairy tale. I was impressed by how well everything was organized from the restrooms to the horses grazing in the pasture. It had a cozy atmosphere. I liked the bridge over the pond and the decorative arch. I can't think of a better way to celebrate an anniversary or any other event. Gray Bridge in an unforgettable experience,

There are not enough good words to describe Gray Bridge Venue...it is beautiful will all the ponds, waterfalls, professional landscapes, multiple wedding ceremony/reception options, onsite bar, stag shack, gas fire pit area with surrounding benches, and more (all custom built by Matt), luxury bathrooms, gorgeous bridal suite, large white tent for those rainy days, and more. It's more than just a venue...it's an experience that will provide you fabulous photos and memories. And if that wasn't enough.....there are the inspirational owners....Stacy + Matt....they go above and beyond the call of duty to make your event happen with ease. I've never seen venue owners so welcoming, accommodating and professional like Stacy + Matt.....they are the BEST! If you are a vendor.....you want a wedding at Gray Bridge...it's a great experience! I highly recommend booking your wedding with Gray Bridge...it is a diamond in Sultan with a great value!

When we first booked this venue it was complete yet but they had a very good view of what it was to be and it turned out better than i could have imagined, I put full faith in them and they absolutely succeeded what my wife and I thought was possible with the space they had.

We chose to celebrate our special day at Gray Bridge on the last day of summer. The majesty of the venue inspired guests to travel from as far away as Chicago and Baltimore. Gray Bridge is the quintessential Northwest venue – surrounded by lush, green woods; with mountain views; and spring-fed ponds. The owners, Stacy and Matt, have thought of everything and no detail is spared. They did an excellent job of communicating with us and helping us anticipate what we would need to make our celebration a success. The night went off without a hitch and we were able to enjoy ourselves and the company of our guests without having to worry about a thing.

The relationship that they have with a local liquor store is really quite impressive. All of our spirits were delivered, free of charge, and unused and unopened product was returned for a full refund! Who does that???

Stacy and Matt take what they do very seriously and making sure that you experience “the best day ever” is their top priority. Guest after guest commented that it was a truly “magical” evening and an “unforgettable” experience, and asked when we can host another event at Gray Bridge Venue.

We can not say enough great things about this venue and the owners. Everything was easy and even fun! Through the entire process this venue was very responsive and helpful. They gave us many vendor recommendations that all came through great! During our wedding the owners were on site and hands on helping make sure we had the best day ever. All of our guests can not stop talking about the natural beauty of this venue! 100% the best decision we made while planning a wedding was having it at Gray Bridge!

Gray Bridge is phenomenal!! I don't know how to properly summarize how wonderful Stacy and Matt were throughout the whole wedding process. From day one of meeting them, they were so helpful and responsive. Any question my (new!!) husband and I had, Stacy would respond almost instantly with answers and helpful suggestions. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, and I got so many compliments throughout the day about how gorgeous everything was. As if that wasn't enough, they also offered a huge variety of options for decorating and entertainment for guests in their "something borrowed" closet, which really pulled everything together for centerpieces and other decor. Long, but necessary. My husband and I got married July 12,2019. It’s taken me this long to write a review, not because of a negative experience but because I feel like words could just not describe our wedding day and the experiences living up to it. We had absolutely the BEST day ever. My husband and I live in Alabama currently, but are from the PNW. We got engaged a year to the date before our wedding and knew we wanted to get married back in WA. Thankfully, I have an awesome mom who went on FaceTime tours of venues I sent her. I had a list of a half dozen or so venues. From the start with internet searches something had just caught my eye about Gray Bridge (GB). My mom FaceTimed me while at the venue and I knew GB was the one! Stacy was there to lead the tour and talk to me through FaceTime. It looked a lot different in 2018 vs 2019 but she shared their vision and I was absolutely excited. I mean not to mention they offer affordable rates, which was a plus. But I was specifically looking for a venue that had amazing scenery, some place where we didn’t need a bunch of decorations, and we could take all our wedding photos on site, well I had found it! We booked in September (or October), and we were their first officially booked wedding. ❤️ Over the next 10 months I watched from afar GB transform into the most beautiful venue I could ever imagine. Tucked into the woods with beautiful ponds, landscape and natural decor. Stacy was my point of contact and let me tell you, she went ABOVE and beyond! One Saturday morning (mid morning for us here in Alabama) I messaged her asking if I could get the dimensions of the arbor because I was wanting to order drapery for it. There was no rush, just whenever she got a chance. She messaged back immediately and said give her a second! Stacy and Matt went outside in their pj’s and took the measurements and responded back within 20 minutes or so. Those 2 are the most dedicated and caring people I have met. That was just ONE of countless examples, but the entire 10 months Stacy was on top of anything and everything I messaged her about. She is incredibly AMAZING. Finally at the end of April 2019 I got to visit GB in person and Stacy and Matt were even more awesome in person. The venue was more beautiful in person than the pictures could ever show. From day one of my Internet search finding GB, I knew that was the place I wanted to marry my husband and from the day I met Stacy via FaceTime tour I had the best experience possible. We were planning a wedding from literally across the United States and in different time zones. I could not express how much Stacy had helped us out. Not only with venue stuff but everything wedding related. She didn’t ask for anything extra in return for all of her after business hours and weekends she spent researching, measuring, etc and responding back to my messages. She was very prompt with getting back to me and if she wasn’t it was because she was finding out solid answers for me. The wedding day, like I said was literally the best day ever. Matt and Stacy were there the entire time, doing anything and everything to help make sure things ran smoothly. Someone even told me Matt was behind the bar at one point cutting limes for the bartender. Amazing. They went MORE than above and beyond and I can not tell you how much we appreciate Stacy and Matt for everything they did to make sure our wedding day was perfect! I literally did not stress out about a single thing. That’s how amazing they were and how much love and support they put into us. I hope this review helps out newly engaged couples find their perfect venue. Like I said, I just can’t quite put into words all my feelings and experiences with GB, Stacy and Matt, but I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our entire experience and I would highly recommend GB for weddings and actually for any other events. ❤️

I had such a great time planning in all of their amazing spaces! They truly have thought of everything and made a venue that has amazing flow, lots of space and is great for every vendor and every bride!! It is also so breathtaking out there and a space I loved being in!!

What a beautiful place to hold any event. Beautiful venue, the grounds are gorgeous, lots of parking, the owners are wonderful! I enjoyed the wedding I went to! Such a beautiful, relaxing place!

My best friend got married here and it was the absolute perfect venue for them. The bridge is definitely amazing for pictures and was the perfect spot for the first looks. I have the cutest video of my friend walking down to him. Plus the owners were so accommodating and beyond kind. They were availablel whenever needed and did everything they could to make the day perfect! If you want a peaceful private wedding this is 100% made for you.

I had the pleasure to get married at this lovely venue. Even the entrance is charming as the street flows back to the venue, where you can see Fjord horses happily trotting around or laying lazily in the sun. The parking was clear to find with handmade signs to follow. Immediately you can see one of the ponds on the right which is framed with a background of trees, but easily open for pictures. The second pond is located on the opposite side of the property and flows under the stretch of grey bridge that the venue is named for. Each pond has a water feature that creates a relaxing atmosphere. Stacy and Matt were just as friendly, structured and open as their amazing property. They welcome you like an old friend and are happy to explain all the work that went into what you see before you, including the fascinating story of how one of the fountains is self fed by a natural spring in the hillside on the property. The house is modern with soaring ceilings and an open flooorplan. I loved their idea of the separate get ready spaces for each of the wedding parties. The swanky suite was old Hollywood themed complete with a dressing area, bar, and vanity. There has been a lot of creative thought and love put into this venue and you and your guests will be able to feel that as well as let it help you make sure your special day is just that, special. I'm so happy that my husband and I had chosen this venue, it was so much fun and we made many happy memories here.

It was wonderful working with Stacy and Matt (the owners). They really make you feel right at home and make sure everything is going according to plan. There are some amazing spots for photos (pond with bridge, water fountain, forest backdrop), and the house itself is unique. The "Swanky Suite" is also a beautiful addition for the party members to get ready. If you are looking for a unique location I would highly recommend Gray Bridge.

Matt and Stacey are great! Came here as strangers and left as friends as the owners of this venue provided a picture perfect wedding day for my best friend and his wife. The location is absolutely amazing! 2 ponds that flow from a natural spring in Sultan, as well as a foot bridge that crosses over the property. You have scenery from Sultan's natural beauty, it felt like camping but with all the comfortable amenities of having a venue by your side. Brand new concrete entertainment area and a beautiful alter that overlooks the rest of the location. Parking is plentiful and easy to find. the location is hidden away on 16 acres. I honestly did not know that his place existed until I was invited here last week. The food, photos, and planning was spot on. On that Sunday, there were tiki torches set up, a even tent with plenty of seating and benches. The owners of this place spared no expense in providing us with an amazing experience. I would recommend this place with 2 thumbs up and a 5/5 for the over all time that I had there.

I have had the privilege of being a photographer for two events at Gray Bridge. First of all the venue owners Stacy and Matt are extremely friendly, kind, and accommodating. They made every effort to work together with me so that I could best capture the photos my client's wanted. The property is beautiful and quite private. My client's were very happy with the service they received at Gray Bridge.

We are excited to be having our 50th wedding anniversary luau at Gray Bridge. It's beautiful Northwest outdoor setting is just what we like and the plans are coming along well. We are looking forward to a wonderful and memorable evening.

Love this venue! So unique and secluded! Gray Bridge Event Venue is a beautiful, modern-style venue that is nestled in a perfect area. Matt & Stacy have put so much time and hard work into this place, I promise you won't be disappointed!

Gray Bridge is an amazingly beautiful and well resourced venue. Moreover, Stacy and Matt are amazing venue hosts - they are experts on what they are doing, very accessible, communicative and great connectors to other vendors, ideas and resources. I fell in love with the venue from the very first moment I saw it (even though it was covered in snow!). We visited other outdoor places in SnoCo and this one was by far the most magical and all-inclusive place. The venue and Stacy and Matt do not disappoint! Also, kudos to them for being on top of COVID protocols and regulations - they still made our wedding an amazing day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
