One of the most unique venue locations in Arizona!
The venue was beautiful. They offer indoor and outdoor facitlies. The boutique hotel was beautiful and the courtyard setting under the stars in the cool pine air of Prescott is a perfect way to celebrate new beginnings. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. On our initial meeting, staff provided a list of recommended vendors for all of our wedding needs. It's location on Whiskey Row is great especially if you want to keep the party going after your reception ends. You won't be disappointed in selecting this venue. -

Such a great experience
Our wedding date is coming up in two months but Dyanne has been in touch and super helpful. The first time we saw the venue we just fell in love and the staff seemed so friendly and helpful. Such a pretty setup as well. And we liked how we could choose vendors ourselves. We can’t wait! -

This hotel and courtyard are perfect for the vintage wedding of your dreams! The hotel is 12 rooms, which worked out perfectly to have our bridal party stay in those rooms, and each one is gorgeous- perfect for getting ready photos, and for enjoying the rooms over the weekend. The courtyard for the reception is stunning; it is a perfect blank canvas to decorate however you want. I absolutely loved working with Nancy and Ray, the owners/managers of the hotel, and everybody who worked there was super helpful with accommodating any questions or assistance we needed quickly. I was beyond thrilled using this as our wedding reception venue, and I'm so incredibly grateful to all the staff. -

Beautiful venue but no customer service - We do not recommend
We booked this venue for our daughter's wedding and we were very disappointed. Their customer service was nothing like we expected. They did not provide any on-site staff to help oversee and manage any of the events. From the rehearsal dinner to the wedding ceremony to the reception, no support staff was there. The only person that was on-site was the security guard. Their website touts "Top notch guest service, support and care. We are here for you." We did not find this to be true! While it is definitely beautiful, we would definitely not recommend it for your special event! However, it you do decide to book here, make sure you don't assume anything! Get EVERYTHING in writing in your contract, and definitely ask for on-site support for your event. As the parents of the bride, my husband and I ended up running around to help with issues that arose during the rehearsal and before the ceremony. I did not get to help my daughter get ready in her wedding dress as I was "putting out fires" that arose because the venue did not have anyone to help. I am not able to get that special time back, but I can let you know about our experience so it doesn't happen to you.Grand Highland Hotel's reply:

As discussed, we have updated our contract to clarify what we offer as a venue to avoid any miscommunication in the future regarding amenities and services we offer. We fulfilled our responsibilities that included venue amenities set up, venue amenities break down, security/support staff and email/phone communication leading up to the event.
