The best wedding venue!! TOP NOTCH!!
My daughters wedding reception was just held there this past weekend! I cannot say enough good things about our entire experience from start to finish!! It literally was a fairytale wedding come true! The entire team there was nothing but supportive and accommodating! Attention to the details were amazing!!! The atmosphere, the food, the staff ..all FABULOUS!!!! I can’t thank Leanne, kellie, Haley and all the rest of the amazing people there who made sure my daughters wedding was everything she wanted!! The guest were wowed by everything! Food was spectacular, literally people raved at the quality! If you want elegance , class and amazing atmosphere - look to have your wedding here!! We could not be happier with our experience!!! Many thanks and honestly thanks just doesn’t do our appreciation justice!! AMAZING VENUE!Grand Bohemian Asheville's reply:

I rented the terrace for my bridal luncheon the weekend of our wedding. The service was great, the set up was beautiful, and the staff were great to work with throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this place and would host another event here!Grand Bohemian Asheville's reply:

Megan Sent on 09/05/2018The Gran Bohemian is the best place to have your wedding. THe staff and venue are both amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to have one of the biggest days of my life. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the steak and chicken plates and all were cooked to perfection. If you are thinking about having a wedding in Asheville, then you better book the grand bohemian for the greasy day of your life.

Louanna Sent on 12/11/2017First of all, I just want to say that the Grand Bohemian is such a magical place to hold a wedding and reception. It is elegant, posh, chic, glamorous, mysterious, and artsy all at the same time, which is what makes it so grand! At the Grand Bohemian, it is all about the details...and it makes ALL the difference. Working with Katie Ahearn was a true blessing! She was AMAZING and I honestly can't brag on her enough. She helped with decorations on the terrace, decorated the table in our dining area (which was absolutely gorgeous), and she even accommodated my dog by finding him a babysitter in a moment's notice after he was barking loudly in my suite. She went above and beyond her call of duty to help this bridezilla. I left some decorations at the hotel and she managed to contact my mother and mail them back to me, which I wholeheartedly appreciated since some of the items I consider keepsakes. Also, my cake was absolutely gorgeous and was just what I had envisioned. It could not have been more perfect. My wedding at the Grand Bohemian was truly a magical experience and I am grateful to all of the staff who made it happen!

Julie Sent on 12/18/2017Kati and the rest of the wedding coordinating team were so professional and accommodating to our needs. We gave them six months time to plan our dream wedding and they nailed it! Meeting with them was very easy and flexible and the food selection is a wide variety of wonderfully tasteful dishes - they offer a free menu tasting beforehand, too! The outdoor terrace is so romantic and intimate. The inside cocktail room and ballroom are decked with gorgeous chandeliers with REAL gold painted on the walls. It’s beyond words! When our guests exited the elevators to the fourth floor setup, they were speechless and in awe at the beauty. There’s also a one of a kind piano set up for a pianist and plenty of room for gift tables, extra food tables, DJ, and dancing. The bridal suite is also very beautiful and conveniently, on the same floor as the venue and reception/ballroom. I wish we could get married there every Saturday! By far the best night of our lives. Thanks Kati and the rest of the Grand Bohemian Hotel staff for being so great!

User2678192 Sent on 07/08/2016The venue was stunning and the service was fantastic. It was a the perfect size for the number of guests (75) that attended our wedding. They did short us a few chairs during the ceremony which was the only issue. Our guests genuinely raved that this was one of the best weddings. The flow from the ceremony to cocktail hour and reception was great. I would highly reccomend the Grand Bohemian. -

Lauren Sent on 11/23/2013Living in the NY/NJ area & planning a destination wedding was tough-but The Grand Bohemian (Joan Hooks & her staff were PHENOMENAL EVERY STEP OF THE WAY! We flew down in 2012 to look at multiple venues in Asheville (including the Biltmore) and we knew right away that the Grand Bohemian was THE perfect venue for our wedding. The chandeliers in the ballroom & cocktail area are exquisite & the ambiance is so elegant & sophisticated-pictures don’t even do justice-it is breathtaking in person! I had been planning my dream wedding for over a year-needless to say I wanted the wedding to be perfection. Joan was so on top of answering my countless emails & was so accommodating throughout it all. I am an EXTREMELY organized/detailed and when I walked into the ballroom to our reception,I was speechless- it was everything I could dream of & more! We had 120 guests and all couldn't stop raving about the food & ambiance. The venue location is perfect-right in Biltmore Village (one minute from the gates of the Biltmore Estate) and near many shops & restaurants. Our guests have attended many weddings in NYC and they said our wedding was top notch! The service was impeccable-every detail that was important to me was executed making the night enjoyable & stress free. Ivan is a superb banquet captain and made sure everything was up to par at all times. The Kessler Suite was gigantic-perfect for getting ready and the location is conveniently near the ballroom-great for touch ups & a little relaxation before the reception started. If I could rate this venue 6 stars, I would--The Grand Bohemian did a phenomenal job-and we couldn't have been happier! -

Spectacular!
No detail was overlooked. No employee was less than exemplary. Our ongoing questions and exchanges in the months leading up to the event received prompt and informative responses. Information on rooming lists, banquet details, wine selections (bravo!!), and our guest experience was thorough and correct. The culture of the property was evident in every interaction – your hospitable bartenders, the front desk team members, housekeeping, the spa experience, the banquet servers and especially the amazing Valet team – cool and calm even with dozens of cars (and dogs) coming and going constantly! -

Brooke Sent on 05/30/2018We absolutely loved The Grand Bohemian for our wedding venue. The staff and event planner were so attentive and responsive to our needs. The venue is gorgeous. It hardly needs any decorations, but can also be transformed into whatever vision you have. The food was outstanding and we just felt taken care of at every moment of the process. I would highly recommend using this venue.

We barely made it into the event space when we immediately knew this was the wedding venue for us. The event space is glamorous, romantic, and intimate and we loved the large fireplace in the lobby. The culinary portion of the wedding was key for us and we knew we could not go wrong with the Red Stag Grill catering. We dropped by the bar one day to figure out our signature cocktails and our bartender introduced us to the New York Sour. It has become our new favorite and our guests loved it. The Grand Bohemian is in Biltmore Village so there are many activities and restaurants nearby for guests to enjoy. The only downside is that our event contact was slow to respond and often had to be prompted multiple times to get the requested information. In person, the communication went much smoother. Throughout the wedding weekend we felt well taken care of and everything was incredible on our wedding day. This hotel will always be very special to us!
