  Grace - a wonderful wedding coordinator

  My fiancé and I decided to elope from Australia to Italy with less than 12 months notice. We found Grace online and she was the first coordinator to get back to us. Grace showed eagerness, patience and care throughout the whole experience and showed incredible attention to detail from start to finish. She called us on a monthly basis in order to keep us in the loop despite the time difference and she also kept weekly email correspondence with us. Grace was very proactive in her approach and acted upon vendor queries promptly. She made us feel at ease with the legal paperwork and requirements which can be quite daunting when you are from another country. Grace ensured the day ran smoothly and seamlessly while always being close at hand ready to help at any moment. Grace is a lovely presence to have on your wedding planning and on the day itself and she goes over and above to ensure you both feel happy and confident (including steaming my wedding dress on the day :) )

  The BEST Wedding Planner

  Working with Grazia was an absolute fairytale. My husband and I are from the United States and had a destination wedding in Lake Como, Italy. From the planning process to the wedding day, Grazia exceeded all expectations. She helped us bring our vision to life while accommodating our budget. She was so knowledgeable, had excellent communication and truly thought of every detail. I was a very indecisive bride and Grazia was so kind, patient and understanding. She helped us figure out every detail and made sure that our wedding was the wedding of our dreams. Our family and friends were truly blown away with her level of professionalism and service on the wedding day. She went above and beyond, even assisting us and our guests with our accommodations and planning a welcome dinner for our guests on short notice.
  
  Every single one of her recommended vendors also provided the same level of top-notch service and professionalism on our big day. Our wedding was better than we could have ever imagined thanks to Grazia. We are so lucky to have found her and highly recommend her service!

  Emozionante

  Abbiamo scelto una cerimonia con rito simbolico perché volevamo che quel momento fosse solo nostro e non una formula già scritta.
  Che dire Grazia ci ha dato quello che volevamo, una cerimonia molto emozionante e unica ma allo stesso tempo delicata. Penso che il momento in cui ci si scambia le promesse sia davvero il più importante in assoluto in un matrimonio e se volete che sia totalmente personale e autentico, questa è la scelta giusta. Noi e i nostri invitati lo ricorderemo per sempre.

  Happy Couple 💛

  We are so happy to have Grazia officiate our wedding in front of the beautiful Duomo. She was extremely professional but warm and friendly. We were impressed with her communication throughout the entire process and her delivery during the ceremony exceeded expectations.   Perfect ceremony

  Grazia has been essential for the organisation of our wedding ceremony. We asked for her help to create the perfect ceremony for our wedding including a traditional Scottish handfasting ritual. We also asked her to create the ceremony to be both in Italian and English to involve also non-English speaking guests. We had a video call and a few mail exchanges and she created a personalised ceremony giving suggestions and providing alternatives for specific parts.
  The ceremony itself went great and she did a wonderful job in alternating Italian and English parts. We had several guests telling us how good was the celebrant and how beautiful the ceremony was. Thank you so much Grazia!

  Helped to create the perfect day

  Grace was amazing, we didn't want anything overly soppy and she found the perfect balance from just once unobtrusive pre wedding interview and a questionnaire. We were so so happy with everything and cannot recommend her enough.

  Fantastic wedding celebrant in Italy!

  We chose Grazia to be the officiant at our ceremony in Italy, in mid September, during the pandemic 😅. Planning a wedding during this time was very stressful and emotional, as we had a number of guests that wouldn’t be able to make it to Italy from the UK where we live, and where I am from. Grazia Made the whole process easier, knowing that the ceremony would be in her hands and we couldn’t have had a better person to do it. It was just great. As I am Scottish and my husband is Italian, we wanted to have a ceremony that included both cultures. Grazia worked with us to prepare a ceremony that included a hand fasting, as well as helped me by providing my vows in Italian, which I read on the day. These touches, as well as delivering the ceremony in both Italian and English seamlessly was just what we wanted and more. So many of our guests commented on the ceremony and how beautiful/ unique it was and this was down to Grazia. I can recommend her without hesitation, for a ceremony to suit, in English, Italian or both!

  Italian Elopement

  My husband and I found Grace just in the nick of time, because our wedding was only months away. We had a chat on Skype, and she made us feel comfortable immediately. Grace listened to us and was so helpful with the paperwork, which seemed daunting to us. Although we eloped, she never once made us feel like our wedding wasn't important, and she arranged everything beautifully at Villa Bossi town hall. Grace was organized, quick to reply to emails, knowledgeable (and when she didn't know the answer, she quickly found it), kind, capable, and a lot of fun to work with. We wholeheartedly recommend her to help plan a wedding in Italy!

  A beautiful and warm wedding celebrant

  Grace was simply amazing, her effort and care she put into our special day & ceremony was fantastic! We had our wedding in a difficult location and she travelled the day before to ensure there were no issues. She made an effort to really understand our needs and was also there to discuss anything.   Milano wedding

  We are a couple living in Australia who fell in love with Milan and wanted to get married there. We found Grazia and after our first Skype meeting we were sure she was the woman to help us make it a reality. We wanted to do something interesting and non traditional and she really helped us find and organise the perfect venue and ceremony. She was so helpful and open to all our ideas and gave some great suggestions of her own when we weren’t sure which direction to take. Grazia was also our celebrant. The words she wrote for our ceremony really captured who we are together and what we are about. It was moving and beautiful.
  The planning process was simple, clear and enjoyable. We would absolutely recommended her services to anyone looking for a planner and/ or celebrant. Our day was perfect!

We were struggling to find an English speaking celebrant nearby who understood our needs - until we came across Grace Weddings! From our first interaction, Grazia was extremely helpful and provided us with everything we needed to know.   What can I say other than WOW! We couldn’t have done it without Grazia and we certainly wouldn’t have had such a magical day. Grazia was always there, day or night and responding immediately to any questions we had however big or small. I was very nervous about several things from the lack of communication with the venue, through to walking down the aisle and saying our vows, however Grazia managed everything perfectly and kept me calm, allowing me to remember and enjoy everything! She drove four hours to come and see the venue with me, and on the wedding weekend she was there the day before, and the morning of the wedding until early hours the next morning!

  What can I say other than WOW! We couldn’t have done it without Grazia and we certainly wouldn’t have had such a magical day. Grazia was always there, day or night and responding immediately to any questions we had however big or small. I was very nervous about several things from the lack of communication with the venue, through to walking down the aisle and saying our vows, however Grazia managed everything perfectly and kept me calm, allowing me to remember and enjoy everything! She drove four hours to come and see the venue with me, and on the wedding weekend she was there the day before, and the morning of the wedding until early hours the next morning!

  Grazia was a very friendly, heartful and warm ceremony holder. We and our guests enjoyed the ceremony very much. Grazia was able to make everyone feel calm and one felt that she really ment what she said. She was able to transport so much nice Emotion and happiness into the ceremony. Everyone who witness the ceremony said what a wonderful job Grazia did.

  So we just had our wedding in Italy last week.
  We found Grazia online and contacted her after trying some other officiants and decided Grazia seemed the most professional and approachable.
  
  Organising everything from the UK is difficult but she was always available, replied to our emails and questions promptly and put us at ease every time.
  
  On the day Grazia arrived early, went through everything with us and then set up.
  
  The ceremony itself was amazing. We chose our vows and words beforehand and the way Grazia went through it was really amazing. Grazia's English was perfect and all the guest loved the ceremony.
  
  I didn't expect it, but the whole ceremony was so nice and so special it really made the day. ( I think in general for the guys we aren't to worried about this stuff so the fact I thought it was so well done and so nice says a lot!)
  
  Anyway. I would recommend Grazia 100 times over. Especially if your doing this from abroad, she made the whole thing effortless and a pleasure.
