We considered not hiring a media team and it would have been a mistake!

Our wedding was just over a year ago, and we still discuss how close we came to skipping a videographer. Without one, we would have missed parts of the day we never noticed, moments that slipped our minds, and moments we now revisit every time we play the video. Working with Aaron and his team gave us confidence in deciding to include a media crew both before and after the ceremony. Omitting a media team would have been a real regret, and partnering with Grace Media proved to be a major benefit.

Never to worry

There can be a lot of stress on your wedding day, but I never had a doubt that our video would be amazing with Grace Media. Their professionalism, imagination and drone photography really set them apart from all others. As I was being whisked away from one wedding event to the next, I never had to worry that all the important moments were being captured with precision. Aaron and his team are extremely knowledgeable about what a bride and groom will want to remember and relive for years to come. We especially appreciated all the different video options offered by Grace Media. It was a great way to build a package that was just right for us and our budget.

Spokane Sept 2024 Wedding Review

We had the absolute best experience working with Grace Media for our wedding, specifically with Aaron and Herbert. Not only were they highly recommended by our planner, but they’re so well known in the community and wedding world for their incredible work, and now we fully understand why.

From our very first call, Aaron made us feel completely at ease. He anticipated our questions, took the time to understand what we wanted, and always kept the focus on capturing the moments that mattered most to us. On our wedding day, both Aaron and Herbert were such a calming and positive presence. They blended right in with our guests and somehow managed to capture every meaningful moment without ever feeling intrusive.

Watching our highlight reel and full documentary video instantly brings us back to our wedding day. Every emotion, every little moment, and so many memories we’ll cherish forever are all there. It’s something we’ll be grateful to have for the rest of our lives.

Highly recommend Grace Media Films

My husband and I booked Grace Media as our videographer to capture our wedding day. Aaron was wonderful to work with—friendly, positive, and genuinely passionate about his craft.

He didn’t just show up and film—he went above and beyond! Not only did he capture breathtaking footage of our wedding at the Coeur d'Alene Resort, but he also made the long journey to Glacier National Park to film our private vows at sunrise. He drove over five hours, navigated remote dirt roads in the dark, and slept in his car to ensure he was there to capture our most meaningful moments. His dedication and enthusiasm were truly unmatched.

The quality of our wedding film is beyond stunning—a beautifully crafted, hour-long feature that allows us to relive the magic of our favorite day. He has top quality gear and knows how to use it! Grace Media and our photographers worked seamlessly together to capture our the day. Aaron’s thoughtful questionnaires and pre-wedding phone calls helped bring our vision for our video to life. He is an incredible storyteller and we love how he captured the emotions, small details, big moments, and essence of our day on film. The final product is something we will cherish forever and watch every year on our anniversary (or any other excuse I can get!).

Amazing boat wedding video!

We highly recommend Grace Media Films!

We had such a wonderful experience working with Grace Media Films for our wedding! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, bringing top-tier equipment and a calm, confident presence that made us feel completely at ease. We especially loved the drone shots of the beautiful area around our wedding venue.

On the big day, they were not only flexible and easy to work with but also genuinely helpful—always in the right place at the right time without ever being intrusive. We had a rain storm during the ceremony to work around and they were able to work around that for filming, and edited around it well too.

The final video exceeded our expectations: beautifully edited, thoughtfully captured, and they gave us the ability for us to make adjustments. We also loved that they used our wedding music. It captured our feelings and the essence of the day!

Remarkable

Went above and beyond our expectations

Aaron was our videographer for our wedding. Throughout the process of meeting over the phone, meeting in person the week of the wedding and the followthrough, he was polite, professional and reached out to us to give us updates on the progress of our videos. He was fun to work with and produced high-quality videos (our wedding trailer and a full-length wedding video of the day's events). He really captured the feeling of the day and all the moments that were important to us. No words can describe how happy we are with the finished product. Aaron and his team are extraordinarily outstanding at what they do! My husband and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding videographer. We could not recommend Aaron and Grace Media enough! We had two amazing videographers at our wedding that kept the vibe fun, were able to direct us well while keeping it light hearted, all while remaining professional and managing time well. 10/10 hire them!

I cannot recommend Aaron and Grace Media Films enough!!! He filmed my sisters wedding back in 2016 and did such an amazing job it was a no brained to have him film our wedding! We had a 2020 wedding scheduled, that fell through and even a second rescheduling in 2021. We FINALLY were able to have the wedding of our dreams in 2022 and Aaron was so incredibly understanding and accommodating through the difficulties of Covid. Prior to the big day, we had many conversations with Aaron about he things that were most important to us and our style. We could tell he truly cared about making the video about us and reflect exactly what we wanted. He and his team were professional and prompt and made us feel so comfortable on our wedding day. They were so fun but also knew how to fall into the background and we truly forget they were there at times and we could just focus on each-other and our guests while they secretly captured all of our special moments. We got the 1 min Instagram video which was such a hit! And then our trailer came and we thought it couldn’t get any better. But then, we got our full video and we were completely speechless. Our wedding was truly the best day of our lives, and thanks to Aaron and his team we get to relive that day over and over again with our videos. We are SO grateful for the work he did and are so happy we decided to hire Grace Media!

Incredible film team.

If you are considering getting a videographer for your wedding you cannot do better than the Grace Media team. Aaron will take the time to listen to your wedding plan and understand what is most important to you so that your video reflects what you are looking for. This team captured our wedding perfectly and nothing compares to being able to relive the emotions of that day over and over again.
We wanted to focus on our families for our video. My father suffered a stroke several years ago and I thought my dad would never be able to walk me down the aisle. Now, I will have this video of my father standing up, taking my hand and walking me to my husband. That is something I will cherish forever.

Best Decision and Favorite Vendor

Hiring Aaron and his team at Grace Media Films was the best decision my husband and I made while planning our wedding. We were a Covid couple and our initial videographer fell through due to a conflicting booking when we had to reschedule our wedding for the third time, and we were lucky enough to find Grace Media. From the very beginning Aaron was readily available to answer any questions and concerns. He went above and beyond on the wedding day and was quick to respond to my questions after as well! His turnaround time for our film was so quick, especially amidst the Covid wedding boom. Our wedding video is absolutely stunning and I cry every time we watch it. Aaron and his team really know how to capture and execute raw emotion. It’s like we’re taken right back to the best day ever. My MIL was right! 🤫

Let me start by saying I did not want my wedding filmed! I thought it was a silly expense, and after all we already had a photographer, but I am so glad we did it anyway! My MIL pushed for the film by Grace Media, and I hate to admit it but she was totally right. The day flies by, and the details that I remember are not necessarily all the most important details that I wanted to remember! It’s so easy to focus on the little things that didn’t go right on your big day, but after watching the film from a 3rd person view, I realize it was a beautiful, wonderful, and magical perfect wedding. I’m SO glad we have this beautiful film to look back on. Grace Media did an amazing job, they are so professional and were so patient with us through the whole process. They will edit your video multiple times if asked to make it exactly how you want it, and they come with a small army of staff to get all the shots. So pleased!

If I could give a thousand stars I would! Grace Media did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were always on top of everything, they helped me plan and organize my time line for my wedding which was an absolute lifesaver. They were always professional, punctual, enthusiastic, pleasant and overall just really easy to work with! Both before and after the wedding they were always very prompt in responding to any and all questions we had. They fit in perfectly with our photographer and DJ which made everything run smoothly and perfectly throughout the whole day. They made everything easy and beautiful!

Grace Media Films and Aaron are AMAZING! We can’t say enough about them. They went above and beyond with what we imagined for our wedding video. Aaron and his team made sure they knew exactly what we envisioned for the video and were able to bring it to life. From the beginning stages and all through the process Aaron kept us present to make sure we were involved with how the film turned out. They were so awesome, kind and very easy to work with! During the wedding the team captured all of the special moments, big and small, and turned it into such an amazing video. We were blown away with how the video turned out. Five seconds into the film we knew it was going to be so special. We loved how it looked, sounded, and how it made us feel. Grace Media Films truly captured our special day in a loving and professional way. We would recommend them to anybody! Aaron and the Grace Media team are AMAZING!! They were recommended to us by two friends and we couldn’t be happier with the video they produced from our wedding. Videographer

We hired Grace Media to record and livestream the wedding of our daughter. It was pretty much a last minute thing since all our plans kept evolving during the COVID 19 situation. Aaron was wonderful! Grace Media for September Wedding

Where do we begin with Aaron and Grace Media?! I first met Aaron at Brides Night at Barrister Winery. His charisma, warmth and genuineness are just a few of the traits that first drew me to Grace Media. Throughout our wedding planning process, Aaron was an excellent communicator, was very organized and receptive. He and his team were a dream to work with day of! I actually found myself feeling at ease and reassured once he showed up to the bridal suite, because he has such a calming presence. That’s just his personality, now to get to his talent! All I can say is WOW. We recently watched our wedding trailer on Valentines Day and it left us both crying, laughing and feeling extremely lucky and thankful that we chose to hire Aaron! Worth every penny

Aaron and his team were absolutely incredible! We had multiple conversations before the day of to talk about what to expect, time line and what he consistently reminded me was that this day was about Derek and I! He helped build a time line so I wasn't rushed which was super appreciated since I didn't hire a wedding planner. He also make my husband feel so comfortable infront of the camera, which isn't an easy feat. They captured every detail and emotion you possibly could. The day flew by but having this trailer and the films to look back on means the world.

Brides cut costs on things like dishware and flowers, but videography is not somewhere to cut your costs. Spend the money because GRACE MEDIA IS WORTH IT.

So grateful we went with Grace Media!!

Grace Media was AMAZING! Very professional, very easy to work with. They worked around our wedding day schedule really well, and were able to roll with all the normal wedding day speed bumps! Our ceremony was outdoors, right at dusk, with snow, and they were able to capture it beautifully without any issues. Their cinematography is creative and impeccable, with a lot of important shots and interesting angles we hadn't thought of, and it turned out wonderfully. The drone footage was also BEAUTIFUL, perfect for our venue. We would absolutely recommend Aaron, he is a perfect professional and his work is worth every penny! Thank you, Aaron!!

Amazing Film and Service

Aaron and the whole team at Grace Media Films made our big day magical! We got everything we wanted and more from our wedding video. Aaron made sure he knew everything we wanted before hand and delivered on that promise. His team was non-invasive during the actual day which made everything feel very natural. I loved that we were able to fill out a survey after the wedding to make sure the tone of the film matched how we felt about the day. When we got our trailer and video nothing was final we were always able to add or change things if we wanted to. The communication from this team was amazing throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Grace Media Films for not only a great experience but a beautiful final product.

Phenomenal

Aaron was an absolute pleasure to work with! He kept smiles on our faces all day, and seemed so excited to be shooting our wedding. From the footage we’ve seen so far, he captured some really stunning shots. We can’t wait to see the entire video! If you need a videographer, go with Grace media. My husband, Caleb, and I cannot recommend Grace Media Films enough!! From the get go, Aaron and his team were so great to work with. Happy Couple!

Aaron and the rest of Grace Media are THE best! I am so glad that we decided to spend the extra money for a videographer and for the best one too. There is so much that you forget about once the wedding day is over and Aaron was able to capture everything so perfectly! He really understood the vibe of the day that we were hoping would be portrayed when we watched our video. The footage he got is absolutely INCREDIBLE. My husband and I cried when we watched the trailer and we have probably watched all of the footage 100x. We are so pleased! The 8 month wait to receive our USB was so worth it. Beautiful Memories

My husband and and I immediately knew we wanted Aaron and his team after seeing their work, it honestly speaks for itself! We expected great and we got indescribable!

The films turned out AMAZING! Everyone always oooos and awwwws over the trailers and ours was so beautiful and everything I could ever want, but the feature film is what really got me. We laughed, we cried, we reminisced over the day and so many beautiful, wonderful feelings came rushing back. The quality of cameras and audio and love and care that Aaron and the team pour into your film is so special!

Your wedding day is going to be such a blur and having live memories that capture every song, every toast, every walk up and down the isle, every laugh, tear and kiss
is so priceless. This is something we will be able to relive whenever we want and I couldn’t be more thankful.

Onto Aaron and his team, they are the best! Aaron is so easy to talk to and such a calming prescrence on your wedding day. When filming our portrait session my husband and I were talking about him being the best hype man there is haha. But really, everyone at the wedding that came in contact with Aaron and the team raved about how awesome and professional he was.

Captured every moment...from waterskiing in my mom's wedding dress & entering the ceremony by boat to a rainy outdoor ceremony & epic dance party

And the award for our favorite wedding vendor goes to…GRACE MEDIA FILMS!

These guys were the BEST DECISION we made for our wedding!!! As a multimedia digital artist, the video was top of my list of wedding priorities. I wanted high quality footage and a well-rounded compilation of our big day. Trust me, I set the bar high.

We wanted someone with a drone and an eye for beautiful cinematography, and we were not going to settle for anything less than the best. When we found Grace Media Films, we knew that these were the people we had been searching for…and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT! There was so much happening throughout the day, and they were able to capture it all!

When I say there was a lot happening, I mean BEYOND your typical wedding day stuff. This included me waterskiing in my mom’s wedding dress, me entering the ceremony by boat, and a Harlem Shake dance party. It also included more typical wedding moments…the wedding party getting ready at the cabin, an outdoor wedding ceremony by the lake, an outdoor reception among the pine trees, dinner, toasts, cake cutting, a bouquet toss, and a dance party.

These guys were out at Loon Lake, on our dock, with the drone in the air, by 8 am. Why? Because I HAD to get drone footage of me waterskiing in my mom’s wedding dress (obviously). Aaron and his crew were stoked to be part of this crazy addition to our wedding day and were more than willing to ride around on the boat that morning to capture awesome footage. The drone footage of the lake was absolutely stunning!

It was so wonderful to receive multiple videos from these guys:
1. A teaser/trailer, which truly reflected the fun, lovely, upbeat, unique day that it was (https://www.facebook.com/spokanegracemedia/videos/1997808643608325/)
2. A feature-length movie (approximately 50 minutes in length), which beautifully helped us relive our day from beginning to end
3. An uncut version of the ceremony, the perfect video to show our friends and family who couldn’t attend
4. A video of all the toasts, so we didn’t miss any of the words being said

Aaron was the absolute BEST wedding vendor that we worked with throughout the entire wedding process. He is super nice, friendly, easy-going, professional, and KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. I had total faith in him and his team and never doubted them for a minute…even when the weather brought unexpected, heavy rain for the duration of our ceremony. He is very organized and did an incredible job explaining the whole process to me in a friendly, informative way.

We planned our whole wedding from California, so we greatly appreciated wedding vendors who made that easy to do….and Aaron was definitely one of them! We spoke over the phone a few times and then arranged an in-person meeting when we came up to prep for the wedding a week early. He did a great job capturing our expectations and understanding the overall game plan.

They are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. I knew that they would do an amazing job, so I was willing to pay to ensure we got that perfect video. They were worth every penny! If you are debating if it’s worth it to get a videographer for your wedding, let me save you some time….YESSSSSSS, IT ABSOLUTELY IS!!!!!! The video is well worth the money and will truly be the best and only real way to relive the fastest and most incredible day of your life!

I am so glad that we found Grace Media Films! I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else sharing and capturing our big day with us. We are so in love with our videos! We have already rewatched them more times than we can count…and will definitely be watching them over and over again for years to come! Amazing in every aspect!

From the start of the whole process Aaron was amazing. My best friend and I met him at the big wedding expo in Spokane and he was very personable from the start. My friend had recently gotten married and told me the one regret she had was not booking a videographer. I ended up watching all of grace media’s video gallery about a million times over. I fell in love with each in its own way and imagined what my video would be like. I called Aaron and we discussed the whole process for about an hour, Aaron answered all my questions and made me feel very welcomed. We were in contact off and on for almost a year and a half during my engagement. We went over a timeline for the day, the important moments I wanted captured and the feel of the wedding. He coordinated with my DJ and photographer the day of and I couldn’t be happier. He provided an experience not just a video. When we got our trailer I couldn’t have been more ecstatic. I’m pretty sure I watched it a million times over. Then we got our final video and it was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better keepsake and memory. I would recommend every bride to contact Aaron at Grace Media to capture their special day! My husband and I are more than ecstatic for our videos!

No words can explain...

What words can even come close to describing the talent, professionalism, enthusiasm and awesomeness that is Grace Media? My answer is, very few indeed! Aaron is a fantastic wedding videographer! He was very professional and managed the “day of” stresses perfectly. He worked with us to make the best video possible without ever getting in the way, and the end product is FANTASTIC! If I had to nitpick, it does take a while for the production to be completed after the wedding.. but for what you get it’s worth the wait without question. Grace Media Films did an AMAZING job on my wedding film! It was well worth the investment. Our video truly captured the feeling of the day and special moments where photos could not. When my husband and I first thought about hiring a videographer.... a lot of questions ran through our heads. Is it worth the money? Would we ever really watch the video? Searching for advice from friends and family saying YES hire a videographer and hearing NO you'll never watch it and it's not worth the money left us unsure. Conflicted on what to do, we contacted Aaron Mayo with Grace Media and he reassured us that we were making the single best decision for our wedding day.

I called Aaron one day after work and not only did he answer all my questions, but he spoke with me on the phone for over an hour. He made me so excited hiring a videographer because you could hear the passion and love for his job in his voice. He seemed more excited that my husband and I were getting married than we were! We knew that if we wanted someone to catch the special moments of our day, it would be Aaron Mayo.

I had an outdoor wedding, so I asked if it rained or was windy, would we still be able to produce. Answer is YES. His equipment is ready for all weather.
Would he be in our face all the time? Answer is NO! Aaron had the ability with his team to capture special moments and seem like a ghost. We could not believe when we viewed our wedding video he captured intimate moments my husband and I shared not even knowing he filmed them! Which made it that much more special to remember those special wedding memories. Would you cover the whole wedding day? Or is there an hour minimum? Answer is WHOLE DAY COVERAGE. Aaron covered every special moment from start to finish. He acted like a normal guest at our wedding and captured moments we didn't even know happened.... because you're so busy!

BIG QUESTION. IS IT WORTH THE MONEY? Answer: YES!

Aaron is not your normal videographer. He is so artistic and unbelievably talented in his ability to capture moments you will never forget. He was the single best decision we could have made for our wedding. HIRE HIM!

My husband and I saved our wedding video for our 1st anniversary and were blown away. We loved our day of wedding edit and trailer but the full day video was beyond amazing. It left us speechless! He far exceeded our expectations, and had us in happy tears the whole time (per request!) Aaron is so talented at what he does and we are so blessed that he shared his talents with us. My family had the opportunity to work with Aaron from Gracie Media for both mine (last august) and my sisters ( 4 years ago) wedding. Needless to say, Aaron did an amazing job and was incredible to work with. As someone who does not like being in front of the camera (especially video camera) he made my husband and I feel natural and comfortable. He checked in periodly (not too much not too little) to make sure he had everything we wanted for him to do as well as making sure he was in tune with everyone else involved in the wedding. He has such as eye on the little things on the day of that made our wedding video that much more special. I am so thankful that we got to work with him. We are beyond thrilled that we had Aaron capture our wedding. The video could not have been more perfect, it was everything that we were hoping for when we chose to have a videographer. Aaron was so professional and captured every part of our wedding without missing anything. If you are debating on whether or not to have a videographer at your wedding... my advice is to absolutely do it. It is worth every cent of what you spend to be able to look back and watch your wedding over and over and see parts of it that you forgot or didn't see. Aaron was so easy to work with and definitely made the process so much easier, he was there to offer his advice and make sure that everything was going to turn out the way we had dreamed of. I can not say enough about Aaron and Grace Media! When we were planning our wedding, my husband and I knew that the videography was going to be a high priority for us. We researched so many videographer vendors in our area and nothing compared to Grace Media. I absolutely loved the way that Aaron creates special and individualized films. I especially loved the creative movie film feel he makes. We met with Aaron multiple times prior to our wedding and he was so wonderful every time. You will not be disappointed by Aaron and the video he creates for you! It was worth EVERY penny! As a bride you miss everything; your flower girls, bridesmaids, little interactions and cute moments. But with an amazing videographer like Aaron you get to see your whole wedding from start to finish as many times as you want. When I began researching videographers, it was obvious that Aaron's videos stood out from the rest. He captures so much emotion and makes a story out of your day. My husband and I met with Aaron two weeks before our wedding and we are so thankful that he was willing to film our wedding with such short notice. My expectations were exceeded and I couldn't imagine not having our film to remember all of the parts of our special day! Aaron is passionate about his work, professional, pays great attention to detail, and helped our wedding day go along smoothly.
When I was watching our wedding video, it took me back to our day and allowed me to relive it. The audio and video is great quality and he sets up several cameras for your ceremony to have multiple angles. It was amazing getting to watch some things that I wasn't there for, such as the best man helping my husband put his tie on, and the guests arriving. I am absolutely in love with all three parts of our film, but my favorite is our trailer. I have watched it so many times (with a smile on my face and tears in my eyes) and I don't think I could ever get tired of it!

After my experience with how much planning goes into a wedding, I think that It would be crazy not to have video documentation of your special day, and Aaron is the guy for the job. I would recommend Grace Media Films to anyone who is engaged and looking for a videographer! Aaron and Whitney are two of the nicest people you will ever meet and do business with! I fell in love with Grace Media at the bridal fair. The videos he creates are absolutely amazing that show the true love of the couple. Aaron at Grace Media went above and beyond what we ever expected. He was almost like a wedding planner, he helped get all of the events timing right and made sure everything was on time and going the way we wanted. He was always encouraging and full of fun energy. I honestly do not know where to begin! Me and my husband were so thoroughly impressed with Aaron's work, we just found it unbelievable. He made sure to show us little clips of what he had been capturing and we were just beyond excited!! His approach to every thing was just amazing. We had a larger quite wedding party so at times it was difficult to have everyone on the same page and he just handled every thing perfectly. We haven't even gotten our video back yet but we both know we will not be disappointed. We chose Grace Media after reading several great reviews and now I am writing my own. Aaron was great from the first phone call. He was very professional and thorough. My husband and I got married last July and waited to watch our video until our one year anniversary. It was killing me to wait but it was completely worth it. We just watched it last night and I have to say my husband and I we completely blown away. It was more beautiful then we could dream of. I am so extremely happy we chose to get a videographer for our wedding (the day flies by so fast that we honestly couldn't really remember it) and it made it so much better that we chose Aaron (Grace Media Films) to be the videographer. As a wedding videographer in Buffalo, NY, it was very important for me to find a videographer for my Washington wedding who I could trust. As you can tell from Aaron's work online, he is very talented both technically and artistically. Finding a videographer was the most stressful part of my planning, and I was so thrilled when I met Aaron on my wedding day and he put me immediately at ease. He is a fun person to have with you on your wedding day, and will give you a final product that is a real treasure. We loved our trailer and wedding film and so did our friends and family.

Not only that, but he went above and beyond to accommodate me and a number of special requests I had.. (I can't imagine anyone being more demanding of a videographer than a bride videographer, sorry Aaron!). I highly recommend Aaron to all my friends as soon as I hear that they are getting married. His prices may seem high to those who aren't familiar with professional wedding videography, but I can assure you they are fair and you more than get your money's worth. I hired Aaron with Grace Media to cover my son's Graduation Piano Concert at the Kroc Theater in Coeur d'Alene. This requires special equipment and skills due to the fact that not only imagery, but most importantly sound has to be recorded correctly. Aaron was well prepared for the job, had special wireless microphone for the piano and he was able to hook up to the overall concert hall system to get a perfect recording. With number of cameras recording the event, Aaron created a beautiful video presentation of the concert, using different angles, portraying the whole atmosphere of such a memorable event in our lives. Aaron was so great to work with! He was so laid back and really made our day feel so special. He always replied to emails/text/phone calls ASAP and was able to help with any questions. The videography was very important to us because a lot of our friends and family were not able to attend due to our wedding being denominational. We were able to show our video to my husbands grandfather and he felt like he was there. Aaron captured all the amazing moments and did it all under the radar. Aaron at Grace Media made our wedding day magical through film. Before our day even occured he did a sublime job making sure we got the footage and feel for the video that we wanted. He made the process easy and did a great job helping us with ideas and brought up things we hadn't thought about. His artistc ability is above all others. During our wedding he was early to the venue. He worked very well with our other vendors including the photographer. He got along fantastically with everyone. After seeing many weddings and doing a *TON* of research online, my wife and I decided on Grace Media after seeing the quality of their trailers, which stood out far above and beyond anything else out there.

It's one thing to be incredibly talented at what you do, it's another to be humble, down to earth, and totally personable while you're doing it. Aaron met with us in person before the wedding and both he and his wife Whitney came to our wedding to film, and it felt like we had two close friends on the job. Each time we met with Aaron, we left saying to ourselves, "Holy CRAP he's a nice guy!" :)

After seeing our trailer for the first time (delivered on Valentine's day, 2015!) I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Aaron is the best in the business -- and this should mean something coming from me because I'm a digital professional as well (I've been creating video games for over 15 years) and I have ridiculously high quality standards for audio and video.

Anyone can record a great quality video and play it back for you -- but the thing that sets Grace Media Films apart from the rest is their ability to tell a STORY about your day or event and to deliver it in a powerful, emotional way that will touch you deeply. And, beyond that - if you get the chance to meet Aaron - he will definitely be on your "top 10 nicest people" list, I guarantee it.

Aaron is the best! He really got to know us and what we wanted our wedding to be and made the video our style. It is absolutely amazing and captures the best day perfectly. I would give him a million stars if I could!

5 stars hands down!!! I love my video. All the people I talk to don't like to watch their video because they were so disappointed with them. I have lost count of how many times I have watched my video. Aaron was amazing and his work is pure quality. If you are in the fence, take the chance with Aaron i promise you will be grateful in the end. The overall experience superseded all of my expectations!!!!

Aaron is so amazing to work with and you won't regret anything. He captures moments that a photographer would miss and you can see the emotions unfold right in front of you. I'm so happy I get to relive the best day of my life any time I want.

Aaron was such a pleasure to work with. During the planning process of our wedding he kept an open dialogue with us to ensure they he created they type of video we desired. He also discussed the itinerary of the day with us so that all segments of the wedding: reception, photos, ceremony, video, etc would flow seamlessly and within a good time frame. Our wedding and reception was outside on a farm by the mountains with horse and other critters. He worked well in these specialized circumstances and throughout the day helped make sure things ran smoothly (i should note Aaron also worked seamlessly with my photographer). The video he created was everything we hoped for and more. I would highly recommend Aaron. His videos are not only beautiful, but he is polite, prompt, professional and amiable. Everything we hoped for!

Aaron was invaluable in providing direction for our photographer and asked great questions that helped me think about details that I may have missed otherwise. My Groom, much to his surprise, discovered that the "first look" was one of his favorite parts of our day. Aaron helped him be comfortable in the process of filming. The lighting in our venue was aweful, but Aaron was able to overcome the challenges and the film was fantastic. Thanks Aaron!

I am so happy we chose to go with Aaron at Grace Media!! Aaron was kind, very helpful, and on our big day he put everyone at ease. We knew our day would be captured beautifully, and it was! Everyone who sees my wedding video tells me how amazing it is and my husband and I will cherish it forever!

Aaron was absolutely fantastic. As many of the wedding (vendor) meetings are a bit stressful, meeting with Aaron was a breath of fresh air and got me extremely excited for our wedding. Upon our first meeting, I could tell that Aaron is extremely passionate about what he does, which gave me confidence that we would not just be another video as he genuinely cared. His personality and energy is infectious - it is truly difficult to be in anything less than a great mood when in his presence.

The finished product was truly more than I could have ever asked for. Aaron has a talented eye and caught so many amazing shots (I am still trying to figure out how he got in some of the places to take the shots that he did). He truly told the story of the day and caught so many emotions on film.

I did a lot of research on videographers in the area prior to hiring Aaron (and watched a ton of videos as well) and Aaron more than lived up to my expectations. You will not be disappointed with his work!

Aaron from Grace Media was so AWESOME! I couldn't have picked a better videographer! He was fun to work with and was easy going! He definitely made my day stress free! He was good with communication throughout the months leading up to my wedding and was always prompt on getting back to me if I had any questions! I definitely will be recommending him in the future! He does great work and is fun to be around! What more could you ask for!
