I had so many compliments on my wedding dress!! I fell in love with it at the shop and again the day of my wedding!! I had little stain on it before the wedding and the company was able to tell me how to get it out without leaving a ring on it. It was perfect!! -

Grace Loves Lace made my bridal dress buying experience so easy and seamless. First, pretty much all of the dresses in the store are under $5,000 so very budget friendly! They have veils, earrings, belts - all kinds of chic and stylish accessories to try on! None of the dresses are heavily beaded, have boning, zippers, padding, or much structure - so keep this in mind when going in. These are dresses meant for comfort. My dress did not have a zipper or even a single button. It was the most comfortable dress, but it did require some creativity when selecting underwear (I just went with breast tape).
You pre-select a few dresses that you are interested in and then start by donning a slip and getting measured and then your stylist brings out those dresses plus a few more suggestions. I went around and actually chose a few more (and ended up choosing a dress completely different from anything I pre-selected).
Once you choose your dress, it is not the standard - buy it big and alter it down. They make it for your size. It's as close to custom as you can get without being custom. For me, this means that once I took my updated measurements a few months out from my wedding and my dress was ordered, I didn't actually need alterations after delivery. Yes, you read that correctly - I DIDN'T NEED ALTERATIONS! - savings in the thousands.
As for the actual reviews - the space is incredible - super cute, spacious, clean and inviting. Very millennial - you have enough space and privacy and don't feel on top of anyone. It's really great. And the team is to die for. Everyone I worked with - in person and over the phone and email - was incredible. All of my questions were answered quickly and efficiently, and the entire process was seamless and easy!
I'd definitely recommend Grace loves Lace for a more easygoing and breezy bride who is looking for a dress without too much structure that is still going to flatter and flow! -

I'm in the wedding industry and have seen this dress for years and dreamt about wearing it on my wedding day. As soon as I got engaged, I went straight to NYC and tried it on. I knew it was the one! Their staff was so friendly. They took my exact measurements and made the dress to fit me perfectly. No alterations necessary! I've gotten so many complements on this dress and would wear it everyday if I could because it was so comforable! -

I found out about GLL through Pinterest. After following their Instagram page I fell in love with the brand. Visiting the salon was exactly how I expected even down to the music they played. I actually was late to my appointment and still didn’t feel rushed out! I was so grateful! My wedding was 6 days ago and I’m still staring at my dress wishing I could wear it again. -

I found Grace Loves Lace on the fly during my NYC wedding dress shopping and I am so thankful I did. They were so kind and knowledgeable at the store front and easily helped me find my perfect dress! It was even easier because they also sell jewelry and accessories so I was able to get everything in one place. Even on the back end they were flexible in letting me exchange my veil for additional jewelry and making sure my fit would be perfect! I didn’t have to make any alterations to the dress and it fit the day so well. The dresses are also very light weight and forgiving so great for transitioning from ceremony to dance floor. Would recommend to any future bride!! -

My Grace loves lace gown was absolutely perfect. Scheduling my appointment was easy, I do wish we had longer when trying on dresses however they were patient and I tried on plenty. Customer service answered all of my questions quickly. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a beautiful yet comfortable dress -

When I tried on my dress from GLL I immediately fell in love. Their dresses are so unique and there's really nothing else that compares. My experience was so great going to their showroom in NYC. After I ordered my dress it arrived when they said and I wanted to make some small changes. So I sent it back and I couldn't believe how quickly it came back and fit perfectly! It was so beautiful and comfortable and I am so happy I got to wear the dress of my dreams on my wedding day. -

My experience with Grace Loves Lace is all in all suberB!! Their level of professionalism and service cannot be compared to anyone I've ever purchased from ever. They answer super quickly to all inquires, and their way to handle the whole process from ordering to delivery jus makes you feel really taken care of all the way.
I was so lucky to get married in the beautiful inca gown. The Gown itself is just undescribably gorgeous. But it is also so incredibly comfortable to wear. I even had a specially tailored second dress (that was pretty expensive), which I ended up not wearing due to the inca being so comfortable. It is so easy to slip into, and the slik that touches the body is just fantastic!!!
Grace Loves Lave really provides high quality service and dresses. i highly recommend -

I got so many compliments on my Alexandra dress and it was so comfortable all night long. It was everything I had ever dreamed of for my wedding day! Where can I begin? If you are reading this you are most likely a bride and In search of “that perfect dress”…. I was too! And I thought I had found it with Grace Loves Lace. However, I could not have been more wrong.. I am writing this review 1 week before my wedding and I still do not have my dress. Not because it has not arrived….nope, because it is still in the process of being altered to fit me. I purchased my gown at the showroom in New York. I was sold on this beautiful perfect fitting Inca Gown (literally fit me like a damn glove!).. I was so happy and excited. Then fast forward and I received a notification that the dress was arriving early! Music to my ears! False. I tried the dress on and I was immediately thrown off guard. It fit me NOTHING like the sample dress in the show room. Again, I tried to remain positive and “better to be too big than too small” — again FALSE, especially with a lace gown. Since I do not live in NY but rather in Charleston, SC - I couldn’t just fly up to the City to have them look at it to address the “fit concerns” — granted I sent detailed comparison pictures of the dress I was sold on and the dress I received (it is shocking how different the two are). After back and forth with Arielle in “Customer Experience” (based in Austrailia — be prepared for communication to be delayed because they operate on their time) we were getting nowhere — I even requested that the sample dress be sent to me and I would send this dress back! But never got an answer of if this could happen. My wedding was fast approaching and I needed to do something (since I was getting NOWHERE with Arielle - who eventually put me in touch with her Manager, Alexandra — who also got us nowhere) I had to find a seamstress in Charleston to somehow make the dress fit me the way it was supposed to. $2,000 later in alterations and hopefully the dress will be done tomorrow (a week before my wedding!!)… Grace loves Lace was far from graceful to me as a customer and a bride. They lacked empathy, professionalism, sympathy and resolution. My first recommendation to this company is hire staff that can make executive decisions State side. If you are an international brand this should already be the case. A consumer should not have to deal with a customer experience rep in Australia if they are in the US or London or Spain. When I called the store in NY to speak to a manager she literally informed me that she had to talk to customer experience in Austrailia in order to come to a solution for me — WHICH by the way never even happened!
