Best videography team in chicago
Recently, my wife and I got married (09/27/2025) and had the opportunity to work with Luke and his team for our videography services. Our wedding day was nothing short of magical, and thanks to Luke and his talented team at Good Wedding Films, we will now have a cinematic masterpiece that beautifully captures every emotion, laugh, tear, and unforgettable moment from that day.
Luke’s professionalism and passion for storytelling skills are what drew us to his services. We are incredibly grateful for the care and concern he has shown us on our wedding day to helped us preserve memories of a lifetime. Videography was another one of our top priorities for the wedding, and we wanted someone who had the technical skills and also the ability to capture the raw emotions and intimate moments that make a wedding day so special. We knew Luke was the right choice and he did not disappoint.
Luke and his team were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire wedding day. Their presence was subtle, allowing us to feel at ease and fully immersed in the moment, without feeling like we were constantly being filmed. They seamlessly blended into the background, yet managed to capture every important detail and special interaction.
On our wedding day, Luke and his team were calm, collected, and incredibly organized. They worked hand-in-hand with our other vendors, making sure everything flowed smoothly, and they were always in the right place at the right time. What impressed us the most was their ability to be unobtrusive yet still capture all the critical moments. There were no awkward pauses or forced shots, just genuine, unscripted moments that made our film so special.

If you’re looking for a sign to hire a wedding videographer - this is it! Hire Luke!! We put this as a nice to have and waiting until the last second to reach out to Good Wedding Films. Thank goodness they were able to make the timing work because we can’t imagine NOT having video of our day. It captures everything perfectly and will be something we watch together at every anniversary to relive all of the special details.
Luke and Dmitri showed up early and got all the detailed shots out of way. They were so fun to work with and spent the rest of the day hyping us up and getting the best candid footage. Beyond the video, they also provided a couple photos within the week, and posted on their IG the day of!
The turnaround time on the sneak peek was SO FAST! We had a request to change the song in the background and Luke flipped it that same night. Cannot wait to see the whole video!

I can’t express how much fun we had with Luke & his team . Even though we just got married this past Saturday I already know I am Going to be so impressed with his work . We all know the morning of the wedding can be a little hectic but Luke kept me feeling so relaxed!!! Going above and beyond , getting there extra early to check out our venue so he knew the perfect spots to capture !! I didn’t have to worry about one thing , he is so personable and had it all under control . We talked prior to the wedding day and I let him know was important to me , and that was capturing us naturally having a blast . I already know he did all of this ! Over the moon happy , I hit the jackpot with all my vendors :) thank you Luke !!! -

We made the last minute decision to hire a videographer and I was referred to GoodWedding Films by our photographer. Luke and his team were very professional, punctual and communicative. Luke was great at giving us direction and capturing all the details - large and small. The finished product was above and beyond our expectations. We hired goodwedding films based on recommendation from our friends who went through the whole wedding ordeal before. With all the hassle and stress that comes with planing, the last thing you want to worry about is your video and photo. And during our wedding we were way too distracted to pay attention to what camera people were doing. With that said, a trust is at upmost importance. You want to let the professionals do their job and expect good results. And good results goodwedding films deliver. Both me and my wife really enjoyed watching our wedding and relive the event from new perspective. There were so many wonderful moments captured! Camera crew did a really good job at making our wedding unforgettable! Big thanks!
