Goode Co. catered our wedding at Agave Road. It was absolutely delicious. We chose the turkey breast, sausage and brisket. The restaurant was great about letting us come in and taste-test before choosing our menu.

We used Goode Company BBQ catering for our outdoor rehearsal dinner. I really can't say enough good(e) things about them! The price is unbeatable-- about $12.50 per person gets you set-up, one hour of service (two guys), two choices of meat, three sides, bread, and tea. We added on pecan pies for dessert.

The catering guys showed up early, and were really flexible with where I wanted them to set-up. They set a beautiful catering line, were polite in their service, packed up the extras for us to take home-- plus made up a few extra plates for the late comers-- and cleaned up after themselves.

I would use Goode Co. again in a heartbeat, for any casual event-- be it wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, or just a great get-together.

We had Goode Company cater our wedding at the Gallery. It was perfect for our "Texas chic" wedding! Our guests loved the turkey and brisket. The line servers did a great job and kept everyone entertained while they were in the buffet line.

We worked with Caitlin and although it seemed like she had everything under control beforehand, we were left extremely disappointed by the staff outsourced through Goode Company. Caitlin was hard to reach by email so it is best to call. We also met with her before the wedding to confirm the details so it makes the problems we had even more upsetting.

The waitstaff arrived 30 minutes after the contracted time, which put the setup behind; the coffee cups were not set up and this resulted in only 1/3 of our guests being served coffee. Caitlin recommended 3 servers for 150 guests, but 3 was not enough. Although my coordinator had communicated the timeline and specialty items such as coffee with the cake and the champagne toast with Caitlin, this was not communicated with the head chef/banquet manager. The staff was warned 20 minutes before the toast to bring out the champagne, but they were still late bringing it out. There was no banquet manager, which meant our coordinator had to oversee the staff, which is not a part of her job description.

I would recommend Goode Company for their excellent BBQ, but only for more casual events. I definitely wish we had recruited a more professional waitstaff.
