Awesome and communicative!
We spoke and interviewed multiple djs and Dave left a lasting impression. He was personable, and willing to have multiple check ins even way in advance to help with anxiety with wedding planning. Wedding DJ!
Dave was great! We had a few hiccups during our day that changed our timeline and Dave stepped in when it wasn’t his job and offered solutions and was a true natural to keep the flow of the day going! There was no stress knowing he was there and a seasoned professional and he was very communicative and carried out all of our requests perfectly! We highly recommend Dave! My husband & I recently got married and Dave was our DJ. After doing some research and talking to Dave, it was very obvious he would be a great choice for our wedding! He absolutely did not disappoint! Dave was super easy to work with, very communicative, his timing was absolutely perfect with all music & announcing. Aside from picking our major first dance songs, I left all the rest up to Dave and as I said, he knew exactly what the crowd wanted to hear and needed to get going! The entrances were exciting, the dance floor stayed busy all night long and it was clear everyone was having a wonderful time! At the end of the night we did a private first dance and Dave was also kind enough to snap a few pictures, which we were so grateful for as well! I will definitely be using him again in the future for any needs!

Fantastic DJ
We hired Dave from Good Times Unlimited to DJ our August wedding, and he was absolutely incredible! He handled our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception seamlessly, and we received so many compliments on the music throughout the night. The dance floor was packed from start to finish thanks to his fantastic setlist.
Dave was also completely on top of the timeline—he provided us with a detailed checklist covering everything from introductions and first dances to our must-play songs. He made sure every essential track and timestamp was saved and ready for the night, which gave us so much peace of mind and allowed us to just enjoy ourselves.
Good Times Unlimited also provided uplighting and a photobooth, which were huge highlights of the evening. The photobooth was especially fun—it automatically sent pictures and videos to our guests’ phones, and we had a full album waiting for us the very next day.
Dave delivered amazing value across all his services, and we’re so grateful we chose him for our wedding. If you’re looking for a DJ who will keep the party going and make sure every detail is taken care of, we can’t recommend Dave and Good Times Unlimited enough!

Dave is the best at what he does. He called personally and started our communication as soon as I emailed about a quote. He has a thorough process of collecting all the pertinent details for your wedding and offered additional services like lighting for a reasonable cost that really made the room look beautiful.
The dance floor was packed ALL NIGHT and a month later guests are still commenting about how much fun they had. Dave had everything set up and ready to go before we arrived and was even able to provide a soundtrack to our cocktail hour in another room.

Didn't leave the dance floor once!
We had such a great time at our wedding and it was all thanks to Good Times Unlimited. We first spoke with Dave who was so nice and helpful. He got our date secured with DJ Peter. Throughout our whole wedding planning process, Dave and Peter were very responsive, professional, and communicative. I gave Peter a long list of "must-plays" and "do-not plays" and I even had some pretty specific requests for our ceremony, entrance and dance music. Peter followed through with ALL of my requests, no questions asked! It really made the night feel personalized and special. I did not leave our dance floor once, not even to change out of my heels! Our guests had such a great time and the dancing didn't stop until the very end of the night. We also opted to have the uplighting which was a great addition to our reception space. I would highly highly recommend Good Times Unlimited for your future wedding!

We could not be happier with the experience we had working with DJ Dave at Good Times Unlimited! I reached out to Dave for our December, 2024 wedding reception because I remembered his fabulous work from two previous weddings I had attended and he certainly did not disappoint! From my very first inquiry, Dave was responsive, thoughtful, and so professional. We knew that we were in great hands from the very start! I had so many questions along the way and he always got right back to me. He seamlessly executed every request that I sent to him, creating the perfect atmosphere for our guests. Dave brought uplighting as well which added so much to the atmosphere of the room. Some of my favorite moments of the night were not planned by us at all but were just the result of Dave using his experience and expertise “reading the room”. We got so many compliments from our guests about how much they enjoyed the music! Music was such an important part of the wedding for us and it was such a joy to work with someone who was so passionate and genuinely enthusiastic about creating such a special night. We had the time of our lives and will always cherish these memories! DJ Vinnie was fantastic at our wedding. He played a great range of different music (like we had asked) that kept people from different generations dancing all night. We had a technical issue where the power to the DJ stand went out, and DJ Vinnie was prepared with a backup speaker and was able to pivot so professionally and seamlessly. Without his preparation, we would have had to cut the dancing short, and he really saved the evening!! He also was really helpful to my dad who played an instrumental piece during the ceremony. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

I knew I wanted Dave from the start because he is the best but he was busy that night and he promised his team was great. We had DJ Drew and he definitely kept the dance floor packed with a nice mix of old and new fun dancing music, no playlist required so less stress for me. From start to finish, Dave and Drew were super helpful and responsive! We also got the photo booth, which was super fun and busy! Loved seeing all the photos after. Great DJ for our Newport Wedding - You can stop researching DJ vendors now!
Selecting vendors out of state was no easy task. Dave was recommended and I am so thrilled he was able to be our DJ for our wedding in Newport at OceanCliff. As many brides do, I had particulars I wanted, and Dave obliged. He was flexible, kind, and extremely professional. You want to worry as little as possible the day of, and when it came to the photobooth, DJ-ing, announcements etc. - he killed it. If you are debating which DJ to select for your special day, you can stop now and just hire Dave.

If you’re getting married in the Boston area, especially the south shore, DJ Dave and Good Times Unlimited is the perfect company to make sure your big day is all that and more. Dave was awesome to work with and made sure everything went smoothly. He MC’d our wedding perfectly and made sure that guests were tuned in for special moments and the dance floor was packed the whole night. High lot recommend this company and have been to multiple weddings he has DJ’d.

Dave had us dancing right up till the lights came on!
Dave with Good Times Entertainment DJ’d at out wedding. He played music for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception and did a fantastic job. We had a culturally mixed crowd but dave had everyone dancing to each song. He was very happy to take requests and was just an over all great MC. Dave also provided a Photo Booth which was so much fun for our guests to make great memories in. I will absolutely recommend him for any event.

The best DJ for your wedding!!
Dave was the perfect addition to our cape cod wedding! I had a specific timeline in mind (one that optimized lots of time for dancing) and Dave was more than accommodating and made everything flow so smoothly without dinner and speeches feeling rushed. The music was the perfect blend of everything we love and I don’t think anyone left the dance floor! He also will send you an outline you can fill out prior to the day where you can go into detail about what you like/dislike and any other specifics. Dave’s personality and experience was the reason the music was the only thing I did not feel stressed about on wedding week! I 100% recommend Dave and Good Times Unlimited for your event!

Great Wedding DJ
Dave Solimine was on the preferred vendor list for our wedding venue so we reached out to him and heard back right away. Dave is literally the best wedding DJ out there! Dave was so easy to work with and really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, microphones and speakers for the ceremony, uplighting, and a great playlist. He stuck to our must play/do not play list which is really important! Dave really knows how to read a crowd. He was able to tell the kind of songs the most people danced to and stuck with that genre. He played whatever we wanted and was able to really keep the party going!! I can't recommend Dave enough. My wedding was two weeks ago and I am still getting texts/calls saying how awesome the music was at our wedding. If you're looking for a DJ Dave is the best our there!!!

Amazing DJ! Kept the whole day moving smooth!
We hired Good times unlimited to be at our beach ceremony and our reception that was being held in another town. They were incredibly accommodating and sent separate dj’s to set up in each place to guarantee we would have no rushing around and could be completely relaxed. Both were incredibly professional and made sure my vision for my wedding day was carried out seamlessly. Vinnie helped to fill in gaps that I had forgotten about with such kind attentiveness and professionalism. He was so great!!! The best day of my life! Thank you for making it so amazing!!

Spending the night on the dance floor with our friends and family was what I was most looking forward to for our wedding day. Loved working with DJ Dave!
There are not enough words to express how happy we are to have had DJ Dave Solimine as our wedding reception entertainment! Planning a wedding during the pandemic was a stressful experience but Dave was so easy to work with throughout the planning process. Our dance floor was one of the things we most looked forward to on the big day, and Dave did not disappoint! Friends and family continue to tell us how the music was so good, they didn't want to leave the dance floor all night. It was the perfect mix of music that appealed to all of our guests and had people from age 2 to 92 on the dance floor throughout the night. Dave was also able to provide the microphone equipment for our outdoor ceremony, uplighting during the reception, and a Photo Booth that was SUCH a hit with all of our guests! We can't recommend him enough.

Drew was so amazing to have as our DJ! He knew exactly what to look for to make sure people were up and dancing, and knew when to play slow songs, fast songs, old songs, and new songs. We had very specific songs we wanted played and it was so magical to hear them all played. Everyone is still talking about the music!

Amazing DJ!
If you are looking for a DJ that keeps everyone on the dance floor all night… Dave Solimine is your guy! He has our absolute highest recommendation. Leading up to the wedding he was responsive, organized and extremely supportive. We made a few last minute changes (i.e. first dance song and mother son dance song) to which he was very flexible and accommodating. We also had to reschedule our original wedding due to COVID-19 and he made the transition so easy.
At the wedding Dave was professional and friend - everyone loved him! Many family members complimented his great personality and music choices. He played fun, upbeat music all night, which appealed to the entire crowd. Personally, I only stepped off the dance floor one time. Even my 77 year old grandfather was busting a move! He did a great job introducing our wedding party and announcing the various traditions such as cake cutting, etc. We’ve seen some DJs at other weddings try to “steal the show”, but Dave made the entire night about us and our family and friends. We can’t thank Dave enough for making our wedding so special. If he is available for your special day, don’t hesitate to book him!

Truly Spectaular DJ
After dealing with all of the stress of the pandemic, through the advice of our wedding planner, we hired Dave as our DJ for our September 2020 wedding and we couldn't have been more grateful. From the start Dave was easy to work with. From the first zoom call he knew the right music for the different times of the night. We had suggested songs on our form and he made sure to play all of them. The guests had requests and he was very good about playing those songs as well! Dance floor packed all night!
There aren’t enough good things I could say about Dave Solimine! My husband and I just got married this New Years Eve and we knew one of the most important parts of our wedding was going to be the music. We just wanted all of our friends & family dancing all night long. And Dave did not disappoint whatsoever!
I had discovered Dave when I was a guest at a friend’s wedding that he was DJ’ing. This wedding took place 5 years ago, before I even knew my husband, but the music he played always stuck with me, so the second we were engaged, I reached out to Dave. From the very beginning he was so easy to work with, always available to answer any questions, and just over all understood what we wanted. As our day got closer, he was great with checking in with us to make sure we didn’t have any last minute changes or questions.
Dave not only DJ’d for our wedding reception but he also did the music for our ceremony & cocktail hour. The music was absolutely perfect! I had picked a few different songs to be played during the ceremony, and every single song was played perfectly to go with what was happening during the ceremony.
After all of that he introduced our bridal party, which was HUGE, and did an incredible job. Dave also did our uplighting of our reception room, and the lighting looked awesome throughout the night.
The number of guests from my wedding that have called or texted me since, couldn’t stop talking about how much they loved the music played and that the dance floor was never empty the entire night. And we had over 200 guests that ranged in ages from 15-90 and when I say everyone was dancing, everyone was dancing!
Dave did an incredible job! I could not have asked for a better DJ to not only DJ my wedding but DJ a huge new years eve party on top of that! We finished the night with Dave announcing the countdown which was just perfect!
For anyone in the search of a DJ, look no further. Dave is so incredibly easy and fun to work with. He’s available to you if you have any questions or special requests, and he plays the best dance music that all ages will enjoy!

My experience was great!

Dave was an incredible DJ! If you are looking for your wedding to be a party, then you have to book Good Times Unlimited! Dave was so professional, easy to work with, and kept the party rocking all night! Dave paid great attention to detail, and made sure he played all of the correct songs I chose for the ceremony, announced the correct names of the wedding party during introductions, and also made sure to play my favorite songs I requested to have played during the reception. We chose Dave as our DJ because he was highly recommended to us by a family member and we are so glad we went with him! He is professional and fun to work with. He made sure to play songs we asked for and also avoided songs we didn't want played if requested. Everyone commented on how fun our wedding night was and Dave is one of the biggest reasons why! We hired Dave for our May 2019 wedding at the advice of our venue coordinator and couldn’t have been more pleased with the decision. Dave was super easy to work with, and knows how to read a crowd. We had a couple calls with him to go over what we did and didn’t want, Dave then built an incredible play list which kept the dance floor packed all night. After the wedding, we got so many compliments on the music and atmosphere of the wedding, all thanks to Dave. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a DJ!

Dave absolutely killed it! Best DJ!
We chose Dave as our DJ for our wedding on January 5, 2019. My mother had originally suggested Dave after two of her co-workers had used him for their wedding and loved him. We had a BAD experience with a DJ in the past and we were skeptical hiring a DJ for our wedding. Dave exceeded our expectations. He was VERY responsive (he met with us twice before the wedding and listened and responded to all our crazy questions). He also emailed/texted us back immediately upon contacting him.
As for our actual wedding....he KILLED it! There wasn't one person not dancing for the entirety of our wedding. He played songs that were fun for ALL ages, which is key! He was there when we needed him, but never tried to steal our shine. We've been to weddings in the past where the DJ used that opportunity to verbally promote himself....Dave's skills as a DJ spoke for themselves! We had SEVERAL compliments after the wedding on how great our DJ was and we couldn't agree more!
As for pricing...Dave was super reasonable! All other DJs I had looked at were nearly double the price and I doubt they would've delivered the way Dave did.
Definitely 110% recommend Dave! :)

Everyone knows that the music makes or breaks a wedding. Well Dave made our wedding! We did not have to worry about a thing! The music started and never stopped. The dance floor was never empty. Thank you Dave!

Everyone Danced All Night Long
Dave was AMAZING! All of our guests were dancing all night long - even the older crowd! He read the room perfectly and provided a great mix of old and new music for all to enjoy. Last minute, one of our bridesmaids wanted to do something unique for her entrance, and Dave was able to make it happen on the fly! He was super professional and helpful throughout the entire experience. Thank you so much for making our wedding the absolute best!

Naturally we didn't have any experience planning a wedding, or hiring a DJ, but Dave made the process very easy. From start to finish, he walked us through each step, making suggestions along the way.
He handled the ceremony sound, microphones, everything. We never had to worry about anything.

We couldn’t be happier with DJ Dave Solimine! We had him for our wedding this last Memorial Day weekend at The Renaissance Hotel in Seaport. From our initial meeting to the very last song of our wedding, he was a pleasure to work with. His prices were very reasonable and he was very respectful of our budget and musical tastes. I highly recommend adding the photo booth he offered, it was a big hit. Guests could send the photos and videos to themselves immediately after taking and the quality of photos and variety of props was excellent. Guests complimented me all night on the music selection, people assumed we picked every song out personally sinc th music reflected us so well. Book DJ Dave, you won’t be disappointed!

Dave was so wonderful to work with! He made the process seamless and enjoyable! My good friend and her family had used him before for their weddings and other events and he came highly recommended. We were so pleased we chose Good Times Unlimited and really appreciated the class that Dave brought to the event (we asked for nothing cheesy and he nailed it on the head)!. The entire night everyone was glued to the dance floor (including myself), all of our guests were beyond pleased with the music choices and the variety of songs that played. I would 110% recommend Dave and Good Times Unlimited for all of your wedding needs and beyond, you will look back on it and know you used someone timeless and fun!

Dave DJ'ed my wedding in April 2018 and did not disappoint!! He DJ'ed my sister's wedding previously and i knew after that party i had to have that same vibe for my wedding!! "So Dave, what do you do to get the party started?" "Usually play some Pitbull" "You're hired!!" He had a fantastic playlist! And did a great job keeping everyone on the dance floor. I would recommend Good Times Unlimited to anyone and everyone! Dave and Kevin were super easy to work with throughout the entire process, and Kevin did an incredible job at our wedding. The dance floor was literally packed for 3 hours and my guests commented for weeks about how fantastic the DJ was. Kevin plays whatever you request and knows how to meet the needs of all ages. All ages had a blast and didn't want the night to end!!!!

Dave did an amazing job at our wedding! I have known Dave for years and have been to a bunch of events where he has dj’d, but you still get nervous when it’s your event. We could not have been happier! People were on the dance floor all night. We had a blast! So many people have told us how much they loved the music, and I think a couple friends may have even inquired that night about booking Dave for their own events. Book Good Times Umlimited. DJ Dave was the absolute greatest! We could not have been happier with the music for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. He was so fun to work with and made planning a breeze. We initially met Dave for our first meeting and did all our contact through him. He was so nice and prompt when getting back to us. Stephen was our DJ and he was great, the crowd was up and dancing as soon as dinner was finished and the dance floor was packed all night. I did wish I had talked to Stephen before the wedding as he had some questions regarding some songs and stuff on the planning form that we had to discuss during our cocktail hour. Everything was fantastic and Good Times Unlimited was great to work with!

Everything ran smoothly and he was understanding of the chaos of trying to get me and the groom together for the cake cutting, father/daughter mother/son dances, etc. He maneuvered his music and scheduling around us without a glitch and he kept EVERYONE on the dance floor all night!
