Good Food Catering knocked it out of the park with both their amazing food and their professional service! Throughout the wedding planning process, I had a million questions and tons of changes to be made along the way (including postponing my original date due to covid) but their planning team handled everything seamlessly! Tristan, who was my main point of contact, always responded to me promptly and had great suggestions along the way! This made things so easy on me during the stressful wedding planning process. On the actual wedding day, their service was AMAZING. All the servers were incredibly friendly, quick, and professional. We used their bartending services (we provided our own alcohol) and servers for passed hors d'oeuvres. We opted for the chef-attended stations, which was great because it wasn't as "casual" as a buffet but not as formal as plated meals. This gave our guests flexibility to choose which meals they wanted and go up for more serving, which they did because last but not least, the food was AMAZING. My guests couldn't stop raving about our food! The Coq au Vin chicken and Beef Braised Short Ribs entrees were particular hits! Both were so tender and delicious! Their food is top-quality and prepared by local chefs, so you get Charleston restaurant-quality food! I would definitely recommend GFC for your wedding! -

Cannot say enough good things about GFC! Planning staff, specifically Tristan who put everything together for us in just two weeks as well as Kate, were outstanding in their quick responses, professionalism, patience and kindness. On event day, the staff led by Ms Olympia was prompt, knowledgeable of the details, friendly and helpful. And the food was fantastic!! Mini lobster rolls, bacon wrapped scallops, oysters and filet Mignon were the most notable dishes but all was amazing. -

Good Food Catering was everything we could have wanted and more! My fiancé Joe and I got married on 3-1-2020 at the Acre in Orlando Florida. I myself am a wedding photographer and I knew for certain that Good Food would be our caterer. I have had the pleasure of working with them for the past 7 years! Their food is insanely delicious and I love their one of a kind approach to menus. They truly execute your unique vision. When Joe and I were first dating we went to the Starlit Supper and Good Food had done the catering. Joe was blown away. We had a family style meal with a delicious artisanal salad, pork belly (his fav) on top of broccoli with mashed sweet potatoes, and their famous shrimp and grits. In the time before we got engaged we saw the launch of their oyster and champagne cart and indulged in their incredible nitro ice cream made right before your eyes! Joe had literally never forgotten that pork belly dish. Once the venue and date was secured Good Food was the first vendor we booked! Food and beverage was a priority for us and we knew exactly what we wanted. We asked for the same meal! Plus we had the champagne and oysters for our cocktail hour and the nitro ice cream for dessert. We were honestly SO excited to eat at our wedding! It was so good!! All of our guests gushed about how amazing everything was and how blown away they were with the oysters. They also handled our bar and made signature cocktails. They made sure to make the margaritas with my favorite Milagro Silver and fresh lime. The old fashioned were made perfectly and they even provided the fancy single large ice cubes! The details really mattered to us and we knew that they paid attention and care. If you are looking for a unique foodie experience for your wedding Good Food is your dream team. They were so lovely to work with at every stage. They listened and asked great questions. The day of was flawless and everyone was so cheerful. We cannot thank them enough!!! -

We did our tasting this past Friday and the food was delicious! We had difficulty deciding because all of the entrees were cooked perfectly and in delicious sauces. We especially loved the pimento cheese and fried green tomato appetizer. So excited for our guests to experience this food! The tasting was fun, flexible and stress-free. Highly recommend for any event! -

We are so happy we chose Good Food Catering for our wedding! Jenna was very helpful throughout the process, including listening to our feedback when choosing the dishes, to accommodating our needs when we had last minute adjustments to our head count. The food for both the cocktail hour and reception were delicious, and we received compliments from all of our guests. For the cocktail hour, we chose pulled pork on a johnny cake, lobster rolls, goat cheese stuffed date wrapped with bacon, fried green tomatoes, and shrimp on a chip. For the reception, we chose pecan crusted chicken with succotash, shrimp and grits, and beef tenderloin with asparagus and potatoes. Everything was perfect. We highly recommend choosing Good Food Catering for your wedding!

I could not have asked for better food! The fried chicken, cornbread, mac and cheese, and fried green tomatoes were delicious. The servers were very attentive as well. -

Good Food Catering was awesome at our reception at the Rice Mill. We chose she crab soup, bacon wrapped sweet potatoes, and mini crab cakes as passed hors d'oeuvres. We had shrimp & grits, BBQ, and taco station that were chef attended. We also had mini chicken biscuits as a late night snack. All the food was amazing. The guests loved it. Presentation was beautiful & tasty! -

Eve Gray is an incredible human and we are so grateful she was assigned to our wedding. We had to use Good Food Catering as an exclusive caterer for The Cottages on Charleston Harbor. We loved the food, met with Eve and planned for our September 29, 2018 wedding. In August 2018, we discovered that a rock concert had been double booked over our wedding at the Cottages and we had 40 days to move EVERYTHING. Eve was an incredible person to process the news with, she was a constant support and she never wavered in her belief that we would get married and it would be downright fabulous. Eve moved our catering, rentals, tent -- everything, to the Citadel Beach Club and she was onsite to make sure everything ran smoothly. On the day of our wedding, there was a huge rip in our tent so Eve emergency requested another tent from another vendor!! I can't recommend her and her team enough. The three compliments I received on our wedding were about the ceremony, my dress and the FOOD. Thank you, Eve! For answering each teary phone call and going above and beyond for us. Thank you seriously isn't enough!! -

We had stations set up with Shrimp and Grits, Pan Fried Green Tomatoes with Goat Cheese, Ham Biscuits, and Pecan Encrusted Chicken with prosciutto wrapped asparagus. All of the food was great and the serving sizes were perfect! Thank you Good Food Catering! -

We used GFC for our wedding (plated meal and they provided the bartenders). First and foremost, the food was delicious and came out hot (and we were outside/60F). Second, we always had quick responses while working through all the details. Lastly, we did a ton a research on caterers and feel like the value of GFC was well worth the price without blowing our budget. We would absolutely recommend them! -
