Sweetest Officiant!

Deb is so sweet and kind, and made us feel so comfortable and relaxed when we first met with her! She is very attentive to what you envision for your ceremony, asking what you want/don't want, and is so professional and responsive. We felt very at ease with her as our our officiant! Highly recommend.

Absolute perfection!!

Deborah was absolutely phenomenal! When I first started looking for officiants I had an idea of who would be the best fit for ceremony, Deborah exceeded all expectations. Once I reached out to her about our wedding, we set up a time to chat on the phone. We had a very detailed, open and transparent discussion and after just a few minutes I knew she was the one, she was it! Deborah is absolutely fabulous. She has this calming aura and she’s just a dream to be around. My husband loved our ceremony and it was done so eloquently. I really can’t say enough kind words about her. Thank you for making our ceremony exactly how we wished it to be.

Amazing job!

Rev. Deborah was wonderful! We chose not to write our owns vows for our wedding and instead left everything up to her, and she did an amazing job! She took exactly what we talked about and turned it into a beautiful ceremony. A few of our guests even came up to us during the reception and commented how they loved our vows! Rev. Deborah was so sweet, and we cannot thank her enough for being a part of our special day!

Loved her!

5/5! We chose Deborah to officiate our wedding ceremony and were so happy we did! She has just a wonderful personality, full of happiness, light and joy! She was easy to work with. She has written a beautiful modern ceremony that is about building a marriage on love, friendship and honesty- it is very modern but also very sacred! She was also happy to accommodate with request we had for our ceremony including some prayer and hand fasting. We 100% recommend her. If you like someone who is kind, will do relationship work and give you positive energy she is the Officiant for you! Even her details are thoughtful - her outfit was perfect for our wedding, her home office was loving. Our families loved her too; everyone complemented her after the wedding on our beautiful ceremony.

Double wedding

We where thrilled by Reverend Debra! She did an effective job let us know what we need and in curating a unique and customized bilingual ceremony for our double wedding! She was also a terrific orchestrator when it rained as I walked down the isle, to relocate the ceremony indoors. Simply a God send and Delightfully Officiant!

Thank you so very much for the absolutely wonderful job you did officiating our marriage. You were wonderful! You truly captured all the emotions and feelings we wanted to convey. Never had we been to such a beautiful ceremony and it was OURS!! We are truly blessed to have met you and to have had the marvelous pleasure to have join us together for life as husband and wife. Deborah's warmth,shining personality, ideas and experience made our wedding day on the beach a truly memorable occasion! I would highly recommend Rev. Montana as an officiant for any wedding!! She was very easy to work with and very easy to help build the ceremony we wanted. I felt like she understood exactly what we wanted without having to explain too much. We live in Atlanta so we were not able to meet her ahead of time, but I was confident in her work just by our conversation over the phone. She was very responsive and flexible with working with us. We had a wine box ceremony and didn’t have a table, she showed up with a table for the box without even knowing what we had prepared, so with that said she is very well-prepared for any circumstance. We also had a small wedding with about 20 guests of just family, and everyone said that her words were perfect for us. If ever we renew our vows, I wouldn’t hesitate to come to her again!

Rev. Deb provided us with a one of a kind meaningful ceremony. She met with us ahead of time and listened to things we wanted. We had the ceremony of our dreams thanks to her. She is able to craft you exactly what you want. Our family prayer had everyone in the room moved to tears. My family and friends all commented on how well spoken and wonderfully written our ceremony was. So happy to have Rev. Deb to make make our day unique and special.

Reverend Deborah did an amazing job as our officiant. The moment we met with her we knew that her calming personality would be perfect for our wedding. We had six kids in our wedding party. Reverend Deborah was terrific with the kids, and us! My wife remarked how special it was that while we only told Rev Deborah once a little detail about each of the kids, she remembered those details like she had known them forever! Also she did a great job of incorporating last minute, small changes into our ceremony.

I would highly recommend hiring Reverend Deb as the officiant for your wedding! The ceremony was beautiful and fit our personalities perfectly. Reverend Deb is extremely easy to work with and accommodated our last minute requests and changes with ease! Numerous guests from the wedding have commented on what a fabulous job she did and commented on what a wonderful personality she has. She was everything we could have imagined and more! Five stars isn't enough for Reverend Deb, she deserves ten!

Reverend Montana exceeded our expectations and we could not recommend her more highly! She was able to guide us through the process and partnered with us to create a unique, loving and joyful ceremony that captured the essence of our love and commitment to each other. She gave us options we had not considered and provided calm reassurance during a joyous albeit stressful occasion. Many of our guests shared that it was the most beautiful ceremony they had ever seen and spoke to how some of the messages in the ceremony touched them individually.

Goddess wedding ceremonies was amazing! Very professional, Affordable and understanding. I called the Goddess Wedding Ceremonies and was able to schedule my ceremony for the same day. We received our marriage license within two weeks. My husband and I are very thankful and this is an experience that will not be forgotten.

Rev. Deborah Montana helped us make our ceremony exactly what we wanted. It was beautiful and genuine. She was very helpful in giving us suggestions for our ceremony and answering question promptly. Rev. Montana made our day so unique and special. She was so professional, warm, and attentive to our specific requests as a same sex union. Deborah was a God send, I thought I wasn't going to be able to get married since my husband is a Navy soldier and while I was searching for a clerks office where we could get married, none of them were available after 5pm and didn't work on the weekends, which made it hard since he got off work at 5pm. I found Deborah on this website, called her and she took all my worries away since she planned everything just like I wanted and even found me a good photographer to capture that beautiful moments of our lives, she made me feel at home. My wedding ceremony was beautiful, simple but unique and she is a very spiritual woman who made us feel peace every step of the way. Thank you so much Deborah, we will never forget you! Deborah was awesome, as was her photographer Ashley. We needed a last minute ceremony and are new to the area. She was super helpful and flexible and was able to pull of a beautiful and meaningful ceremony in less than a week. So grateful to have found her and that she was able to facilitate our special day.

Deborah was unbelievable. She makes everyone feel completely comfortable and calm. The ceremony was beautiful and the words she reads is really from the heart and the definition of love !! I would choose goodness wedding ceremonies 100 times over again!

I started my out of town wedding search in February, after contacting several wedding vendors my husband and I were so disappointed in the lack of follow up and flexibility from some businesses.
That all changed when we came across Rev. Deborah Montana website, we decided to contact her and she was absolutely everything we expected and more. She made my beach wedding planning so easy and stress free. My family members were very impressed with the beach wedding arrangements and ceremony. Everything was perfect.
I highly recommend Deborah if you are looking to do a beach wedding.

Debs was soothing and extremely flexible with our ceremony requests. I adore her vows (you can YouTube one of her ceremonies) and so did everyone present. She also brought a few sweet little mementos for us which were very much appreciated- I won't ruin the surprise for you though :) Thanks Debs!

We received many compliments on our Wedding Ceremony. We were very happy with Rev. Deborah Montana's ceremony. Her words were very meaningful to us and our 5 children. Our children are grown and they were our wedding party. Rev. Deborah Montana helped us with having everyone be an important part of the ceremony. Her words were beautiful. My now husband and I were so happy to have Reverend Debs officiate our wedding. She allowed us to customize our ceremony to every detail imaginable. Her voice was very calming during the time of intense nerves. We have received and are still receiving so many compliments on how unique and lovely our ceremony was!

Deirdre Kovalcik with Goddess Weddings was the officiant at my non-denominational wedding ceremony. I am Filipino and my now husband is Turkish, which means I am Catholic and he is Muslim. Since neither of us are willing to convert we decided to have a non-religious wedding with cultural aspects. We had a reading from the Koran and we did the tradition Filipino Veil and Cord ceremony. She welcomed the diversity and understood its meaning to us. She is calm and easy to follow. She is in control and paced the ceremony well. Having a women officiant brought a nice and fresh perspective. I would highly recommend her. I know it is hard trusting such a special day to a perfect stranger, however you can feel safe and secure she is there for you and will do her job in a professional and respectful manner. Deborah was a joy to work with from the beginning. Since our first email she was excited and pleased to help us with our ceremony. During our initial meeting she nearly made us cry as we discussed the ceremony details. Deborah is extremely well versed in conducting ceremonies and makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. Even my then finance was impressed, and he's tough to please. She worked with us to integrate personal details and religious sentiments that meant a lot to us. Our ceremony turned out beautifully and we received many compliments. We choose to do the hand fasting during our ceremony and we received many compliments. Deborah also worked with my aunt who did a reading for our ceremony along the way. She responded promptly to many emails and we were extremely pleased with her professionalism and service. Thank you so much Deborah for officiating our wonderful and beautiful ceremony!!

Rev. Deb was amazing! I live in Tallahassee, but my husband and I were married at the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, and when I did my search, her page jumped out at me. I'm so glad it did, once I spoke with her and then met her, I knew she was the right person to perform our ceremony! Rev. Deb was incredible in going over the many options we had, especially considering neither of us are religious. She came to our rehearsal and went over everything, even the the readings for my bridesmaid and maid of honor, and she also saved me by having a broom and starfish pillow for the ceremony! I would recommend Goddess Wedding Ceremonies to any and everyone, you will not be disappointed.

Rev. Deborah is amazing. In advance she listened to our wishes regarding the ceremony and our concerns. Although we weren't going with a traditional church service or mass, we still wanted to incorporate our beliefs and special traditions. She was able to that and more- our outdoor venue at the Fort, folksy music, reading, prayer, European hand fasting, and Spanish coin tradition were all woven together under her guidance and with her beautiful words. We told her what and who was in the ceremony, but she did the rest. Many conservative Catholic and Baptist guests praised our choice in minister and complimented our ceremony. It was wonderful, because while I am spiritual, I do not conform to one church and dislike when faith/religion comes across as legalistic or exclusive. I have also been divorced and wanted to avoid any verbiage that would remind me or returning guests of my previous failed past. My fiance, now husband, is more traditional and wanted to incorporate his Catholic & Mexican heritage. With her infinite wisdom and grace, Rev. Deb was able to bring us all together to focus on what was most important- love and the new life we were beginning together. If you are looking for an officiant who is going to listen to what you want, incorporate what's important to you in the ceremony, help the guests connect to the bride & groom, and more-- Rev. Deb will make sure it happens! Also worth mentioning is that Rev. Deb knows a lot of local vendors and wedding service providers. She can give you invaluable advice regarding their reputation within the industry and/or her past experiences with them, but will, nonetheless, work well with whoever you choose. I really can't say enough good things about her :)

We had a medieval-themed wedding and Reverend Deborah was absolutely perfect. She was very helpful and comforting to the entire wedding party, and our handfasting ceremony was magically beautiful. She helped create an everlasting positive memory for us. We couldn't have been happier with her services. And she even looked the part!

We just got married this past weekend and Rev. Diedra from Goddess Wedding Ceremonies.com was our Officiant. Rev. Diedra did an amazing and beautiful job at our wedding ceremony. Rev. Diedra was extremely accommodating and really got to know us as a couple. She even added our catholic background into the ceremony. At our rehearsal, Rev. Diedra took charge and led our wedding party as to how to walk, placement of the party on the altar and even provided great suggestions as to where to hide our tissues for the ceremony and how the bridesmaids should hold their flowers when walking down the aisle. Rev. Diedra was very lovely and had much patients with the little ones. Rev. Diedra went way above our expectations and we had a beautiful ceremony thanks to her. Rev. Diedra is an amazing and beautiful person and we highly recommend Goddess Wedding Ceremonies.com.

Reverend Deb was amazing! The ceremony was lovely, the wording was perfect, and everyone commented on how great it was! Reverend Deb made the flower bouquets and they were so beautiful! So wonderful ! We had a spiritual ceremony with hand fasting ribbons and Deborah was so amazing kind sweet and heartfelt. I could not have asked for anyone better to marry us. She met us on Anastasia beach and heloed us through everything. What a wonderful person !!!

Deborah did a fantastic job at performing our ceremony. We wanted a civil ceremony and she did just that. We also incorporated a knot typing ceremony into it. I gave her the information and she made a beautiful ceremony out of it. I had guest complement on how short, sweet, and touching the ceremony was.

Rev. Debs was so wonderful! My husband and I wanted a very personalized ceremony and she worked with us every step of the way to ensure it was beautiful! It was hard to find officiants who were not specifically tied to a church organization and since my husband and I are not "religious" but rather spiritual, it was important for us to find somebody who understood where we were coming from. Debs made sure to incorporate our personal spirituality into the ceremony without it feeling like a typical church wedding and that meant a lot to us. I truly appreciate her and feel as though I bonded very closely with her. I cannot thank her enough for the beautiful ceremony she did and how kind and loving she was throughout the entire wedding planning process.

Officiant Deirdre did a fantastic job officiating at our wedding. She was able to listen to our wants and give us the exact experience we were looking for. The ceremony that Rev. Deborah Montana led for us was by far the most memorable part of our day. We came to Georgia from Toronto to be married, and Deborah was extremely helpful and willing to set up meetings over the phone, on Skype and in person.

What most impressed us was her desire to understand and incorporate our own wishes for our ceremony, as well as make suggestions for beautiful and meaningful rituals to incorporate during our ceremony. Her words were honest, genuine and touching and she created such a joyous atmosphere for our wedding. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

Rev. Debs was absolutely perfect for our wedding. She offered to include our son in the ceremony, asked questions on how religious (or non-religious) we had wanted our ceremony, what our colors were so she could coordinate herself, and even discounted her price when she heard how short the ceremony was going to be. The Officiant Deborah Montana did an outstanding job. My husband had a bit of pre-cermony nerves, and Rev. Deborah spent time with him to help calm his nerves before the wedding. I found Ms. Montana on the wedding wire, I contacted her and she responded immediately. I chose her because of the high reviews I read on this website. Well lemme tell you she was Fabulous! I planned my own beach wedding, I didn't have much direction because I am not from Florida. So Ms.Montana was so resourceful and helpful in everyday. On my wedding day I arrived to the beach to find she brought her own decor, lovely may I add....she thought of things I did not. I TRUELY RECOMMEND MS. MONTANA for your ceremony of any kind. Rev. Debs helped my husband and I plan a beautiful, short, love filled secular wedding. We did all of the planning long distance from Los Angeles, right up to the wedding weekend in Ormond Beach FL. She truly went above and beyond, from helping my more religious family feel involved, keeping everyone on schedule, and even bringing a surprise musician to play guitar before and during our ceremony. My husband and I chose a handfasting ceremony, which she eloquently explained for our guest, and performed with such love. I highly recommend Rev. Rev Debs officiated our ceremony over this past weekend and we cannot say enough about how wonderful she was. Since meeting her earlier this year, she was warm, accomodating and accessible during the entire time we planned our ceremony. We went with a slightly more untraditional route, and she was there every step of the way to shape it into what we had envisioned. I absolutely loved these ladies! I searched online for someone that would cater to our spiritual and sentimental needs, as well as professional and affordable. It's hard to tell online but I loved everything they were about from what I read and saw and as soon as we met I knew she was the one! Our wedding was destination a few hours away, and we had a baby so I required flexiblity and efficiency which was provided. There are just not enough wonderful things that I can say about Rev. Deb! My fiance (at the time) is in the military and was being deployed a short time after we got engaged. We were looking for someone to perform a simple ceremony that would be about us, our love for each other, and the commitment we were making to each other. I contacted Rev. Deb, she was quick to respond and so warm and welcoming just through her emails. We decided to marry in her beautiful wedding garden at her house. We set up an appointment to meet before the ceremony and when we met in person I was in shock at how warm and caring she truly was. Rev. Deb gave me so many options I didn't even know were possible for such a short notice small ceremony! She went above and beyond decorating for our ceremony and even provided a cake and punch for us and our family afterwards! Rev. Deb helped direct our guests when they arrived, performed the perfect ceremony, and was a gracious host afterwards! I would absolutely recommend Rev. Deb to everyone and anyone who is looking for an officiant who is professional but who also truly cares about her bride and groom! There is honestly not one bad thing I can say about Rev. Deb everything was absolutely perfect and more then we could have ever asked for!

My Husband and are really happy that we chose Rev. Debs to do our ceremony. She was very professional but she's also is a very warm comforting person which eased our nervousness! She was always there to answer any questions I had with a quick response and she also had great suggestions for places to have our wedding which we actually did choose a place she suggested and it was perfect!!!! My husband and I just found out that we are expecting and for the baby blessing we will definitely use Rev. Debs for that as well. We're so happy and thankful that she was there and will continue to be there for us.

Along with being an incredibly bright spirit that added warmth to our ceremony, Rev. Debs was also very professional and made us feel at ease with the ceremony portion of the wedding. She definitely has an earthy vibe about her that we liked, and that matched up to us. She was very flexible through the whole process, so I feel like she would be responsive to more or less structure in the ceremony and handle with ease. We chose to have a "strolling Goddess" to greet those before the ceremony began. Really liked that she had unique offerings to add to our experience. Highly recommend Rev. Debs!

Rev. Debs is amazing! She helped calm my nerves and really took control not only for a beautiful ceremony, but an enjoyable rehearsal. If Debs wasn't there, the ceremony would not have been as enjoyable as it was. She is so professional! As you are told, something has to not go as planned at your wedding... Ours happened to be the speaker system that we provided. Debs handled it like she deals with it everyday. (nobody noticed but me!) I never imagined I would get so many compliments on our officiant choice. What an amazing person Debs is. I HIGHLY recommend her for your special day.

Rev. Debs performed a baby blessing/ baptism ceremony for our two children in June 2011. Trying to find someone in Jacksonville who knew about baby blessings and non-traditional baptisms was a little difficult, but luckily we came across Rev. Debs. Not only did she know exactly what we were looking for, she also recommended a wonderful church to have it in. She took the time to meet with us and gear the ceremony specifically to our beliefs. She did an amazing job! It was a beautiful ceremony that everyone will remember. I highly recommend her for any ceremony!

I attended a wedding performed by Deborah and it was beautiful. It was a unique experience that was very personalized to the couple. It was very refreshing to be at a wedding ceremony that actually celebrated to couple rather than focusing completely on tradition. I would, and have, highly recommend Deborah as an officiant.

Reverend Deborah performed a BEAUTIFUL ceremony for my husband and I. She is such a special person who possesses a calming energy and a genuine aura. When we first met her at her home office, which is so warm and inviting, we immediately sensed that she was truly invested in our life together. We told Deborah that we wanted to incorporate our loved ones who have passed away, and she explained how she would invite their spirits to join us during the ceremony, which she ultimately did in such a touching way. Additionally, we shared how both of our Irish heritages mean a great deal to us, so we chose a wonderful Celtic blessing that Deborah read.
Besides the above mentioned, Deborah had such lovely suggestions of other rituals that we incorporated into our ceremony. She performed a hand-fasting for us (another ode to our heritage), began the ceremony by using a Tibetan singing bowl, which I loved as soon as she demonstrated during our meeting. Deborah hits the bowl with a wooden device (sorry for not knowing exactly what it is called!) and the sound the bowl emanates is all the energy within the atmosphere, plus it provides a calm, yet assertive signal to wedding guests that the ceremony is about to begin. Last, another of Deborah's suggestions we used was the wine box ceremony, for which we bought a lovely wine tube, a bottle of wine, and wrote love letters to each other. During the wedding ceremony, together, my husband, Ryan and I placed the wine into the tube and then placed our letters in it as well. The idea behind this ceremony, as Deborah explained, is to open the wine box on our one-year wedding anniversary (7/11/16), pop open the wine, and read our letters as a reminder of why we fell in love and got married. One exception is that we can open the tube early if we have a REALLY big fight! ;)
Reverend Deborah Montana is an amazing person who will not disappoint in any way if you hire her to officiate and bless your marriage!!!

she was my officiant at my Handfasting last year and was very patient,kind and helpful. I am planning on getting handfasted again this year and am thinking of using her services again but this time for bit longer wedding.She understood our problems and everything... she is an very nice person and always smiling.. Wedding officiants

Reverend Debra seems nice at. She did not go totally with my vision when it came to the day of the ceremony she rushed me and told me she had another ceremony to be at we had to do it in less than 30 minutes. The one and only thing I was happy with with her was the beautiful bouquet she made me. She did not make me feel like a special Bride on the big day when it came down to it. And I didn't get all the decorations as promised she would bring to the ceremony and for how much I paid it's not a good value. I put a lot of planning into my wedding and made a lot of my own stuff as also to my reception such be rushed during a beautiful ceremony was not very good.

I would not recommend Goddess Wedding Ceremonies to officiate your
wedding. We hired Rev. Montana to officiate our wedding. She booked another wedding during our rehearsals, after we told her when our rehearsals would be. Since we were slightly rushed for an Officiant, we ended up having her assistant officiate our actual wedding. This was disappointing, because when hired Rev. Montana we were under the impression that she would actually officiate our wedding. Her assistant did her job and was polite. Rev. Montana leads you to believe that her high cost (compared to other local Officiants) is because she handles the filing for the marriage certificate. She actually told us we couldn't personally submit the paperwork and she had to, because it was the law. It is not the law and her information is very misleading. Overall, this business lacks integrity. Look elsewhere for your Officiant.
