I unfortunately had a bit of a dress mishap on our wedding day…I hope this helps out a future bride. If golf carts are involved, make sure to tuck your veil and train of your dress in! Long story short, I was torn off the golf cart by my veil and ripped/stained my gown before the ceremony. I quickly sewed it back together myself, but was so sad we missed out on prime photo locations. SO, I brought my ripped and stained dress to Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners and couldn’t have asked for better care. Janet was the absolute kindest soul during the process and texted me update photos within the short timeline they had to repair my dress, as I scheduled another photoshoot session within 5 weeks after our wedding. It was perfectly repaired and all stains were removed. I CRIED HAPPY TEARS. My dress was like new and now I have it to cherish forever (with all the photos I could ever ask for). I came to Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners in DESPERATE need to save my wedding dress after another dry cleaner returned my dress in way worse condition than I gave it to them. Cleaning my mildew-filled dress was no easy task but I felt at immediate ease when I stopped into Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners. There was an immediate difference from all other dry cleaning experiences - from their extensive intake form upon dropping off my dress, to their ongoing communication throughout the process with texts and pictures to keep me updated, all the way until the delivery and presentation that my dress was returned to me in, I cannot recommend Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners. I only wish I had done more research and took my dress here from the beginning so that I could've avoided a mildew crisis! Their team performed miracles on my wedding dress and I couldn't be more thankful to have a clean, preserved dress to cherish and hopefully pass down one day. The team at Lord Glyndon is very professional and organized! Your dress will be picked up by them, and as soon as they have possession of your dress you get an automatic digital notification that its in their possession. I got married in a garden and the train of my dress was quite dirty by the end of the night. I got my dress back, and it was spotless! On top of that, they attach the train of your dress to a long hanger to keep it upright and unwrinkled. I am beyond impressed by Lord Glyndon. We met these folks at a wedding event planning convention in Baltimore. They picked up my daughter's dress at our house and cleaned and made it aisle ready for the reception (wedding was last year). They really care about what they do.Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners's reply:

My experience getting my dress cleaned with Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners and great! They picked up my dress from our front door, cleaned it within about 5 weeks, and delivered it directly to my door in a nice linen bag. The dress looks good as new! Glendon cleaners did an amazing job cleaning and preserving my dress! I had makeup, spray tan, and grass stains on my dress and they were able to get all of that out! They also preserved my dress beautifully. Highly recommend!Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners's reply:

I selected Glyndon Lord Baltimore to clean & preserve my wedding dress and the whole process was seamless! I was concerned because my dress had just been hanging in a closet for 4 years, but they had no issues cleaning it. I can’t recommend them enough. The communication the entire time is great, they even picked up the dress from my house and brought it back when it was finished in a custom box. I took my new daughter in law wedding dress in to be cleaned and preserved! They did an amazing job. They took about 8 weeks but it came back in a beautiful box with a monogram Muslim cover and her dress beautifully preserved. My new daughter was amazed and so happy to have to dress cleaned and saved!
