I am so happy to have chosen Gloss for hair and makeup. I had Caitlin for makeup and Abby for hair. They also did my bridesmaids' hair and makeup. They were the best. At my trial, they made me feel comfortable enough to let them know what I liked and what I didn't, which made my wedding day look exactly what I wanted. Jillian (Gloss Makeup and Hair) was recommended to me by my wedding planner as the ONLY team in the area up for the task and she absolutely delivered. Between myself, 5 girls, and both mothers, the team had their hands full but they did an incredible job.
Over the months building up to the wedding we had several changes and Jillian was always extremely flexible and willing to go out of her way to make everything perfect.
On the day of my wedding the team arrived in force and did everything they could to make us comfortable. Everyone looked stunning and the wedding was perfect!

I cannot say enough great things about Gloss Makeup and Hair! I called Jillian the day before my engagement photos and she was able to fit me in to do my makeup for them and it made the biggest difference! I immediately booked for them to do my hair and makeup on my wedding day and they went above and beyond during the whole process. I was an out of state bride and they were so accommodating with my schedule. My mom also got her hair and makeup done and 5 of my bridesmaids did too and they all looked SO beautiful. Working with them was the absolute best experience and so much fun! I cannot recommend them enough!

They did an amazing job! She replicated the exact hairstyles I wanted and our makeup looked flawless. It was a good 101 degrees out on my wedding day and my face was sweating so bad I was worried the makeup would look terrible afterwards but honestly you couldn't even tell! Highly recommend!

Absolute Perfection!
There aren’t enough amazing things to say about Jillian and the Gloss ladies that accurately describe how amazing my experience has been. I received hairstyling and airbrush makeup services for my wedding day, and traditional makeup services for my bridesmaids, mother, and mother-in-law. The Gloss ladies showed up and were ready to go at 6:30 AM per my request, and they came to our Airbnb for our convenience. Ashley and Becka are so talented and everyone’s makeup looked so beautiful, flawless, and unique to each bridal party member. And Jillian - WOW! She completely exceeded my expectations with my hair and airbrush makeup and really respected my requests as to what I was looking for. I wouldn’t change a thing about my experience with Gloss and would recommend them to anyone. Absolutely perfect and I’m so grateful for all their efforts!

Loved worked with Jillian from the engagement picture makeup, bridal hair trial up until the big day! I showed her a couple pictures I liked and she absolutely nailed it... really did better than the photos. I will definitely be using her again for other photos and would 100% recommend. Jillian and Gloss are amazing and would highly recommend. Jillana and team are experts in wedding hair & makeup so you can rest easy knowing that they will take care of everything and make sure everything goes smoothly. I loved how detailed and helpful Jillian is included helping pull together detailed schedule outlines and “hair/look” powerpoints for each person. The work these ladies can do is absolutely amazing! In a large group of girls there's bound to be atleast one unhappy person and let me tell you, every single person was in love with their hair and makeup! The entire bridal party looked stunning! They truly are an amazing team and as a fellow bride, you will not be disappointed! My hair was exactly as I asked and my makeup was flawless! It lasted the entire day, night and even through some rain!

I would HIGHLY recommend using Gloss for your hair and makeup needs for any big occasion. All the girls in my wedding party looked beautiful! I also wasn’t sure what kind of look I wanted for my big day, but Katrina worked with me and I couldn’t have been more in love with how it turned out. I’m usually not a fan of wearing makeup, but I couldn’t even tell I was wearing any and I LOVED how it looked. My hair also held up for the entire day and didn’t need to be touched up at all. They’re happy to answer any questions or help with any concerns you may have. They literally are the best!

When I first came across Gloss when planning for my wedding I could not believe a company like this was in Springfield, MO. I booked immediately and Jillian was enthusiastic, professional and courteous from the get go. When it came up a few weeks later that her brother would also be getting married on the same day, I was absolutely crushed. Jillian assured me that she would still make my day everything we’d discussed and more, even from afar. She did not disappoint! Kelsey and Katrina were absolutely amazing. I felt like a princess!
Jillian is such a joy to work with! She is very knowledgeable about the products she uses and also is willing to answer any questions about the products/what they do where to purchase. I used Jillian back in March for trial hair and make-up before my bridal session and knew immediately that I had made the right choice! On the day of my bridal shoot, she travelled to me, which made it such a relief. On my wedding day, sweet Jillian showed up to my suite around 8:30 ready to make magic happen! Bless her heart for letting me add my MIL to the list of who needed hair done! My 10 year old daughter and I both had hair and make-up applied on the day of the wedding and it was absolutely beautiful. My daughters hair held very nicely, she was ready about 9:15 am and the ceremony was not until 5:15pm. As for my hair and make-up, I opted for the airbrush and have no complaints. My make-up looked flawless and my hair was perfect. I sure did feel like a princess with how beautifully Jillian does her work. Thank you Jillian for making me feel like royalty on my wedding day!!! Jillian is timely, detail oriented, personable, and very skilled in hair and makeup! She was on time to my appointments, comes to the location where you request her to style you, and she has all high end products that she uses. She educated me on makeup products and techniques while she worked and my makeup stayed in place through 16 hours of sweat, tears, and dancing! My hair was perfectly styled and not a piece fell out all day. I cannot thank her enough for the way she made me look and feel on my special day. Perfect Hair & Makeup for my Special Day
Jillian and her assistant were absolutely wonderful. I was an out of state bride looking for H&M. I looked and looked and was not finding what I wanted. I finally came across Gloss and was so excited to work with Jillian and her team. She was extremely responsive throughout the whole process and very professional. On the day of the wedding she arrived on time and really listened to every detail. The end result was more than I could have asked for. Gifted Makeup Artist and Hair Stylist With The Sweetest Heart
I had never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day! And the compliments I received were the best!
Jillian is truly gifted in her talents and the sweetest person to work with. She made sure me, 8 bridesmaids, and my two moms looked amazing and worked everything into my tight day of timeline.
It is really special when a vendor is not only talented, but also becomes a friend! I loved sitting in her chair and being able to bond while she made me into a supermodel.
Gloss is the best makeup artist and hair stylist in southern Missouri! I am so glad they were my vendor for our wedding!

Jillian & her fellow consultant did a phenomenal job on mine, my mother's, & my bridesmaids' hair & makeup for my wedding day. Jillian was so pleasant to work with through the whole process, from booking, to deciding on and trying out my "day of" look, to the big day! I will definitely work with her again for future events! Her work is just perfection. I showed her pictures of what I had in mind and she brought my vision to life! She made me feel like the most beautiful version of myself! Exactly how you want to feel for your big day!

I LOVED working with Gloss Makeup! I didn't use the hair services, just makeup. I worked with Caitlin and she was AWESOME. I loved how she even left a touch-up kit for me to keep in the bridal suite. Highly recommend to anyone!!

From start to finish, my experience made me feel like a VIP. The trial was amazing - I felt so at ease. I had to make a venue change for the wedding day and Jillian and Caitlin accommodated without question. Caitlin is absolutely beautiful inside and out. She did a great job and I clicked with her from the moment we met. She not only treated me like royalty but she also did an awesome job with my sweet mama who wears hardly any makeup. I will definitely be using Gloss for my future needs.

Jillian killed it!! She was so amazing, helpful, and professional. She made me look and feel so beautiful! I would highly recommend having her stick around for touch ups and pictures. She made sure my hair and make up we’re always perfect. We also had random etiquette questions we’d be discussing and she would tell us typically what goes on in whatever situation we were taking about. She completely put my mind at ease. My best friend is also using her for her wedding in 6 months so it’s going to be a fun reunion! I am going to recommend her to all my bride friends!

Jillian did hair for my wedding party. We had a mix of gals who wanted hair half up, down, and up. She did the most incredible job, she was right on schedule, sweet and fun to have around, and most importantly the looks were gorgeous and modern and stayed put all through the day and night. I totally recommend Jillian!

Jillian is absolutely incredible! She is so good at matching your look exactly to your inspiration photos, and she is so open to feedback when something wasn't quite as you envisioned it. She takes such detailed notes during your hair and makeup trials and is a perfectionist, meaning everything will go EXACTLY according to plan on your special day. Jillian did two gorgeous updos for me--one for my Hindu wedding ceremony, and one for my Catholic wedding ceremony--and she did my airbrush makeup twice because neither of us realized how much the Hindu ceremony would somehow make my skin yellow because of all of the throwing of rice covered in turmeric. She is professional and an absolute delight to work with. We all loved her so much!

Jillian is truly a professional. She was so organized, responsive, has great product, and on top of it all, very sweet! She pulled off the exact look I wanted and all of my bridesmaids looked stunning from 9am to midnight. I didn’t hear one complaint from my girls about their looks- pleasing 8 different girls is a big achievement. Jillian kept our looks natural and her makeup did not look “caked on” at all. Do yourself and your friends a favor and hire Jillian for your wedding!

First off, Jillian is amazing! My original make up artist had to back out, of doing my wedding, last minute and Jillian graciously stepped in. She was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable about my color pallet and what colors would look best with my skin tone and eyes.
The day of the wedding, she did an amazing job making my bridesmaids feel beautiful, happy and not over done. I was not feeling well, due to nerves, but Jillian helped calm me down and even prayed with me. I am so blessed to have had her as part of my special day. I will defiantly be using her services again and recommend her to all of my friends!!!

I loved the fact she came to my house. It’s hard to get away esp since I have 2 kids. So that was very helpful. She showed up on time and was very professional. I loved how she brought everything she needed. I didn’t have to worry about making sure I had product or styling tools. I would recommend her to anyone!

She was amazing! My make up looked like it was airbrushed on (when it wasn't), she was EXTREMELY flexible, it was really cheap for the quality, and she was very easy and responsive to contact! If you need someone to do your make up you NEED to use her!

Jillian is so talented! She styled my hair and did my makeup for our recent wedding and I couldn't have been happier with both! My hair is very hard to keep in an updo and she figured out how to make it happen with the style I wanted at the trial and it somehow looked even better on the actual day. My makeup was flawless and stayed that way all night. My mom also had her hair and makeup done and was thrilled with both and honestly looked 10 years younger. It was such a convenience that she came to us, calm and prepared, on an already hectic day. Jillian was great to work with and I am so glad we found her!

We played with a few things and came up with exactly what I wanted. My first look in the mirror on my wedding day made me cry. I felt beautiful. She was also very flexible. WOW, Jillian is amazing at what she does. About six months before my wedding I made a major mistake that destroyed my hair, and it had to have about a foot cut off (above my chin). When my wedding came around, I really wanted my hair to be back and out of the way, and she created a look that was timeless and used my own hair in a way to make it seem longer and fuller than it was. The look was absolutely flawless. She also did my makeup, which was perfect for the occasion. It was an outdoor wedding, and she did a great job keeping it very fresh while still glamorous. Since my wedding, Jillian has also done my hair and makeup for a separate non-wedding event, and I received compliments all night about how great I looked. I cannot recommend her enough!

I think hair and make up is THE most important vendor that a bride books for her wedding day. Jillian and her team at Gloss provided excellent service for my bridal trial as well as on the day of my wedding. Katrina's make up and hair skills are top notch. Rebecca did the hair for my bridal party, while Ashley did make up for my bridal party. Both Rebecca and Ashley are very talented and I could not ask for nicer artists. They listened to what the bridal party wanted for their hair and make up and worked hard to make sure that everyone was happy.

Jillian was excellent to work with. I showed her a pic of the hair style i wanted for my Jr bridesmaid and myself and they turned out exactly like the pics and looked great. My MOH wasnt sure what she wanted so she let Jilluan decide and was extremely happy with her results. Katrina did our make up in addition to my Matron of Honor and was very comfortable to work wirh. Our make up was done beautifully. Jillian and Katrina were a joy to be around and i have to say the time spent getting my hair and make up done was the most relaxing part of my wedding day. They were on time and ready to go as promised and very professional. Many of my wedding guests complimented all of us throughout the day. The ladies of Gloss Makeup and Hair were absolutely phenomenal. I planned a destination wedding in Branson and was initially worried about booking someone I’ve never used before. After researching suggested vendors from my venue’s wedding coordinator, Gloss Makeup and Hair stood out to me much more than the others. The booking process was super easy! We did everything via email. Both during booking, and on the day of the wedding, they were very professional, and super fun to work with. They did a fantastic job on everyone’s hair and makeup and were able to finish in the perfect amount of time. They were able to take our ideas and make them better than we imagined!! I would highly recommend Jillian and her team!
