  My jeweler since childhood and I won't go anywhere else! My engagement ring and both of our wedding bands are from Glatz and I am still impressed by them after all these years. My husband is from Ohio and still chose to go there for my engagement ring because of their family atmosphere and the way that they take care of their customers. We wouldn't have gone anywhere else!

  The people who work there are friendly. We go there first when we are looking at jewelry. It is not a chain store, they have a variety of choices & styles. We are happy with their service.

  Glatz did an amazing job resizing my ring. It needed to be taken down to a size 3.5 and with diamonds on the shoulder I was nervous it couldn't be done. It came back flawless though! My only complaint was lack of communication from the jeweler during the process. The ring had to be sent back to the manufacturer which I wasn't advised of until I called in to check on the ring. All in all a two week process. But it was worth the wait!
