  Exceeded my fall flower vision

  She did such an amazing job at listening to my ideas and the vision of what I wanted in my fall florals. The colors she used were absolutely breathtaking, the textures and fullness of every arrangement was on point. I have to mention how helpful she was, I didn't have to do a thing!! She moved my flowers around from the ceremony to the reception and she fulfilled all of my floral wedding dreams!! They were a huge hit, so many compliments and really added to the overall fall feel.

  Beautiful Flowers; Wonderful Customer Service

  I would definitely recommend Glamour and Grit to anyone looking for flowers for their wedding. The flowers were perfect and everyone was pleasant to work with and responded very quickly to me.

  Heather is so talented! She was very helpful with the planning process and responsive. She worked closely with me to capture my vision for the wedding and when we got the flowers the day of, I was floored! They were just gorgeous! Our ceremony was in my parents yard so she added some beautiful flowers to the arbor and helped set up the reception at the venue. I highly recommend Glamour and Grit!

  One of the best choices I made for my wedding. I was blown away by my flowers and I couldn’t of been happier. If your looking for fresh and creative designs highly suggest choosing Glamour and Grit.

  Beautiful Flowers, Not good for Long Distance.

  My wedding flowers were gorgeous and fresh, and a really good size for a bouquet. They lasted a long time too. But they weren’t exactly the flowers I asked to be put in my bouquet. They seemed to be all roses even though I said I wanted dahlias and zinnias. It was also incredibly hard to get in contact with Heather. My wedding was in my husbands home town, but we live in another state. Our emails were super delayed and our meetings were canceled on multiple occasions. So while she showed up on time, and is obviously really talented, I would have to say the customer service was really lacking on this one. I think she may just be more concerned about her local customers and I got the short end of the stick. Or maybe she bit off more clients than she could chew. I may have gone with someone else if I were to do it again. Sorry.

  Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We always appreciate feedback - it's what helps us grow and try to exceed client expectations!
  
  I would love to address your concerns from your review. With seasonal flowers such as dahlias, it is hard to guarantee that they will be in the bouquet as it all depends on the weather. Unfortunately the week before your wedding, dahlias stopped blooming as frost came in due to the lower temperatures. As florists, sometimes we have to make substitutions at the last minute when things like this occur. We threw in some garden roses (premium blooms) as the substitution, but we can understand why you were disappointed that dahlias were not in the bouquet. Just know that it was not intentional in any way :)
  
  As for the communication concern, we always strive to respond in a timely manner! Wedding season does get quite busy for us, so I am sorry if we had to reschedule calls due to unforeseen events! It was definitely not our intention to do so. We have also added another staff member to our team for the upcoming season, which I believe will increase our response time even more :)
