Love our customized pieces
Giving credit where it's due. Ring arrived on time. It looks as good in reality as it does on the website. The box is a basic black paper box, but I prefer it that way - why pay for a box that gets thrown out and wasted. The ring, incl. engraving, is flawless and would cost twice as much in a local shop. It arrived with white fibres caught in one of the gem clamps, probably from production. Will get these removed by a local jeweller, as well as the ring downsized (size M is strangely not available on the website, only M1/2). Overall great online shopping experience. The online ring building/customisation app is second to none. She said yes. ;)-

Really recommend it
Products are really good.
I like the idea that I can customize choozing metal and stones going with everybody's budget.
I've research the reviews about Glamira online and they were really positive. That's what motivated me to try. I got a ring for my wife three years ago and a new one earlier this month.
Glamira respects the delays and anytime I had a concern I contacted support team and they answer straight away.
The package comes with the jewelry packed with certified tag of authenticity to remove with a velvet sachet (if we want to place it in it) and the empty box (with light) to place it inside (it makes it absolutely stunning inside). It also comes with the certificate of authentication.
Engravement is free of charge and Glamira offers too a printable a gift certificate.
My wife loves them!
It is really worth it and safe!

Resizing process very easy and quick
Ordered wedding rings, which were gorgeous but both didn't fit because they were too tight. We called the representatives and asked about information about the process. We performed everything they told us: measuring our fingers with the free ring sizer, filling in a return form and sending the rings back to the company. It took about 20 days and the rings came back with the correct sizes. Easy and quick process! -

Ordering wedding rings from an online shop may come to one very suspicious, but believe me it's better than searching for a ring in local shops where you only have a limited offer to choose from! Glamira has a great offer with wonderful designs and you can customize the products as you wish. We loved the idea of customizing the metal, stone, color, etc. of the rings the way we wanted it. Ordering your rings via sitting on your couch is amazing and such a comfort! Probably we won't buy ever from a local shop again. Glamira has everything we were looking from. -

No need for uncertainties before ordering

Yesterday my boyfriend popped the question and I have an unbelievably beautiful engagement ring on my finger now! It is as-to-ni-shing. This is gonna be her best birthday present ever!
My plan was to propose to my girlfriend on her birthday. So I walked through several stores to find the ring that she was desiring but I couldn’t find one that fit to my budget. When my colleague suggested me to have a look at Glamira’s website where he ordered previously, I was amazed by so many designs they had. It was even difficult for me to choose the ring with the customization options my girlfriend would fall in love with. I finally decided upon a design, which also was affordable for me (solitaire pave style/yellow gold/white sapphire). Best company with high speed production and delivery!
When we ordered our rings, we only had 10 days left until the wedding. But we were not sure if we could get them on time, so the only solution was to call the customer support to ask for a faster production. They honestly explained that they can’t promise anything but they will try to speed up the production of the rings and thankfully, two days before the wedding we got the rings! Since we measured our ring sizes with their ring sizer before ordering, the sizes were perfect and the rings are stunning. Thank you so much glamira for giving everything to solve our problem! Best gift for our silver wedding
After looking for a beautiful gift for our silver wedding, I met Glamira with it’s stunning designs. No need for any concern
My great concerns turned out to be unnecessary. Some negative reviews made me feel insecure to order our wedding rings online, but the end result of this purchase is totally satisfying.
Our wedding will be on March, 2019. We ordered our wedding rings two months ago (September, 2018), though we had really great concerns if we should order something that precious online. All in all we got convinced by the majority of positive experiences of other customers and ordered our rings. It took eight days to get the rings (one day before the estimated delivery date). We have to say that the rings are fantastically beautiful. The only thing was that my ring was too small. There was no possibility to wear it. So we had a talk with the customer service to get more information about the return process.
After we returned the ring, it took for about 20 days to get the ring back (that might be a long time for some others, but if you have enough time until your wedding it’s worth waiting).
The ring now fits and both my fiancé and I am very glad. -

I was impressed by the large selection of Halo engagement rings at Glamira’s website. I always knew my girlfriend wanted a Halo ring, so finding the desired ring was not hard for me. My choice fell on a beautiful design that I customized with ruby and diamonds. I had some uncertainties with regard to the ring size that I could eliminate with the help of the great customer support. The best part was to see the ring in reality. It is nicer than expected!

I ordered our wedding rings at Glamira but neither I nor my husband were aware of his ring size. So I ordered an average size, which then turned out to be a tad small. So we contacted the customer service, asking for help how to return the ring for resizing. Got useful information and did what needed to be done. After 3 1/2 half weeks we got the ring back and are totally satisfied.
My suggestion: Order your wedding rings at least three month before the wedding so you have enough time for resizing in case your rings don’t fit. -

In our search of our wedding rings my colleague recommended me to visit Glamira’s website and to look at their jewelry. Their variety of wedding rings is huge! Finding THE engagement ring for my girlfriend that would take her breath away cost me a lot of time and effort, because I had to have a look at several local jewelers and websites to find a very unique piece for her unusual taste. To order your wedding rings from an online shop without seeing them before in reality is not easy. But all the doubts I had were unnecessary. When we got our wedding rings, we were astonished. My first order from Glamira and very satisfied due to the good quality of the product and timely delivery. It’s the first time I order jewelry online, but certainly not the last time. Bought a wonderful engagement ring for my girlfriend with a white and rose gold alloy and white sapphire and it’s absolutely incredible. Our wedding will take place in the coming years and we are more than excited to order our wedding bands from Glamira. Shopping my wedding rings from Glamira was pleasurable and convenient. I had no idea in starting what type of ring I actually want then he asked me to go through the designs and let him know which rings I found attractive. I did so and after 3 days he sent me some design samples that were amazing.
After discussing with him, I fixed the design and in final, I received my wedding ring and it looks exactly the same as he designed, there was not a minute change in the design. I really love their work, corporation and their expertise in their work. The ring shining has not faded away. It dazzles just like the day I bought it. I will definitely like to buy other jewelries from your store. I wholeheartedly recommend others to try you once.

I am quite choosy and when it comes to our engagement rings & wedding rings then I was very picky. After looking out many options I picked up Glamira to choose our engagement rings. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I told them what I am looking in rings and they have showed me some sample and pieces, but I did not like any of the pieces. So as per my taste and preference they have designed a ring and that literally deserves a WOW! When I first saw it, I was so glad and heartily happy. Ruined engagement twice
Do not order a ring online... just don't, it's too important.
The ring we received had to be repaired, but it couldn't so we received a new ring, which was worse than the first one. It has been too long and troublesome, so we just wanted a full refund, which the website says you have 60 days for... Well, we received store credit, and we had to call them and wait over a month for. Their policy is that once you modify the jewellery, you can't return it, their website states that "modification" is resizing and engraving and special requests, like changing the colour of the stone for example.
So I have called them again, saying that I would like a full refund, not store credit, and I have been informed, that repair is MODIFICATION - absolute nonsense.
My case is still open, perhaps they will come to their senses and so I will be updating my review. -

Awful experience - Unresolved as of writing
I bought a ring with them to proposed to my (now) wife. It was a long and painful experience. You reach read my review with them. As of writing this comment here on Weddingwire the issue is still not resolved yet. I am just too upset that I have to sign up specifically just to leave a comment about my own experience so people know they are not as good you think and buying from them is a gamble, not a fair trade. I can't say for others but you should know my experence is genuine.

Awful experience - Unresolved as of writing
The engagement ring I purchased from Glamira has obvious flaw and require to send back to repair. But the repair process had awfully painful as I have to chase after them every few days for the past 2~3 weeks for updates about where and the status of the repair. Yet, as of writing, I still have not been able to know anything solid about the process. My wedding is on 9th of August 2020 and today is 20th of July 2020. I am afraid my wedding will proceed without the ring, which is going to be a lifetime trauma to my partner and myself.
For anyone who plan to order things from them, please think twice and I hope you don't have to go through the same pain we are experiencing right now.
Update (After Glamira replied the first time): Today is 2020-08-11 and I still have not received a meaningful update about the ring. I have just lodged a complaint to the NSW Fair Trading. And to be fair, I got a replacement ring from them (and to be returned to them later) just in case they could not finish the repair on time. A bride cannot marry with the engagement ring she got proposed with in the wedding. What more worse than that!
