Hung and Phuong are super friendly and did their bests to make sure we get the dream wedding dresses! From the first consulting appointment to the day we get our final dresses, they are always quick to answer our questions, giving out great advices and guiding us through the whole process. My fiancee was so happy when she saw her 2 dresses as they exceeded her expectation! Everything was done exactly the way we requested!
Glam by Nanie is the place to choose if you want to get a customized wedding dress, which will be only made for you!
Highly recommended!

Amazing experience
I cannot say enough great things about Glam by Nanie. They are truly amazing from head to toe. Not only was the appointment one to one but the dresses are all custom made to your size and design choice. Where do I even begin? To say that Nanie and her team were extraordinary would be an understatement. Nanie was truly my fairy godmother, who worked some magic to turn this pumpkin into a princess on her wedding day. Seriously, she made me feel so beautiful all night long, there wasn't a single hair out of place even at the end of the night. Nanie even made time for a trial run only a few weeks before my wedding and this was a game changer. Let me preface this by saying that I LOVED how my trial makeup came out so much so that I didn't want to wash my face that night. But I went in wanting a certain hairstyle I found on Pinterest and left knowing that while it was stunningly styled by Nanie, it didn't match my personality. Without the trial, I wouldn't have known what worked and what didn't for my actual wedding day. What really stood out to me from this experience was how gracious and open Nanie was to any changes I wanted to make based on the trial. She genuinely wanted to make sure that I would love the way I looked on the wedding day and even reached out after the trial to note any additional changes I might want. So when the day finally came, I felt completely comfortable putting all my faith in her skills. Ultimately, Nanie made me feel more beautiful than I'd ever felt and that gave me infinite confidence throughout the day. There's not much I can say about the quality of her craft that you can't already see from her portfolio. They are absolutely stunning. Not only Nanie, but her entire team were incredible and I'm so grateful to have been able to book them for my wedding. If you haven't found the right HAMU artist yet, book them now! And if you still have any reservations, book a trial and see for yourself. They're worth every penny and more. -

Amazing experience!
We used this service for my prewedding shoot and my wedding day. I initially came here to see about renting a wedding dress. Her dresses are beautiful but I ended up booking her for makeup and hair. Her and her team were amazing! My makeup and hair lasted the whole time for the shoot and wedding day. It even survived the after party! I’d never seen myself look so radiant. My mother who was worried about covering her dark spots was also beaming. I would 100% recommend their services! -

I very rarely do reviews but I have to do it this time because how good this service is. Phuong did an amazing job! She did wonderful job on everyone and my hair and my make up stayed flawless for the entire night.
I showed her how I wanted for my hair and for my makeup, and it turned out way above and beyond, I was impressed with the whole experience, their incredible professionalism, and how friendly she was. I woke up at 4:30 am for the makeup, but our convo kept me awake :)
I got a lot compliments for the whole night about my make up and my hair.
Hands down an amazing decision for my sister’s wedding!

I love it sooooo much
I never took my glasses off my entire life and I was not confident about not wearing glasses at my wedding because I feel so ugly without glasses. But I found Phuong on instagram and I give it a try. And she made me look so pretty. I was happy and my make up stayed on for whole night I did not have to fix anything. Thank you Phuong! I could not recommend this service more. The staff, dresses and atmosphere make for an incredible experience. they make you feel comfortable and right at home. not to mention all of their dresses are so unique, comfortable and completely reasonable in price. i am so glad i said yes to my dress here and will definitely be recommending to any future brides.
As for Makeup and Hair, Nanie and her team were beyond unbeliveable to work with and made me and my bridesmaids all feel so beautiful and special on my wedding day. We had an early morning ceremony and night reception . Nanie her assistant arrived SUPER EARLY, before the sun came-up! ) to accomodate all of our hair and makeups. My makeup stayed on from 4 AM through 11 PM at night and still looked amazing! They were a dream come true to work with - super responsive, patient, flexible, professonal and very fun, friendly and easy to talk to as we were getting ready. We were so happy/pleased with how we looked for such a special moment in our lives. We can't thank them enough. I absolutely loved the way my hair and make up turned out on my wedding day. I'm glad I chose Glam by Nanie for my big day. -

Excellent service and makeup skill
I had Glam by Nanie as MUA for my wedding day. Phuong had to do makeup and hair for the bride and 6 attendees and I was amazed by her pace and skill. She was on time, that’s the first thing I like, showed up at my door at 3am and we were all ready for the ceremony at 11am. I didn’t do the touch up but the makeup was able to last all day. I like her base makeup the most, it looks very thin on your skin but it was able to cover all of your skin problems. It was nice working with Phuong and I even recommended her for my best friend’s wedding. -

Wedding dress
Glam by Nanie, they have a gorgeous wedding dress collection at their studio with reasonable prices. My friends and my clients from working place love the dress I got there as well. They were surprised at the price with high quality like that. Phuong (the owner) she is very kind and patient of helping me to try those beautiful dresses. Unfortunately I dont have chance to work with them on makeup and hair for my wedding day because she is booked already. Generally, I really love my dress, and I cant wait to the day I become a princess. -

The title says it all! Not only was Phuong prepared, on time and ready to glam up my entire bride tribe, but she made my wedding day so special by being her authentic self and so much more! She gave me the most perfect bridal hair/makeup and made me feel so beautiful. My maid of honor and i gave her the official/unofficial title of DOCTOR Phuong👩🏻⚕️ as she gave me the nose bridge I’ve always wanted WITHOUT having to go under the knife🤣 We had so much fun, laughed SO MUCH together and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I will be recommending her to ALL my future brides and hope everyone has the same wonderful experience as I did ♡ -

I’ve had the pleasure of having Nanie do my makeup on multiple occasions now, and each time is wonderful. She is friendly, communicative and professional. She pays attention to details, listens what you are looking for and makes you look and feel fabulous . My makeup was beautiful and it lasted for the entire day and night. I never imagined I’d be writing a review like this, but I feel a responsibility to protect future brides from what I went through. My experience with this bridal store was not just disappointing—it was heartbreaking.
At a bridal show, the owners promised me a “custom couture experience”: a one-of-a-kind gown made to my exact vision, with top fabrics, expert craftsmanship, and included alterations. I trusted them with one of the most important parts of my wedding. Instead, what I received was a nightmare.
From the start, I was clear about my vision, provided photos, and emphasized the silhouette, color, and fit I wanted. The first gown they delivered looked nothing like what we had agreed upon—it was ill-fitting, loose, the wrong color, and completely missed the mark. After raising these concerns, they admitted to miscommunication and claimed they would “remake” the gown.
But the second gown was no better. Throughout the process, my concerns were repeatedly brushed off, emails went unanswered, and I was made to feel as though the problems were somehow my fault. At my final fitting, instead of excitement and support, I walked into a cold, silent store. There was no greeting, no warmth, no joy—just a tense, dismissive environment. When I pointed out a visible flaw in the dress, I was met with angry body language and silence. When I politely asked for a photo, I was handed my phone back without a word. I left in tears, devastated that what should have been a magical moment had turned into something so painful.
On my wedding day, the gown was still far from right. It hung loose at the torso, gaped at the chest, and had visible flaws I had pointed out weeks earlier. I had to tape the dress to my body just to get through the day. No bride should ever have to experience this.
What you are truly paying for here is not a custom gown, but a cookie-cutter dress with poor craftsmanship, no meaningful alterations, and owners who care more about the sale than about their brides. Once they hand you the dress, you’re on your own—no accountability, no fixes, no compassion.
A wedding gown is not just fabric—it’s part of a once-in-a-lifetime dream. These owners should not be in the bridal industry. If you value honesty, professionalism, and being treated with respect during such a meaningful process, I urge you: save yourself the heartbreak and go elsewhere. -
