I worked with Steve at Giraux on my wedding band. I wanted an eternity band but not the standard cookie-cutter style. I found a unique style from Giraux but wanted to make some changes. I wanted bigger diamonds but at the same time, I didn't want to change the profile height of the ring. Steve worked with the ring makers and was able to deliver exactly what I was looking for and stay within the quoted budget =) His estimates on the price and the time it took to make the ring were spot on. He called us immediately after the ring was finished and it was within 3 weeks.

My family has been going to Giraux for years! I love their quality of work and excellent customer service! I work with Armine whenever I go and I adore her! She is sweet, honest and really easy to work with! My engagement ring, husband's wedding ring and a Valentine's Day gift have all come from Giraux. Can't say enough good things!

My husband and I will never buy fine jewelry from anyone but Giraux. When he was going to propose, my husband had ordered a ring from Jared, but when the ring came, it was not what he expected--they didn't even size the thing! My husband ended up proposing with a plastic fairy ring, which was really sweet, but when we had to find a real engagement ring we decided to check out Giraux, based on a recommendation from my coworker.

Liv not only helped us build a ring, she explained everything about diamonds to us. She let us look at everything through the same magnifiers she was using, and we were so excited to find out that for the same money my husband spent on the pathetic Jared ring, we could get a bigger, better quality diamond!

When it came time to buy our wedding bands, the manufacturer of my band fell behind and the ring was late. To make up for the delay, and to work around my schedule, Mike from Giraux personally delivered my wedding band to my home. How's that for service??

Everyone comments on how beautiful my wedding set is. I've never seen jewelry so sparkly. Giraux is the best!

Amazing rings for a great price and very helpful when we went in and listened to what I wanted even when I went with a cheaper ring with no diamonds

Liv (Pronounced - Leave) is the most amazing jewelry consultant ever, she not only took the time to educate us, but she spent multiple days helping us pick out our amazing rings. I literally find myself staring at my ring, and get compliments on it daily. I love Giraux because they are not pushy. They are professional, clean and have a huge selection. I highly recommend working with this family owned business.

Oh, how I love this place.

My husband and I have had such wonderful experiences there. He decided it was time to propose and wanted us to shop for an engagement ring together, so he invited me to join him at Giraux.

He had heard through friends that Giraux was the place to go, and their salesperson Liv was wonderful to work with. He went to their website and signed up for a guest pass, which was very easy to do. He requested that we see Liv, and they spoke on the phone prior to our arrival. Liv wanted to get an idea of what his budget was and what we were looking for so that she could tailor our experience. She didn't want to bring out 3 carat diamonds if that wasn't in the budget.

The experience we had of choosing the perfect ring - together - was more than I could have asked for.

Liv was very helpful in telling us about the different types of rings to choose from, she brought out tray after tray of settings and really got a feel for what I wanted. Now, if you have never picked out an engagement ring for yourself, it can be somewhat overwhelming. The thought of choosing something that you will wear every day for the rest of your life is somewhat daunting... but Liv put me at ease. She really took her time with us, made sure we found exactly what we wanted. She showed us each diamond and talked about the ratings. We were both very happy with our experience that day. We couldn't have asked for a better place to buy our jewelry.

Fast forward to 6 months later... and it's time to buy my fiance's wedding band. Once again, we called Liv for a guest pass (which was easy to get). We met with Liv again - and she made us feel like we now have our own "personal" jeweler. We chose his band very quickly and are very happy with that purchase as well - and the pricing.

I really feel confident in Giraux and especially Liv. Both my husband and I cannot say enough about her and our experience. This is such a special time in our lives and it's comforting to know that we now have a jeweler we can rely on and trust for the years to come. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase fine jewelry.

I also wanted to add that if you are reading this and think that driving up to the city might be a bit far, know that it is definitely worth it. Buying fine jewelry should be a special event and you can always spend the afternoon in the city afterwards...

Giraux creates the most stunning jewelry all at a fraction of the typical retail costs. I have several pieces from them and I will continue to use them as my sole jeweler. They also inspect, clean, and polish for free!

My husband and I ordered our wedding bands from Giraux. They have a massive selection to choose from. Armine was very HELPFUL. She assisted in the selection, provided her professional opinion, understood our needs and was extremely flexible. We had a set budget and she worked around our expectations. I eventually found the band that I was looking for and my husband, after two tries, found the band he liked. He originally ordered a titanium band, but after a few days had changed his mind to platinum. Armine was able to make arrangements and we ended up with the ring he really wanted. I still visit Giraux and have our rings polished from time to time. It was a great find.

We had my engagement ring and wedding ring custom made at Giraux. Ariane helped us and she was fantastic. She even let me try on her own wedding band to see if I liked it with my engagement ring.

I knew I wanted a stone that wasn't a diamond but I wasn't sure what. She was helpful and consulted with the gemologist to help me choose the perfect stone.

Everyone we worked with was helpful and professional. I know we were definitely not spending as much money as some other customers but we were given fantastic service and not rushed at all.

Great selections of rings and great value. My engagement ring is from there and it is so beautiful. I got to for such a good deal compared to Tiffany's.

You need to call first to be admitted to the building, but other than that its great. I had great service and my ring appraised for double what I paid. Armine has taken great care of us. also if you upgrade the ring in year one, they give you full purchase price towards a new ring. After a year it is full price minus the tax.

Got engagement ring and wedding bands here. They're in a jewelry mart so I would expect the prices to be a bit cheaper, but they're not. But service is exceptional. The bands took longer than expected to come in, so that made us nervous, but we did order them later than we should have.

My fiance and I went to Giraux to pick out an engagement ring for me. I am a low-maintenance type of girl so I didn't do any research prior and I had no clue about anything diamond related. I just knew I didn't want to spend a fortune on my ring. Fortunately, my fiance read up a little on diamond quality prior. The woman helping us was relatively patient when we told her we wanted to stay under a budget of $2,000 and overall, she was not judgmental or pushy. She showed us what to look for in the diamonds and went over the 4 C's with us. I had fun looking through the little microscope to check out the inclusions in the diamonds . After about an hour, I walked out with a 1 carat, platinum solitaire for a little over $3,000 which was a little over our budget but I felt that I wasn't able to find one that was a good size for less than that. I didn't get a certificate for the diamond which I think was the reason I was able to get a lower price but honestly that was the least of my concerns. We will likely go back to get his wedding band later this year.
