AMAZING wedding photographer at an affordable cost!!!

Gina did an amazing job as our wedding photographer!! She was so sweet, professional, and went above and beyond to get all of the best shots on our big day!! She thought of a lot of great poses and picture ideas that turned out awesome, and did an overall AMAZING job capturing our wedding day!!! She is so talented and great to work with and we would recommend her to and brides and grooms looking for a wedding photographer, or anyone wanting pictures for a special event!! We love Gina and wish we could work with her all the time! Also, she edited and downloaded our pictures to the gallery within 3 weeks which is incredible, and everyone we shared them with LOVED them!! She is also very fairly priced compared to other photographers in the industry, and exceeded all our expectations!! Would 10/10 recommend Gina Schild Photography!!

Love my pictures - and her!

Gina was exceptional from start to finish. Got my images within 2 weeks, my maid of honor's photographer took 6 weeks! The word that comes to mind when I think of my photographer - PERFECT.

We loved everything about working with Gina Schild Photography. Our wedding images blew us away and we loved working with Edward on our wedding day. Gina delivered double the amount of images posted in our package and we got the link to our wedding gallery in a Little over two weeks. Thank you Gina! And thank you Edward! You are quite the team! Wonderful!

Gina is amazing! I hired her for my boudoir shoot and wedding and couldn’t have been happier. She instructs you on the best poses and really makes an effort to get unique shots.

I would highly recommend her for any session!

Wow! just wow!

I truly am at a loss for words with how amazing our experience was with Gina. She shot not only our wedding but also did our engagement pictures. She is so sweet and professional and make you feel at ease with everything. I cannot even begin to explain how beautiful our pictures turned out. Not only that, but how many photos we received. I look at them multiple times a day and tear up. Gina photographed our special day in such a way that we are able to relive it through our photos. They are the photos I have always dreamed of, and more. Thank you for everything Gina. Although I wish we could relive our wedding day over and over again, we have the most beautiful, emotional, and candid moments to look back on for years to come! I would recommend her to absolutely anyone!
Booking a photographer is a big part of the wedding planning process. It can be scary and stressful as photos and memories are the only thing you have to look back on one day. If you are hesitant at all in who should be your photographer, I am telling you I would not have wanted anyone else.

Made me smile

I have been in about 4 weddings, and the photographers at those weddings were rude & annoying. Gina was easy to work with, respectful of our time we wanted for our day but kept us on track for getting the best shots we wanted. She knows what the hell she is doing that is for sure. We got over 700 images back in 2 weeks. I was not expecting that kind of turn around, and our images are bad ass.

She and her photographer took charge of a wedding day that was crazy. Made things a lot stressful. Hiring Gina Schild Photography was a smart move. Not hiring a wedding planner was not.

The best experience I could ever hope for

Gina is the definition of an amazing photographer. From the moment we met her, we immediately felt so comfortable around her. She was so knowable about anything wedding and was always quick to answer any questions. Gina did our engagement and wedding pictures. The pictures she shot are incredible. I don’t know how, but she was able to capture the most beautiful moments between my husband and I. These pictures I will cherish for the rest of my life. I am so thankful Gina came into our lives. She made this experience so special! Thank you, Gina, for everything you did. You are so talented and a fantastic photographer. If you guys are looking for someone who is able to take gorgeous pictures that embrace who you are as a couple, look no further because this is your woman!!

More than a photographer

Without Gina, we would not have known what to do. I totally underestimated the need for a wedding coordinator. Gina kept us on track that day and helped me with a timeline the week before. And, as expected her images are so pretty. I am a very happy bride.

We are so thankful that we chose Gina Schild Photography, Gina was so amazing to work with. She asked us what were the most important things that we wanted photos of, and definitely exceeded those. She started taking pictures right from the start of us getting ready, and kept taking pictures up to the end of the reception. She was so sweet, especially when the electricity went out in the whole area around the reception venue. The power eventually came back on, but it was very hot, yet she never complained. Several of the guests commented on how professional she was, but kept everyone at ease. When we got our photos back, we were absolutely stunned at how beautifully they came out. We have gorgeous photos of the whole timeline of the day. We would like to personally thank Gina for being so amazing and for taking such beautiful photos. We will definitely recommend Gina to everyone we know.

I just got our engagement pictures back from Gina and I'm in love! She was amazing to work with and extremely flexible. We had no idea what location we wanted to use and Gina drove the both of us all over downtown Houston to her favorite spots! The turnaround time is quick, about one to two weeks, and we got nearly 70 fully edited images! The value for the prices she charges is off the charts, I highly recommend Gina!

We finally got around to watching our wedding video and looking at our pictures with family and friends through the holidays and really was just shocked with excitement. Back when we were planning our wedding we contacted Gina not knowing what we really needed. We had a rather large wedding planned of 200 guests and we really wanted to capture as much memories as possible. She recommended 2 photographers and a videographer since we had 3 locations with not much time for overlapping from locations. It’s not easy finding a great photographer that can give you the best of everything especially on your wedding day when you are so stressed out but she did it!! We are so happy we chose her. Gina was our saving grace! We had to reach out to her within a week of our wedding due to our photographer flaking out on us. We were so nervous, seeing as Gina was a bargain compared to our last photographer, but she was professional and very sweet on the phone. Her photos were beyond compare, but we didn't truly know this until the photographs from our wedding came through. She managed to capture moments so perfectly that many people cried from how beautiful they were! Gina's very good at giving direction too, which was something we didn't realize we could appreciate until our bad experience with our original photographer who bailed on us. Gina just had to say one or two sentences explaining what she wanted, and we totally understood. I could not recommend Gina enough.

Gina was incredible throughout the process. From the first interview, she was immensely helpful, not only helping us with photography, but giving us advice on the flow of events. She'd stay in touch and give us advice and reminders throughout the planning process, so the day of was a total breeze! She perfectly captured our favorite moments, and sent us an amazing portfolio of pictures of the night. We are able to relive the night again and again since she was everywhere, getting every angle! We loved her artistic style, and her flair for light and color - would highly recommend!

Gina was everything I wanted in a wedding photographer. She listened to my ideas for the wedding and the shoot and made a list of everything I wanted captured. She got everything and more! My Husband and I got married on May 6, 2017 and it was my favorite day of life. After the wedding was over, we thought about everything and KNEW that we would have unbelievable photos. The next day after the wedding, Gina shared with us two of her favorite photos from the day and we had COUNTLESS guests compliment the photos and couldn't wait to see more! Gina provided not only wonderful photography, but she provided us with her fun personality throughout the day. She is so easy to work with and made sure to capture all the "special" photos we had requested. Prior to the wedding if I had any questions she was easy to contact and quick to respond! Gina Schild Photography is wonderful! Gina was our photographer for our engagement photos/wedding photos and really captured some great moments of my husband and I. She has a very friendly demeanor which helped me to feel more comfortable in front of the camera. The quality of service overall was outstanding and the price was great for the picture quality we got. Our photos were edited perfectly and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Some photographers over edit their images, but Gina does it perfectly! Very high quality! Loved working with her, and the results; I would recommend her to anyone!

Gina Schild Photography was simply amazing! Any shots, any people, anytime! Great personalities and they know how to organize people quickly and use the light to get the best shot. Prices are extremely reasonable compared to others in the areas and they let you have EVERY photo. The entire night, family and friends came to tell us how much they loved our photographer and how hard he was working to get the best shots. Not only were our engagement photos beautiful but our wedding photos were just stunning. I am so grateful that she was able to capture all of the love and happiness from our special day. I am not a big review person, but I cannot think of a better way to show Gina my appreciation. I will start off by saying I was hesitant to hire her because her price was so much lower than others. But I came back to her work every time because it was phenomenal. We met her for a coffee before and hired her at that meeting. Best choice I made. She is a professional wedding photographer from start to finish. I told her she needed to raise her prices that I would have paid more because she is well worth it.

In my search for a photographer I was pretty picky and I made the perfect choice with Gina. Above and beyond is an understatement. I have never seen a photographer at any wedding I have attended move around so much and interact so well with everyone. All of my images were beautiful, and the reception ones of all of us partying we so much fun to relive. We have laughed over and over at what she caught people doing, I love every single one. Gina was always considerate of our time, and still would grab us for a minute to get a great shot as the sun would set or some special lighting spot. I am so glad we took those opportunities as those shots are complete art and hang on my walls now. Thanks a ton Gina, you are the best.

Gina was fantastic to work with! We were hoping to find a photographer who would capture our vintage-theme wedding with a creative eye. She definitely fit the bill! Gina looks at the world in a different way and can do all the standard shots but also capture those moments and angles only a creative person would see. She was also a great help when we had issues with our location and came up with a swift backup plan for another location to do our shoot. She made all of our photos have a dreamy, romantic quality that a wedding day should have. And bonus – she knows how to make brides look extra pretty! She worked her butt off the day of the event staying from early in the day to the very end so she didn’t miss a thing. Plus, I felt I made a friend in the process. She was awesome. Highly recommend!

Gina was incredible! I could not have asked for a more innovative photographer. She put everyone at ease, was so nice, and captured my entire wedding (I can relive every second!). The pictures are gorgeous, and absolutely perfect. The groomsmen were total pranksters and she captured it perfectly, never missing a beat. I cannot recommend her enough, if you need a photographer, go with Gina.

Terrible experience, would not recommend

We booked Gina Schild for our engagement photos and wedding. The engagement photos went well, so we were optimistic for the wedding photos. In the months leading up to the wedding (Oct 2019) Gina was completely MIA, not responding to any of our emails. This should've been our first red flag. On the MORNING OF OUR WEDDING, I found out that Gina wasn't coming after all and we would instead have a random photographer filling in for her. Gina never even emailed us herself, we found out via the photographer she had hired to fill in. The fill-in told us that Gina said she was having an "outpatient procedure", but after a little Facebook research we're convinced Gina was at a car racing event instead of our wedding. You can be the judge. We were skeptical about the new photographer (how good can a photographer be if they're available at the last minute for a prime Saturday wedding?), but at that point had no choice but to go with it. Once we met our photographer, she admitted that she'd never met Gina either - this was just a last minute gig that came up for her. This is a huge red flag - Gina didn't even KNOW the photographer that she sent to our wedding in her place. Luckily, the fill-in photographer was good and we got all the photos we wanted. The fill-in told us that she would give the raw photos to Gina, who would do all the editing and get them back to us.

Fast forward a couple of months and our wedding album is up on Gina's website. Keep in mind, Gina never even reached out to apologize or try to explain her absence at our wedding. The photos were completely unorganized and appeared to have just been dumped online. The "professional editing" we paid so much money for was nonexistent. I spent HOURS organizing them, deleting ones that were obviously blurry or duplicates, and editing them. In fact, it was the editing that spurred me to finally write this review. It is horrible. I've gone back and re-edited at least half of the photos because they were too dark or had an orange tint. My husband and I 100% regret booking Gina Schild as our wedding photographer.
