Kelly and Michelle were AMAZING. My day was absolutely perfect! They were prepared, attentive and on point. If anything did come up, I wouldn't even know because they took care of it all. They are amazing at what they do, very personable, reliable and professional. I would (and have) recommended Gifted Events NJ to all my soon to be brides! If you are looking for a planner or a day of coordinator do not hesitate to contact them! It's like planning a wedding with your best friends! Thank you again for helping my dream wedding come to life! -

You need Kelly & her team!!!!
Kelly is the best of the best!!! Kelly came early on in my wedding planning journey and it was one of the best decisions I could've possibly made. She gave me guidance on vendors to book that aligned with my price point but also that matched me and my fiancé's vibes (which is way more important than you would realize in the wedding planning process) She is so knowledgeable, professional, organized, such a good eye for design, so so detailed oriented, sweet and every other vendor I booked also had such lovely things to say about her and how easy she is to work with. I don't know how I would have survived wedding planning without her - she kept me on track with what I should be doing each month as well as keep track of budget and all invoices, and also gave me creative ideas for cute little touches and details for my wedding that I wouldn't of thought of myself. We created an entire mood board for the wedding and really helped me figure out the vision and was such a huge help in finalizing what our florals were going to look like. She was also a great sounding board for professional advice at times when I was being indecisive. She attended meetings with me and my mom towards the end of planning and asked all the important questions and tidbits that wouldn't have even run through my mind. On wedding day, Kelly & Annemarie were phenomenal and such a great support system for not just me but my entire bridal party. From the minute they arrived they were getting stuff done!!! Annemarie steamed my veil and kept track of my laundry list of family photos (which is no easy task keeping my family members attention)!! I knew they were there and it was just a huge sigh of relief - Kelly kept everyone organized and on-time according to the day of schedule she created and ensured that all my decor and everything I envisioned was exactly how I wanted it. I know venues tell you that you don't need a planner because you have your attendants and their team to assist but it is just not comparable. My venue staff was amazing as well but without Kelly and her team it would definitely have been a bit more chaotic on wedding day! I truly don't know how couples don't hire a wedding planner, it is truly worth the invest and worth every single penny!! If you can, I can not recommend Kelly enough!!! Our wedding day was a dream come true and everything I ever wanted and so so much of that is thanks to Kelly for executing it so beautifully. SHE IS AMAZING!!! If she's available for your wedding date, run-don't walk to book her!!! WE LOVE YOU KELLY and thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You're so exceptional at what you do!!! -

Kelly and the team at gifted events are so skilled and so professional, it made all the difference on my wedding day. I got married September 21, 2024 and the gifted events team made the day run so seamlessly. Of course things went wrong behind the scenes, but they had quick solutions and really were on top of every little detail throughout the day. This allowed my husband and I, and our families, to enjoy the wedding day because we knew Kelly had everything under control. We also had a large wedding with 273 guests and it was really the most perfect day all thanks to the giftedevents team. I would recommend them to anyone that’s planning any kind of gathering or celebration because they are so knowledgeable and have all the contacts in the industry to help make your celebration 10/10 -

A must have
Had my wedding in Feb 2024 at The Park Savoy and it would not have went as smoothly and amazing if it wasn’t for Kelly and Gifted Events. She pays the closest attention to detail and is with you every step of the way from planning until the day of. Always answered all of my questions and gave the best advice/ insight and is such an amazing, kind, easy going person. The day of the wedding I did not have to worry about a thing. All of my family, friends, bridesmaids and guests were in awe of how amazing and attentive Kelly and her team was. I cannot recommend Kelly and Gifted Events more! -

Hiring Kelly & her team was the BEST decision I ever made. She made sure my wedding day ran flawlessly. Everything was on time. She was in contact with the vendors months ahead to make sure they knew the correct times to arrive for the wedding day. She was their direct contact when they came to the venue all questions went through her it just made my day so much more enjoyable! I literally had nothing to worry about. Best money spent! -

Kelly and Chia were simply an extension of our bridal party, venue staff, hair and makeup team, florist, photographer, and DJ on our wedding day. They had it all covered from top to bottom and never left our side. We were always comfortable, on time, camera ready and just overall well taken care of. They were extremely organized, regimented, and always professional. With all of the planning and prep we did leading up to our wedding, my wife and I still agree (2 months later) that we don’t know what we would have done without Kelly and Chia on the day-of. Leading up to our Kelly especially made herself available for calls with us and calls with vendors, multiple visits to the venue, and over text. This gave us the peace of mind that she was going to get the job done...and she certainly did. If we could do it all again (which we wish we could) we would hire Kelly, Chia, and Gifted Events without thinking twice. -

We LOVED working with Gifted Events! We booked Kelly as our full time wedding planner and it was one of the best decisions we made! We live in Los Angeles and were having our wedding in New Jersey so when the wedding planning started, I had no idea where to begin. A few weeks later, we met via Zoom with Kelly and we clicked immediately. She understood our vision for the wedding, which is so important when hiring a wedding planner, and really put our minds at ease! She scheduled meetings with venues and vendors and asked all the right questions, recommended the best vendors to fit our vision, made sure we were on top of our wedding checklist and created a wedding timeline the day of our wedding. After almost 2 years of working together on this wedding, the wedding day finally came and Kelly went above and beyond which wasn’t surprising since the planning process was so smooth! The wedding day was perfect and we didn’t have a worry in the world because we knew Kelly was on top of it. She truly cares about the couples she works with and we can’t recommend her enough! -

Kelly is everything!!! She did my best friends wedding a few years back and I knew she was essential and I needed her. Kelly and her team are ON IT. You don’t even have to ask, they just know what to do. My vendors were all on time and everything went smoothly because of Kelly and her partnership with The Mill. She’s such a great person to have around you the day of your wedding, her calm and composed energy definitely helps set the tone!! -

We hired gifted events as our day of coordinator and it was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Where do I even begin?? I cannot express how VITAL hiring a day of coordinator is, especially one with Gifted Events. Kelly and Amanda were both a pleasure to work with, listened to all of our needs and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. From the seamless day of timeline, coordination with vendors and day-of getting ready tips, their expertise is unmatched. My bridal party is still calling Kelly and Amanda the “angels” of day :) Gifted Events went above and beyond and truly, our wedding day wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was, if it weren’t for Gifted Events!! I cannot recommend Gifted Events enough!! -

Best Day of Coordinator ever!!!
I met with Kelly very early in my wedding planning process, but decided to wait on booking because I was hesitant about how necessary a day of coordinator would be and if it would be worth the money. After a few months and planning through a pandemic I realized I definitely needed someone to help me and make sure things go as smoothly as possible, so I reached out to Kelly again. Unfortunately she wasn't available anymore for my wedding date but she was able to assign another coordinator, Carla, as my day of coordinator. I cannot express enough how VITAL Carla and Kelly were in making sure I was as stress free as possible during the weeks leading up to and on my wedding day. There wasn't a single time I was bothered by an issue with a vendor or any other part of the wedding day. I was able to enjoy my day, party and not have a worry in the world. Carla was there every second to make sure we were on time, everyone in the bridal party was where they were supposed to be, to fix my train or hair, and just let me breathe and enjoy the day. My advice if you are hesitant/unsure if you really need a DOC, book one NOW (and use Gifted Events), because YOU 100% DO NEED ONE and you will not regret it! I'm so thankful to Gifted Events for all their help and expertise, including giving me vendor recommendations, coming up with a flawless day of timeline and everything in between. My wedding day wouldn't have been as magical and perfect as it was without them! -

Kelly was so great to work with. She was very organized. Steph and Jacky from her team were with me for the day of. They were on top of everything that I had gone over with Kelly. They made sure our ceremony started on time and kept the videographer and photographer on schedule. At one point during reception I went down to the bridal suite to use the bathroom and Jacky just appeared to make sure I was okay and to check if I needed anything. Kelly contacted all of my vendors to make sure what time they would be arriving and helped to make a timeline for day of. I know that a day of coordinator is not on everyone’s top priority list but I definitely recommend having one if you can squeeze it in. We had a tight timeline for our vendors to come in and setup and to take pictures before the ceremony and they really helped to make sure things ran smoothly. -

Our venue had an assistant for both of us, and yours probably does too- and NO that's not enough. How I can best explain it is.. you don't realize how much you need a day of coordinator.... till its the day of. Our day started off by getting ready at a hotel. My blessing of a coordinator, Michelle, took all the things I needed from the hotel and brought them to the venue ahead of time so my photographer could get started on details. That way we could start on us when we arrived so there was no delay in the schedule. When my drink was empty and the venue coordinator was no where to be found.. Michelle was there. When I needed to use to restroom Michelle took me out of my dress and put me back in. Michelle was my right hand. When i wanted a list of things to be set up, my maid of honor didn't have to leave hair and makeup to help. Michelle did it. When the venue coordinator was holding up my train to walk across the estate for photos.. Michelle held my flowers. Michelle was always there. Its impossible to explain, but the day is hectic.. & Michelle was one reason it felt seamless. Gifted events is owned by Kelly whom was busy that day but helped me throughout the process. They are both phenomenal and organized. They do this for a living and it shows. I had a schedule in my mind and they outlined it for me. I wasn't happy with the schedule that the photographer had given me as "hair and makeup getting ready photos" were not important to me and I wanted more glam shots in my robe and dress.. These ladies made that happen. People seem to forget ITS YOUR DAY. there is NO RULE. besides you actually getting married. These vendors are hired by you. I wanted an assistant who was there ON MY TEAM. & saw MY vision. . and i got that with GIFTED EVENTS!

Hire Kelly! I can definitively say that Kelly made our wedding day come to life! We moved our wedding date due to Covid, so we ended up reaching out to Kelly a few weeks before our new date for her day of coordinator services. To start, Kelly is responsive, flexible, and a consummate professional. She responded to my inquiry very quickly, and as I walked her through our vision and needs, she provided plenty of ideas and also walked me through her process. She is incredibly organized, and from the moment we first spoke began drafting various spreadsheets and documents of everything you could think of. She also shared great resources with us right after we retained her, including a really wonderful seamstress and a great tux/suit shop. Shortly after our first conversation, Kelly met with us at our wedding site, walked with us through the vision, took notes, measurements, etc., and helped us visualize the day. Later that same day, she sent us a detailed document of all of the notes, photos, and things we wanted to make sure we remembered. Over the next few weeks, Kelly coordinated our vendors, kept updated on all of our (somewhat complicated) ceremony details, and continued to update her various spreadsheets/documents. Fast forward to the day of, Kelly and Jacky were our superheroes. All the vendors arrived on time, and Kelly and Jacky were working hard to pull all of the details together. They provided ceremony and reception setup and executed our vision exactly how we dreamed about it. They went above and beyond – making sure we had water while we took photos, helping with my dress and veil, and really just making our day as seamless as possible. Kelly also saved us at the end of the day by helping with a huge oversight! Definitely hire Kelly and Gifted Events – they will help bring your dreams to life! -

Due to covid, I booked a new venue 4.5 weeks before our wedding date. Things that I hadn’t anticipated with this new venue kept coming up and I soon realized I needed more help. My only regret is not hiring them when I first booked. I truly think it would have saved me a lot of stress and headache. I hired Gifted Events a week before my wedding and they were worth every cent. Stephanie was my main coordinator day of and she was amazing. Her assistant was equally as great! Stephanie did a walk through with me the evening before my wedding and she heard out all my concerns and I knew right from there I was in good hands. Honestly, I’m sure Stephanie was there troubleshooting more problems than I even knew about, which made me feel like I made the right decision in hiring them. The day moved effortlessly along as far as I knew and I’m truly very happy with their service! -

We used gifted events for our small backyard wedding during COVID when everything was limited. Kelly made my dream wedding come true in a small space in our yard. We had the time of our lives. Gifted Events (Kelly) went above and beyond for me while planning the wedding. In the weeks leading up to the wedding she was prepared and on it- helping us through everything during a very hectic time. On the day of, she was like a magician, everything we needed or wanted she pulled out of a hat, she kept everyone (vendors and bridal party) on time and in check. On top of that she really cares about the people she works with. She reaches out all the time and was super supportive and kind during the entire process. If I could do it again I’d hire gifted events every time. -

If you aren't signing your contract with Kelly, you're doing it all wrong! From the second I sat with her a couple of months prior to our wedding, I knew that she was the one we needed for day of coordination. Her personality was calm, she was knowledgeable, responsive, and I could tell that she TRULY loved what she does. I had spoke with Kelly's competition, within the same time frame and that solidified the decision for me. Kelly does not treat you like another business transaction. She treats you like a friend that she has had for years. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you have all you need to make your special day everything that you want and more. Kelly knows that you only get one chance at it, and she takes the time to organize a detailed timeline, confirm with vendors, and ensure everyone is on the same page. Seeing her that morning provided comfort for me. I knew that no matter WHAT happened that day, everything would be okay because Kelly would make sure of it. I am actually sad that I won't have to speak with her frequently for planning purposes. I enjoyed our talks and it was truly a pleasure working alongside of her. I wish Kelly nothing but the best in all that the future holds for her because she truly deserves it. -

Absolute perfection
To all the brides reading this, the day of my wedding, almost every vendor called me the “calmest and chillest” bride ever. You know why? Literally because of Kelly ! Kelly went so above and beyond for weeks before my big day. She had every single little detail written down, she is incredible timely and super professional! I wanted to change something last minute WHILE my wedding was going on, and she told pulled it off. I couldn’t be more happy and I HIGHLY recommend her!!!! -

Kelly is 10000% the most wonderful person I have ever worked with. She was my day of coordinator for my wedding in the beginning of November. She was always on time, always ready to go, organized, well spoken, and always taking notes or giving good advice. Kelly was with me for every detail of my day, accommodating to my friends and family. We had a minor mishap with another vendor and she personally drove my stepmom to the mall to get her makeup done while I was getting ready, no questions asked. We even lost power at our hotel and she was immediately on the phone looking for solutions! She is THE BEST. She eased any bit of stress I had, and made sure every single thing I wanted was done correctly. She is worth every penny. My family and friends complimented her hard work all night and for weeks after. If you are looking for any type of wedding or party coordinator, SHE IS YOUR GIRL! -

I didn’t even realize how much I needed Kelly until she began working with us the month leading up to our wedding! (To put things into perspective, I have an obsessive planning personality with color coded everything and a spreadsheet for all things imaginable, yet I still couldn't have done it without her.) Kelly went above and beyond in everything she did - from going to see the venue on her own time, to noticing little things I had mentioned to vendors in emails she was CC'ed on and taking care of them herself, to blotting sweat off me after a wild dance set at the wedding, ha, and that’s just to name a few. She was so proactive in tying up loose ends which I LOVED, and shows that she really knows what she's doing. The day of the wedding, I anticipated chaos and rush but it was the most fun, relaxing and positive day ever. I don’t know how she managed to stay on top of me, the bridal party, my husband and all the men (we got ready at separate locations about 30 min away from one another), and then all the vendors on top of that, but she did - and never hesitated when I asked a question. Not only did she keep the day flowing, on time, and everyone happy and in the know, she was so calm, collected, and professional the entire time. Always behind the scenes, yet somehow there whenever I needed her. If she has your date available, BOOK HER NOW, before someone else snatches her up... trust me. She will make sure you have the best, most stress free wedding ever. -

The best ever.
Kelly is THE best. I am an event planner myself and I honestly can't imagine pulling off my wedding without her. There was no task too big or too small and you can tell she truly cares about your wedding and you as a person. I had a fully outdoor wedding with lots of moving pieces and set up and she handled it all flawlessly. Kelly never missed a call or an appointment and went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my wedding day. She's now planning one of my bridesmaid's weddings, too! Best decision I made. -

Kelly is an amazing person! Very professional & organized, responds quickly to e-mails or texts. From the very first time I reached out to her, she was very responsive and creative. I shared my ideas with her and she made an inspiration board of all my favorites. She goes above and beyond for her clients and expects nothing less than perfection. Yesterday, everything I imagined and loved was right in front of me. From the delicious desserts to the table decor.
