We loved working with the Gettysburg Day Spa to make our vision of our wedding come true. Gettysburg Day Spa is absolutely outstanding with their professionalism customer service timeliness and in the sense that they felt like family. They did an impeccable job on her hair and make up. 12 out of 12 women were completely satisfied with the outcome of their look for the day which is hard to do. The women at this spa know what they are doing!!! I’ve never felt more beautiful!! My makeup was perfect even though I changed what we had agreed on during my trial and my hair was everything I wanted and more. My bridesmaids hair were beautiful and the hair stylist also helped me surprise one of them with an inside joke with her hair. They worked with me for my schedule and made sure we were ready with plenty of tine to spare!!Gettysburg Day Spa, LLC's reply:

I am so happy with my choice to use Gettysburg Day Spa for my hair and bridesmaids hair! Amanda, the wedding planner, was very personable and quickly responded to my emails. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful and I loved going there for my hair trial with Browyn. Browyn then traveled to our wedding venue the day of to complete my hair and girls hair. She did a wonderful job and everyone loved their hair. Thanks for everything! -

User2626557 Sent on 05/30/2016I had my trial hair and make-up done at Gettysburg day spa. Tara did my make-up and Sierra did my up-do. Both young ladies were extremely friendly and attentive. They looked at pictures of what I was hoping to achieve for my wedding day look and did their best to recreate the look on me. Amy Sent on 08/18/2016I went to the Getrysburg Day Spa for my wedding hair and make-up trial. The place is beautiful and the people are great! I had my hair and make-up done for my wedding onsite at Liberty Mountain Resort where the Gettysburg Day Spa has another Spa called Laventide. I was absolutely pleased with the spa itself and my hair and make-up. All my suggestions were taken into account and my look was perfect and exactly how I could have hoped it would be! User2185002 Sent on 06/17/2015Gettysburg Day Spa was a must have for my wedding getting ready experience. They came to our hotel on site to pamper us before my big day. They sent two make-up artists and two hair stylists for my bridal makeup and hair, bridesmaids hair and makeup, and MOB hair and makeup. Everyone loved their results and I couldn't be more happier with how my bridal applications turned out! Nicole was my makeup artist and she made such a personal connection with me! She was amazing at makeup and created a flawless bridal makeup look for me! User1983255 Sent on 12/23/2014Great experience with this place on the day of my wedding. I trusted them with my hair and makeup, and I could not have been happier! They were able to do hair and makeup for me, my 6 bridesmaids, my mother, and my mother-in-law. We ordered sandwiches that were delivered to the spa, and it was a really memorable morning. I highly recommend this vendor, and I strongly suggest that you go to the spa (it's a tranquil, calm space with a great view). Like I said, it was a really positive experience, and I would do it again with the same people at the same place. -
User1781373 Sent on 08/26/2014Gettysburg Day Spa did a great job with everyone in my party's nails, hair and make up- everything turned out great. They know how to work with wedding parties and do often, and you can tell. They were flexible with scheduling and were able to schedule my bridal party and myself (10 people) in a three hour time slot for nails and a 1 1/2 hour time slot for hair and make up on the day of the wedding.
The way they scheduled everyone was that someone was always getting their hair done while another was getting their make up done and then they switched. This allowed us to get done on a timely basis.
Hair turned out great for everyone in my party- despite everyone having different lengths and textures of hair. You could tell the hair stylists were experienced working with different updo's and were able to incorporate one in each of my girls. I can honestly say each girl's hair looked great. Those in my party who got make up looked great too. The make up artists knew what make up worked for everyone's skin tone and eye color and managed to make it look dramatic while still not looking overly done. I can honestly say I felt like a princess!
My hair stylist knew exactly what I wanted and just from looking at a picture was able to create that look despite my hair being very thin and straight.
I would recommend this place to anyone. The only thing I would be advised is that it's pricey. Tip is included though, and the service makes it worth it. -
User857588 Sent on 07/09/2012Gettysburg Day Spa did my hair and makeup as well as all of my bridesmaids, mom, and grandma. All of our hair turned out perfect. These ladies really know what they are doing. They can accommodate very large groups and get you in an out as fast as possible. Definitely go to them for all of your bridal needs. P.s. they also do couples massages, facials, and body treatments. Amazing experience!!

Pam Sent on 06/23/2009Kelly did an amazing job on my hair and make-up (or lack thereof, since I preferred to have it very lightly applied). She worked with me at multiple trial runs to make sure the style I got was exactly what I wanted. She did a beautiful job, as did the other stylist who came with her to do some of the updo's on the Bridesmaids. Would definitely recommend, Kelly was a pleasure to work with. -

I had hair and makeup done for my wedding and not only was it beautiful and I received many compliments but it stayed in place the whole night! My MOH had her hair done and it didn't stay in place very long, part fell out on the way to the wedding. It's a small store but I loved my hair and makeup!

Deanna Sent on 10/19/2017I will start by saying that I am someone who wears makeup daily and loves beauty/cosmetics. So I had high standards going into choosing a salon. Melissa, Browyn, and the other girls at Gettysburg Day Spa met my expectations and then some. They were flexible, responsive, and perfectly brought my wedding beauty vision to life. My hair was perfect thanks to Browyn, who worked with me to make sure my curls stayed as long as possible given my hair's thickness. And Melissa made sure my makeup was everything I wanted it to be and she really knows her stuff. They use great quality makeup brands and products. Their prices are fair, and they are super friendly which is the icing on the cake! I highly recommend them especially if you are a makeup lover!Gettysburg Day Spa, LLC's reply:
