We loved working with the Gettysburg Day Spa to make our vision of our wedding come true. Gettysburg Day Spa is absolutely outstanding with their professionalism customer service timeliness and in the sense that they felt like family. They did an impeccable job on her hair and make up. 12 out of 12 women were completely satisfied with the outcome of their look for the day which is hard to do. I would highly recommend using them for your wedding or events. awesome amazing love them. -

The women at this spa know what they are doing!!! I’ve never felt more beautiful!! My makeup was perfect even though I changed what we had agreed on during my trial and my hair was everything I wanted and more. My bridesmaids hair were beautiful and the hair stylist also helped me surprise one of them with an inside joke with her hair. They worked with me for my schedule and made sure we were ready with plenty of tine to spare!! -

I am so happy with my choice to use Gettysburg Day Spa for my hair and bridesmaids hair! Amanda, the wedding planner, was very personable and quickly responded to my emails. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful and I loved going there for my hair trial with Browyn. Browyn then traveled to our wedding venue the day of to complete my hair and girls hair. She did a wonderful job and everyone loved their hair. Thanks for everything! -

Amy Sent on 08/18/2016I went to the Getrysburg Day Spa for my wedding hair and make-up trial. The place is beautiful and the people are great! I had my hair and make-up done for my wedding onsite at Liberty Mountain Resort where the Gettysburg Day Spa has another Spa called Laventide. I was absolutely pleased with the spa itself and my hair and make-up. All my suggestions were taken into account and my look was perfect and exactly how I could have hoped it would be! I definitely recommend this great salon! -

Pam Sent on 06/23/2009Kelly did an amazing job on my hair and make-up (or lack thereof, since I preferred to have it very lightly applied). She worked with me at multiple trial runs to make sure the style I got was exactly what I wanted. She did a beautiful job, as did the other stylist who came with her to do some of the updo's on the Bridesmaids. Would definitely recommend, Kelly was a pleasure to work with. -

Deanna Sent on 10/19/2017I will start by saying that I am someone who wears makeup daily and loves beauty/cosmetics. So I had high standards going into choosing a salon. Melissa, Browyn, and the other girls at Gettysburg Day Spa met my expectations and then some. They were flexible, responsive, and perfectly brought my wedding beauty vision to life. My hair was perfect thanks to Browyn, who worked with me to make sure my curls stayed as long as possible given my hair's thickness. And Melissa made sure my makeup was everything I wanted it to be and she really knows her stuff. They use great quality makeup brands and products. Their prices are fair, and they are super friendly which is the icing on the cake! I highly recommend them especially if you are a makeup lover! -

I got married in May and decided to go with Gettysburg Day Spa for all my beauty essentials for my big day, one because it was where I already went for my normal hair/other beauty needs and two because they conveniently were willing to travel to my wedding venue the day of to take care of our hair and makeup which was so amazing and made the day feel far more relaxing. Amanda is great to work with and very responsive and extremely organized. She always managed to take care of every schedule change I needed to make and always responded very efficiently. The entire hair and makeup crew did such a fantastic job! I highly recommend Sierra for your big day up do, she is phenomenal, however the whole team comes highly recommended in my opinion for anything you want to make your wedding day perfect! -

Chelsie Sent on 07/24/2018Gettysburg Day Spa collaborated with Laventide Salon located at my wedding venue. They were willing to travel to Liberty Mountain Resort/Laventide Salon the day of the wedding to make it easier for all of us to get ready. My look was perfect and exactly like my hair and makeup trial. The only constructive feedback is it would have been nice if they were more flexible on our start time. My wedding was at 5:00 pm and I wanted our appointments to start at 11-12:00. They weren't flexible on the start time and we had to get ready at 9:00 am. A lot of our hair had to be re-curled before the wedding since it had fallen since the early appointment time. Overall, I would use their services again and just advocate stronger for times that worked for us.
