Luis and Barbara are not only incredibly talented but were a joy to work with. Since we're both deaf, our biggest fear when it came to working with a photographer was how we will manage to communicate. But Luis and Barbara made us feel super comfortable and confident from the very beginning and we had so much fun during our sessions with them. They were consistently communicative, transparent, organized, and informative throughout the whole process. Whenever we saw Luis and Barbara all of the usual wedding stresses just melted away. We truly believe they are magic! And when we got our photos, we couldn't be happier. They were beautiful and we will treasure them forever. We sincerely couldn't have asked for a better team of photographers. -

Barbara and Luis are nothing but exceptional. From the moment we contacted them to understand the services, the experience was professional, thorough, and thoughtful. They brought out the best of both of us in our engagement and wedding portraits. Their attention to detail, above and beyond scouting of locations for the best pictures and light, and their energy and enthusiasm made our engagement shoot and wedding day absolutely perfect. I haven't even had my wedding yet and I am already so so pleased working with Barbara and Luis. We did a spring engagement shoot and wanted even more photos so opted for a second session in the fall, and I felt like the price for an additional hour was super fair and we got a ton of amazing photos (and with our 80lb dog which is not an easy ask)! They really made sure to get to know us and understand what kind of style we are looking for and I feel so confident with them being the photographers on our wedding day! -

We used Get Ready Photo for our small wedding of 50 people. Luis and Barbara were incredibly supportive, positive and professional throughout the ENTIRE process. They communicated well in advance, took our desires into consideration and used their expertise to help us make the best decisions. They scouted the area in advance and had a great plan for our photos. The day itself can be a little overwhelming and emotional, but their positivity and excitement helped make a special day even better. These two are genuine people and very nice to work with. Highly recommended. -

I’m a firm believer in the saying “a picture is worth a thousand words,” and the images captured by Get Ready Photography embodied this adage. On 2/11/22 I was blessed to marry the love of my life, Dominique Tate, and it was an amazing ceremony. From the inception of our engagement shoot leading up to our wedding day they helped ease our emotions surrounding pulling everything together with the assurance the photography would be superb. My wife and I had no doubts that it would exceed our expectations based on the level of details and questions asked during our initial consultation. The conversations were effortless, they listened intently to our vision, they were very time efficient and genuinely cared about our satisfaction. We could tell that Luis and Barbara were passionate about their craft and very knowledgeable as well. Anyone can take a photo, but it takes an artist with a heart to capture a moment. Before my fiancé and I even saw our engagement photos, we knew we made the right choice. Luis and Barbara made us both feel so comfortable from beginning to end and helped break the ice for any nervousness from the start. We were over the moon once we got our photos back and how amazing they looked! Luis and Barbara made such an amazing team together and are two very talented individuals; my fiancé and I think we lucked out for sure in the photography department for our wedding. I can't be more thankful, Get Ready Photo was simply amazing. Through the whole process, I was very happy with their way to handle our wedding. From the begging, they answered all our questions, and immediately I wanted to work with them. They helped me out with the planning which was crucial because I wasn't aware of some details. They knew all the aspects to cover my day in a beautiful and fun way. They took beautiful photographs of my wedding, whatever I wanted. I am so happy to work with Luis and Barbara. Honestly, I was a bit nervous on my wedding day, wow too many things to take care of, however, I had nothing to worry about them because they were ahead of schedule, they walked through the whole venue, we had a nice chat before to get in the right mood and made me feel comfortable. Barbara was with me in my room and she did a good job with me during my make-up session. They are the perfect addition you could make to the day of your wedding! They have the talent to capture every moment with perfection and beauty, but your guests will also admire them. Their ability to make guests and you at ease is amazing. When you get your photos from them, it's incredible to look back at the highlights of your day in all their glory; you'll be able to laugh, cry, and reflect on the incredible adventure they have created from your entire day. Get Ready Photo was a wondering choice for us on our wedding day! Barbara and Luis make such a great team and we were so happy to work with them. They did an engagement photo shoot and our wedding and did not disappoint. They are so friendly and super easy to work with. They followed our preferences what kind of photos we would like to have and made sure they turned out just how we wanted. They made us feel so comfortable and didn’t make us do anything we weren’t comfortable doing. They helped us come out of our shell a little bit as my husband and I have never before gotten professional photos done, so this was our first experience getting professional pictures done. If you saw our pictures, you probably wouldn’t guess that we’ve never gotten professional pictures done. We looked so natural and that was all with the help of Barbara and Luis. As Barbara was taking my getting ready pictures in my dress, she would be so encouraging repeating over and over that the pictures were just beautiful. She gave me a peak at a photo and it gave me the biggest boost of confidence on my big day. They handpicked each photo and edited them to a T and each one turned out so stunning. In the end, they send out such a cute personalized box and a hand written letter. I could just feel all the love and care that was used to put that together when I opened the package. Get Ready Photo is an amazing business and I 100/10 recommend! -

Both Luis and Barbara are gorgeous individuals. When they came to capture the wedding, we felt so delighted to have a time with them. They put everyone at ease and were so discreet that people did not know how many pictures were taken and great gorgeous they looked. A guest had commented on how wonderful they were, too. The follow-up they sent was amazing because we had not anticipated seeing the amazing set of photos this soon. I conducted some research before the wedding, and people on wedding blogs mention that photographers are essential because the images you are left with triggers memories. I would recommend these two photographers for their outstanding work. -

At the first conversation, Luis & Barbara 'got our vision and what kind of photos we wanted for our wedding. I wanted to keep it simple since it was our first-time taking pictures of ourselves as a couple. We loved our engagement session, oh gosh the result was axing I never expect to see myself and John like that, we looked so cute I don't know how they did it. After the engagement, we planned our wedding and the timeline with them I loved that, it was very helpful.
When our wedding venue was canceled, Luis & Barbara went over and above the norm for wedding photographers. They contacted our wedding with six locations they thought we would appreciate; based on our conversations, we eventually booked one of them and loved the experience. Luis & Barbara were professional, courteous, and fun. They made our guests at ease, and we adore all of the photographs, which is evident that we did not make any changes to or remove photographs from our online or physical albums. They're not just Luis & Barbara incredibly good in their work and are also great individuals - basically, all you'd want when it comes to wedding photographers!

It is hard to describe so many things in a few lines, I knew these guys were good, but the result of our pictures is beyond that, we love every single picture taken. I thought it was going to be hard because John doesn't like pictures at all, but Luis made it easier for us. We felt comfortable at all times, we had a lot of fun and I can't stop seeing my photos again and again. When you book your wedding photographer, you are hoping to capture stunning images of your wedding day, and you will get that and lots more with Luis & Barbara! Their photography style is beautiful, and they manage to capture every little moment of the day. They don't skip a beat, resulting in stunning photography that captures the entire emotion beautifully. With Luis & Barbara, we received a lot of emotional and logical support in our planning and during the actual event, the day itself. They are amazing! They put all they had into ensuring that we got all the photos we would have wanted from our wedding day. From dawn to the end of the night, they were in the air, taking pictures from every angle. I loved working with Get ready photo! Firstly i loved how they are very responsive and that is why I chose to work with them . They are so attentive and they try to learn a lot about your desired photo shoot as much as they can and also they share information in a way that prepares you for the photo session.
