Great experience

Lena and her team were professional, easy to communicate with and flexible as plans changed for my wedding day with the craziness of 2020. Lena is easy to get along with, genuine and kind! This made doing all wedding planning with her fun and a great experience! My day turned out beautiful and I loved the clear ceiling tent we rented and all the string lights. Our dance floor on the tall grass in our backyard needed more support, and Lena and her staff effortlessly perfected it in no time with no stress! So grateful for her team that made my wedding so special.

Baby Shower

GEM is a gem to work with!

I found GEM through a Facebook wedding group and used them to rent fans, uplighting, and pipe and draping for our wedding. I was thrilled at the services that they offered and the pricing. I worked with Gabby, who was nothing short of amazing. She was very responsive, helpful, and a delight to work with. The fans were set up and able to keep guests cool, and the pipe/draping and uplighting really helped set the tone for our wedding.

I have been working with Gaby and her team over the last several months. They are an absolute dream to work with. Gaby is super responsive, organized, timely, and knowledgeable. Every event that they help us with is always very well set up and the food is always great. She takes a huge burden off of us and definitely lessons stress on the day of our event as far as setup is concerned. They always come well prepared and have everything needed for the event to run smoothly. Highly recommend :)

GEM is the best!

As soon as we met Kristen we knew we had to go with GEM for catering. Her attention to detail and fun but no-nonsense attitude was so reassuring. We did not have a coordinator yet when we hired GEM and Kristen was a great help with guiding us through the first steps of planning.

We had to move our wedding over 100 miles due to hurricane Ian and It was an extremely stressful time. We were so grateful the GEM team was able to come with us to the new venue. The guest loved the food and open bar. Thank you so much for being a part of our big day GEM team!

We Survived the Heil Wedding!

Kristin DeMeo from GEM was the absolutely best!! She helped us from day one- from booking our perfect wedding venue to being there on our big day and executing all our ideas into action! A Top-Notch Wedding Dining Experience

GEM was a great choice for my wedding! We were able to cater to a variety of dietary needs (vegetarian, complicated allergies, etc.), and I couldn't have asked for a better result. At many weddings, the food isn't necessarily memorable -- but my husband and I have been complimented over and over about the exceptional wedding food GEM provided, and I agree with them wholeheartedly! This bride was one hungry gal come reception time, and I felt full and energized without feeling weighed down after having my dinner. The service was excellent from the moment we first inquired into their offerings. Everyone who helped us was friendly, responsive, and flexible when we needed to make adjustments or let something fall through the cracks. On the day of our event, the onsite workers were excellent. My husband and I both recommend GEM!

Kristen and the GEM Team Will Not Disappoint!!

The GEM team helped back our wedding day everything my husband and I dreamed of. We first toured our venue with Kristin, who was available and responsive to all questions we had. From there, Kristin helped us coordinate tastings, recommended other vendors, selections, etc. She always had our best interests at heart and truly wanted to make our day exactly what we wanted; she even went as far to recommend signature cocktails to add that extra personal touch to our bar. All items promised on contract were delivered and set-up accordingly, and our day ran so smoothly because of GEM!

Lena was amazing!

Growing up in Ft Myers Burroughs Home holds a special place in my heart. As soon as i was engaged, i knew we would tie the knot here. The house, grounds, pavilion were perfect for each step of our wedding day from getting ready to ceremony to reception. Lena of GEM was so attentive and guided us through the planning process and day-of execution. She’s an all star! We had around 150 guests and everything was executed perfectly. PS - we rebooked from Nov 2020 to Nov 2021 due to Covid, and GEM was very understanding and helpful.

All inclusive amazing service!

I labeled this all-inclusive because GEM helped with both the cartering and rental aspects of planning. This made wedding planning sO EASY and having to deal with one point person, Lena, and not tracking down people. Lena is an amazing hard worker and she was always responsive during the entire process. My Mother & I asked many questions, and it never seemed to be a bother.

The food was deliscious and many a guest commented on the quality. The farm-to table approach gave a personal touch to the cuisine for our guests! We did a buffett style, socially distanced wedding and GEM made sure it was a cinch!

I would recommend working with Lena and GEM inthe future to anyone that wants their major event done right! Thanks again!

Lena was amazing through the whole process. She really made wedding planning easy and seamless especially during a pandemic! She was extremely easy to work with and quick to respond. Global Event Marketplace

Global Event Marketplace was wonderful to work with and helped us in creating the dream wedding we were looking for. GEM provided the rentals and catered our wedding as well as manage the venue. Lena and her staff were professional and went out of their way the day of our wedding to make sure everything was perfect. The food was amazing and the rentals were really accented the venue. GEM even threw in some outdoor lounge furniture for the cocktail hour at no charge. We could not have asked for more for our wedding and GEM played a huge part in making that happen.

Delicious food & easy rental process

We used GEM for our bar, catering, and rentals. Everything turned out beautifully, and we got lots of compliments on the food! We did the grilled steak and chicken, which are way better than you'd expect from their simple names! Lena was very flexible with different options too, working with us to make sure we got the drink options we wanted and that the floorplan was what we imagined. We rented some lawn furniture and outdoor games from them too, which were a big hit! I was also really impressed by the wait staff on the day. They checked in multiple times to make sure my husband and I got fresh plates of food and that our cake cutting went smoothly.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! As you know, FL weather is unpredictable. I was the day of coordinator for a wedding at Shangri La Springs on 2/1/2020. There was rain the entire day of our event. I contacted GEM last minute for a tent with market lighting for my client. They delivered and set everything without a problem. Lena was such a sweet person with excellent customer service skills. NPHS Prom 2019

What a relief it was to have GEM as our catering and rental vendor. Great Service

Lena is officially my hero! She brought my entire vision to life after having only met at the venue once. I was so nervous that it wouldn’t meet my expectations but GEM far exceeded them! We rented chivari chairs, our rustic sweetheart table, a street light, pipe and drape, and then best of all - our barrels with string lights! GEM’s rentals completely transformed our ballroom into a magical place. I am forever grateful for their help in making the wedding reception of my dreams!

We chose Global Events Marketplace to handle our daughter's wedding after speaking with friends, as well as reading online reviews. Chris and Lena are professional, fair and thorough. The day of the wedding was worry-free, as they took care of every detail. The reception was gorgeous and the food exceptional. Working with GEM was a TRUE gem. They truly go the extra mile. Let me give you an example of their exceptional service. The week of our wedding the forecast was tracking to be a wet, cold, windy day as a cold front approached SWFL. I called GEM to discuss the possibility of putting up a tent for our reception. They immediately drove from downtown Ft. Myers to Captiva Island (1.5 hours) to measure our reception space to find the best solution. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. In the end, a tented reception was not the look and feel we were going for and luckily the weather held out and we didn't need one. They are extremely professional, easy to work with, and very responsive. You will not be disappointed. If you choose GEM, you will no doubt have a beautiful wedding. Lena will take care of you!

Chris & Lena were amazing to work with. They made sure we could do every personal touch to our wedding as possible. It was so important to us to have a biergarten set up (my husband being from Germany) and Chris went out of his way to track down the German beers we wanted and researched pretzel recipes so we could get it exactly how we wanted (plus, the rest of the food was delicious too!). The rest of the team catered so much to our guest and we honestly could not be happier with our day turned out.

From the time we first met with Chris Lackey until the completion of our daughter’s wedding, we had good communication both with Chris and with our servers. We are so thankful and grateful for Chris, Lena, and all their staff at GEM. They were able to make our vision of our special day, become everything we had envisioned and more. Starting with a 200 guest count, and half way through the planning expanding that number to 400, we know this wasn't the easiest task, but they didn't blink an eye and made it all happen. The first day we met, we knew there was something unique and special about them. They were not just a vendor doing a service for us, but they truly cared about what it was we wanted for us, and they were willing to do anything and everything to make our day exactly how we wanted it, no matter what it took!!! From months of planning to the final break down and even the day after, they were there for us every step of the way. They made the planning simple and allowed us to leave the stress behind. Their services are incredible in all areas... and not to mention the food is absolutely amazing!! We aren't sure how to thank them, but we are honored to now call them our friends! We would highly recommend them to anyone needing any of their services!!!

Our wedding was an absolute fairy tale thanks to Lena and her team. I was so blessed to have found Lena and GEM. She is such an angel and helped us out so much with the wedding planning. She had so many amazing ideas on how to completely transform our reception room. She even found our perfect ceremony spot. The day of the wedding all the staff super friendly and working hard, including Lena who was climbing pillars. What can I say - Lena, Chris, and their staff are simply amazing. We asked them to provide all rental items and cater three different events in the span of 3 days for our outdoor wedding on Sanibel Island at the Sanibel Moorings two weekends ago, and they delivered top notch services. They had everything organized so meticulously that I felt like a guest at my own wedding. The food at the rehearsal dinner, the wedding reception, and the post-wedding brunch was divine and we've received multiple compliments on every item served. Furthermore, they were so considerate and even hurried to get our reception tent up in case it rained out the rehearsal dinner by the pool---so that we could have two different location options for our event. They went above and beyond to provide stellar customer service throughout the wedding planning process, and Lena always listened/read my panicked middle-of-the-night Emails with grace and patience. Finally, Lena set up the reception tent so beautifully that I almost cried when I first saw it. To be quite honest, I am a perfectionist (a nice way to say high-maintenance), and GEM exceeded my expectations TENFOLD.

We cannot recommend them enough for your wedding. Everything was perfect because of their professionalism and dedication to customer service, and we are beyond grateful to them for making our dream wedding come true (outdoors in June in SW FLORIDA to boot!).

Lena and Chris were an absolute dream to work with. They were so organize and extremely helpful during the whole process. We had them handle the majority of the wedding including the tent, dance floor, chairs, tables, food and more. Everything was setup up beautiful and the food was so amazing.
They also helped us with recommendations for other vendors, and we were extremely happy with each of their recommendations.
Our wedding day was a huge success and we owe most of the thanks to Lena and Chris!

I couldn't have dreamed of a better wedding. GEMglobaleventmarketplace did an amazing job and went above and beyond to put this together in ways I couldn't imagine. They treat u like family instead of just another client!!!! They did my catering as well and omg I could not get enough.( we had chicken and beef flank steak, corn bread, beans, salad, mac n cheese, the best..... chicken n waffles, cheese burger sliders, bbq meatballs the best...... Definitely made with care and passion for what they do. Lena and Chris and her staff was always there to answer any question I had or thoughts I came up with or concerns. GEM was phenomenal! Lena and her husband truly made our special day spectacular. From start to finish, Lena was on top of everything. Our venue was actually my parents farm, so Lena not only helped us with all of our rentals but her husband was also our caterer. OMG, chicken and waffle appetizers were a hit! They were so responsive throughout the entire process and helpful. Also, the day before we decided that we needed heaters and they supplied them at no extra charge. They are all about doing nice things like that to ensure that you enjoy the day. Such a sweet, positive energy from this group. Book them for any of your event needs and you won't be disappointed.

Our wedding day was a success in large part due to Lena and Chris Lackey of GEM. My fiance and I chose to hold our June 2015 beach wedding at a small boutique hotel on Sanibel Island and we were responsible for hiring our own wedding vendors.

My husband and I initially met with Lena and Chris to discuss renting a large tent, tables, and chairs, but ended our meeting by hiring GEM to cover all our rental needs, catering, and day-of wedding coordinating. We were thrilled to find GEM to be a "one-stop shop" which saved us a lot of time, energy, and money! Lena and Chris worked within our budget and helped us fine-tune it to get the most out of our funds.

We opted for a laid-back outdoor tented reception with a beach vibe, and Lena and Chris listened to us, providing us with many options and ideas, such as some fun South Beach-style lounge couches--they were a hit at the reception! Chris helped us create a delicious menu of hor d'ouervres, and accommodated our request to include some innovative vegetarian options for our guests. The food Chris prepared was fabulous and our guests enjoyed the array of culinary choices.

Lena provided guidance and support with saintly patience, quickly responding to my texts and calls. I never felt like I was being rushed when I spoke or met with her. She was wonderful as our day-of-coordinator, welcoming guests, greeting vendors, and keeping me calm.

When asked, GEM provided us with referrals for other vendors whose services weren't offered by them. We found our photographer, florist, and DJs through GEM's trusted connections. Lena and Chris have many years experience and have an excellent rapport with many other complimentary vendors.

We highly recommend GEM for any event--they are top-notch! We'd hire them again without reservation.

So we visited several "County Clubs/Hotels" for our wedding venue but it just didn't do it for Phil and I. Not only was everything we looked at CRAZY expensive but we realized that we didn't want the "Cookie Cutter" Wedding. I was on Facebook looking at my friends post from her wedding and it was BEAUTIFUL!! I messaged her and asked her to tell me about her wedding because I was CLUELESS!!! She wrote me back and told me all about her wedding and we even immediately chatted for over an hour..... There were lot's of details to her wedding but she said "You have to meet with Chris and Lena with Global Event Marketplace they call themselves Gems". So I called Lena and after talking on the phone for 5 minutes I knew she was an AMAZING lady. I told her what we wanted and she told me about the PERFECT venue for Phil and I. The following week we met with Chris, Lena and Kari at Sanibel Moorings on Sanibel Island and that was it... Now you won't believe it but the "Gems" did EVERYTHING!! Sanibel Moorings is a condo on the beach on Sanibel Island with a perfect spot for the Wedding Ceremony and a perfect spot for a Wedding Reception but all it is the beach and grass.... The "GEMS" setup the chairs for the ceremony, set out decorations and a few other things for the ceremony. They also setup the reception with a head table, 12 round tables, bar, photo booth, dance floor, lights, corn hole they even set out all the centerpieces and decorations/party favors that we made as well. They worked SOOOOOOOOOOO hard and I didn't mention that it was about 85-90 degrees outside and the staff was still smiling at 10PM. Now not only did the GEMS provide EVERYTHING for the venue they also catered our rehearsal dinner, reception and brunch. The food was DELICOUS.... We heard compliments for 3 days about how great our wedding was it was all because of the GEMS!!!! So look no further because the GEMS will definitely help you create the wedding of your dreams.......

I worked with Lena and we rented an arch, chairs and lighting. Lena is a true professional, she knows all of the details and answered all of the questions. On the day of the wedding, we received all our rentals and set up on time. They also worked with the on other details that I didn't have to worry about. Thank you so much for being so amazing!

My daughter the Bride and I just Love working with GEM. They were very well professional. What ever situation came about Lena was very good at handeling it. They are very down to home, there work comes from the heart, they listen to what the Bride and Groom wants and works to fulfill that need. I would highly recomment Global Entertainment Marketing for any occasion and I look forward to using them in the future for any occasion. They make you feel complete and worry free. I truely cannot say enough about them..

Lena and Chris were great. We through them a lot of curve balls most specifically working with a difficult venue but they handled it in stride. There rentals are top notch and they dealt with all our specific details and last minute requests. Lena goes above and beyond for her brides my managing stress levels and being prompt with her communications. She answered all of our questions with reassurance even the ones we asked a million times. Chris's food is awesome. Because this was a destination wedding I never actually tasted any of the food before the wedding so I was a little nervous but it was soooooooo good. Best wedding food I ever had! I can't thank this awesome duo enough without them I would have lost my mind trying to plan a wedding from a distance. If you choose them for your rentals, your planner, your caterer or any combination of the above you won't be disappointed.

Little girls dream of the perfect wedding. They fantasize as to their reception and the mystical qualities of the moment. They delight in the in the picturesque image they have conceived. This dream remains with them until that special day in which they pray their dream comes true.
In this case that dream was fulfilled. By some magical power our home was transformed into a fairy tale. The moment we entered our home, our breath was taken away by the splendor surrounding us. The flowers, tables and decorations were stunting. The guest were all smiling and relaxed in this elegant setting. Your staff moved effortlessly serving our guest in a fine tradition that I no longer believed existed.
My husband and I have been entertained throughout the United States and Europe. Your food presentation was next to none. The quality and preparation of the food was five star. Needless to say the taste was a delight to savor. Our guests continue to remark about the food and your staff.
Yes, that little girls dream did came true.

A list of items to discuss with Chris and Lena before hand is necessary as there is so many details to discuss even with the smallest event. We had under 30 guests and I truly thought me and a few friends could pull off A elegant and quant event Wrong! it did become over Whelming quickly knowing GEM knew exactly what we wanted and they delivered took the pressure off my new Husband and Mine' special day. My daughter's wedding reception was absolutely beautiful! The 230 guests were surprised how the auditorium had been transformed from a plain hall to a beautiful ball room!!

It was important to me that each guest felt welcomed and enjoyed a delicious dinner with appetizers, and had a good time celebrating my daughter and son-in-law's marriage. Everyone who attended had a wonderful time! There were so many compliments on this being such a lovely wedding.

Several close friends will be using G.E.M. when it is time to host their daughter's weddings.

Chris and Lena from GEM did a wonderful job for my wedding on September 27. They draped the ceilings of the venue and we had a beautiful chandelier. We had a photobooth from them and they made a book with all the guests pictures in it. We had them cater our wedding as well and people cannot stop talking about how delicious the food was. Absolutely delicious. If I ever have a need again for a party planner I will always go back to GEM.

We have an amazing story on how we came to hire Lena & Chris to decorate & caterer & rent equipment. To keep a long story short we were going to try and do this wedding mostly by ourselves because we were on a very tight budget but after meeting with GEM we decided this was a much to important day in our daughters life to do this on our own. We hired Chris to bring his mobile commercial kitchen to do the catering. We also hired GEM to decorate the ceiling at the John Boy Auditurium in Clewistion Florida and provide linens, chairs, china, glasswear, and even s chandelier. They did an amazing job decorating and setting up for us. Then came the day of the wedding we had a buffet with grilled marinated chicken Carved roast beef mashed potatoes and veggies the food was amazing and the buffet was so organized that we fed around 230 people in 45 min and that was with a Craver for the meat. We also hired 5 of there staff to help with running food for appetizers and buffet and to collect and clean off all the dishes. They were very pleasant and professional and went above and beyond what we had hired them to do. I just want to say something about Lena she was AMAZING thru the whole reception and made it so we could enjoy our daughters wedding. Bottom line this was one of the most important days in our families lives and GEM made it there's also. This is a top notch, first class company that can truly make your dream a reality. They executed a 5 course dinner in a 5-star manner from appetizer to decadent dessert! GEM set up everything from table linens to silverware and it was so very elegant. Every aspect from planning the menu to selecting color scheme and coordinating the wine, they were totally professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I believe 2 of my friends who attended my event have already booked GEM! The food was exquisite and the presentation stellar. I really cannot say enough except THANK YOU Lena and Chris and team-you made this important occasion a memory to treasure and a dream come true.

I am writing this review so that I can share with future brides my experiences with GEM. From the very first day I spoke with Chris and Lena I felt security and guidance. I went into planning our wedding blindsided. Instead of using that their advantage they had guided us and helped us to plan things how we had seen them in our mind. She guided me on things I never even thought about. She spoke to me with complete kindness and concern for a day that meant the world to us. She made the whole process so much easier with the way she handled our wedding. It was so nice not to have to chase them down like I have heard from other brides about other vendors. They were on task always and very willing to meet with us when needed to answer questions or discuss plans. The day of the wedding they took over so that we can enjoy our day! What a wonderful feeling to have a peace of mind the day of your wedding and know all is taken care of. They handled our wedding day with such care and concern. They did not show any tension and stress, they were so patient and under control everything went very smooth. Chris and Lena know how to make your wedding shine! All of our guests stated how magical our wedding was. A lot of the credit goes to GEM There is no way we could have had it so wonderful without the behind the scenes help. We had so many compliments on the decor but most of all the food! Grouper was amazing! The catering GEM provided was to die for! With a lot of country folk at the wedding who love to fish, to get a lot of positive feedback on especially the fish but all the food was wonderful to hear! The set up for the wedding was beautiful and they delivered above and beyond what I could have hoped for! Please if your planning a wedding take into consideration GEM (Chris and Lena) they will not disappoint at all!

From the day I met Chris he painted a beautiful picture in my head of what my special day would be like . My husband and I got Married at the hietman house in downtown ft myers . We used gem for all of our needs including catering, rentals , photo booth, coordinating and much more . Chris and Lena always responded very quickly never making us wait . They truly care about their bride and grooms !

The day of the wedding everything went just as planned . It was absolutely beautiful !! Lena took care of all the details and Chris all the food. Everything flowed together great, and the timing was wonderful ! The food was so amazing !! Prime rib and piccata were great choices !!

Chris and Lena went above board to do whatever it took to make our event a success! They were excellent to work with and provided us with quality rentals and planning. Their staff worked very hard to erect a large tent at the last minute to may our wedding great despite poor weather conditions.

My husband and I met Chris and Lena through our wedding venue, the Heitman House. They were absolutely wonderful to work with. I always got an immediate and helpful response through phone calls, emails, and texts. They were willing to meet with us at any given time - whatever was convenient for our busy schedules.

This company delivered everything they promised and even added a few perks to accommodate our budget. They also have an outstanding in-house chef. The quality of the food is just another bonus of using their catering service.

As the bride, the best part about hiring Chris and Lena was knowing that everything was going to be taken care of on the wedding day from setting up to tearing down. I had no stress the whole day and my bridal party was even served a nice lunch while getting ready. My husband and I both highly recommend them for any special occasion.

Global Marketplace was a breeze to work with! I hired them to help provide me with all of the essentials for a business Grand Re-Opening. As a coordinator, it makes my job so much easier to receive most all of what I needed from one vendor. We were in a pinch looking for chairs and chargers for our wedding reception......then came Lena to the rescue!!! We described to her our ballroom, and the look we were trying to achieve.....after a few brief phone calls, we signed a contract with GEM. The day of the wedding, even though the delivery was a little late (probably due to the bad weather), the room was still set up in plenty of time, and looked spectacular!!! Once the reception was over her staff arrived to remove everything, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. Very professional, and the chairs and chargers were of great quality!!!

Lena was great! About a week or two before my event, my decorator said she was overwhelmed and could not handle my draping. Talk about crushed, but Lena and her team stepped in, saved the day, and even offered a florist for the small things her team could not do! They arrived early the day before and set up everything quickly and beautifully. After the event, they came in just as swiftly and removed everything within minutes. Absolutely awesome service, I only have one small complaint the drapes were a little wrinkled. I am kind of a perfectionist so it bothered me a little bit, however once the reception began no one including I noticed it. I cannot thank her enough.

From the get-go Lena and Chris were very responsive and willing to help us make our dreams come true. We originally had another caterer/event rentals/coordinator; but had a slight falling out with them and needed to find a replacement quick. We contracted with GEM with less than 4 months to go before our wedding. They worked with us on every detail, from tables and chairs, to day of coordinating, to financials. Lena and Chris were understanding that we were coming from an unhappy situation, and although it had nothing to do with them, they took us under their wings and guided us to the most perfect day.

We would highly recommend them for any event planning/catering! They are both down to earth people and willing to go the extra mile for their clients!

GEM was great. The farm house tables are absolutely gorgeous and well worth the price. They looked amazing and the best part was they set them up and took them down so no hassle at all. They were very accommodating and helpful. It was a little hard to get a price estimate from them at first, but the rest of the time they were quick to respond. Everyone I met from their service was lovely and so sweet. The mahogany folding chairs worked great and were a great price. I threw a curveball at them for two extra tables at the last minute and they totally handled that with ease and were really nice about the whole thing. They came recommended from the venue and they were totally worth it.

The service provided by this vendor was great leading up to the wedding, but the day of the wedding, they were very late on their deliveries and it caused quite the cluster of chaos in the hours leading up to the wedding due to constraints on setting up since the wedding arch and photobooth had not yet arrived. With that being said, it rained on our wedding and we weren't able to use the arch, but the photobooth was just a backdrop we ordered and it worked great. We also rented bistro lights that weren't fully utilized due to the rain, but they were gorgeous. Aside from them being 3 hours late on their delivery time the service was good. They delivered, set up and then came back and broke down everything and took it. It was just unfortunate we didn't get to utilize what we had rented due to the rain.

I am very saddened to read this review. GEM has worked very hard to maintain a 5 star reputation since the beginning of our rental division. As I read the review I feel that you may have been dissappointed with the weather and that reflected on your feelings toward GEM.
If you remember our crew rearranged our entire delivery line up due to the cancellation of your venue at last minute not allowing us to set up the bistro lighting the day before. Our company does not make it a practice to set up lighting the day of any event. There are to many variables that could happen. According to my tracking records for the day of your wedding our crew arrived exactly on time with the rentals that you ordered. They were completly set up (even the bistro lighting) 1 hour prior to the ceremony and before the ceremony chairs arrived.
They were on the property from 1pm-3pm. If the photobooth backdrop was needed inside at 1pm someone could have just communicated that to my staff they would have happily stopped the lighting and set it up for you immediatley. We always hope that every bride has her entire vision come to life on that special day. I am also truley sorry that you feel that we did not deliver 5 star service for you.
We showed up on time, rearranged the entire delivery schedule for Saturday due to your venue not permitting the Friday set up of Bistro lights last minute, delivered excellent quality products and broke everything down as agreed upon as well.
