Baby shower

It was amazing!

From the first moment I walked into Garden Chalet I knew it was the perfect place for my wedding reception. It is beautiful, affordable, and the staff is AMAZING! Liz was wonderful throughout the whole process. She made sure everything turned out the way I envisioned it. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day! I HIGHLY recommend Garden Chalet!!!

We still do 25 years later!

Garden Chalet was very professional and accommodating for my 25th wedding Renewal in June 2019. The food was good and the staff was excellent in their services. Will definitely recommend and use them again for future events.

Garden Chalet was amazing

My (now) husband and I both have children so we wanted to have a beautiful wedding but didn't want to break the bank! Garden Chalet hit everything we needed! The food was excellent! My day of coordinator took care of everything and I didn't have to worry about anything except me and my husband's day! The venue is beautiful and the outdoor area was done up so beautifully for our ceremony!

One of the Best Decisions We Made was to Book Here

My experience at the Garden Chalet was awesome! Elizabeth did a great job hosting our special day

I had a great experience. The food was great, everything flowed perfectly on our special day. The only thing I wished for was a bridal suite inside the venue, other than that, I highly recommend the Garden Chalet. The venue was very affordable.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Garden Chalet and their awesome staff. We went with the platinum package and everyone was amazed with the abundance of sweets from the sweets table. They also could not stop talking about how great the food was. Elizabeth was our day of coordinator and she did an AMAZING job. She was very responsive when I had questions and set things up perfectly. Although we brought in our own center pieces, the venue was decorated so beautifully that we did not need to add anything else! Everyone always says to expect that things will not go as planned but we couldn't have had a more perfect day. Thank you so much Garden Chalet team! You truly made our big day amazing!!

Everyone loved the way the reception hall was set up! They thought we paid a lot more! Everyone was very friendly and nice. Very beautiful hall will definitely be using this place again in future references!

One word description WOW!!! We had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth and from A to Z nothing was a No... Food (appetizers,dinner, pastries, fruit, the late night snacks) everything was super yummy, drinks were very good too . My husband and I waited 14 years before having a religious wedding I'm just happy we had it here!! Thank you Thank you and did I say Thank you

Got married and had reception at Garden Chalet on 9/3/17. Service was great! Regina and Elizabeth were great to work with and very professional. Everyone had such a great time and we received nothing but compliments on how nice our wedding was.

I love, love,loved my venue ! I dealt almost exclusively with Elizabeth and she amazing! I'm a day off Elizabeth was unable to work but it worked out okay. There was a couple minor miscommunication issues but it was my special day so I didn't let it ruin my otherwise fantabulous day!

Our reception was amazing and Elizabeth was our day of coordinater and she was so awesome! I would recommend this venue to everyone and it's very affordable and included a lot!

Amazing venue! I received so many compliments from my guests that the food was so delicious! My wedding coordinator at the venue let me drop all my decorations off the night before and they set everything up. After the wedding they took everything done and I picked it up the next morning. I highly recommend!

They did a great job for our wedding on march 17th. Everything looked amazing and all they told us to do was leave the boxes and they'll take care of the rest. The food was amazing and the staff was incredible. We have been there for many different family functions and will continue to go back.

I couldn't have been happier with the choice me Ana my husband made for our wedding. The Garden Chalet and its staff were nothing but the best! They catered to us in every level! Elizabeth was so nice and helpful! She helped me set up my table with the centerpieces so I wouldn't have to worry about them the day of the wedding. Everything was so clean and professional! I had my Oct 2016 2nd wedding ceremony and reception at the Garden Chalet. The staff was awesome thru the whole process from planning to celebrating. Elizabeth was are planner--SHE WAS GREAT--- The food was delicious, I had so many compliments from our guests. Prior to my wedding I had several functions here, from my daughters baby shower to different luncheons. I always get complimented on the food and service. They are very well know thru the surrounding neighboring areas. Packages are very reasonably priced.

Elizabeth was the best. They were very accommodating. It was a beautiful ceremony. The location is easily accessible. They made a very stressful time a lot easier.

Amazing is an understatement because this place really outdid themselves. My now husband and I along with all our guests were really blown away in a good way because everything was beautiful and we were all treated like royalty. The weddding coordinator was very very very patient and detail oriented in helping putting everything together. I definitely recommend this place for a wedding or they do host other events as well.

It took us a long time to find a reception venue we could both agree upon, and we looked at/researched a LOT of places. We knew about Garden Chalet from small functions we attended before like brunches and showers but thought it might be too small for what we had in mind. However, after visiting the venue, discussing all the options and pricing, looking at pictures of weddings there, and thinking about the location, we chose Garden Chalet. The managerial staff was incredibly accommodating to our requests, frequent visits, and many, many questions. Their pricing is very reasonable - our wedding was on a Friday. We chose to go with the Platinum package because it included both rooms for the night (we were concerned about sharing the venue with another party with only one entrance/lobby), a cocktail hour, open bar, dinner with chicken and filet, cake from Naples Bakery, and a dessert room as well as uplighting and table linen/chair covers and bows. We attended a tasting to choose our hours d'oeurves, soup, and entree. Our guests raved about the reception! They loved the cocktail hour, said the food was delicious, and there was SO much dessert including a chocolate fountain and hot chocolate bar! As the bride and groom, we unfortunately did not eat much with so much going on (as people usually say happen), but what we did eat was delicious. The staff was accommodating and courteous. My sister-in-law delivered all our decor and whatnot to the venue the morning of, and the staff did a perfect job putting it all out with no direction from us. At the end of the night, they packed it all up, and we got to take home the left over dessert :D. We liked having the two rooms where guests could lounge in one if they wanted to get away from the music and bustle of the main room. The staff was very nice, did a wonderful job, and our guests just loved it.

Amazing!!! We chose the platinum package where everything was included! The food was good, the open bar was great, and having thw whole venue to ourselves was the best!!! The unique venue made everything look top notch and my photos turned out beautiful because of it!!! Plus, the staff was informative and helpful right from the beginning!!! I would recommend this venue for any event because the staff helps to make every detail just right!!!

The Garden Chalet staff was so accommodating. We had our wedding reception there last year on 9/29/12. They took great care of everyone. When they realized they didn't have the right alcohol to make our blue signature drink, they sent someone out to get it. They brought out a special dinner for one of our flower girls who wasn't eating her dinner. When my sister wanted to give us a candy bar, they let us use their containers and serving utensils. They packed everything up for us at the end of the night, so there was no fuss. You can really tell that it is a family-run establishment, and they care about making your wedding reception a memorable one. They were also affordable, and it was convenient to have the cake and champagne toast included in the plated dinner cost. Everyone had a wonderful time, and I owe Garden Chalet a big thank you for that.

The Garden Chalet is a beautiful choice for a wedding of up to 180 guests. They also offer a ceremony space, which holds 130 guests. Their food is delicious. The provided me with chair covers, table linens, and centerpieces, which really helped to save money. On the day of the wedding, I had a coordinator to help with all the last minute details. She also made sure that everyone was on time and that the ceremony began on time. I was then able to use the outdoor ceremony spot for the entire length of my reception. Of all of the venues I visited, their prices were the most budget friendly. And, I feel I got the most for my money here.

Garden Chalet was our reception place, and we could not have been anymore happier! The staff, especially Regina and Mary, were so courteous and answered all of our questions very quickly. The food was delicious, everyone raved about it. Even his uncle who is picky said the roast beef was tender. It was a lovely time and everyone was freat!

We absolutely loved the Garden Chalet! The staff was very helpful at Garden Chalet - Regina especially. We went for a tasting, which was a really good thing to do. Based off the menu, we had different things picked out than what we actually ended up going with after tasting it. Make sure you take advantage of that option to taste. Also, they let us bring my parents to the tasting. They offer a variety of colors for the linens. Certain ones are more because they are from a different specialty catalog, but there are more options in that book, so it's good to look at it. They put our names on the sign - you just have to ask. They will let you use the outdoor patio for smokers or people who just want to drink outside etc. - they'll even decorate it. Just ask. The Garden Chalet was wonderful in the planning process, very flexible and much more affordable than other venues. We loved the twinkle lights, sparkly walls and the ambiance of the place. It was cozy and romantic, yet still classy with plenty of room to accommodate ta large party. If we had to do it all over again we'd go back.

Everything was perfect. The Garden Chalet is excelent and the best value. We were in there two days before the wedding dropping off things and going over the final arrangements and somehow the time of dinner came up. They had it for 7 pm dinner and we had planned for 8 pm dinner. They changed it without thinking twice or worrying about why one of us had it wrong. They were great the day of the wedding. They approached me and my husband several times to check on everything (but not to much that it got on our nerves). I had wanted my vendors to all be able to eat but forgot to set aside a table for them. Without a problem they set up a table for them right as dinner was being served. It is that type last minute things that they took care of without a problem that made my day go so much smoother. As a bride there is always things that you may forget about and having them help with that without a problem made a huge difference. I would recommend for any function that you are looking to have. My mother also had my shower there and it was beautiful. And for the topping on the cake, I have been there many times for differnt functions for the past 15 years and the food is always great. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a nice hall with great food and excelent service at a reasonable price.

Everything at the Garden Chalet was perfect! It far exceeded my expectations. We got may compliments from family and friends on the food, decorations and over all atmosphere. I was very happy with everything!

I highly recommend Garden Chalet for a reception site! Their food was amazing for the price! The top shelf liquor package AND the wedding cake is included in the low, low prices. They even let me partially design my own cake! Great deal!! They offer linen covered chairs for free and charge chep for colored ribbons on aech chair( to match your color scheme)

We had our ceremony and reception at Garden Chalet this past weekend. The room was beautifully decorated and the staff was wonderful. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with from day one and very helpful. The food was delicious.

We are extremely satisfied with the Platinum Package we purchased for our wedding on November 19, 2016. The value of the whole event was top notch for the price we paid. Elizabeth was terrific to work with during all the phases of planning. We held our wedding ceremony in the Garden Room and we found that the space was just barely large enough to host our ceremony: we had between 130-140 guests and additional seats needed to be brought in at the last minute and a few guests still had to stand. Also, the space at the "altar" was barely enough to fit 6 bridesmaids, 6 groomsmen, our officiant, and us. Everyone did fit, but we were very cramped. We should mention that decor for the ceremony was beautiful and the audio (microphone and house speakers) for our readings was set up for us and worked perfectly. After the ceremony, our guests enjoyed a cocktail hour with butler-style appetizers, which were fresh hot and delicious. We provided a silent photo slideshow to play continuously on loop on a projector screen during the cocktail hour, but unfortunately, the computer crashed after one viewing and then it stopped. Dinner service was terrific. Our plated entree of filet mignon and chicken breast with asparagus and mashed potatoes was delicious. The horseshoe-shaped head table was really nice because Amy and I were able to see all of our bridesmaids and groomsmen. We had 15 guest tables and 2 of them unfortunately did not have a clear line of sight to the head table. The decor and lighting in the reception area was really beautiful. We especially like the lighting above the dance floor with the flowing white curtains. There was room for us to set up a photo booth that our guests enjoyed. The service from bartenders and wait staff was friendly and prompt. The bar served the additional beer and liquor that we brought, and they allowed us to take home the unopened cases. Overall, we are extremely pleased with what we paid for and fully recommend the Garden Chalet.

We had a wonderful experience with the venue and owners of the Garden Chalet. There were a few things that were asked to be done the day of the wedding that were never done, which was disappointing. Overall the food and drinks were great and the staff were very professional.

Our Event manager made our day run as smoothly as possible and allowed us to enjoy every moment. The food was delicious everyone complimented on how good it was. The room itself was elegantly decorated with the linen I chose and everything was perfect down to our first dance under the spotlight. The night will always be remembered as beautiful. Thank you so much Garden Chalet for the memories.

Everything was beautiful,with the exception of one of your managers will not say any names. But the other two ladies were wonderful I just didn't like working with one of them..The place was beautiful the service was nice..Love the waiters and the food was good.

Overall, we were very happy with Garden Chalet. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was beautiful! Here are a few areas which we felt could've been better.
We had 2 different flavors of cake, but only one went out at first. We wish that our guests would've been offered the choices.
We also felt rushed with the time. The courses were served so quickly that some people didn't have time to finish. While we had the hall until 5, the staff started cleaning off tables completely around 4:00.
The online seating chart was not user friendly. We were told we could use different size tables, especially for the head table, but the site didn't allow this. Our head table was suppose to be for 12, but we were squeezed in at a table for 10. We were also short a portion of food each time as a result as well.
Regina was great to work with! Both times we met her, she sat down and was very flexible with the options we could work with!
