  Day of Coordinator

  I honestly don’t think we could have gotten through our wedding without her. She went so far above and beyond what we ever expected from a wedding coordinator, and calling her simply a “coordinator” almost doesn’t do her justice.
  
  From the beginning, she was organized, responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure our wedding went the way we envisioned. But where she really proved how incredible she was came when we started running into issues with some of the places and vendors we had booked. There were situations where people tried to change terms or back away from things that had already been agreed to in our contracts, and she immediately stepped in and advocated for us.
  
  At times, she was practically our wedding coordinator, negotiator, problem solver, and lawyer all rolled into one. She knew exactly what questions to ask, what details to point out in the contracts, and how to professionally but firmly hold people accountable to what they had agreed to. She handled conversations that would have been incredibly stressful for us and made sure we weren’t being taken advantage of.
  
  What impressed us most was how much she genuinely cared. She didn’t treat our wedding like just another event on her calendar. She treated it like it mattered to her personally. Whenever something came up, she was already thinking three steps ahead and working on a solution before we even had time to worry about it.
  
  On the actual wedding day, having her there gave us such a huge sense of relief. We were able to enjoy ourselves and actually be present because we knew she had everything under control behind the scenes. Problems were handled before they ever reached us, everything stayed organized, and she made sure the day came together beautifully.
  
  Our only regret is that we originally hired her for day-of coordination instead of handing everything over to her from the very beginning. Looking back, we absolutely should have hired her to handle the entire process. It would have saved us so much time, stress, and frustration. After seeing how capable she was and how fiercely she advocated for us, we realized we could have trusted her with everything from day one.
  
  If you’re considering hiring her, don’t make the mistake we did and wait until the end. Hire her from the beginning and let her do what she does best. She was worth every penny and then some.
  
  We will forever be grateful for everything she did for us. She wasn’t just someone we hired to help with our wedding — she became one of the people we trusted most throughout the entire process. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone planning a wedding. If I could give her more than five stars, I absolutely would.

  Highly recommend!

  We hired Kimberly a year and a half ago when we started planning our wedding. Her organization, experience and willingness to go above and beyond was so worth it! She helped us plan a modified tea ceremony that fit our vision perfectly, and she even helped book our boba vendor and Photo Booth. We couldn’t have done it without her!

  I cannot recommend Kimberly Lung highly enough! Planning a wedding from afar is stressful, especially when you’re busy with work right up until the day you fly in. Kim provided the clear guidance I needed to stay organized. She took the weight off my shoulders so I could focus on the joy of the occasion.   Lifesaver for our wedding!

  Kimberly was amazing, she truly went above and beyond for us. From start to finish we never had to worry about a single detail because she had everything completely handled. She was honestly so kind and caring and just her organization, calm presence, and attention to detail allowed us to fully enjoy our day without stress. Knowing she was in charge gave us so much peace of mind, and we are incredibly grateful for the care and dedication she put into making our wedding perfect!!! She truly made our wedding day one that we will never forget!

  Amazing!

  Kim was AMAZING! I thought I could plan the
  wedding myself, especially the day of. Boy was I
  wrong. I’m glad I hired Kim to help me towards the
  day of the wedding. She thought of the little things
  that I didn’t even think of. Like pins in case something happens to my dress and a tide to go. On the day of, she had everything planned so that I wouldn’t have to worry about anything. I was able to have fun and no one bothered me that day. My wedding even had 2 extra people show up that weren’t invited, but Kim was able to figure out the seating without having to ask me. I would highly recommend her for anyone planning a wedding. She really is the best!

  No Brainer!

  I had the most wonderful experience working with Kimberly for a surprise engagement party. From the very beginning, she was incredibly mindful of my vision and made sure every detail was covered with elegance and precision. She truly cared about what I wanted, and it showed in every aspect of the event. She made great use of the venue, and the entire evening was seamless thanks to her thoughtful planning and attention to detail. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a planner who is dedicated, creative, and truly passionate about what she does.

  Amazing Coordinator

  Kimberly provided great service!! The whole process was smooth from start to finish. We had meetings to go over all the small and big details. I provided her with a timeline and she brought it all together and made the perfect itnerary. The price was definitely reasonable with 5 star service. Would definitely recommend.

  KK Days for the win!

  Kimberly and her team were amazing! From day 1 of planning, Kim was on it with providing vendors and alternatives. On my wedding day, there were several issues that Kimberly handled like a boss without me even being aware of it. I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator/planner.

  Wonderful experience! Would recommend.

  10/10 would recommend. Kimberly and Andrea were such wonderful people to work with when planning my wedding. My wedding had about 160 people, and they handled the coordination so well. They helped out with my planning, tea ceremony, and day of coordination, and took care of everything so that I wouldn't be so stressed. I would literally hire again for any event I have in the future, and definitely recommend to anyone planning a wedding. Thank you again to both of you for making our day so so so special!!

  Absolutely the best!

  Kimberly was an absolutely amazing wedding coordinator.
  She was incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and always willing to step in wherever needed. She scheduled check-ins with us to help keep us on track and reduce stress as much as possible. She coordinated with all of our other vendors to make sure all the different teams were on the same page. Kimberly was the glue that held our big day together and without her, our big day wouldn't have gone nearly as smoothly without her.
  What really stood out was how much she cared--Kimberly treated our wedding like it was her own. She came prepared with solutions to any issues that came up and always kept our budget in mind. Her suggestions were always thoughtful and curated towards what she knew about us as a couple. She never suggested or pressured us to go in any specific direction, and wanted to always make us feel comfortable in our choice. If there was any opportunity for her to alleviate our stress or take some coordination/work off our plate, she always offered to step in and take over. She truly went above and beyond every step of the way.
  On the day of - Kimberly ran the entire show seamlessly.
  From the photo booth to our ice cream bar, she coordinated it all while making sure the rest of the reception went smoothly. All of our activities and scheduled items moved along without skipping a beat.
  We're so thankful for everything she did to make our day stress-free and unforgettable. We're recommending everyone we know to Kimberly and cannot thank her enough!

  Kimberly saved our wedding!!

  Kimberly is amazing! I was having a wedding nightmare 3 months before the big day with everything falling apart and we were lucky enough to find her in time! She saved us! We were able to literally replan my whole venue/ catering/flowers all thanks to her and her incredible communication and organization skills. I would highly recommend getting Kimberly as your coordinator if you want a stress free wedding day. Thank you Kimberly!
