Gallant knight has a fleet of elegant busses. We originally requested pricing for a smaller bus but ended up booking the 37 seat bus due to the competitive pricing. Our guests appreciated the end of night transportation as did we.
We needed to add an extra run at the end of the night and the team was easy to work with. -

The original party bus we had reserved became unavailable due to an accident in the week leading up to our wedding. Gary was completely transparent and supportive, not hesitating to provide us another vehicle at a discounted cost. The party shuttle was clean, the driver was polite, and we still had a great time in between ceremony and reception. He even stopped at Kwik Trip per bridal party request. Would highly recommend Gallant Knight and plan on using them in the future! -

Gallant Knight was the perfect company for our October wedding! The drivers were extremely punctual, professional, and friendly when transporting our large wedding party. We had a blast in their limo bus! They also had the most competitive pricing I found in the Madison area. We highly recommend them :) -

Gallant Knight Limousine service saved our wedding day due to poor business from a different company. The process to book was easy! Steve, our driver, was on time, friendly and safe! User2204917 Sent on 06/30/2015They were great. We changed the time of our reservation the day of and that was fine. They were about 3 minutes late picking us up, if I am to be picky. Great service. The limo driver took pics for us. They also can be rented by the hour when most limo services are only in 3 hour chunks. -
User1125994 Sent on 04/04/2013We used Gallant Knight for our transportation for offsite pictures and the midnight car service. We rented the Hummer Limo and were very pleased. The guys in the wedding party loved it and it was comfortable for the 9 of us that used it. It was also very easy for the girls and myself to get in and out with our dresses. Our driver was very nice and very flexible to work with our photographer and the places he wanted to stop. We ended up deciding to leave our reception before midnight and called to see if we could get picked up early and our driver had no problem doing so. He also offered to stop somewhere for food or coffee if we needed it. It was really nice to have someone else drive us after a long day and drop us off at our hotel. We ended up going 45 minutes away from our reception and they were able to drive us there at no additional cost. -

I rented a 14-person sprinter van to shuttle guests back to their hotels a few weeks before the wedding. I specifically asked that the van be back at the reception venue at 12:15 am so that family, bridal party, and bride and groom could have the last ride back (service ended at 12:30); it was his job to tell guests that he was waiting for the bridal party and couldn't give any more rides. We got outside and there was NO van. We called the office (they never gave us the driver's contact information like our other transportation company did) and they could not get in touch with the driver. When he finally arrived around 12:30, he was EXTREMELY rude to us (hello, we are the bride and groom!!) and blamed our guests. We were very clear with him that we would not pay for extra time since he did not fulfill the request to pick us up at 12:15 and he said something snarky in return (and his phone was ringing and ringing and he did not answer it... um, that was the office trying to contact him!). We had to call the office after the ride and tell the woman what had happened and ensure that we would not be charged for extra time (what a romantic night of our wedding). A few days later, we were on our mini-moon and I got a voicemail from Larry saying that I never gave him my payment info and that I was evading payment. Obviously, I did give it to him over the phone prior to the wedding and they had already charged me, including tip. He never called back so I'm unsure if he wanted to charge us more or not, but if he did I would fight it. Avoid!!
