  The word AMAZING hardly describes what Emily is!! She was so helpful and wonderful to work with, definitely a superwomen. I originally thought I would just use an aunt to help coordinate the rehearsal and day of events, but one of my closest friends told me how she used Emily and everything went off without a hitch. So I met with Emily and the rest was history! Emily knows her stuff. She never was rude or pushy, but helped remind me of things I needed to be aware of. Our rehearsal and wedding day were perfectly done and I know it was because of Emily. Thank you for all your hard work!

  Emily was a calming force at our wedding. She guided me through the wedding planning process and would gently remind me about things I needed to accomplish ( things you don't think about unless you are a wedding coordinator! ) When you book with Emily, you have access to a checklist she has created to keep every bride on track (you will need it!) and are able to use a variety of items she has at no extra cost! There were so many things I had planned that I know would not have run as smoothly if it weren't for Emily being our day-of-coordinator. I was also very thankful to have Emily there to run the rehearsal the night before the wedding.There is A LOT of coordination that happens on the day of that the bride simply can't do alone- or with Aunt Betty's, best friend Mary's, and grandma Sue's help (even if she thinks she is superwoman!) If you want to be able to relax, have fun, and enjoy every moment on your wedding day and not have to worry about a single thing- Emily is your gal! She will take care of you, make sure your vendors are rockin' and rollin', put out fires, and make sure your wedding ceremony and reception are exactly how you envision it.

  Emily was the perfect day of coordinator for our wedding. We could not have gotten it off without her. We did a lot of the planning and arranging for our wedding, but on the day of we could not have been making sure that everything was going smooth behind the scenes. Emily did that, and did it flawlessly. Everything felt smooth to us, and several friends and family also commented on how smooth the event went and on how friendly, accommodating, and hospitable Emily was to them personally.
  
  We live in Baltimore, and arranging things with Emily in Houston was a breeze. She really helped allay any of our anxieties about our big day. She is a super sweet person to work with and was reassuring and knowledgable when it came to making certain choices about our schedule and arrangements. She was efficient and focused, a good listener, and collaborator.
  
  Emily handled a few last minute adjustments seamlessly, and she delightfully surprised us by tweaking a few things that we didn't get quite right.
  
  It is a huge understatement to say that we could not have pulled off our wedding without her. Given all the moving parts, there was no way that we would have been able coordinate behind the scenes on the day of the wedding and still enjoy ourselves and be present to our guests. With Emily there, we were left to enjoy our family and friends, enjoy the great food, and dance the night away.
  
  Emily was a gift to us on our wedding day. We will not forget her contribution. She is THE BEST choice for a day of wedding planner.

  Emily is a fantastic partner! I went to her looking for assistance with gift ideas, and not only did she come back with a variety of unique and spot-on suggestions, she did it in record time. I look forward to working with her on many projects in the future!

  Emily did a fantastic job as the "stage manager" or day of coordinator of our wedding. I'm so glad we decided to hire her! We had a couple of in-person meetings before the event and we always walked away from those meetings feeling reassured and better off than when we went in. She was extremely organized, professional, and responsive to email. On the day of, she did an incredible job running the event, and went above and beyond. She made sure we both had food and drinks, she bustled my wedding gown like a pro when my maid of honor got flustered, and she even dealt with a tricky mom situation. All in all, I do not think that our wedding would have gone as smoothly without Emily, and we definitely were able to enjoy ourselves more because of her help. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for wedding planning or wedding coordination services!

  I am so grateful to have had Emily Freas, of Galas and Gifts, as the planner and "day of" coordinator for my daughter's wedding!!! Because of Emily, my husband and I were able to fully enjoy every moment of our daughter's special day, worry free! Emily took care of EVERYTHING!!! During the planning stage, Emily thought of things my daughter and I had never even considered. She was onhand during every aspect of the ceremony and the reception, so that events of the evening flowed smooothly and efficiently. The bridesmaids' bouquets, groomsmen's boutonnieres, and special corsages she made were amazing! Our daughter's day was perfect because of Emily.

  Emily was an awesome wedding planner and coordinator. She really helped us dealing with unresponsive vendors. She also recommended some of the best vendors we ended up using. She helped us come up with a workable time line and coordinate everything. During the rehearsal and the wedding and reception she handled everything. There were problems I didn't even know existed until weeks later because she just handled it. Generally she was very easy to reach and quick to respond. She did miss an appointment we had made to meet with a vendor one time but it was fine and she more than made up for it. Her prices were very reasonable as well.
