Gail johnson is wonderful!

Gail Johnson was professional and KIND! In today's world that was important to me and my now wife. We had a domestic destination wedding in Atlanta and Gail was able to connect me with the best venues, MUA's, photographers, and even a great cleaners with a one day turn around for our wedding outfits. As a lesbian couple she was very accepting and knowledgeable of the community and understood that we were did not want to work with anyone that was not of the same mind. On our wedding day, Gail was absolutely FABULOUS and we wanted and needed for nothing. Our day ran smoother than I could have every imagined and her only requirement of us was to ENJOY OUR DAY!

Gail was absolutely awesome! She attended to our needs immediately and professionally. She was caring and very knowledgeable. Throughout our entire process from choosing a venue to picking vendors to the actual wedding day Gail was so helpful, understanding, and in tune with our needs as a couple. Amazing Experience

We found Gail a little late in our planning journey but she hopped on board and started working with us as if she was there from day one! Her and her team helped make our wedding day seamless and beautiful ! Would 10/10 recommend !

Effortless experience

Gail was always available and willing to assist. She helped from picking the wedding location to physically carrying my shoes and bustling my dress at the wedding. A true professional that treats you like family.

Best Wedding Planner Above and Beyond

I was referred to her by a friend and boy was that a blessing! Gail was 101% all in. So organized, great with follow-up, offered decor advice, really felt like she cared like she is in the family now forever haha! Her timelines were down to the minute and she has a GREAT list of vendors and they aren't just your basic super expensive PTE. I love Gail, book her!!! Her assistant Samera for the day of was fantastic as well. They are a great team

Amazing experience with an amazing lady!

Ms. Gail worked with us over 2 years to plan the wedding of our dreams! From start to finish she was on top of everything and helped to make sure we were stress free! She is amazing and definitely a part of our family now! 10/10 recommend!!

Full disclosure: my review may be biased because Gail is my husband's grandmother.
BUT our wedding was so much better than I could've imagined. Mrs. Gail has been planning weddings for years and it's evident. We live in a different state from where the wedding took place and planning a wedding via email wasn't easy but she took care of everything. She has great contacts with a variety vendors and gave us excellent recommendations. She also has a WONDERFUL team behind her who helped take care of things on our wedding day. We really couldn't have asked for a better wedding and planner! :)

Outstanding Wedding Coordination Services!!

Gail is the absolute best wedding coordinator!
I wanted to be stress free on our wedding day and Gail gave me the confidence that everything would be taken care of!

Her staff was on point! Gail coordinated with all vendors behind the scenes giving us less to worry about leading up to the wedding. Booking Gail was the BEST decision I made during my wedding planning process. I have a type A personality and I like to be hands on with everything, but it was very refreshing to let go and allow Gail's team to make our dream wedding a reality. They did not disappoint! Her outgoing personality made it very easy to build trust and make progress early on. She was a pleasure to work with.

Her vendor recommendations were amazing as well! We had an out of state wedding and ended up booking our videographer, hair stylist, makeup artist, DJ, and florist based on Gail's recommendations. She was respectful of our budget and understood how to optimize our planning experience. All of our vendors were amazing, thanks to Gail's recommendations. I would highly recommend her for wedding coordination!!

Absolutely AMAZING!!!

I would recommend Ms. Gail and her services 100 times over!!! She was amazing throughout the entire process. She felt like family immediately and treated me as such. She was very knowledgeable about all things concerning my wedding.

On the day of my wedding, I wanted for nothing. I felt like a complete princess. Her staff was incredible!!! I will definitely do events with Ms. Gail in the future!

Gail was an absolute God-send! She made our wedding day operate smoothly and on schedule. It was so easy for me to relax and just enjoy the moment knowing that Gail had everything covered. Gail and her staff were all very professional, responsive and proactive! From making sure all of my bridesmaid were on schedule for make up to making sure I ate and that all my belongings arrived safely back to me, nothing was missed! There's really no advice to give. Gail was FLAWLESS in planning our wedding as it was 3 years in the making. Even when we took a small break with the planning she never forgot myself or my wife. The days and weeks of planning and leading up the wedding were as smooth as possible thanks to her. On our wedding day Gail and her team were there every step of the way. From setting the rehearsal and rehearsal dinners to her and her assistants helping out my wife and I with anything we needed before, during, and after the wedding. Without Gail we seriously could not have pulled it off. She is worth every dollar and we were blessed to have her coordinate our wedding.

We got married on 10/09/16 and Gail Johnson was our wedding planner. She made sure everything went smoothly and was extremely professional! She was there to provide valuable advice during the planning session and recommendations for vendors! The day of the wedding, she and her team were absolutely phenomenal!! They were there every step of the way and made sure our day went off without a hitch! Her and her team were the absolute best!! Gail Johnson truly cares about her customers. She knew what was important to us and would made sure we got it (if it was possible). For me, a pastor who was spiritually in tune and could give a message to our guests meant everything. Little did we know, our pastor would have a death in the family the week before the wedding. Gail helped us find and schedule an amazing minister, my fraternity brother, Rev. Dr. Murriel. This is just one of the many connections, gifts and talents Gail provides. Gail connected us with designer and, cake decorators and musicians that would make our day. Undoubtedly the best wedding planner, if you're not into factory weddings.

I'm so happy we hired Gail as our wedding planner. She was referred to us by my mother's friend and it was the best decision we made! Gail was amazing. She truly made our wedding the best day of our lives. She really understood our vision for our wedding and recommended the best vendors to carry out the vision. She was very creative and full of great ideas. She is very responsive to emails, answering within minutes and is always one phone call away. She also let me visit her office whenever I wanted to stop by. She was always there when I needed her, helping me dodge every bullet and obstacle that came our way. Our wedding day went so smoothly because Gail was so prepared and made sure everything was handled. Gail and her assistant Dorlise were like heaven on Earth making sure I had everything I needed. Our day was perfect and I owe a lot of credit to Gail.

As I was told by several of my vendors, Gail Johnson is the Rolls Royce of wedding planners, not just in Atlanta but anywhere in the country. I was a very particular bride and as an attorney, I get very involved in the details. Gail exceeded every possibly expectation I had. No matter what wild idea I called her with, she had a vendor to suggest or an answer to provide. Our wedding would not have been the success it was without Gail! Starting with the venue choice all the way down to practicing with the flower girls and coordinating vendor personalities, Gail handled it all! I am looking forward to the next party I throw just so I can hire Gail again. She is high class, high energy and a creative professional in all areas. Love her!

Gail is an amazing wedding coordinator. I find Gail’s information under Google search engine. I am in the United States and was stationed at Fort Knox, KY trying to plan a wedding in Atlanta, GA. I was stressed out with work and needed much help planning our special day. Gail was a breath of fresh air and she ensured me that she had everything under control. If you are searching for someone to assist you in planning your special occasion then Gail is definitely the person to contact. The day of our wedding, Gail was awesome and she took extra care of me to ensure I was taken care of due to prior medical issues. Gail has a heart of gold. I absolutely love her and her humbleness. I very rarely write reviews. This is my first on Wedding wire and probably the only I'll do. Gail Johnson was the best decision I made!!!! She was literally like an angel on my wedding day and so attentive and understanding throughout the entire process. I had an overbearing mother, a bridesmaid with an attitude, issues with the grooms attire and probably countless other things going on that day that I was unaware of. But Gail handled it ALL. I was all smiles from the beginning of the day and for weeks after and I attribute it all to Gail. She was somehow everywhere I needed her to be and if she wasn't, her assistant was right there. I'd turn around to look for something and she'd come ask me if I needed anything. It was an awesome feeling! I have and will continue to recommend Gail to everyone I know.

Gail did an AMAZING job! I could not have asked for a better wedding planner. She has a well-deserved reputation for being the best. Gail has extensive relationships with top wedding vendors. There were some outside forces outside of her control that interfered with her planning my wedding the way she and I envisioned it, but she always exuded tremendous patience and class. Her staff helped make sure I felt like and was treated as a queen. Over time she became more of a friend or felt like family in addition to being a fabulous wedding planner and consultant. I cannot say enough great things about Gail and her outstanding wedding planning services.

Gail was more like a friend or family member than someone contracted to work with us!
By that I mean she was extremely personable and responsive, even to my panicked email ideas at midnight.
Our wedding's guest list was flawlessly handled by her website and her staff helped get all our guests' meals in order. They remembered details that even I forgot about on the day of. She and her staff saved the day at my reception by bustling my dress by hand when the loop that was sewn in magically disappeared.
I would definitely recommend Gail Johnson Weddings!

Gail and her assistant Samera were outstanding! They made my special day go by very smoothly and stress free. If there were any hiccups in the day, they were unbekownst to me which was perfect. My husband and I cannot express how thankful we are to Gail Johnson of Gail Johnson Wedding and Events. Gail was the best planner that a couple could ask for. From our first meeting my husband and I knew she would able to help us accomplish our wedding vision. Gail helped us operationalize our vision by using her knowledge of the industry to guide us in the decision making process. She was very responsive and followed up with us during the entire planning. All her efforts helped make our wedding such a special moment that still amazes me every time I think of it.

Gail’s many years of wedding planning experience and great professional relationships with excellent vendors made the process of building our dream team possible. Gail’s calming spirit helped us get through the planning process without any regrets. Every vendor we met with spoke so highly of her work ethic. Her reputation in the business is top-notch.

The day of the wedding, Gail and her staff were there to take care of all of our needs. We have received so many compliments on how stress free my husband and I were. All I can say is that our confidence in Gail Johnson helped make our day an enjoyable time where we were able to focus on each other instead of worrying how the day would flow.

Our wedding was better than anything we could have imagined thanks to Gail. Our guest were able to experience firsthand the love my husband have for each other, by the small personal touches Gail helped us plan. I am beyond thankful for every great memory of our wedding day that she helped create.

My husband and I still continue to receive compliments on how stunningly beautiful our wedding was. When we reflect back on our wedding day, the memories continue to bring us an unspeakable joy. Gail Johnson is truly the best in the business. Her attention to detail, knowledge regarding her craft is amazing. Mrs. Johnson walked with us from beginning to end. Gail Johnson is the best planner that I could have asked for. I wasn't the bride who wanted to be very hands on when it came to design. She listened to my basic ideas and executed a reception that was in short phenomenal. OUSTANDING JOB!!
Gail Johnson came through for us beyond what we could have even imagined. Gail was creative, calm, and extremely capable. I was so HAPPY to be in her hands and she worked very hard to make the best wedding experience EVER! It's been three years now and my guest are still complementing my husband and I on our FABULOUS wedding. I can't thank her enough for making our wedding day so SPECTACULAR. I can't imagine planning my wedding without her help. Having Gail, a well capable event planner, who organize everything from day one, was a dream come true. Not once did Gail fail to address our concerns, which resulted in a stress free wedding experience for us and our families. Our special day was executed flawlessly, we still can't identify any miss steps. Gail was an absolute professional and took care of our concerns effectivley and efficiently. When a vendor forgot a microphone stand Gail made a call and had a replacement mic stand in a matter of minutes. Gail is organized and hiring her as our day of coordinator was the best investment we made in our wedding...we are so grateful.

Gail was so wonderful! She made every part of my wedding day flow smoothly. She was quick to respond to all of my concerns, which is very great during wedding planning. I promise you won't regret getting Gail as a wedding planner!

It was an absolute pleasure for me to work with Gail Johnson. Gail has many established relationships with vendors throughout the Atlanta area and she brings a wealth of experience to the table when you hire her as your Wedding Planner. During the time that I worked with Gail, she was a true professional with excellent work ethic, enthusiasm, and passion for job. She has extensive knowledge and experience when it comes to Wedding Planning, and I am so thankful that I hired Gail.

Gail and her Assistants did a phenomenal job with the coordination of my wedding ceremony and reception at Chateau Elan Winery and Resort. Gail's knowledge, determination, attitude, and perseverance for the job makes her one of the best when it comes to wedding planning. She was very responsive to email as well as phone calls, and I have to say that her leadership, communication, and organizational skills are all refined attributes that serve her well and makes her an exceptional Wedding Planner.

What can I say??? Gail Johnson is hands down the BEST wedding coordinator on the planet. Words cannot express of how professional, sweet, kind, very knowledgeable, and smart she is. She knows the industry inside and out, and just took over. I had a stress free wedding day, she and her team handled everything!! I didn't have to worry about a thing, she had it all under control. Gail is the best thing that ever happened to a bride!!

Gail Johnson is awesome! She helped plan our wedding which took place in Atlanta, even though I was living in Toronto, CA at the time. Her level of professionalism and creativity is outstanding. Both my husband and I loved working with Gail. Thank you Gail, for making our big day stress free so that we were able to really enjoy our wedding.

Gail was personable, efficient, and extremely professional. She made our wedding preparations stress free and fun. I enjoyed every moment working with Gail. Her responsiveness to emails and calls from not only me, the bride, but my mom were always prompt and accurate. Her resources and contacts were astounding. She arranged meetings with some of the best vendors in Atlanta, all within my budget! She made me feel as though my wedding was the event of the year, I felt like royalty!

I cannot put into words how grateful we were to have found the perfect wedding planner in Gail Johnson. From our first conversation my husband and I knew she would able to make our wedding dreams a reality. Gail was able to take every one of our ideas and transform it into a perfect celebration.

During the planning process, Gail introduced us to the highest quality vendors and guided us to find those who best fit our needs. She handled everything with great professionalism and a wonderful spirit. She truly did make planning a wedding painless and enjoyable.

On the big day, Gail and her staff were there to take care of all of our needs. We have received so many compliments on how uniquely beautiful our celebration was; no one has seen a wedding run so smoothly. All of this I contribute to Gail Johnson.

Our wedding was greater than anything I could have imagined thanks to Gail. I am beyond thankful for every great memory of our wedding day that she helped to create, and I highly recommend that any bride allow Gail Johnson to plan her wedding.

There is no way my husband and I can express how grateful we are for Gail Johnson. Having a great reputation that precedes her, it was clear upon the first meeting why Gail comes recommended. As an out-of-state bride living in Chicago, I had my fair share of anxiety, wondering how I was going to plan a wedding from another state! After speaking with Gail and reviewing her work, my anxiety subsided.

Gail’s many years of wedding planning experience and great professional relationships with excellent vendors, gave us complete confidence in her abilities. During the planning process I was extremely impressed with Gail's professionalism, direction and responsiveness.

When the big day came, her talent and organizational skills shined, allowing me to enjoy every moment of my wedding day without anxiety or stress. Her attention to detail was only matched by the thoughtfulness and support that she so selflessly provided until the very end.

My husband and I still continue to receive compliments on how beautiful and flawless our wedding was. When we reflect back on our wedding day, the memories continue to bring a smile to our faces. Mrs. Gail Johnson provided exceptional service for our small wedding. We appreciated her accommodating our needs on the day of the wedding which was to be able to steal small moments here and there with one another taking time to enjoy our catering services and celebrate privately right after getting married! While we were taking photographs she provided us our hor d'oeuvres which we appreciated. She's a wedding planner that will assist you wonderfully on the day of the wedding and she will keep you on schedule and your guests on schedule throughout the day.
