The Photographer I needed
Gael was absolutely wonderful! We eloped in Vermont and had to change the venue due to the weather. She went above and beyond to capture the right moments and even helped with the dress since I was alone. Everything turned out exactly how it needed to and I cannot thank her enough for all her help. -

I cannot recommend Gael Cantlin Photography high enough. From the beginning, she made our wedding photography journey stress free and creative. Her energy and excitement about finding the most beautiful photography spots around my venue made us excited for the photo portion of our day, and she worked professionally and efficiently. Gael had expert communication skills, and checked-in to plan out the photography plan at all the right intervals, making our life easier and easing any worries. When her second photographer fell through due to sickness, she immediately notified us that she had an amazing replacement, Jess. Gael and Jess were an awesome team and clearly have so much wedding photography experience. Gael and Jess got my husband and I to get into a canoe on a lake in our wedding attire for the most epic photos and private moment between my then fiancé and I before the ceremony. One of the main reasons we were drawn to Gael when we saw her work at another wedding was her ability to get candids of guests in motion on the dance floor. We just got a chance to look through all of our wedding photos from Gael and Jess and we could not be happier. The portraits are all well composed pieces, and the candids are so crisp and full of life. Gael and Jess were extremely generous and flexible with their time on the day of our wedding, showing up earlier than required and ensuring that they had everything ready for the big day. The way that Gael and Jess worked together ensured that all angles and parts of our day were covered. They were both extremely kind and helpful as the day progressed, causing us to relax and feel like we were in good hands. Our guests and families loved working with them and now they are obsessed with the photos. Gael surprised us by sending a beautiful, personalized box with printed photos from our wedding, along with a fancy flash-drive with over 4,000 files from our day. We were not expecting to get such a special and personal touch, showing how thoughtful, caring, and professional Gael’s work is. Gael’s excitement about our venue was contagious and fueled her artistic flare for our photoshoot and her ease in navigating a venue she had never worked at before was impressive. If you are looking for a professional, extremely talented, stress-free, artistic, trustworthy, and communicative photographer and photographer team, Gael Cantlin Photography is your clear answer. -

Through the entire wedding process, Gael was incredibly courteous and flexible. My wife and I realized that we needed her help for longer than we initially estimated, and Gael was wonderfully accommodating in changing her plans to stay for the whole event.
I usually dislike standing for photos, but Gael was so efficient and professional that we were able to take prep photos, portrait shots, and family shots in quick succession.
During the ceremony, I never noticed Gael moving around, but like a photography ninja, she was able to take shots from multiple angles to ensure that we got some beautiful images.
Overall, Gael is a wonderful photographer, and we really appreciate all of her help in giving us some great mementoes from our big day.

Gael is one of the most genuinely caring and professional wedding photographers available. She made the wedding party and all of the guests feel relaxed as she unobtrusively photographed the many special moments. In addition, Gael guided my daughter and her fiance with wedding picture planning advice as they planned their special day. She truly became part of our family and we thank her so much.
