Gabro Events was recommended to us by our wedding planner as a preferred vendor. We had a great experience working with them for coordinating our rental items throughout the entire process from planning, delivery, set up, and pick up. We rented green glasses and champagne blush napkins as part of our reception table arrangements and were so pleased with the quality of the items. We also rented draping for the backdrop of our photo-op wall which truly brought the vision for that space to life. The staff at Gabro were very professional and provided a fantastic service. I would absolutely recommend renting with Gabro for your event!

Great chair rental!
Perfect, affordable chair rental experience! Couldn’t be happier with the drop off, set up, and pick up processes, and the chairs were lovely! We were married at Opal Sands Resort in July 2023 and ordered 130 Crossback Chairs (Brown) with cushions, and they were exactly what we hoped for. Gabro is very easy to work with. Book them now!

Excellent services and decor!
Gabro Events were recommended to us by our venue as a preferred vendor partner. Angel worked closely with us and presented us with so many great ideas that went with our theme and it was great that Gabro was already familiar with the venue. We rented a few items such as draping, centerpieces, cloth napkins, and most importantly our dance floor! The draping they provided for our ceremony was beyond gorgeous and provided as the backdrop for our altar. We were absolutely amazed by how quickly and elegantly they set up everything together. It really set the ambiance for our wedding and we are more than satisfied that they worked with us to make this all possible.

Finishing touches that made everything complete!

As a local wedding coordinator, it can be difficult to find reliable, professional and hard-working rental companies. Gabro is ALL of the above. Exceeded Expectations!
Gabro was a beautiful edition to our Wedding day! We loved them and we could tell that they had a good team, including those who handled the emails all the way to the set up crew.
We gave them a perfect score because that's how they delivered throughout the whole process overall.
Let's start with the thing that didn't go absolutely great, but their response is praiseworthy:
- We had a few items show up incorrect, or not on time, but it was due to one of their employees transitioning out of the job so our account was bounced between a few managers so we understand the confusion. Out of their control basically! And we, like any other wedding couple, changed our minds a few times. So that didn't help them trying to ensure the details were executed well, but they made it happen stress-free anyways! And I like their character that they chose to not gossip or blame the old employee for not communicating well, but they owned the mistake and worked hard for us!
What they did well:
- Their prices are phenomenal
- Communication & Patience
- Quality of decor (Outstanding!)
- Set up crew was kind, punctual, & hardworking
- Day-of transitioning of seats from ceremony to reception was no easy task, but they did an excellent job
- We lost some of their linens after the wedding, and it could have been easy to be frustrated at us for messing that up, but they were nice and it is resolved!
Overall, we loved having them be one of our vendors, and we HIGHLY recommend them to any and every person planning an event or wedding. They will elevate your event beyond any expectation you set!!
Last note, we spent more than most people might because we transformed a space that isn't normally a venue. But their decor and items gave it a whole new atmosphere of love, fun, and class.

We had our wedding in October and Gabro Event Services were amazing! They were super professional and truly cared about our big day. They don’t take any shortcuts with their work and it shows. Beautiful Decorations and Rentals
Gabro's owner, Kabe came out to the site personally and helped us figure out everything we needed to make our wedding perfect and beautiful. They came a couple days early to set up and when they were short a lights, they came back out and fixed it for us. Every time I called, the girls were always helpful and listed off all my rentals to be sure everything was there. They wrapped trees in lights and set up a gorgeous chandelier at the ceremony site, which was the go-to place for guests to take pictures together. They did such a beautiful job and we'd highly recommend using Gabro for all your rentals!

We used Gabro Event Services for our lighting for our wedding at the Davis Islands Garden Club in May 2019. While lighting seems like such a small detail, it sets the atmosphere for the reception. Their team set up and broke down in a timely manner, and the lighting sections we chose were perfect for the number of guests we had at the reception. The lighting was the absolute perfect touch, and Kabe was very helpful making sure I had lighting in the right areas and staying within our budget.

WOW! Where do we begin! We used Gabro Event Services for our wedding and we are so happy we did. Kabe turned our vision into reality….. We had him do a beautiful beach setup with draping, up-lights, bistro lights and white furniture all out in the sand. It was beyond what I had hoped. The set-up was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, the lighting was amazing and his placement of furniture for our beach wedding reception was spot on! We also used him as our DJ and he set up a stage and sound equipment for Sevendust who was kind enough to play some songs at our wedding! He is so easy to work with, friendly and truly cared about making our event the best it could be. Gabro did a Fantastic job for our 1-4-19 wedding. They provided our market lighting and Chivari chairs for 149 guests. Communication was excellent throughout, payment reminders were sent ahead of due date and they had a convenient online payment system (thank god as I hate dealing with checks). They also showed up right on time and were there prior to me delivering all the alcohol the morning of the event. Everything was perfect and the supervisor was there the whole time making sure every table was set exactly where needed.

We initially contacted Gabro Event Services to handle the decor for our wedding (table cloths, chairs, etc), and in the end we also used them for florals after our previous florist did not work out, in addition to day of coordination. Amanda Gabro was our primary form of contact from start to end and she was hands down one of the most hard working people we have ever met! She did our day of coordination herself after her initial DoC was no longer able to coordinate our wedding. She stuck with us from beginning to end and went above and beyond for us. On our wedding day, her crew was there to set everything up. She was there to ensure everything ran smoothly, including important things such as the timeline of the wedding to small things such as making sure the bridal party was hydrated throughout the day. She never appeared to be overwhelmed, flustered, upset, etc. She handled everything with a smile; our bridal party, parents, and even our guests raved about her! At the end of our wedding (1am) her crew came back on the spot to pack everything up. Amanda is truly one of a kind and we would recommend her for any type of wedding! What an amazing team at Gabro. Interacted with the owner at the early stages of our wedding preparation who gave us some great advice about selecting vendors. Gabro was honest about the services they provide versus others and painted a clear picture of why they were the best. He encouraged us to look around but we found time and time again that Gabro offered the best value and service for our wedding date. What started as just a rental for a dance floor became a rental for over-head string lighting, wrapping trees with lights, outdoor space heaters, you name it. Gabro does it all - and they do it at a price that is better value than the competition. I highly encourage you to use Gabro for your event.

Kabe Gabro of Gabro Event Services is the best professional in the Event Services Industry. Kabe did an excellent job in DJ services, ballroom decorations, and announcements. We picked out songs through his state of the art website which he played throughout the Ceremony and Reception and he even added songs for us, too. Kabe and team had a HUGE impact on our wedding. I was SO overwhelmed as I started the planning process, then I discovered Gabro Event Services. Kabe put me at ease instantly! We used him for drapery, lighting, centerpieces, chairs, ceremony music and reception DJ (he's FAB)! Utilizing him for all of those services made planning SO much easier. He also has a portal where you can input all of your details and music that you want (and don't want) played. It wasn't only an AMAZING outcome but a super fun experience. The only word I have to describe my wedding day is "PERFECT"!

There aren't enough good things that I can say about Gabro Events!! They were absolutely amazing!! I hired them for my wedding in February 18, 2017 for uplighting, a fairy light back drop and for our monogrammed gobo, and they set them up better then I could have even asked for!! They were responsive, helpful, and answered all of my questions whenever I needed anything! If you need anything, contact them and you won't be sorry, they made my wedding absolutely amazing!!!!!!!

Kabe is incredible. I previously had the pleasure of working at a location that used Kabe and Gabro Event Services religiously for everything from linens to pipe and drape to uplighting to specialty furniture. Recently, I was tasked with planning a grand opening party for an executive office suite. I immediately thought of Kabe, whose prices are extremely reasonable, demeanor is upbeat, work is thorough, and rentals are beautiful. I feel lucky that I was able to use him again. It was a simple request, red carpet and stanchions with rope, but this grand opening has the bar set high and Kabe never disappoints. I've seen him transform entire rooms with pipe and drape and make brides and grooms look like queens and kings with his specialty furniture.

Can not say enough about Gabro Event Services! Professional, so easy to work with.. I was emailing Cabe at midnite the night before my son's wedding with Greek song selections and he came through. He provided DJ service, lighting, linens . I highly recommend this company for a stress-free event!
Adding on to this , I had the pleasure of using Kabe again for my daughters Sweet 16 in March . Words can't describe how beautiful it turned out . We went with a morracan theme and this time I also met beautiful Amanda . Not only did Kabe do another great job as a DJ , lighting (floor and uplights) , draping , linens, but Amanda also worked her magic on creating beautiful floral center pieces and setting up a tent to go with the "theme" . She totally got our vision from the start . Guests were blown away !!! They are without a doubt worth every penny!!!!

I initially booked with Gabro Event Services for their draping, chairs and string lights services. When we initially met with Kabe, he was very professional and actually let me tell him my vision and worked out details like draping patterns. He did not rushed us in any of the creative process. Every time I had a question he was sure to answer with details. A week before our wedding, the DJ we had booked with another company canceled on us. So naturally we panicked. Not only did we needed a DJ but a bilingual DJ! I was very nervous as it was a week away and what took us months to find we had to replace in a week. I called Kabe and luckily he had one available. We were so lucky! The DJ did an amazing job! It was him and his wife who made sure the timeline was kept on time. He was familiar with all genres of music in both English and Spanish. The crowd was dancing the entire night, but most importantly my husband and I had so much fun. I can't thank Kabe enough for everything his company did for us. The only thing I regret is not booking everything through Gabro this would of saved us a lot of headaches.

Gabro Events provided chiavari chairs and beautiful draping to make the reception place a magical, beautiful place for my daughter's destination wedding. Kabe was the best to work with. Kabe was prompt in returning my phone calls and emails as well as adjusting his schedule so that my daughter could meet with him on my daughter's time schedule. This was so helpful since this was a destination wedding and my daughter would only be in Tampa on a very limited and last minute notice before the wedding. I can't say enough good things about his professionalism and helpful suggestions. I live in the Tampa area part-time, so after my daughter decided what she wanted from Gabro Events I worked directly with Kabe. It is very refreshing to work with such a nice person.

Their drapes were the main attraction at my wedding ceremony.
The color and quality of the drapes were EVERYTHING I wanted!!
Perfect is not the word... it was beyond perfect.
I used them for outside draping and inside draping. Gabro was also willing to work with my florist and my backdrop draping project came out beautiful.
Gabro created a custom design for me and it was executed perfectly.
All of my wedding guests were talking about how amazing the draping was.
I wish I could post a picture of how amazing it was.
These are high end, great quality drapes.
The company is amazing and great with responding to messages and calls.
They set up the drapes timely, and also broke down all of the equipment 2 hours after the wedding was over. I am 100% satisfied with the drapes... I love looking back at the pictures that the photographer took of the drapes! They were the highlight of my ceremony space.

Originally we didn't plan on having lights for our reception. When we arrived to the Trade Winds Gabe had setup a wedding the night before our wedding. The setup was so beautiful and pretty that I had to have those lights for our wedding. We got a hold of Gabe the next morning. His crew had already taken the lights down. He said he would come back and set them up for us the next morning. He was true to his word and the lights were amazing. If you are on the fence about lighting I would recommend it. And recommend Gabe.

Working with Gabe was terrific, he was organized, professional, and we could tell from the beginning he was very experienced as a DJ. We used Gabo Event Services for up lighting, gobo, and DJ services. Kabe was wonderful to work with. He provided quick response time to all of my questions and was very professional. The gobo was hand designed to match our invitations and wedding monogram. It was truly stunning. The uplighting gave the room the perfect amount of color. Kabe was able to adjust the color to achieve my desired look quickly and effortlessly. Lastly and most importantly, Kabe is an awesome DJ. The dance floor was packed all night long. He picked the right songs to get all age groups on the dance floor throughout the night. We had so many guests come up to us after the wedding raving about how great our DJ was. I would highly recommend Kabe to my friends and family!

It really accented out wedding colors without being too overpowering. There was also a backdrop with twinkle lights behind that really pulled the whole room together. Thank you Kabe for helping to create a very magical night for us!!

Kabe was a pleasure to work with! My husbands taste in music is very different than mine. He was able to play a mix and wide variety of everything! He had everyone dancing. People who don't dance were dancing! We actually ended up extending our reception because no one would get off the dance floor! He happily kept playing. I was able to meet with him ahead of time to discuss what we wanted and he was very professional and always available for questions. I would definitely work with him again. He was even able to deal with my demanding family the day of the wedding.He handled everything with grace and ease. He was always accommodating and professional. I would highly recommend him. We got married in October 2014 and used Gabro Event Services for the DJ and Slideshow presentation. He did an AMAZING job and got everyone dancing the ENTIRE time. He kept up his energy and was able to sense what the crowd wanted. He was also a huge help with time management -- he let us know when it was time to cut the cake/garter toss/bouquet toss/etc.
The best part was he stayed until the very end and he even was able to catch footage on his phone of me and my HUSBAND crowd surfing (unfortunately the videographer and photographer had already left, so THANKFULLY he was able to capture it!!!)
He was great to work with and his website made it very easy to stay up to date with when payments are due, we were able to add more services easily, and his timeline was helpful in keeping us organized. We were also able to choose our must-play songs and do-not play songs so he was able to get a feel for what other types of songs he should include.
He customized everything just for our wedding -- it felt special!
He was on time for all our meetings and he responds back promptly.
He's polite, caring, genuine, and professional. Gabro Event Services is the company to choose. If we had to go back and do it again, we would choose Gabro again. Don't bother wasting your precious time looking at other DJ vendors -- Gabro does it ALL and he's GREAT at it!

We requested Gabro services for our hall decor and they were amazing!! The team was very easy to reach and communicate our ideas with. They had very valuable advice to offer and were very on point. Gabro Events provided the beach decorations/alter and PA system that I needed for my daughters wedding. I live in Illinois so you can imagine planning this with someone so far away. Kabe was great and even met with me before the wedding to review our needs to make sure we were comfortable with his services. I would definitely recommend Gabro Event Services.

We were fortunate to meet Kabe when we we're booking our wedding venue and immediately could tell that he was the guy for us. He was very friendly and professional and we felt confident that we could leave most of it in his capable hands. Kabe handled our DJ and lighting services and we couldn't have been happy with the outcome. Kabe was tentive throughout the whole process and responded immediately to emails and allowed us last minute access to our music list to make changes 12 hours before we walked down the isle!!!! We really couldn't have asked for a better DJ and would recommend him in a heartbeat. The next time we need a DJ, we know who we will be calling. Amazing job!!!!

We were very happy with Kabe and his company's performance. His drapes and lights made a huge difference to the look of our wedding venue. We used a simple draped wall for our ceremony and covered the entire wall behind our sweetheart table with drapery and LED lights. Everything ended up looking amazing. One word of advice. If you plan on using drapes for an outdoor ceremony, make sure it is not a windy day or the drapery will be all over the place. This is not an installation or product issue, but rather a windy day that none of us predicted. We still give this vendor 5 stars across the board!

KABE WAS PHENOMENAL!!!! He went above and beyond our expectations! He is simply the best!! He did our ceremony music, cocktail music, reception music, made a custom mixed song for my father daughter dance, uplighting which was absolutely stunning, linens which the colors were so spot on that it was almost like it was taken from the same color lot as my bridal party attire, and I also used one of his officiants, George Doumanian Jr., who was wonderful to work with and had an awesome sense of humor! Everything about Gabro Event Services is 100% A+!!!

Words can not begin to describe my satisfaction with the quality of service that I received with Garbo Event Services. They really brought the vision that I had for my wedding to life and I was thoroughly impressed with the final product. Our wedding celebration party would not have been the same without the professional and very personal DJ Gabe. He managed to get our guests in the right mood and played in to the crowd and adjusted his music and style perfectly during the event.
