Vic was phenomenal!!! I knew from our first meeting in person that he was going to be awesome. Throughout our 4 date changes, he was always there for us throughout the planning process. Our wedding on 5/1/21 at Casa Lantana is everything we wanted and more. DJ Vic made that happen. We were so happy with him and how everything went music wise. He was prompt with our timeline and we got so many compliments from our guests about him. He's a fellow New Yorker too just like me so that was fun :) Highly recommend Vic for your wedding!! -

Victor Garcia was our DJ at our wedding at Casa Lantana. He had amazing energy and was great to work with. Our wedding guests had a fantastic time and I give him the credit for keeping them on their feet the whole night. We had a blast and I would recommend him to anyone.

Victor was a phenomenal DJ! He gave us so many lists of different genres of music to help us choose exactly what we wanted for our wedding day. We also had a specific timeline with songs for each activity that was done (wedding party, bridal entrance, recessional, cake cutting, etc). We changed the songs so many times with the latest change being less than 2 weeks before the wedding! Victor was very flexible and a great DJ. He encouraged people to get up and dance all night and made lots of jokes. He also gave us a CD of all the songs we had on our timeline! What a wonderful keepsake! Thank you Victor for being so amazing! -

Unfortunately this DJ came with our package at Casa Lantana so we just went with him even though we could tell from our first meeting he wasn't great. We didn't care for his attitude and he didn't seem to care much about our "must play song list" or list of suggested songs. He played what he wanted to play and our guests made the best of it but the music was VERY outdated and not what we asked for at all. He was playing a bunch of 80s hits...We complained during the wedding and he still was doing his own thing. He played maybe 5 of our songs. We spent alot of time picking our own music to incorporate into his mix of songs and he ignored most of it.
He talks too much and tries to "run the show" but does it poorly. I would not recommend this DJ for weddings at all. Our guests complained about the music as well although he claims to play music according to the vibes of the crowd. This man doesn't know what a vibe is. As the bride and groom we should be able to hear our music we have chosen for the night period! Even if you do claim to go with the vibes it is our special night to remember forever and unfortunately the music played is not really something we want to remember.
We regret not asking for our own dj from outside of the venue.
