    We used G & G Limo for our "get away" car. We came out to kind a beautiful Escalade Limo ready to take us for a night on the town. The driver took us to our house and picked up the rest of our wedding party and took us anywhere we wanted to go! Great Service!!!

    When planning transportation for my guests I called several vendors around Dallas. G&G was by far the winner in responsiveness and customer service. Each time I called I felt well taken care of. I had to make changes to the vehicle a couple of days before my wedding weekend and they were more than flexible and kind.

    Though you are locked into minimum hours, I would say for the customer service and peace of mind that your guests will be picked up... go with G&G.

    The limos we hired were very nice. Didn't exactly fit 14 people comfortable in a 18 seater... but that's the only complaint. They were very good with the locations and time-lines for the event.

    He hired G&G to shuttle the wedding party to the church and then to the reception.
    They were supposed to pick up the girls at 2 when they didn't show up I called said there was a mis communication and they would be there in 45 minutes. Pictures were staring at 3 so I had to transport the girls to church myself. I then called and directed the shuttle to pick the guys . When the shuttle arrived the window had broken out and glass was in the shuttle. They transported the guys and was told they would get a new shuttle for the return trip for the reception. They did get a new shuttle but the air conditioner wasn't working.
    I did call and complain and received some compensation but just be warned.
    However the office staff is very nice.

    After booking and paying in full a party bus for a Bachelorette party of which we flew the military bride in from another state. This company called and cancelled FOUR hours before they were scheduled to arrive. The represetivtie had no compasion, and merly advised Unfortunately they do not have any drivers and I would receive a refund... That is all.
