Kept Everyone Dancing All Night
Dr. Furze (Kirk) DJ’d and emceed our wedding in Exuma and kept everyone dancing all night! When he introduced us, he got everyone on the dance floor right away, a great way to kick off the night. He’s incredibly versatile, reading the crowd perfectly, playing the right music at the right time, and his transitions were so smooth. He had all ages dancing, even my 84-year-old Cuban grandmother, who never dances! Our guests still say he was the best DJ they’ve ever had at any wedding or event. Super friendly, professional, and such a good time. He made the whole night completely stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ and emcee to make our wedding unforgettable!

Best DJ Ever!
DJ Furze was the most amazing DJ! He performed the music for our wedding after party and my guests couldn't get enough of his awesome music and mash ups! We sent him a playlist and he also added some other songs which the guests were going crazy for. I can't recommend him enough - he really knows how to get the party going. We also used DJ Furze for the photo booth and all my guests loved the photos - definitely worth adding to your wedding so your guest have a printed picture so that can take home that night!

Baha Mar Wedding 8/13/25
Kirk and his team and Furze Entertainment are amazing!! During our meetings prior to the wedding, Kirk took the time to get to know our musical vibe and asked all the right questions. We had a small group for our wedding (23 of us), but he had us out on the dance floor all night! All of our guests raved about him! We had the absolute pleasure of having Furze as our wedding entertainment in the Bahamas, and they made our special day unforgettable! From the moment we started planning, Furze and the team were incredibly professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand our music preferences. They worked with us curated the perfect playlist that kept everyone dancing all night long!
The vibe was exactly what we wanted — a seamless flow of music that kept the energy high. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the music was! The Furze team also made sure to include some surprises like a CO2 gun!!!!, and everything was executed flawlessly.
Not only did they create an incredible atmosphere, but they also helped coordinate the timing of key moments during the reception with ease. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.

Can't Recommend Highly Enough
DJ Furze made our wedding the most incredible celebration we could have imagined. He played an amazing set list that had our wedding guests dancing all night long. He played music that got all of our guest out on the dance floor all night long. We had to change the location of our wedding last minute secondary to weather and Kirk helped us move our chairs. He and Sherry both extremely responsive and professional. I can't say enough good things about DJ Furze, all I can say is that he made our wedding everything that we wanted it to be. I would highly recommend to anyone having a wedding.

A highlight of our wedding!
Furze Entertainment was such a wonderful part of our wedding! We worked with them to have a violinist during our ceremony, steel pans during cocktail hour, and DJ for the reception - everything was wonderful. They were super helpful during planning, communicated well, and were absolutely amazing day of the wedding. Our friends and family are still telling us months later how much they enjoyed the music at our wedding, and that's all thanks to the fabulous people at Furze. A Incredible Wedding in the Exumas
Kirk and Sherry were wonderful to work with throughout our wedding planning process....even when a big rainstorm required some extra flexibility. The musicians they recommended were talented and professional. We used a steel drum duo to kick off our wedding weekend (so fun!) and then used a piano and sax duo for a more romantic sound during the ceremony and our intimate reception. It was a perfect combination. I highly recommend Furze Entertainment for music and fun anywhere in the Bahamas.

Do not look any further for your wedding/event entertainment!! Kirk and Sherry are an absolute pleasure to work with, and made the planning seamless. They both go the extra mile and really care about you and your event. Kirk even met us months before our wedding when we were visiting the Baha Mar to get to know us and learn what we envisioned for our wedding. Amazing Wedding - all thanks to Furze!
We used Furze for multiple of our wedding events and have nothing but positive things to say! For our rehearsal dinner and welcome party, we had them provide AV equipment which was significantly cheaper that what the hotel was offering. They had everything set up and running making the even super easy for us.
For the wedding, they provided a violinist for the ceremony, steel drums for the cocktail hour and then Kirk DJ'd the reception with a Saxophone player joining in. We also had a Junkanoo band (provided by Furze) come help kick off the dance floor and add some traditional Bahamian flare to the event. Every single musician and performer for all events were great, and made it all really special.
It was important that our wedding reception was FUN, and Kirk made sure the music matched the vibe all night.
It can be scary finding vendors when you are having an international wedding and don't get to experience their work before. We are so happy we went with Furze and would recommend them to anyone who is having an event in the Bahamas.

I can not recommend Furze Entertainment Services enough! From our first conversation, I knew they’d be a great fit. DJ Kirk has a great energy, and Sherry was truly a pleasure and made everything happen behind the scenes! We had Furze provide a violinist and pianist for our wedding ceremony, and they did a beautiful job. For cocktail hour we had steel drums which was also a hit! DJ Kirk had everyone on the dance floor at the reception. His energy is radiant, and the overflowing dance floor proved it! The Junkanoo rush was a lot of fun! DJ Furze was amazing and kept the party alive. From start to finish the process of hiring them to our wedding day was a breeze. They are very responsive and will listen to what you want for entertainment. They were accommodating and very professional. When we met with Kirk and his team, we told them the vibe we want and anything else just freestyle. They also give you an option during the wedding planning to share a spotify playlist and they do not disappoint. One of the topics our guests talked about the day after was how great the music was and everyone had a blast and not even kidding when I say every single person at our wedding was on the dance floor! I’m a huge Taylor Swift fan and made it known to them and they took that and ran with it! I highly recommend DJ Furze as your entertainment if you are planning a destination wedding in the Bahamas!

We had a vision for our wedding weekend at The Island House, and Furze Entertainment delivered on all of it! Steel pan player Friday night? Check. Junkanoo parade into the wedding reception Saturday? Wow! - best dj ever
I can’t even describe how amazing DJ Furze is - he is a true artist! We hired him for our wedding over a year in advance. Planning with DJ Furze and Sherry was delightful as they were so flexible with the inevitable schedule changes that came up throughout the process. We changed our original plan multiple times and they were very responsive throughout. The day of the wedding was seamless thanks to DJ Furze. From beginning to end, the audio was handled; microphones and speakers during the ceremony, to the music through dinner, and then dance party. His transitions between music was epic; people were jumping/dancing/singing through the entire 3 hour reception to EVERY SINGLE SONG. He read the room sooooo well to know what we would want to hear next. We have a few aunts and uncles who I have never seen dance before who were on the dance floor literally the whole night. The next day, our guests went on and on about how good he was - everyone agreed he was the best DJ we had ever heard. I can’t recommend him enough. He is literally one of the best wedding decisions that we made! We are trying to plan future events to get to dance with him again!

Friends for life! Dealing with Sherry & Kirk has been a pleasure in a difficult time. Not only did we get exactly what we dreamed of, but they went above & beyond with surprises for us. They were so organized and thorough and were able to capture the vibe we wanted perfectly. The Bongo Player was AMAZING! It’s a must have as an add on… worth every penny. Nearly every person was dancing, even my Aunt & Uncle, who I’ve never seen dance and are in there 60s! We also had a Junkanoo Dancer, who added so much energy & fun and had everyone up and dancing with her!
We are so glad we were able to make this wedding happen, after being delayed for nearly 2 years due to Covid. I can’t say enough about Furze, except if you don’t hire them, you are making a big mistake! We are already trying to think of another party we could throw to have them again lol!!! Kirk and Sherry with Furze Entertainment exceeded our every expectation for our destination wedding in the Bahamas! The communication is outstanding and the support they gave us, from the day we booked until the day of the event, was unmatched. I urgently needed a white baby grand piano for a private event in Nassau. Fortunately, I was able to find Kirk and he had a very nice quality piano for us. Furze was amazing and really made my 40th birthday party event something that my friends and family will remember forever. From the pre party experience, to the day of the event and even the follow-up after, the team exceeded all my expectations. Non-stop Dancing!
We can not say enough about DJ Furze. They were a pleasure to work with and easy to communicate with which is so important when planning a destination wedding. Best part, we (and our guests) did not stop dancing the entire time! The music was perfect for our day and the addition of the sax player and drummer brought the entertainment to the next level! The Life of the Party!
Kirk blew away any of our expectations when it came to our wedding DJ services. Kirk and his team were extremely responsive and professional all throughout the planning process. They were also very flexible as our date, location, and details of our wedding changed multiple times due to covid restrictions... even on the day of the event! Kirk was very organized in planning ahead of time. He understood our vision for the day, had a clear outline of our events and songs, and made sure we felt confident that everything would run smoothly.
Kirk and his team not only did our DJ service at our reception, he also ensured our audio during our ceremony was flawless and worked alongside our photo/video team who live streamed the ceremony for those who couldn’t travel.
The most important part... THE PARTY. Kirk was incredible at reading the crowd. He knew exactly which songs got our crew on the dance floor, and I don’t think there was a moment where it wasn’t filled. The highlight was when he got my father on the dance floor rocking out to AC/DC for multiple songs. My dad has NEVER touched a dance floor in his life. It was epic.
To this day our guests rave about how incredible Kirk was as a DJ and they do not think any DJ will top him. We are from the NY area and there is lots of competition, so know that Kirk is top notch. We wish we could go back and relive the party with Kirk over and over again. Thank you for the most amazing wedding party ever, Kirk! You are one of a kind!!

Don't waste your time with any other DJ service.
Words cannot describe how great Sherry and Kirk have been. While I will not get to see our Atlantis wedding dream with Kirk, the informative and helpful phone calls, quick responses and kind manner of these two individuals is enough for me to say that you should not waste your time with another DJ. It has been a struggle to get responses from any vendors, let alone with COVID-19, but Sherry and Kirk have been right there with me from our first date, to our second and now they are so wonderful after we had to cancel. They did not give me a hard time at all and were so kind and understanding. It is enough to make me emotional, because trying to get married in 2020 has been so very challenging. We have been greeted with obstacles from everyone- except for Sherry and Kirk. I know that Kirk is a phenomenal DJ, I follow his instagram. Do yourself a favor and book with these two exceptional individuals. Thanks for everything!

The BEST wedding DJ ever
We had DJ furze for our wedding and it far surpassed anything we hoped. Most of our guests were from the US and a mixture of old and young. He listened carefully to the type of music we wanted and played amazing music, then took it to another level! He was so accommodating with playing a few extra songs at the end because our wedding was loving him! If you’re looking for a DJ that will bring the party, look no further.

We had the pleasure of having Kirk DJ our daughters wedding in November at the Hyatt Baha Mar and we could not be more pleased! Kirk, his colleague Sherry, and all the musicians he connected us with were fantastic! A great pianist for the ceremony and super fun steel drum band for the cocktail hour were the perfect recommendations for our event.
Kirk had our guests on the dance floor from the first 5 minutes till the lights came on! He read the room perfectly and was the most pleasurable (and helpful) vendor we worked with during the whole wedding planning process. A true professional and a really great person. He was definitely a big reason our guests said the wedding was one of the best ever with amazing energy. We couldn’t recommended him more!

Incredible dj/steel pan service
Furze Entertainment was incredible from start to finish. Kirk MC'd and DJ'd our reception and did a fantastic job (funny, on-time, professional). Sherry in the back office was so helpful and very communicative, she made the process so easy. My experience was just fantastic. They also coordinated a Steel Pan player for the ceremony and cocktail hour and he was SO GREAT. I would absolutely recommend to anyone in the Bahamas. THANK YOU FURZE!!!!!!

We just got married in Bimini and Kirk was fantastic. He asked all of the necessary questions beforehand to make sure that he was totally prepared and that we did not have to stress about anything on our wedding day. We came across Kirk right here on wedding wire, and set up a video consultation via FaceTime after reading all the raving reviews. We resonated with him right away. He answered all our questions, gave plenty of suggestions, and to our delight, was familiar with Indian/Bhangra music that we wanted to incorporate too. We knew Kirk was the man for the job!
Kirk played every single track we requested and more. He was mindful to incorporate something for everyone and adjusted accordingly so it all flowed smoothly. He had everyone on the dance-floor and kept the energy up throughout, which was through the roof.
You might think planning our wedding on a remote island in the Bahamas from the UK is a mighty task, but having Kirk as our DJ made the party planning a breeze! He arranged his own flights, accommodation, and transport. On location, Kirk took the time to involve himself in our meetings with our wedding coordinator, got to know our family and friends, always had our best interests and worked to best serve us by going above and beyond what we expected from a DJ by demonstrating willingness to help resolve any possible hiccups in other areas. Thank you for such an awesome pre-wedding party to set the mood, getting everyone even more pumped for our big day, and leaving us with amazing memories we’ll forever treasure.
Ironically, we had perfect weather for days leading up to and after the wedding, but there was a storm on the wedding day itself. Thankfully Kirk was already on the ball making arrangements before we approached him regarding possibly postponing our wedding for the following day - which we did. We can’t thank him enough. After spending a few days with him, we’ve all come to recognise him as genuine, kind, calm and lovable person that we consider a dear friend, and enjoyed having him over for chai at our villa! It wouldn’t have been the same without him, and we’re so grateful for the professionalism, compassion and willingness to accommodate demonstrated by Kirk and his team
Our wedding was perfect, and the party was the most fun we’ve had in our lives.

I'm from California and lived/worked in the Vegas Casinos for years. I know good entertainment and my friends hold DJ's to a high standard. Kirk crushed it at my wedding at the Atlantis!! He worked along side "action Jackson" to make sure the limbo show had high energy... Then when it was time to dance all 80 of us were on the dance floor to the very end. We even played some Arabic music which he mailed with the mixes!!!!

The DJ is the most Important Job!
If you are reading this that means you are considering Kirk or one of his DJ’s for your event. Well, I am here to strongly advise you to LOOK NO MORE! Here’s why…
Kirk DJ’d our wedding in the Bahamas for our destination wedding. My wife and I are from Florida so we didn’t have the luxury of attending one of his events to get a feel for his style but we did 2 different wedding planners for a recommendation and his name was mentioned by both of them! So we decided to reach out to Kirk for information. He setup a date and time to conduct a FaceTime interview which worked out perfectly. During that interview, we were able to learn each other (face to face) and he asked great questions which forced us to think through the timing of events, dance choices, etc. Fast forward to our wedding day….
From the moment Kirk introduced my wife and I to the reception, to the boo’s he received when he had to announce last song (haha), Kirk was flawless. Several of our guests told us that it was the best wedding they have ever attended and credited “the DJ” for a large portion of their compliment.
You see, some DJ's act as a jukebox and play all the music you provide and just move down your list. Well, what if people want to keep dancing or keep a certain mood going, then what? This is where Kirk separates himself from those “jukeboxes” he plays the music you want to hear, etc. but mixes in other music that’s not only fitting but he reads the room and knows how to keep way he reads the room and blends the music is the real art.

If you’re planning a wedding, corporate event or anything else that requires a DJ, you need to request to have Kirk be your DJ for the event! My wife and I just got married and he not only help me plan a secret guest performance but the dance floor was full the entire night. Everyone commented how amazing he was and how he could sense the vibe of the room as he played certain songs. Best DJ I’ve ever been around and again, would recommend him first to anyone who asks.

Kirk and his team were top notch from the initial email request for information, pricing, and availability through the follow-up after the event. Professional, on-point with the music selection, great people to work with. Kirk had our entire group of 40 guests on the dance floor! He arrived at the event early, was set up and ready to go ahead of time (I loved this!) and stayed late because the party was still going strong. Every time I looked over to the music table, Kirk and his team were smiling, having as much fun doing their job as our guests were having at the party! We have always said music is one of, if not the most essential element in the overall experience at any wedding, and so finding the perfect DJ was a high priority in our wedding planning process. With that being said, I am extremely happy to say that DJ Furze absolutely surpassed any and all of our expectations!! Not only did he provide us with an exceptional experience upon our initial communication and meeting, and then throughout our actual wedding day, but he is one of the most accommodating, kindhearted and down to earth individuals we have yet to meet. He truly cared about getting to know us and our music preferences and the vibe we were looking for, and he catered his services to a genre and style of music that we were after. He was able to create seamless transitions between songs during our ceremony, which created the perfect overall flow and ambiance at our wedding. At the reception, guests could NOT leave the dance floor and Kirk knew when to let certain songs that our guests were loving linger on a little longer than they would ordinarily to keep them all having the best time! We were SO thrilled to see everyone having so much fun and he really gave our out of town guests an excellent introduction into a truly authentic wedding experience in the Bahamas. We were so pleased with his services and our guests still to this day speak about how incredible the music was at our wedding. I honestly enjoyed every moment from the tempo of the ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner and beyond. Music is very important to us and we danced all night I couldn't even imagine are guest would turn up the way they did . I want say many people from wedding wanted the playlist lol that how great the music was thank you again for being part of our wedding

DJ Furze (Kirk) was the DJ at my wedding in Treasure Cay in May 2017. Kirk is based out Nassau but he traveled to Treasure Cay so that he could DJ at my wedding. Kirk was able to arrange his flight from Nassau to Marsh Harbour along with making his own accommodations for renting a car and hotel, which this was VERY helpful and was one less thing I had to worry about having to do. Kirk was also a huge life savor with being able to assist me with finding a steel drummer who could play at the ceremony and for the cocktail hour prior to the reception starting. Kirk was able to coordinate a steel drummer to come with him.
Kirk did such an outstanding job DJing at my wedding but he was also in regular contact with me leading up to the wedding so that he could ensure he knew what music we wanted him to play and also what music we didn't want too. Kirk arrived the day of the wedding in advanced so he had plenty of time so that he could get all of his equipment set up and ready to go. We were beyond pleased with Kirk! He had everyone dancing literally all night long. Not only did he do a great job with the music, he is also very professional, genuine and an overall great guy. I couldn't be any more pleased with DJ Furze and I highly recommend him. If you are looking for a DJ who will have everyone dancing all night long then he is your guy!
(I also highly recommend the steel drummer that DJ Furze arranged for me as well. The steel drummer's name is David Hoyte).

Kirk is a cool cat. He is easy to work with, gets the crowd going and is always on time for meetings and the events. He also referred us to a truly amazing live singer (Tebby) and a firedancer (Jesse) who were also exceptional.
Re: Music/spinning - he had a vast library, which was good, but somehow we for the most part made our own list for cocktail, the wedding and after party - of which he was perfectly fine with. He knew our "musical direction" and played everything at perfect times/lead into other songs perfectly and also threw in his own songs which were a perfect match...he didn't make things difficult and just took the reigns when need be - such as for the garter belt, we didn't even think of what to play there, but when the time came, there was a perfect song being played!
Also, payments and online contracts were easy to review and not 10 pages long!
If we are ever so lucky to have another event at the Atlantis, we will definitely re-book him.

I interviewed a number of DJ's for my destination wedding, but I am so grateful that we ended up hiring Kirk. He was INCREDIBLE, and one of the best vendors we worked with. We were so blown away by him. He was unbelievably accommodating, kind and skilled beyond belief. I thought we hired a DJ, but Kirk truly took it to the next level by going well above and beyond his role. The night of our wedding he helped oversee the schedule and did everything possible to stick with our timeline. I highly recommend him for DJ services as well as audio/ speaker rental. I cannot vouch for him enough. Planning a destination wedding can be stressful, but working with vendors like Kirk truly make it a breeze.

There are wedding DJs and there are masters of music. Kirk falls under the latter. From our meetings with him prior to the event, Kirk stood out with his willingness to be flexible with a variety of music genres we requested, even non-American songs. When it came to the event, he MC'd it, then stole the show! He took our tastes in music into account and provided quality music for our cocktail ans dinner hour. Then came the magic. Seemlessly blending hip-hop and edm, throwing in fan favorite rock songs, and amazingly incorporating GREEK MUISC do effortlessly, our entire wedding party assumed we hired someone famous to dj our wedding. Closing with "Beautiful Now" by Zedd got the entire reception on their feet, both young and old, gathered together to put a proper cap on an incredible night of music. Thank you Kirk for turning our reception into what everyone called the "best wedding ever"!

Hands down the best DJ ever! We were a little concerned about having the right music at our reception but were immediately relieved upon meeting and speaking with DJ Kirk. He got a great sense of what we were into, the crowd that would be there, and the flow of the night ahead of time. The reception was perfect with the music highly exceeding anything we could have ever imagined. He is so good I would feel comfortable telling anyone that they wouldn't have to provide a song list and he could make it amazing just from speaking with you for a couple minutes.

Kirk was our wedding DJ for our dual ceremony wedding at Atlantis and the One and Only Ocean Club. He was very friendly and personable at our first meeting and had excellent song suggestions for us since we are generally clueless about music and had not even picked a first dance song yet! Kirk's mixes are unbelievable - our wedding guests are still talking about what an excellent DJ he was and how he was able to keep our multicultural crowd dancing all night. Highly recommend him!

Wow! What a night! Everyone was super impressed with your crew and their performance.
- Punctuality: The crew was there early and prepared. Started right on time. Perfect.
- Presentation: The crew were dressed impeccably and presentable to the very high net worth clientele attending the event.
- Performance: First class. Beyond our expectations. Quality of speakers and clarity was amazing.
- Equipment: All in working order, new, and looked nice as well.
- Breakdown: They were invisible. Didn’t even realize they left!
I have to say….in all of my years doing business in The Bahamas and hosting several events….you and your crew went beyond my wildest expectations. I am used to broken speakers, late performances, failed promises.
The performance was varied, rich, engaging, and imaginative. You should be very proud of the professional and competent crew you have carefully curated.

Furze Entertainment Services provides the best DJ services in this country. I have attended many events here and internationally where he has played and marvel at how well he can please a crowd. Any crowd, whether it's a wedding, nightclub, fundraiser, luncheon or birthday.
For my fundraiser I knew that I hands-down wanted to enlist his services. Even though the event was outdoors and it rained, we was well prepared and handled everything like a pro, the crowd was having so much fun they hardly noticed the rain!

Kirk came to DJ for a teen/adult party and was wonderful. He arrived well in advance to set up and was truly professional. He emailed me prior to the event to understand the demographic of his audience and also to ask for any specific songs we wanted played. Everyone commented on what a great DJ he was and how appropriate the music was for such a varied group.

Kirk provided a wonderful experience for our wedding on April 7, 2015. The music was great and he played every song we requested, plus more that was fit to our taste. He was very accommodating and understanding the whole night. Even when a family member got lost and went missing during the reception and the family/wedding coordinator frantically sent out a search party, Kirk kept the music going and tried to help better the situation by playing his mixes and getting the guests to dance and enjoy their time. The couple dance, mother/son dance, and father/daughter dance were fun and we couldn't have asked for a better transition to each song/dance. I would highly recommend Kirk's services through Furze Entertainment for any wedding!

Kirk's title may just be the deejay. But who he is, is way more than a disc jockey.
He's someone anyone can truly depend on. He is honest, to the point and most importantly, he ALWAYS responds to me whether it's via email or by phone. His reassurance makes planning a wedding from a far a breeze. He is also quick to pick up and alter or work with any situation that may arise and deter from the original plan. He's not shy about picking up a microphone and emceeing for a bit to bring liveliness. That is a plus for my real time event. He's great at interpreting information and figuring out what to do to make your dreams come true. Furthermore, he is open to new ideas from different cultures to create something extremely unique. As for his music, he covered all the bases we touched upon that made everyone rave about how they loved the choices of songs played or revamped my wedding night. All in all, if I were to host any party, anywhere, I would hire him, because I don't have to worry about him not being there when I need him!

Kirk - aka DJ Furze was everything we could have wanted in a DJ. He let us dictate a significant part of the playlist so he asked up-front for a list of songs we wanted played, along with those that we didn't. Given everything else going on in the lead-up to the wedding we didn't get him our list until a day or two before the wedding but he didn't complain - he just got the list and even updated with a couple of (even more!) last minute requests on the day.
He mixed song really well, gauged the crowd to pick which songs to play when, and even took some requests while he was playing. We'd recommend him to anyone planning a wedding in the Bahamas (or elsewhere for that matter)!

Nobody could speak to my musical soul like Kirk. He truly made our wedding at The Cove a party! After multiple requests from guests to have him at their wedding, I believe he will always have a place in Connecticut should he decide to leave the Bahamas.
