John was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding catering. He was so easygoing and flexible with the set menus. We were able to swap items for ones we preferred with no hassle at all. The menu options had great variety, our tasting went smoothly, and he took the time to answer every question we had.
Most importantly, the food was delicious and our guests are still talking about it. John was quick to respond, extremely professional, and made the entire process stress-free. I would recommend him to any future bride without hesitation! -

While on the hunt for wedding catering vendors, we came across John he seemed to check off every box from being local to where our venue was to offering to cook onsite and serve. We immediately booked a tasting with John - and that did not disappoint! He allowed us to try several different entrees and sides - as well as his amazing buffalo chicken dip. He cooked each item for us upon our arrival and presented it so beautifully - our tasting was so amazing we had a hard tome choosing only 3 entrees! We recieved so many compliments after the reception on how great the food was - the steaks were cooked to perfection and everything was delicious. Not only was the food outstanding, but the service was too. We opted for s sit down/service style dinner and it was executed very efficiently and all staff members were so nice and attentive - John is an amazing chef and has a stellar team! We did a grazing board and buffalo chicken dip for apps during cocktail hour and allowed guest to select between filet, herbed airline chicken or shrimp and grits - no one was disappointed!
We also used John and his team for our rehearsal dinner where we did a catered taco bar - and that was amazing as well. I would recommend John with Ellington Catering LLC for any of your catering needs! -

Not my second wedding- the second among our kids. Would have been the third but I was too slow to book them for that one. From the first phone call, Fuqua Catering was prompt, professional, and polite. A wide array of menu choices coupled with a variety of dinnerware options allow you to meet all of your priorities from taste to budget. They did exactly what they said they would do. Arrived on time, were completely set up and ready when the party arrived, and even helped pack up a few leftovers. They cleaned up beyond expectations and managed keep up with every guest’s drinks and dishes. From beginning to end, it was an absolute pleasure working with the Fuqua team! -

We really enjoyed working with Fuqua Catering for our wedding! John was our main contact and he was incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions with a quick turn around. They even allowed us to have a free tasting which made the decision process that much easier. We received raving reviews about the food all evening! We highly recommend the fettuccine Alfredo and the meatball appetizer. However, everything that we ate that night was delicious. Definitely book with Fuqua catering if you enjoy great food and an amazing staff! -

Absolutely perfect catering! Highly recommend!
You absolutely couldn't ask for a better catering service! Fuqua catering has great variety of menu options to choose from that can suit any tastes. Fuqua is also very accommodating to any special requests and will work to find a solution that is just right. And all of the food was so delicious!!! Our guests loved the food so much; actually so much so that they literally took all the leftovers! Fuqua catering was professional during the entire process: very responsive to messages, answers any questions (in a kind, professional manner), can provide various quotes to help compare pricing for different options, and just well-organized all around. The day of event staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. They made it so that our food and bar service ran smoothly, without any problems at all. And the pricing for all this high quality food and service was veryy reasonable! I would highly recommend Fuqua Catering to anyone and everyone. They helped make our wedding enjoyable and wonderful celebration! -

Very responsive to email communications and flexible with scheduling the tasting. The menu had great options and the food was AMAZING!! Presentation of the food and the serving staff was very professional, polite, and super kind. Would definitely recommend and will be using in the future for any catering needs.
