I cannot put into words what the Frungillo family did for us for our wedding day. We booked the Inn at Millrace Pond when the barn house was still a concrete slab - just to show the trust we have in them. From the walkthrough and planning process with Michelle and Robert, to the day of with Gerry and Linda, everything was spectacular. Upon entering, our guests were greeting with espresso martini or champagne shooters which were delicious. Not only that, our guests could not stop raving about the food. The fresh mozz station was a hit, and our pasta and Tuscan stations were top notch. To top it all off, everyone’s filet (their top dish) was cooked to perfection. Some people even ate their table’s leftovers it was that good! We even had an afterparty at the gristmill… and you already know by this point how that went. All of our guests stayed at the venue in the multiple rooms they have to offer and we were able to have a brunch the next day to recap all the memories from the night before. I wouldn’t have booked my wedding with anyone else but the Frungillo’s. They’re not just your friends, they’re family. Thank you thank you!! -

I had the pleasure of going to a wedding that hired Frungillo. They were over the top with their service. the wedding was well over 250 people I had mentioned once that I had a dietary restriction and Angelina had remembered this all throughout the night. I had the pleasure of speaking with Tracey Maire d' and she was awesome. The food was incredible from the hors d'oeuvres to the main course. 10/10 -

We got married on June 28th at the Inn and it could not have been a more perfect experience.
The venue was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for in terms of size, location, and general ambiance. We also did the Hope's Best package and would highly recommend that any couple getting married at the Inn do the same. Having all the accomodations for family and wedding party members on-site made logistics so much easier and greatly reduced our stress. We also decided to have the rehearsal dinner on site as well, which was amazing. We had the whole inn to ourselves, and it felt like we had a private village for the entire weekend! The team was absolutely incredibe as well. From Inez, our day of coordinator, to Tracey, our maitre'd, and Tricia, the innkeeper, we could not have asked for a more caring and diligent team. We had a family member with health issues, and the inn was so accomodating. From the ceremony to the reception, Tracey, Tricia, and Inez did everything that they could to make it a comfortable experience for them. They truly went above and beyond at every turn, and made our event so incredibly special. Lastly, the catering was absolutely incredible. Chef David and his team did an amazing job, from the tasting to the day of, and the food was as much of a highlight as the wedding itself. We received so many compliments from our friends and family on the quality of the food, and were so happy with the many options that we had to choose from. From the cocktail hour, to the dinner, to the after-party stations, everything was perfectly prepared.
The wedding went off without a hitch and the team made it so easy for us as the couple. We did not need to worry about anything and just got to enjoy the entire weekend. We would highly recommend the Inn to any couple looking to have their wedding in a beautiful, serene, and rustic venue. -

Stunning grounds and facility
Went to an unexpected rainy day wedding. Laura put my college bestie, who was having a second wedding, at ease by flexing and moving the ceremony indoors. If I wasn’t part of the planning I would have never known that was a last minute change. The back up venue was beautiful. I cannot say how wonderful everything was and how every detail was thought thru and executed flawlessly.
The bridal suite was fabulous and allowed a ton of space for us to relax and prepare before the wedding. We even had on location accommodations for overnight guests! -

My son had his wedding at the Inn at Millrace Pond in Hope, NJ in early December. A beautiful location hidden in the woods with rooms for our guests to stay over. We had an indoor ceremony and we had the best day ever! The day started with the girls getting ready in the Bridal Suite, then we had family photos, then onto the ceremony and reception. The staff was so wonderful and helpful, from Hailey, our Bridal assistant to Eddie, our day of Coordinator and Maitre'ed, Tracey our Captain and the rest of the staff- everyone was so nice and professional. We are still receiving compliments on the food, the location and the staff. Thank you for making our son and wife's so memorable! -

Finding this venue was a little gem. We stumbled upon our future wedding venue purely by accident. I made the phone call to have a meeting. It was with Maria. She instantaneously has such warmth and knowledge that from the get-go we loved her. She is so professional and knowledgeable. It was a no-brainer to sign the contract. We all have such busy lives, but this woman will get back to you in 15 minutes. Our wedding is in June and I cannot wait to create a masterpiece having Maria at my side. If you or a loved one is looking for a magical place for a wedding, and an exceptional person to plan with. Look no further and go to Millrace pond. To be very honest if I did not have the experience with Maria that I did, I would have never had my wedding there. -

I wish I could rate the Inn at Millrace Pond higher than the available five stars🌟. I can’t event begin to put into words how accommodating, kind, and thoughtful of an experience the Inn staff, and all the folks at Frungillo, were to us from our booking day right through to our wedding - which was just perfect!
We received impeccable guidance and assistance from Ed and Michelle at Frungillo, who helped us curate the most personalized and perfect celebration. The Inn itself was the most beautiful backdrop, beautifully and tastefully decorated for the holidays and carefully attended to by amazing staff. The compliments we received from all members of our almost 180 person group of family and friends speak to their amazing service. Tricia the Innkeeper is one of the sweetest, organized, and accommodating individuals we have ever worked with, and was with us from rehearsal dinner right through our cozy after party in the tavern! Tracy was integral on our wedding day, and provided first class service to us and our bridal party, and made us feel like Kings from start to finish - simply the best of the best ! Katherine our Bridal attendant was lovely, kind, and generously accommodating! We were told the inn would be our”village” for our big day and it really was, and because of the amazing folks who work here it was a dream come true ❤️ Thank you all !! -Brendan and Nick -

Frungillo catered our wedding at the Art Factory in Paterson, NJ and they made the event a dream! The food was absolutely delicious (we thought so and we heard so from our guests-- all positive reviews!). They were highly attentive to our guests' dietary needs, including our guests with a serious gluten allergy (Celiacs). They happily accommodated our special desserts rather than a traditional wedding cake. The bartenders kept the bar stocked all night and kept our signature cocktails coming. And throughout the event, they were careful to take care of our guests and us! As soon as we walked into the cocktail hour, a server brought us a special plate of food to make sure we didn't miss the appetizers. When we missed dinner visiting tables, they kept our entrees warm and brought them back out to us! The bartenders kept the bar stocked all night and kept our signature cocktails coming. They gave us to-go boxes of the power hour food (amazing). And they really knew the space and took care of guiding us and our guests throughout it. Ben was so integral in helping us plan the flow of the reception, helping us ask the right questions of our other vendors in advance to ensure everything could run smoothly on the day-of without us having to worry at all. I could not recommend Frungillo more! -

Best day of our lives!
My wife and I had our wedding at the Skylands manor catered by Frungillo and they could not have been more accommodating! The cocktail hour was unbelievable, the reception was everything we could have dreamed of, not to mention the ceremony was absolutely stunning. Would recommend 10/10 times. -

Absolutely amazing food. Guests raved about the food all night and even still now! There is no kitchen on the premises of our venue and Frungillo’s brings everything in including all equipment and linens. They served the food in record time and everything was delicious! They went above and beyond during our cocktail hour set up and our maitre d’ Jerry was awesome. His entire team was attentive to our guests, polite, and super efficient. Jerry was on top of everything and made sure to communicate with my husband and I and our coordinator throughout the day. He was super communicative prior to the wedding and answered any questions I had. I also want to shoutout to Dawn at Frungillo’s. We worked with her from Day 1 and she was accommodating during our postponements and we had many phone calls with her cute dogs snoring in the background as we all rode through the uncertainty of this pandemic together. I couldn’t recommend them enough!! -

Frungillo catered our 200+ person wedding and they were AMAZING. Usually wedding food isn't raved about, but ours was a hit. Everyone who attended has been asking us who catered the wedding. We were one of the first couples to decide to postpone our wedding due to covid, and Frungillo was so easy to work with to make this possible. They're a family owned business and they made us feel like family. The quality of their food is incredible and they were a pleasure to work with leading up to our wedding. Michelle was so responsive and made everything perfect for our big day. Our wedding cake turned out beautiful and tasted homemade. SO happy we chose Frungillo to cater our big day! You should definitely do the same--you won't regret it! -

Wedding of Our Dreams
Hiring Frungillo Hospitality was the absolute BEST decision we made in our wedding planning process.
Due to the pandemic, we were forced to postpone our wedding date on 3 separate occasions and they were incredibly accommodating, flexible, and comforting with each adjustment. Friends of ours who were dealt with a similar situation were not given nearly the same treatment from their caterers and we are SO relieved and thankful we made the right decision from the start.
Frungillo’s kept us excited and motivated throughout the entire planning process and came through (as promised) with an exceptional evening that our guests are STILL talking about 3 months later.
The food was unbelievable (down to the entrees, which we have seen fall short at many other weddings we’ve been to). They worked closely with our planner and several other vendors to facilitate the tent structure of our dreams. When we walked in for the first time for a “sneak peak” before guests arrived, we were speechless. They completely understood our vision and made sure everything was exactly as we requested (down to the custom menu cards with guest’s names in specific chairs at each table).
When we overlooked certain things- like a frame indicating where our card box was- they took the initiative to provide their own signage so our guests would have clear instruction and avoid any confusion. This attention to detail carried throughout our entire evening.
The service staff and Maitre D’s were extremely professional and friendly. Our party was so much fun that we ended up extending our reception and the staff all stayed the extra time with no pushback whatsoever. The time extension was seamless and vibe of the evening was never compromised.
Our reception was hosted at the Inn at Millrace Pond in Hope, NJ. We reserved all of their overnight rooms and hosted a brunch on site the next morning for the overnight guests. The rooms were quaint, historic, comfortable, clean, and very unique. After our wedding reception (AND after party in the Inn’s Speakeasy) concluded, guests were able to simply walk back to their rooms, which was incredibly convenient after a long night. Brunch the next morning was fresh, plentiful, and delicious. It was really the “cherry on top” after a perfect weekend and was a great opportunity to casually mingle with our guests and reflect on the night of our dreams over (more) good food.
While there are SO many more kind words I can say about my experience working with Frungillo’s, I think (and hope) you get the point! This is the ONLY caterer to go with. Period. -

We had our wedding at The Inn at Millrace Pond and we could not have asked for a better venue. The stone walls, bridges, water and overall beauty of the outdoor space provided a picturesque scene for the reception, as well as for photo opportunities. Additionally, we stayed overnight, making it an easy “travel” for after the reception — it was so quaint and elegant.
I was apprehensive about continuing with wedding during COVID, fearing that it would not be like I imagined and that my friends and family would be at risk. My expectations were far surpassed with Frungillo Catering. Michelle paid attention to every detail I cared about, answered all of my questions, and was my right hand lady throughout it all. The company kept my loved ones safe while still managing to make all of my wedding visions come true. Thank you!!! -

Amy and the team at the Inn at Millrace Pond were fantastic! Amy worked with us in the months leading up to our wedding as we planned for contingencies due to the pandemic. She was incredibly helpful and professional as we navigated the unknown. Ultimately we moved forward with our big day and the team was incredible and went smoothly. It ended up raining all day but we were able to still have the wedding of our dreams at the Inn! Amy and Ed did so much to accommodate us, make sure we had the day we wanted, and make the day and night go off without a hitch. Highly recommend this venue and this team. -

Amazing, fun, & truly magical
The entire experience was amazing. Amy Spacht is a true miracle worker. She took care of everything and was extremely quick on her feet with any last minute changes that occurred and made it seem effortless. I highly recommend working with her! Beautiful Venue
We had our wedding on 9/26/2020 We could not of been any happier with how things turned out. Amy Spacht made our Covid planning so easy and was there for any questions or concerns we might of had. They went above and beyond with handling the guidlines and restrictions to make sure our guests and family felt safe. The grounds at the Inn at millrace pond are absolutley beautiful and it serisouly is such a gem venue in NJ. Peggy Patton the Florist who is on site at the Inn made every flower detail so beyond beautiful from our bouquets to our centerpiese, the arch we got married in front of was just so stunning. Amy and the staff made sure our day was perfect i dont know what i would of done without her! the food from Frungillo was hands down amazing, that day we will forever hold dear in our hearts. With such a crazy year we were not even sure if our day was going to happen but it was perfect. Thank you for making our day so special. -

After deciding to move our wedding from on-site, to our own backyard, Frungillo was very flexible in allowing working with us and modifying our arrangements. Their full service catering was of the highest quality. Amy was very helpful and attentive throughout the entire evening. From helping with the setup, to coordinating all of the various events throughout the ceremony and reception, the event felt incredibly effortless. I received compliments the entire evening that the dinner was some of the best they have ever had. When the evening was over their team left our tent completely cleaned up and organized. The Inn at Millrace Pond was the perfect wedding venue for us and what we were looking for. We wanted a rustic/garden type of vibe and this place gives that and more! Working with Frungillo Caterers and our coordinator Amy was just a dream. Planning a wedding can be stressful and especially so during a pandemic. Having Amy as our point person made this 1000x easier, and we could not have planned such a perfect day without her. I highly recommend Frungillo Caterers, Amy, and The Inn at Millrace Pond for any wedding. The food was amazing, the process was amazing, having the entire property to ourselves was so convenient and nice, not to mention the grounds are just quaint and enchanting. I cannot thank the staff there enough for making our wedding the most perfect day! -

Highest Recommendation for Amy from Frungillo's
Amy was a dream to work with. I have professional experience with some event planning and respect the amount of work goes into the big items and small details. Amy was great to work with, very personable, clear communicator and task oriented. Meaning she could get us to focus and accomplish everything that was necessary while providing great customer service. No surprise that she attended to our every need on the day of our wedding as well. She calmed my nerves and took care of everything we needed, before we could even ask. I can't recommend her enough. She kept things moving without making us feel rushed, that way we could enjoy some of the extras without running out of time (cigar bar, pizza truck). She is highly skilled and a true professional.
We held our wedding at The Inn at Millrace Pond, there's nothing we would change. The location, the staff/service, the food were incredible. People were blown away. I should note Amy also helped us execute our wedding within 6 mos of getting engaged and less than 4 months of first meeting with her. 12 out of 10 stars -

Elegance and sophistication, ambiance and old world charm, phenomenal food AND top notch service...what a wedding to remember! Straight out of a fairytale. A girl could not ask for more on her wedding day. My day was PERFECT. I have very high standards, and I am extremely picky. Yes. I am. You spend good money and you should command nothing less than excellence. The Castle at Skylands Manor provided all this and so much more. From the excellent service provided to me by Linda all throughout the months leading up to the wedding, and then the day of the wedding...what an incredible staff she manages and impeccable service from the team including Amy, Michelle, Peter and Rich. The Castle at Skylands Manor is a beautiful location, and gorgeous grounds. As for the Inn at the Castle- it is a page right out out of the Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald. Super cool to stay overnight and explore. So much history and splendor of the gilded age. I highly recommend The Castle at Skylands Manor. Book immediately. I will leave you with this- the function was magnificent and for days to follow the compliments were pouring in. THANK YOU LINDA for making our day PERFECT ❤️ You truly are WONDERFUL and I couldn’t have done the function without you!!!!! -

We couldn't possibly thank Ben and his team at Frungillos enough - they were incredible!!!
We got married at The Art Factory and lost our caterer about 6 weeks out from our wedding date. We were totally panicked, but had been given Frungillo's name, and immediately reached out. Frungillos treated us amazingly from start to finish.
They took over everything, and the food was INCREDIBLE. It was honestly the best wedding food I've ever had, and we've had countless guests tell us the same thing. Even our pickier eating guests were absolutely raving about how much they loved the food and stuffed their faces. Not only was the food amazing, but we did family style, and the food was also the most generously served wedding food I've ever experienced. They serve every table one round of all the items, and then kept coming back to refill items until every table was finished. They also did late night snacks that were awesome, and our guests went nuts about all of it!
The service was also wonderful. They assigned us a personal waiter, who kept finding us and handing us a personal tray of apps, or a fresh drink, or dessert. We never had to go in search of food or drinks for ourselves, and that was awesome!
Frungillos really came in at the last minute and completely saved our day. We know without a doubt that it would not have been the success it was if we didn't have them. Thank you so much to everyone who played a part on your team!!! -

JERRY IS AMAZING! The Entire Frungillo's team was wonderful from beginning to end - John went through the booking process and all the little initial requests, Dawn helped us with all of the details and the final touches (and so many emails - oops) and Jerry was an amazing Maitre-D - any problem that could've existed, he gave us a brief heads up about and then fixed it himself before we could even panic. The food was great, but the staff was what truly made the night perfect. I can honestly say my wedding went wonderfully, and it was all thanks to the vendors. -

Beyond amazing
I got married at the Falls and everything was amazing, from the food, alchohol, staff! The staff is incredible, the management is professional and accommodating, and the venue is breathtaking. Michelle worked with us for months leading up to our wedding and went above and beyond for us. She answered every email quickly and really helped me make this day about my husband and I. We spent the best day of our lives here and would do it again in a heartbeat. -

Amy of Frungillo's is the Angel we needed but didn’t deserve. From first introduction Amy was clearly knowledgeable and confident working events at the Inn at Millrace Pond. She answered emails quickly and found answers for all our our detailed questions and she really put us at ease that everything would not only be okay, but would be perfect and beautiful (and she was right)!
- We worked with the Frungillo team on changes to our menu and we left our 2nd tasting feeling confident in their catering skills and the menu. We had a mix up at our 1st tasting, but Amy & team did everything possible to make it right and we can't thank them enough.
- The serving staff was professional and quick, we received so many comments on how great they were. They assigned the bride and groom our own personal attendant to make sure we ate and drank what we paid for. This was a really nice surprise and we loved it; Tori was so sweet! We opted to add an additional server to pass out our signature cocktail and this was such a hit!
- The food was delicious! We had an Asian Salmon, Filet Minion, and Chicken with a blueberry sauce, also a Cauliflower Steak veggie option. We loved the food and the guests raved about it as well.
- We had cupcakes for dessert and they were perfectly tasty, in addition to a cute lil cutting cake. We added on the Donut Flambe option and this was so cool! It came with a flaming station which lit up the guests faces outside by night, ice cream and toppings! It was one of the highlights of our evening.
- In the end - some things went wrong (on our end) and Frungillo's made quick fixes which led to a perfectly seamless evening. We give Amy & Frungillo's the highest rating!! -

We were married on May 17 2019. We were two very nervous men who had never planned a wedding in our lives and didn't know the first place to begin. We decided on the Kenilworth Inn as our family had an event there before and then we met magic! Magic came in the name of Amy Spacht. She worked for Frungillo Caterers and honestly, there would be no wedding if it wasn't for Amy Spacht. She guided us step by step through the menu, through the process one item at a time. Frungillo Caterers were amazing! The food was amazing, the service every day leading up to our wedding was impeccable. We were able to do everything through Frungillo including the cake which turned out delicious. Amy guided us from appetizers to cake to main courses and was so much more to us than a maitre'd. She was a Rockstar. Anytime we needed her, she was available and if she was busy, you received a phone call within 10 minutes. I cannot say enough about what she did for us and what a great representative of Frungillo Caterers she is. She believes in that company and makes you believe! Thank you Amy Spacht for making our day exactly what we wanted, when we wanted it and making it absolute perfection! As we go into this next part of our lives, I am sure we will be in need of a catering company for children birthday, anniversaries and any special occasion. Frungillo Caterers and Linda, specifically, absolutely exceeded our expectations for an off-site caterer. Our wedding was held at White Eagle Hall in Jersey City, NJ, which is an alternative wedding venue that we knew we needed a well-trusted off-site caterering business for. Linda went above and beyond to make sure our vision was brought to life that day, and her and her team executed everything perfectly. We didn’t just get a, “caterer,” when we signed our contract with Frungillo, we got an event coordinator and basically wedding planner with Linda! She even helped us out with managing table and chair rentals, which we had no idea where to even begin with that. We opted for long tables, which turned out fantastic for the space we were in. Linda and Frungillo were absolute rockstars. Not to mention the FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. We have zero complaints and we one thousand percent recommend them. -

Very accommodating in terms of scheduling and extremely responsive. Not to mention the food was absolutely amazing! All I heard were compliments from my guests saying the food was amazing, especially the cocktail hour! They kept telling me it was the best wedding they had ever been to. I owe that greatly to Michelle and the entire team. Everything was very organized and well presented. I decorated the venue myself but they let me use some of their decor, move things around to my liking and provided me with everything we needed! During our first meeting, John was very knowledgeable and illustrated their flexibility to our needs. Once we signed, Dawn was fantastic with her organizational skills, clearly outlining what she needed to know from us by what date, as well as her personal food suggestions. A couple of weeks before the wedding, and the day of, Amy was extremely helpful to ensure everything was taken care and coordinating with our other vendors, we didn't have to worry about a thing. The best part - the food and service was excellent, we're still receiving compliments from friends and relatives how good the food was. Inez Sent on 05/02/2018We had a Dinner & Broadway event at Oakeside Mansion last night. The Oakeside Mansion is magnificent so quaint and the place is immaculate. The food was catered by Frungillo Caterers and Eddie was the Maitre'D. The food was beyond delicious and Eddie was amazing. He was on top of everything! I highly recommend the Oakeside Mansion for any event.
