Thank you so much to Heather and Cookie for our wedding cake. After our reception went from 220+ down to 50 people, they were able to accommodate our last minute changes while keeping the design of the cake exactly what we were hoping for. We went with a marble cake with a Bavarian filling and buttercream frosting. Delicious and beautiful - can’t wait to have our anniversary cake next year. -

Heather was amazing to work with! She listened to what we wanted and it turned out better than we could have imagined! We choose a chocolate cake with pistachio filling with buttercream frosting! Everyone loved the cupcakes also! -

Amazing experience!
We loved out Cookie wedding cake.The Cookie staff was easy to work with and very professional. During our first meeting, we had so much fun tasting all the amazing flavors and looking at designs. We wound up choosing the almond cake with strawberry filling, and a chocolate with chocolate ganache filling. We were beyond pleased with the final product. The cake was beautiful, and delicious! Thank you Cookie! -

Erica Sent on 08/29/2018We were delighted to book Cookie to make our wedding cake. Heather and her staff did an amazing job and were professional, timely, and dedicated every step of the way. During the initial cake tasting, Heather presented us with many options to choose from. She gave us multiple samples of different cakes and allowed us to mix and match what we wanted for the final product. The staff was also very responsive and were able to answer all our questions as well as being very flexible with all the requests we had. They did an amazing job with both our cake and a special request cake for one of our family members. The value of what we got was worth every penny spent and would recommend Cookie to anyone looking for a cake for any occasion. From a man who does not like cake much, they did an amazing job with this cake and I truly enjoyed it. Thank you for the amazing cake Heather and staff.

Natalie Sent on 07/17/2018Heather did a fantastic job creating our wedding cake for our June 3rd wedding. She was very nice and easy to work with when we did our consultation. We did a small gluten free display/cake-cutting cake, since I am gluten fee and wanted to be able to cut and eat my own cake. It was delicious! She was able to keep it simple like I wanted and incorporate our theme into the design. -

I gave her a picture of what I wanted and when we arrived at the reception, I saw it and fell in love with it! Not only did it look amazing, it tasted amazing. We did the yellow cake with lemon filling and Bavarian cream cake. Both were so good! I can't wait to enjoy our 1 year anniversary cake :)

From selecting the vendor to designing our cakes (we had four small cakes, all difference flavors) to seeing the finished product on our wedding day - I could not have been more happy with our decision to use Rich's Dessert Builders! Service was impeccable, and every design decision was a team effort. Everything we wanted envisioned for our special day was realized, and for an AMAZING price! All of our guests raved about the deliciosness of all of the cakes, and we could not be more happy about our selection! -

They are definately affordable and even have coupons floating around artvoice!! Everything about them was perfect!!! I would reccomend them to anyone!!! -

Worst experience ever
First, I went there to order cupcakes but we didn't have the frosting color finalized. I initially tried to pay for my cupcakes but was told I didn't need to until I finalized the frosting color. I asked multiple times if they needed to take a deposit from me and even asked if they needed me to sign a contract. Then when we went back to finalize the color, Heather told me the order was not made because I didn't put down a deposit. When I explained that I tried, she just kept saying we don't order without a deposit. Obviously there was a miscommunication, but the way it was handled was unprofessional. No apologies for the miscommunication. Just kept repeating the line that "nothing is ordered without a deposit" which was very annoying. We had to settle with the cupcakes they had in stock which meant we couldn't have any red velvet. Then, there was an issue with the color of one of the cupcakes. It was dark purple instead of mauve. I was told since I didn't supply a swatch, they looked up mauve online and dark purple came up. Based on some of the other reviews they appear to do a good job. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me. Customer service was LACKING. They could have handled the situation much better and they chose not to. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE -
