My Picture Perfect Dream Wedding
I had the pleasure of getting married at Front Porch Farms on November 1, 2025. The day was stress free thanks to Kathy and her team. From the day we toured the venue to the actual wedding day, Kathy has been an amazing venue host and built in wedding planner. What seemed like was going to be a stressful process of planning a wedding was made so easy and stress free thanks to Kathy! She keeps everything organized together throughout your planning process, all documents are easily accessible and communication throughout the all is amazing! She took care of it all: the cake, catering, flowers, DJ, decor, tables and chairs, and so much more! It was all included in the cost! I just had to buy my dress, my husband's tux and our rings. The day of, I had one job - show up and get ready. Kathy and her team did it all. They turned my ideas and vision into one of the most special days of my life. Through countless photos, messages, emails, Pinterest boards, Kathy and her team got all the details correct! I would HIGHLY recommend going and falling in love with Front Porch Farms, just as Jacob and I did! Kathy, her Team, and Husband all make you feel like you're part of the Front Porch Farms family! I wouldn't change a single thing about my day thanks to Front Porch Farms! A million out of 10 recommend! -

If you have a Pinterest-perfect vision for your wedding, FPF is the place to do it
My husband and I just got married here in October of 2023. We had an awesome experience with Front Porch Farms. When it came to picking a wedding venue, and especially given that we planned a destination wedding in Nashville, our #1 goal was finding a spot without a "one-size-fits-all" approach. We had a specific vision in mind, and we wanted the freedom to execute it.
Accordingly, we loved Front Porch Farms because the space is a really solid blank canvas where you can put together whatever kind of wedding fits your style. Kathy has a really comprehensive catalogue of staple accessories and decor available to use, and she works with amazing florists and vendors who can hook you up with the rest. The view from the property is also unbeatable. By far, our guests had the most to say about the look/location of our wedding. From the place settings to the ceremony flowers to the sunset over the cocktail area, the ambience and decor could not have been any better.
We also opted to have Kathy work with us a wedding planner and coordinator. Of course, planning a wedding can be stressful, but Kathy ultimately set us up with everything we wanted and more. When I was unlucky and had a minor wardrobe malfunction right before walking down the aisle, for example, Kathy had a seamstress on speed dial who rushed over to sort me out. I think that, if you're the kind of bride who wants someone to tell you exactly what you want to hear, or if you want someone to spoon feed you wedding details, Kathy isn't the planner for you. If you want a partner who will work with you to make your day the absolute best it can be, I think opting to have Kathy plan your wedding is a great choice. There really was not much we threw at Kathy that she was unwilling to talk about or try, which made for a really cool, unique wedding. -

Front Porch Farms is AMAZINGGG!! ♥️
My husband and I are from England, and we dreamt of getting married in Nashville TN for the longest time. We didn’t want a huge wedding, Just our closes family members. We saw Front Porch Farms online and decided to message Kathy for some help. Kathy was Brilliant, her communication is second to none, she was in constant contact with us even with us being across seas!! Kathy arranged absolutely everything we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her attention to detail is flawless, and she is so accommodating!
The venue itself is breathtaking, like something from a dream! You can see how hard these guys work to look after the land and maintain the venue! Without seeing the venue in person, and after 2 years of planning, 12 of us flew out from UK to TN and had the absolute best time, we had the wedding of our dreams and make life long friends in Kathy Best!
Highly, HIGHLY recommended!

Front Porch Farms is the most beautiful venue I have ever visited! We knew as soon as we got there that this was the place we wanted to book for our special day. The landscape was breathtaking, the groom/bridal suites were incredible and spacious, the reception space was set up exactly as we imagined. There is not a thing that I would have changed about our day. The flowers, the ceremony space, the reception, the food... all of it was perfect! Kathy was such a joy to work with and I could not more highly recommend booking Front Porch Farms for you wedding! -

When we looked at this venue I knew it was the perfect place for me and my husband. We just had our wedding this November and everything was perfect. Kathy and her team made sure everything was in place and just how I wanted it. Kathy even went above and beyond and made a lot of my floral pieces by hand just so everything could match. The views from the hilltop of their property are breathtaking. It was a bit too cold to have our cocktail hour outside by the pool but that space is to die for! Anyone would be lucky to be married here and have Kathy and her team help keep things to the plan and well executed.

BEAUTIFUL venue and wonderful planning experience
The owner of the venue and all in one planner/day of coordinator really knows how to turn your vision into reality (and more than we could have dreamt of). Kathy put a package together with just a few Pinterest images within our budget in just a few days that blew us away. We didn't need to look at any other venues. Being an out of state couple she really took the lead and made the whole process easy with just a handful of emails and phone calls and a google doc. Not everything went as planned the day of due to the weather and covid reducing staff but honestly we didn't notice and we we were still able have an absolutely beautiful ceremony outside. I was stressed but Kathy stayed focused and made it happen! It's really a great venue and Kathy knows what she's doing so if you are looking for a little bit more of a hands off experience where you let the team work their magic with your insperation this is a great venue! Everything about Front Porch Farms was magical from the get-go!
We fell in love with the property upon our first arrival, and didn't even feel the need to look any further for our perfect place to get married. The views from the front yard, where we held our ceremony, are breathtaking no matter which way you look. Kathy Best's (owner, wedding planner extraordinaire) home is out of a story book, and the backyard pavilion, pool, cocktail bar, etc had everything we wanted and more for our reception. We were sold on location and setting alone - but Kathy made the entire wedding planning process a breeze, which kept it enjoyable all the way. She had a bride, a mother of the bride, AND a mother of the groom to deal with and did it all with a smile on her face! Ha. Day of, her entire team made everything seamless. The decor was absolutely stunning - no detail was missed. Don't even get me started on my flowers, y'all! Nobody could believe how unbelievable the bouquets were. My husband and I worried about NOTHING, enjoyed our special day to the FULLEST, and we now get to look back on the most beautiful pictures of the most beautiful wedding in the most beautiful place. 10/10 would recommend Kathy and Front Porch Farms to anyone! -

Absolutely Perfect
Married 10/02/2020 at Front Porch Farms. Absolutely perfect. I had such a hard time describing what I wanted and my vision on top of coming from out of town... and I must say these two ladies Kathy and Alex nailed it. It was beautiful. Every single person LOVED the venue and wondered where I found this magical place. People kept saying how stunning the view was and couldn’t believe how gorgeous the flower arrangements were! Basically, that this was everyone’s favorite venue they’d ever been too!! I mean this place is the place to be. Hands down I can’t say one negative thing about Front Porch Farms. Everything was perfect. Thank you everyone from Front Porch! -

Obviously the views at Front Porch Farms are breath taking, but besides that, Kathy and Brian were a pleasure to work with. We decided to find a new location a month before the wedding due to COVID regulations in Nashville. I found FPF and immediately fell in love. Kathy immediately answered my call and helped me work everything out. She informed me that she normally works with her preferred vendors but since I had everything booked, she allowed me to bring in my own. We were so thankful for that. She was also insanely organized. Even my DOC commented on her planning. It made my life a breeze. I never had to worry. All vendors were contacted and moved to the new venue. It was easy. The day of my wedding was amazing. Everything went just as I had imagined in my head. The only thing I would have changed is to have added heaters in the venue for my guest. It was the end of October and it got a little chilly.
If you are looking for the perfect venue, please check out FPF and Kathy. She was so sweet, so helpful, and so organized. You won’t be disappointed!!! -

Wedding Venue
We had a GREAT day at Front Porch Farms. Kathy listened to all the details we wanted included in our day & made them all happen. We did not have to worry about a single thing on the wedding day. Kathy has a fabulous schedule she makes and we were all able to relax and enjoy the day. FPF is a beautiful venue as well!! We LOVED it! -

Front Porch Farms was our dream wedding venue!!! :) Everything about it was so magical- from the stunning views, gorgeous flowers, beautiful decor, to the amazing team, I could go on and on with this. Kathy and Alex are extremely knowledgeable and organized! They make sure everything is ready to go for a smooth and stress free wedding day. I really appreciate the input Kathy and Alex gave me during the planning process, as this was all brand new to me. Our wedding day was a dream and I would do it all over again if I could!!! As the mother of the bride, Front Porch Farms eliminated all stress! I was prepared to help book everything, set up and take down everything, call every vendor, look for best prices, and I did not have to do any of that! Kathy and Alex worked tirelessly on making my daughter's vision come true. The team is both professional and personal, know how to plan for the unexpected, and keep everything timely. The vendors had worked with them on numerous events and each vendor spoke so highly of Kathy and Alex, which is very telling, and certainly made me feel at ease with all the details.
Having visited abouot six venues, Front Porch Farms stole the heart of the bride. From driving up the driveway to the top of the hill to see "THE TREE", the glorious grounds, the open pavillion with beautiful tables, chandeliers and string lights, and then speaking with Alex about how the all-inclusive worked, she was certainly sold on this venue. (Not to mention that it was by far my favorite.) While each venue we toured had something she liked, Front Porch Farms was the PERFECT one. This ONE complemented them in so many flawless ways that are too numerous to mention.
If you are looking for a venue that captures you, gives 100 percent to help find your vision, knows exactly what they are doing and when to do it, coordinates your day beautifully, and has a zilliion decorations that you can use....choose FRONT PORCH FARMS. Your wedding day could be perfect!

I can't even begin to express how much I love Front Porch Farms! Not only is the venue absolutely beautiful, but Alex and Kathy were spectacular the day of the wedding, making sure everything was taken care of and running smoothly. From nailing our decor and perfecting our dream wedding, to making sure we (the bride and groom) were taken care of throughout the night with food and drinks, Front Porch Farms truly made our wedding the best it could be. Front Porch Farms really went above and beyond with our wedding on October 12, 2018. They were very helpful and accommodating. They wedding was absolutely gorgeous and perfect in every way. When we got engaged, I knew I had to bring my now husband to Front Porch Farms because I had remembered how beautiful it was. This was the only venue we visited and were in LOVE. We are so glad we chose Front Porch Farms. Kathy and Alex are super helpful in the wedding planning process and keep everything so organized! They work well with your budget and do not push you in one direction or another while making planning decisions. Our wedding day could not have been better or more beautiful. The property is absolutely picturesque. We had nothing to worry about the day of our wedding because we knew that Kathy and Alex had everything under control! They are a pleasure to work with and wish I could go back to that amazing day over and over again. Highly recommend!

They planned my wedding in two months and the whole process was completely stress free and the day of the wedding was gorgeous. The staff was wonderful to work with and they were very accomodating to my budget. I would highly recommend this venue!

Kathy is amazingly talented at creating a day that reflects your personality, style and wedding wishes. My husband and I were able to just RELAX, enjoy our guests and the day. We had multiple guests tell us that it was the most beautiful wedding venue they had ever seen and the most fun reception they had attended. As soon as we booked with Kathy, she sent vendor suggestions and a details sheet that made planning so much easier. Kathy was very attentive to each and every detail of the wedding from decor, deliveries, schedule and ceremony rehearsal. Take her vendor suggestions...they are the best in the business!
The venue is so unique and breathtakingly beautiful. Her home sits on top of hill and you can see the rolling hills of Tennessee and the cliffs by the river... gorgeous! Also, the pavilion and pool area are perfect for cocktails, dancing and the reception. Our wedding party got a little rowdy and jumped in the pool at the end of the night! It made for great photos...
Thank you Kathy and Brian for allowing us to host our wedding at your lovely home. Our flower girl told us it was "the best night of her life," and ours too! We wish you both the best! -

They were the first people to not be shocked when we mentioned our large guest list, to encourage us to be a DIY wedding, and to allow us to let this be "our" day! Kathy and Brian were MORE than accommodating spending tons of time before the wedding and the day of to get things prepared! Brian spent many hours making farm tables and hanging lots of accessories! Together they added many special touches and surprises that we loved and would never have thought to do! The day of our wedding Kathy and Brian actually had to travel out of town for other work priorities, but they made sure to have someone perfect in their place! I am still surprised they made their plane that day because they kept pushing back their departure time to spend more time prepping our wedding! We feel blessed to have met Kathy and Brian and to be a part of the Front Porch Farms family! -

Thank you Alex and Kathy for bringing my dreams to fruition beautifully! Day of they could not have been more accommodating to ensure everything went perfectly. Their rain plan is incredibly flexible and I was at ease knowing they would do their best to make sure we had the ceremony we planned on. Week of Kathy takes a huge load of stress off as she coordinates with all of the vendors and I could not have been happier with Alex's florals that I'd been dreaming of! -

Kathryn Sent on 12/15/2017Kathy has a great crew, from Alex who helped plan, to her staff who helped all evening and cleaned up until the last table was cleared, and they all wanted to know if there was anything else they could do. We appreciate the full service and the all-inclusive model. Kathy's choice of caterer, florist, etc. was super. She even let me add an impact arrangement after the floral order was completed. Our daughter's wedding was absolutely beautiful.
