Memories to Treasure

We are so happy with Amy's work. She captured wonderful candid moments such as of people dancing and of the amazing Blue Wave Band. She also took fantastic group shots. Thank you so much Amy and to Fritz for coordinating this and for the great communication throughout the process.

We feel so lucky to have found Cambrae to be our photographer, she helped us make our day perfect in every way! Cambrae was so professional, thoughtful and fun to have capture such important parts of our big day! We cannot wait to see our photos, and will definitely be recommending Cambrae to everyone we can!

We worked with Fritz for our engagement pictures and on our wedding day and it was worth every penny. He and his assistant Kai captured the most incredible images that we loved sharing with family and friends. Fritz was great at making us feel comfortable in front of the camera. He was very responsiveness to any of our requests leading up to the wedding and helped us put together beautiful albums for our parents. He's an all-around great guy who is fun and easy to work with - highly recommend!

I contracted fritz to do senior photo"'s for my granddaughter. I have been very happy with Kaitlyn's photo's . It is hard to choose the photos I want. Asking Kaitlyn it was a positive experience for her.

Kyle photographed our small wedding last year and did an incredible job. Getting my family (and dog!) to cooperate for the photos was no easy feat, but Kyle did it with grace. We were on a tight timeline so that we could get photos taken on the max. At one point, just me, my husband, and Kyle headed to down to the streets of Portland and it was incredible. We had just come the hustle and bustle of our reception and suddenly it was just us and the photographer. He managed to make it feel intimate and magical. He also is a pretty cool guy and we were glad to have him at our wedding. There are honestly so many photographers out there, but I am really glad we ended up with Kyle.

Working with Desirea was delightful! Fritz was a joy to work with from the moment we first met with him all the way through to the send off at the end of our reception. He and his assistant were professional but fun and added to our party. They are creative, kind, and you certainly get more than what you pay for when you choose Fritz Photo!

Our experience with bill and his team was absolutely perfect. I knew right away I wanted him as my wedding photographer and am SO glad we made that decision. No one could have done a better job. He did our engagement pictures as well and he absolutely blew us away with them!! I had no idea they would look so amazing. The wedding planning process he was always quick to respond to any question I had about timeline or any other planning question and was open to any ideas or pictures I want. I wanted all the romantic moments and candid pictures to be captured and he did just that and more. I cried when I got the pictures I couldn't believe how perfect they were and he really got exactly what I wanted. He is so talented and extremely professional, just makes everyone feel so comfortable. I can't recommend him enough. Thank you bill so much!!!!

Jennifer with Fritz/Lucia Photography is the best. Our wedding and engagement photos came out beautifully. She was fun to work with and easy to communicate with. She helped us feel so comfortable. Jennifer even included our dogs in our engagement photos. Our family and friends have nothing but sweet things to say about her. We are so pleased with the results.

Choosing Fritz Photography to shoot my wedding was the best decision I made! Bill is in touch regularly, responds quickly and thoroughly and puts a bride completely at ease during the planning process. He is incredibly knowledgeable about all things wedding and is always willing to help, even beyond his own realm of photography! He and his second shooter Corey Roberts are professional, easy-going, incredibly creative and crazy talented. Every important moment of my wedding was captured flawlessly, while my day remained completely unstaged and organic. Once the wedding was over, Bill provided frequent updates about the status of our photographs, often including sneak peaks of pictures. We received out photos quickly, and they were beyond perfect. The photographs are breathtaking-- their work speaks for itself.

I cannot recommend Fritz Photography enough. They will be your absolute best investment, bar none. They far exceeded my highest expectations as professional photographers, and what's more, I have now met two amazingly sweet, supportive, hilarious and talented people that I am blessed to have shared this moment in my life with. Bill and Corey love what they do and truly work to make your day the best it can possibly be.

Fritz Photography was a great organization to work with. They are creative, professional, personable, honest and flexible. The unusual and beautiful settings that they selected throughout Portland made for beautiful pictures of the bride and groom and the area in which they live. We highly recommend them.

I heard about Fritz Photography from one of my friends who used him to capture her wedding. When I felt like I didn't have any quality photos from my wedding day (used a family friend), I looked back through referrals and came upon Fritz Photography. I contacted him and set up a shoot a year later. We got all dressed up again (which was fun), and I was able to use a make up artist and hair stylist to get the wedding look again. Everything was very professional and my photos came out beautifully. I couldn't have been happier. Fritz has a great eye and is very easy to work with. I was so happy we used him to get some amazing photos to help us remember our wedding. I would highly recommend him to anyone that looking for a wedding photographer. Thanks Fritz!!

We worked directly with Fritz at FritzPhoto. He really listened to what we were looking for - including what we didn't want. He arrived early and had plenty of time to spend taking all of the groups we wanted done before the ceremony. The formal shots were just beautiful and we have them framed all over the house. He took some really nice candid shots during the reception, and some more artistic shots of the venue. We're extremely happy we went with Fritz.

I proposed earlier this year, and Fritz Photo captured the moment and the day. Their photographer was professional and friendly, the company was helpful, and the photos themselves were perfect. One day we will show the photos to our children.

As a bride who didn't know even where to begin when it came to planning a wedding, I came into contact with Bill through my father, who is also a photographer. Bill captured our engagement as well as our wedding photos. We couldn't be more satisfied and pleased with the work that he has done, along with Corey who worked with him the night of our wedding. Words cannot even describe how incredible our pictures came out. Bill has a love of photography, especially wedding photography, and it shines through in his pictures. He is beyond creative and helped to ease my nerves just days before the wedding when we had to rearrange our schedule for our wedding day. He was so flexible and worked with us so that we would be able to get the most out of our day. My husband and I are both so thankful that we came into contact with Bill when our wedding vendor search began! We recommend Fritz Photography for anyone who wants to know they are hiring an awesome wedding photographer!

There are photographers and then there is Bill Fritz. The man, the legend, the best wedding investment you will make. He shot our wedding at Lighthouse Point Park and was organized and professional. Even more, he was incredibly human, incredibly warm, incredibly calm and collected. He (and his collaborator, Steve Walter) captured the spirit of the day and provided us with a (massive) collection we will treasure for years and years to come. Bill, thank you for the gift of your participation. We got married and we got a friend.

Bill was absolutely amazing! I know from the first time we met him that he would A. Keep me calm, B. Produce Amazing photos and C. Have fun doing it! Bill showed up to the wedding an hour before he was suppose to arrive. When I asked him if everything was ok he replied, "I just want to get here early to take a few photos of the venue before it got started! Once photos started he was beyond accommodating, his assistant would hold items I needed, hold the dog when he was not in the photos and give additional cues and help as needed. Bill captured every moment of the night and I honestly don't know how he did it! He seemed like he was everywhere at once! The next morning when Bill posted a "Sneak peak" of our wedding photos as we were boarding the plane to our honeymoon I started to cry. The photo was breathtaking. I absolutely love every photo from that night and I would recommend Fritz Photography to all my friends and family. I assure you, you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I went in and initially met and contracted with Darcie from Lucia, a label under Fritz Photography--then near the wedding, we got the dreaded phone call: she had injured herself and was unable to carry her photography equipment. However, even before she called us, she had set up with another photographer from Fritz (not Lucia) to cover our wedding at the contracted price, and gave positive reviews of him--as soon as our photographer was done talking with us she let him know we were interested and he called us promptly---he was very nice on the phone, we got to look through his portfolio and were impressed and happy with his photography style. He showed up at the wedding dressed appropriately, was unobtrusive and friendly, and did a great job! We got an emailed link to our online gallery of photos while we were still on our honeymoon. The pictures are beautiful and everything we could have hoped for! We had a very positive experience with the Fritz Photography company and they did such a wonderful job of making the complication as stress-free as possible for us!

We were very fortunate and happy to have found Fritz for our wedding. We were planning our wedding from Canada, so Fritz was very understanding and patient with us since were were planning/paying for everything from here.
Our photographer Kyle was absolutely phenomenal at our wedding; he was calm, professional and so creative with us. I HIGHLY recommend using Fritz Photo for any special occasion, and if you are in the Portland area, look them up. The pricing was very reasonable and the pictures were out of this world! So worth it!

I hired Fritzphoto to photograph my 300+ person wedding last summer and was nothing short of amazed! The photos speak for themselves, but what they won’t tell you is how kind, patient and easy to work with Fritz is! He was able to capture all of the special moments throughout the day, breeze through the group shots, and his easy-going relaxed personality made the whole process seem effortless. The photo book he put together after the wedding is something we will treasure for a lifetime. A huge thank you to Fritz and team for capturing our special day! Last year I entered a pageant and needed some professional pictures taken for it. After doing a lot of online research, I really liked the pictures by Fritz. I travelled 3+ hours to meet him (I live in Monroe, WA) and was not disappointed at all. Him and his team was awesome. They made me feel very comfortable and special. I had so much fun during the photo-shoot and the end result was amazing. My display picture here is one of the pictures taken by him that day. One of the titles I won on this pageant was people's choice, which was entirely based on the pictures. So yeah it was totally worth it.
I would recommend him to all my friends.

We are absolutely thrilled with the photos Fritz took of our daughter's wedding! Everyone in our family is extremely impressed with the quality and creative composition of the photos. As our family looked through the slideshow of photos, both married girls in our family were incredibly jealous that their own wedding photos weren't anywhere near the quality of Fritz's photos. He captured the event perfectly. Many family members commented on Fritz's wonderful sense of timing, his ability to catch people in a natural pose, and the professional yet stealth manner in which he moves about a crowd without calling attention to himself. Fritz was incredibly kind, flexible, reliable and a pleasure to work with. It was a stressful and busy day, as all weddings are, but absolutely none of the stress was associated with photography. Really, we are just so very happy with him and his work. The photos are wonderful!!!

Well, in reading everyone else's reviews I almost feel like I don't need to post one, but here goes. Fritz photographed my wedding in NYC a couple of years ago. He was easy to work with, brought his wonderful and bright attitude with him (even when the cops tried telling us we couldn't take pictures in Bryant Park!), and he must have enjoyed working with us because he still has us on his website. I've gotten countless compliments on his shots from friends and family. He was great about avoiding the cheesey posed shots, with the exception of the few that my parents asked for. His style truly is editorial, and captures the spirit of a wedding, not just the people. Many thanks Fritz!!

Fritz just shot our wedding and the photos are stunning! He is a true artist and a very easy-going person to work with. I have been in and to many weddings and while each had beautiful photos taken, I truly feel that ours are breathtaking. I have recieved many compliements confirming this. Fritz came highly recommended to me by a friend who had been to a wedding he photographed. She raved about the photos taken and insisted I check him out, claiming he was amazing. She was right! He captured everything we requested and more[ and was amazing to work with. His work is more that just amazing photographs...it is ART. I would recommend him to anyone, and plan to work with him again in the future (obvoiusly not for a wedding though ;-) If you can, go with the photobooth... we couldn't due to space at our venue but I have seen photos taken in his booths and they are so fun!

Fritz was the first and only photographer we met with, because we knew right away that he was exactly what we were looking for. In addition to his obvious talent, his personality was so laid back and calming. He set us completely at ease. Which would come in handy on our rainy wedding day. (Thankfully, the clouds parted right before our ceremony and the rain held off until just after our pictures.) Fritz captured the day, the moody skies, every moment perfectly. We also had the Photo Booth, which was a huge hit and probably the highlight of the whole reception. I really couldn't have been happier with our photos and people tell us they're some of the best they've ever seen. There were a lot of things we spent money on for the wedding where we went "I can't believe it costs this much!!," but we never said that about Fritz. We wanted pictures that would remind us for the rest of our lives how beautiful and wonderful our wedding day was, and now we have them. I'm so grateful to Fritz and would recommend him to anyone.

Fritz Photography is fantastic:)! I can't say enough good things about our experience with Fritz. We love our photo's! We had an outdoor ceremony and (of course:)) it started to sprinkle right before our ceremony. I was worried, but Fritz was all smiles! The photo's are still amazing and beautiful, and we felt like they told the story of our wedding well.
Fritz also did an amazing job with the chaos of my large extended family! I would recommend Fritz to anyone that is looking for a professional, friendly, flexible, talented and artistic photographer! He was also a very calming person to be around, and on a stressful day like your wedding day, that's an invaluable quality:).

Fritz was amazing. He did our engagement photos and also our wedding photos. I have never seen photos that was able to capture so much emotion in them. Everytime I look at them I feel like I am at my wedding all over again. You get what you pay for and a whole bunch extra. I shoped around and for the package I got and the amount I paid was such a deal. For anyone who is looking for the best Fritz Photography is the one who you need to book for any occasion.

FritzPhoto is Exceptional! He offered great advice for optimal smoothness for the day of the wedding, and was very willing to work with our own ideas. We trusted he and his work long before we saw the outcome, and he delivered! His pictures captured the fun and excitement we felt that day, and even moments we missed during the action! Fritz was professional and humble, easy to work with, and GREAT with our guests. His prices are absolutely worth it, for not only the photographic work he does, but for his passion, his honesty, and artistry he puts into each moment. Fritz did an amazing job photographing our wedding. The shoot the day of the wedding was professional yet playful. When we first received our proof book we couldn't have been happier with the photographs. Then we received our photo album and slideshow dvd. Everything was perfect, just like we imagined. Fritz's style is creative and interesting; not your standard wedding photography. He is a sweet guy with a creative vision. He captured our day perfectly and we couldn't have been happier with our choice to use him.

We are so incredibly happy with our wedding photos! FritzPhotography did an amazing job of capturing the spirit of our day. We have received so many compliments from family, friends, and acquaintances alike. Many have said that ours are the best wedding photos they have ever seen.
Not only did our pictures turn out beautifully, but Fritz and his assistant were a joy to work with. They were so relaxed and easy-going, which worked perfectly with our goal for a stress-free day.

Fritz Photography was amazing to work with during the planning, wedding, and choosing photos. Fritz made us all feel so comfortable around him and his staff that we didn't even know they were there. He did a great job of capturing our wedding day better than we could have ever imagined. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a wedding photographer. Fritz is AMAZING!! My photos surpased my wildest imagination....with the photos capturing more beauty and art than I thought was possible. He is genuine, honest and fun! Fritz did an amazing job! We felt so relaxed with him there! He saved the day when I didn't now how to pin a boutonnière on my groom and he let me use his camera to document it! He was very fun and creative with us. If you want amazing and unique wedding photos chose Fritz! If we ever need professional photos in the future we will have to drive 2 hours to Portland to see him! When we look back at the photos it takes us back to that day.

Fritz is talented, friendly, and VERY good at what he does. Initially, we were worried he would be a little out of our price range, but he offers a nice variety of services that we were able to work with. Prior to the wedding, he was super helpful helping me figure out a good flow for pictures, making sure I got the pictures I wanted and also allowing enough time. During the wedding day...I barely knew he was there...but o was he! We just received our pictures (just a few days after the wedding!) and he took pictures of everything!!! Not only that, but they are INCREDIBLE pictures! He was super creative at making moments incredible memories. The variety of pictures is also very well done, there are plenty of us, our families, the bridal party and guests. Additionally, he took gorgeous pictures of the decorative elements (things that I didn't really get a chance to "see" because I was busy). We are SO happy we used Fritz Photography and really recommend him to anyone!

Fritz Photography (Fritz) was wonderful to work with and absolutely considerate of our budget. Fritz was able to work with us in understanding what was "nice to have vs. need to have". In the end he worked in making sure we didn't eliminate anything that he felt brought value and would make our day wonderful. As an example, the photo booth was an added cost but well worth it and a hit with our guests.
