Wonderful staff. Very helpful sales team. Needed alterations and Frankie was perfect. He is definitely great at what he does. Patient and understanding. He has A great eye. He also had a quick turnover but does beyond exceptional work. -

Anna Sent on 04/15/2015Growing up in Statesboro, I thought it was ironic that ultimately, I got my wedding dress from Frills, even though I had been living on the West Coast for 5 years and met my husband out there. But I was getting married in Savannah, and Frills had the dress of my dreams! It was actually the first dress I tried on.
Originally, one of the salesgirls told me I should go with a 4, but Scott (the owner?) suggested I go a size up, which was the best option. So, moral of the story - listen to Scott.
The dress was gorgeous and exactly what I wanted - I felt the price was pretty great, actually.

It also helps to bring a friend to narrow down choices. Mine discovered the Allure bridesmaid dress that I chose in blush and it is perfect. -

Courtney Sent on 05/10/2011The girls at Frills & Fancies were wonderful. Helped me pick out my perfect dress and helped make sure I had everything I needed. They took great care of me. My veil was very late in coming in, but they had it covered, worked their behinds off to make sure it came in in time :) They have an amazing selection of dresses to fit any budget :) -

I called here to set up an appointment after doing some research and going to about 7 other stores in Atlanta, savannah and some other places. I asked several very specific questions before making my appointment because it's 1.5 hours away. I knew what I was looking for in a dress and I knew that they sold several designers that I loved, I also asked about sizes to try on because I didn't want to waste my time driving there if there was nothing I could even try on. The girl I spoke to on the phone assured me there was plenty. Well we got there and went to the third floor and it was almost awkward, the girl that helped us just said look around and see if there's anything you like. She never asked my size, style or budget so we began to look and there was not a big selection at all. I was actually confused because they only have one of each dress and mostly smaller sizes...up to about 12 was average. There were three that were a 16 all of which were not my taste at all. Again this is why I asked very specific questions when I called. I went over to the girl and explained that I was extremely disappointed and upset at the fact that they had no selection and nothing to try on in my size and she really had nothing to say, so with that we left. No apology or anything, buying a wedding dress is not just about the dress but also about the experience and how you should feel as a bride. I hate to say it but I wouldn't waste any time going here.
