Made a Flower Believer out of this skeptic

Carryann worked amazingly well with my planner. I was pretty set that I didn't care about flowers and did not want real ones. They really brought me all the way around. Carryann listened well to what I liked in life, and put together a pinterest board that really reflected that! We got so many compliments at the wedding on our flowers, and I ended up really loving how they looked and the final product. They were right! Carryann is wonderful! She also knew that donating the flowers was important to me and made that a reality as well. Please use her! She is fantastic!

Beautiful flowers that made the Bride AND the moms happy :)

CarryAnn did a beautiful job with the florals for our wedding! My husband and I are not floral people, but our mothers both care deeply. CarryAnn was able to take our limited understanding of florals and lack of clear vision, and created something stunning that made everyone happy! Our Chuppah and tablescapes were beautiful, in large part thanks to CarryAnn's floral arrangements. She was a delight to work with at every step! We would definitely recommend CarryAnn to anyone planning a wedding in the Middle TN area!

Nashville Country Club Wedding 9/21/24

CarryAnn arranged our flowers for our wedding welcome party, ceremony, and reception. We could not be more thrilled with CarryAnn's communication, transparency, professionalism, or quality of flower arrangements. CarryAnn was exactly what we were looking for in a florist - she values quality, does not require a minimum fee, and is truly passionate about what she does. CarryAnn went above and beyond for our weekend, creating multiple renditions of quotes with Pinterest boards to visualize the arrangements. She met with us to discuss how to mix greenery and votives with the flower arrangements to create a romantic look and high arrangements to help draw the eye to the spaces we liked most in the venue. She was prompt and on the ball the day of, repurposing flowers from our ceremony for the reception and tending to the flowers throughout the day prior to guests' arrival. We first learned of Fresh by CarryAnn by attending another wedding in Nashville, where we were blow away by the arrangements. CarryAnn once again delivered for our wedding and far exceeded all of our expectations! I would recommend CarryAnn to any couples considering florists for their big day.

CarryAnn was absolutely phenomenal to work with. She was so accommodating of all of my questions and updates and general chaos throughout the planning process, and she did an incredible job day-of. The florals were stunning – we got so many compliments on them! My floral vision was pretty vague, but she did a wonderful job of bringing it all to life so cohesively. Amazing flowers!

Carry Ann did an amazing job with our wedding flowers. I had a very specific vision, and she made it happen. She even helped us brainstorm how to reuse ceremony flowers for the reception. Everything was spectacular, and all our guests were blown away. Months after the wedding, we are still receiving compliments. I would without a doubt recommend Carry Ann!

CarryAnn and Jessica did such an amazing job. At our consultation beforehand, Jessica gave great advice and guidance to help me decide what I wanted, and then they really made our vision come to life. I was initially nervous about choosing floral arrangements in general because I had never done that before, but they made it all look so beautiful. If I had to do it over, I would do the same exact thing again. They were also so kind and professional, all at a reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend!

Carryann is THE BEST!

I was so worried about finding a florist that could 1) create my dream florals and 2) stay in budget. Carryann was the very best at both! She took the time to comb through my pinterest board and really understand what I wanted. She was so respectful with my budget and showed me exactly what I was getting - even helped me cut out/move things around so that I would get the best outcome/look for what I was spending.

My florals could not have been more perfect!! I am still getting compliments on them weeks later. Carryann is the most kind soul and will make your floral dreams come true :)

Absolutely Breathtaking!

CarryAnn made our wedding far beyond what we could have ever imagined. Her work and artistry at our wedding was positively breathtaking. Her design was far far beyond my wildest dreams. Never did I think that the venue could look so absolutely stunning. She understood what we were looking for and created something more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. When I close my eyes or look at pictures from the day, it looks like a fairy tale. When I first saw my bouquet, I gasped because I was FLOORED with how exquisite the bouquet looked. Little did I know how the ceremony spot and barn would look. SO SO SO stunningly gorgeous.

For the past 2 years, Carry Ann helped us plan our special day with patience and attention. Planning with her was easy and fun and so low stress. We always said our floral meetings were our favorite. Everything was so well organized and executed so that we could just completely relax and enjoy. Everything far exceeded our expectations and it honestly still feels like a dream. The day was breathtaking.

We LOVE Fresh by CarryAnn!!!

CarryAnn created the most beautiful bouquets and centerpieces and aisle decor for my wedding. She listened to me, understood what I wanted, and perfectly executed the vision. The sample bouquet for my bridal portraits, bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, as well as the tablescapes for the reception and cocktail hour were on point! Everything was breathtakingly, jaw-dropping gorgeous!

Not only was her work so pretty and so lovely, CarryAnn is an absolute dear to work with. She was prepared, prompt, and totally sweet.

Just YES, YES, YES!!! CarryAnn was simply amazing in every way. She did my daughter's wedding on 06/26/2020, and everything she did was just perfect. Every arrangement was stunning - bouquets, boutonnieres, table arrangements, altar/arch arrangement, cake flowers - literally every single arrangement was beyond beautiful. Our guests commented more on the stunning flowers than on anything else. The most wonderful added bonus to the most wonderful flowers is CarryAnn herself. She is calm, efficient, organized, and just the sweetest soul in the world. We loved everything about her and her business. A little something extra...and then some!

In the absolute simplest terms, CarryAnn is an artist who loves her work—a trait which is manifested in her product and her work ethic. We had a simple courthouse wedding in March and asked CarryAnn to make a small sample bouquet for the occasion ahead of our formal ceremony in November. Not only did she NAIL. IT. she brought along a boutonnière for my husband as a kind (and generous) gesture. Unsurprisingly, her work at our November wedding and reception blew us away with its beauty, seasonality, and warmth. She could and should charge twice what she does for the personal touches and time investment she provides. Would/will work with her again!! THANK YOU, CARRYANN!!

(For the detail-oriented, we had ~120 guests, and CarryAnn did a total of six bouquets, eight + boutonnières (and more mini-bouts for our nephews), two corsages, two large aisle arrangements, a floral arch, and 16 centerpieces, plus assorted small arrangements, cake flowers, and candles throughout! Wonderful Service/Wonderful Person!

CarryAnn came highly recommended from a couple of my other vendors. From the second I sat down with her, I knew my day would be in good hands and I had no need to explore other florist options. She is a professional at what she does and I left that first meting knowing she would rock it. She soon after sent me a vision board with everything I had loosely described to her (I definitely do not know flowers at all, but CaryAnn took my vision and perfectly made it a reality). She is extremely fairly priced and was so good about working within our budget and giving us multiple options with different price points for each piece. On the day of, everything was beautiful and perfect and I'd choose her again and again!

We used Fresh by CarryAnn and worked with Jessica for our wedding and she was absolutely wonderful!! Everything just looked so beautiful and perfect and was exactly what I wanted and was envisioning. Most Amazing Florist Ever!

I couldn't ask for a more amazing florist. Carry Ann has beautiful taste and worked with my budget to make our wedding spectacular. She is super easy, fun, and low-drama to work with. She spent hours at our venue on the day of setting up first for our ceremony and cocktail hour, and then transforming our venue for dinner and dancing into a magical glowing candlelit space. It was so stunning, I was completely blown away. She also very kindly delivered our flowers to a hospice after the wedding, at my request. I was so grateful that she made it easy to share her beautiful work with people going through really difficult experiences. I can't recommend CarryAnn highly enough!

Just Beautiful

The flowers truly made the event! Carryann transformed the space and made it look so elegant and beautiful with her floral pieces. I told her all the bouquets and centerpieces were beyond expectations. When we met with her she said she tries to use flowers that are in season and has other tricks to keep cost down. I cannot begin to tell you how BEAUTIFUL your flowers were! I mean absolutely stunning. Walking into the reception area with all the floral arrangements on the tables just stopped me in my tracks. I literally sat down at one of the guest tables just to get a better look! Carry Ann was a dream to work with from start to finish. I'm writing this as a post and as a review so I can share some pictures of Carryann's beautiful work from our wedding day. These are just a couple photos that were snapped by our guests. We can't wait to see the official pictures because her work is sure to look amazing.

We decided to go with Fresh Weddings by Carryann after seeing her work a few times before. It is always beautiful and she does such a wonderful job working with her clients.

From our first consultation to the day of our wedding, Carryann was so easy to work with. We especially loved that she takes the time to meet with you and learn what your vision is for the wedding. She really understood our look for the day and it was perfectly planned and prepared. A large number of compliments we received from the wedding were about the florals. My favorite was, of course, my bridal bouquet. It was the right size for me, mix of colors, and blooms that matched our color scheme perfectly. Another favorite was the flower crown. I wanted a very simple flower crown and she really delivered on this piece. It was simple, yet still incorporated small pieces that were also used in the bridal bouquet. It was so beautiful.

One thing that you must know about Carryann is that when she shows up to provide her services, she really delivers! She works so hard and pitches in wherever she can to make your day come alive. I had the pleasure of witnessing this at my own wedding and at another wedding she worked on. Overall, we are so happy that we chose to give her our business and she will be the first person we call for any future services. Thank you Carryann!!!!!

CarryAnn did my wedding back in October. She was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. My flowers turned out every more magical than I expected. We had a really big wedding and she handled everything beautifully. She delivered flowers to the groom and bride parties that morning. She set up at the church and then headed to the venue. I had absolutely nothing to be stress or worried about. CarryAnn was AMAZING! I searched for florists with great reviews and great prices and found Fresh Weddings by CarryAnn. We had a consultation at her home office and she was so personal. We pulled up my "pinterest inspiration" board and talked through what we wanted for our wedding. CarryAnn NAILED IT. I am still so obsessed with what she put together for us. She was realistic and creative with the pricing guide for us and gave us a few options to chose from using different flowers and the prices the arrangements/bouquets would be. She was incredible. Jessica at CarryAnn was great to work with. Her quote was detailed and she quickly answered all my questions and requests for changes. The flowers for our wedding were gorgeous and I was thrilled with how they looked and the bouquets. I loved my bride bouquet and Jessica captured the feel I was going for perfectly. Jessica was AMAZING! I had no idea about flowers or what I wanted. I knew I loved Peonies and did not want a lot of "greens" in my arrangements. I did not want a ton of flowers for my ceremony and reception, but Jessica created 4 beautiful arrangements for the altar, that we used for the reception, 3 bouquets, corsages for the mother of the bride and hostess, and petals for the flower girl. For the centerpieces she created a very romantic candle arrangement. It was everything I imagined. After visiting and consulting with 3 other florist, Fresh by CarryAnn was hands down the best! Price, flexibility, and a passion for creating memories. Trust me, you will not gone wrong with them!

Fresh by CarryAnn is amazing! Jessica designed and put together all of our wedding floral arrangements, and they were all incredibly beautiful! Honestly, they came out even better than I imagined, and I was floored! Many guests commented on how beautiful they were, and we had no problem finding people to take flower arrangements home at the end of the night. I was also probably the worst bride to deal with because I had no idea what I wanted! I sent Jessica a bunch of photos of things I liked, and then she put together some ideas that would fit within my budget. If you are worried about staying in budget, definitely contact Fresh by CarryAnn because they are SO flexible! They offered me two different proposals with things at different prices, and I could mix and match things however I wanted! I also had some changes a couple of weeks before the wedding, and they were happy to accommodate those as well! Additionally, Jessica kept everything really stress-free on the wedding day even when our reception venue wasn't quite ready on time for her to set up. With their stunning arrangements, responsiveness, reasonable prices, and flexibility, I would definitely recommend Fresh by CarryAnn, and specifically Jessica, to everyone!

CarryAnn was amazing! I was so very lucky call and speak with CarryAnn when I did because she such a busy lady and was booking up her weekends at a fast rate. I had an idea of mixing sunflowers and hydrangeas together & she took it to the next level! I spoke with her over the phone and through email various times and she was consistent in her replies and willingness to work with me.
Her pricing can NOT be beat. No only did she gorgeously make my bridal bouquet, 5 bridesmaids bouquets, 5 groomsmen boutonnieres, MOB & MOG corsages, FOB & FOG boutonnieres, 4 grandparent corsages/boutonnieres, ring barer boutonniere and flower girl loose petals, plus 40 medium loose sunflowers for centerpieces - she did it for half the price two other local florists quoted me!! AND she delivered all of that on the day of for a $25 delivery fee!
I will never use any another florist in Wilson County again. She is truly a class act and knows her flowers!

We used Fresh by CarryAnn for our entire wedding, and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful display of flowers! CarryAnn created flower arrangements for the church, centerpieces for the reception, and did all of the bouquets/boutonnieres/corsages for the entire wedding party. I showed her pictures of arrangements that I liked and told her the colors of my wedding, and she created absolutely stunning arrangements that I would have never imagined! She definitely has an eye for what flowers and colors go well together, and she adds her own twist to where the arrangements come out so unique and exquisite. I highly recommend this vendor for any flower arrangement!

CarryAnn made the flower arrangements (bouquets, bouts, centerpieces, etc.) for our August 3rd wedding at Houston Station more incredible than I could have ever imagined! I booked CarryAnn months and months prior to our date. She was attentive, responsive, completely professional and very helpful the entire time. She showed up right on time the day of and delivered the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen, and all with a lovely smile!

I would absolutely recommend CarryAnn to anyone who needed ANY floral needs. She provided wonderful ideas and suggestions when I was stuck, her prices were very reasonable and she is just the sweetest person to work with.

Her peppy, upbeat, and sweet spirit make her Carry Ann and her team are a joy to work with! I hate to admit it, but I was that bride.. You know the bride that has NO CLUE what she likes/wants from her wedding florist. I had my mind completely made up about so many other things for the wedding that, unfortunately the flowers got pushed to the back burner. When I met with Carry Ann for the first time she had such patience with me. I came in with a few pictures that I had clipped from some magazines that I KINDA liked... but Carry Ann was able to help me figure out exactly what I did and did NOT like about the flowers in those pictures. Then from there, we were able to tweak things and create exactly what I had dreamed of. (even though I didn't know flower names, or anything... just knew what I didn't like.. lol!)

I like and appreciate how Carry Ann runs her business. Once you figure out exactly what you need (ie: 3 bridesmaid bouquets, 1 MOB and 1 MOG corsage, etc) then she gives you an Option A (biggest package), Option B (medium package), and Option C (moderate options) and then offers additional add on's (wreaths for doors, bouquet for reception hall, etc) to help you fit stay within an exact budget. It really helps, especially when it comes down to the wire and all the wedding costs are adding up!

At the end of the night, when we got to our hotel room, it turns out that we had received a visit from the Fresh Wedding Fairies :) They went in and spread rose petals around our hotel room.. talk about the perfect ending to a PERFECT day.

Fresh by CarryAnn is the best of the best. When looking for a florist for our wedding I did not really know what to expect. From the first time I met with CarryAnn I knew her and her team would be the perfect choice for my wedding day flowers. I do not know much about flowers and was only able to show pictures of what I knew I would like. CarryAnn took my ideas and turned them into an even better reality! The floral arrangements and bouquets were absolutely gorgeous! The details of the centerpieces for the reception were perfect. I could not of dreamed of anything better. Just based off of her beautiful floral arrangements alone I would recommend her to any bride, but CarryAnn is more than just a florist. She was there to take care of any last minute details that didn't even involve flowers! In fact, she even fluffed my train before I walked down the aisle. CarryAnn and her team are a wonderful group of people! Could not recommend them enough! You will not be disappointed.

I worked with CaryAnn's assistant, Jessica Frame. I really liked Jessica from the first meeting. Although they already had several weddings booked for that weekend, she made time for me. CarryAnn was awesome to work with! She was incredibly responsive and even drove 30-40 minutes to meet with us near our home. The flowers were beautiful and I loved her simple, organized, and very thorough list of all of the flowers we'd need for the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception--we literally walked through the entire day. We had a few things change near the end and each time I got the reassuring response saying that it'll be taken care of. CarryAnn was such a pleasure to work--she's so sweet and her work is fantastic!

CarryAnn did an amazing job on our flowers. The arrangements and bouquets turned out exactly how I wanted, and were more beautiful than I ever could've imagined. She was able to work within my budget, and could show me other flowers that would be less expensive and give the same effect. On the wedding day, she stayed throughout the ceremony (even fixing my train before I walked down the aisle) then transported the flowers to the reception site. All my bridesmaids loved that they had a vase with their bouquet to keep it in at the reception. Fresh by CarryAnn is a wonderful choice for your wedding flowers!

Carry Ann is just awesome. She is so easy to work with and so kind to those of us who are "flower-challenged." I have no idea what the names of most flowers are and felt like a complete fool going in to my inital consultation with Carry Ann. I just brought her a picture and said, "I like those flowers." She did the rest.

Our centerpieces were taken home by our guests who complimented how pretty they were and how amazing they smelled! She checked on us throughout the night and even snuck into our hotel room to scatter rose petals on the bed, floor, and in the bathtub. A complete surprise!!

I have to be honest and admit I really did not shop around. I explored different florists via websites and checked prices that way, but Carry Ann's personality just made me smile. She is the only florist I met in person. I felt calm and confident that she would do nothing short of an amazing job, and that is exactly what she and her assitant did.

Another perk was she is buds with Shara Lunn, owner of Cakes by Shara who was the baker we chose to fill our guests tummies with yummy goodness. Knowing that the florist handling our cake topper, and the baker providing our cake worked so swimmingly together was just another stressless aspect of our wedding day.

I was so nervous going into pick out my flowers because I had no idea what I wanted, but Carryann made the process so easy. Carry Ann was amazing . . . and her prices are the best in town (and I know, because I met with about 7 florists). Her designs were great, everything looked wonderful, she captured exactly what I wanted, and even provided a little surprise at the end of the evening! You'd be a fool not to us her.

I went with CarryAnn for my wedding ceremony flowers (bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquet, corsages and boutonnieres) and it was wonderful! She's not only professional and has great ideas, but listens to what you want and works with you on what it is that you want to have!

The flowers were so beautiful, delivered on time, even had vases to hold the bouquets in with water so they would stay as fresh as can be before walking down the aisle!

CarryAnn is pleasant to work with, cheery and upbeat and ready to tackle whatever it is you are looking to do to make your wedding day as perfect as possible!

CarryAnn did an awesome job with our wedding. I went to her on referral from the lady who made the wedding cake, not knowing what I wanted exactly. She sat down with me for 2 hours and showed me pictures, made suggestions, and helped to organize the amount of flowers we actually needed. CarryAnn gave me alternatives to the more expensive flowers that I chose to help it be a bit more cost effective. We ended up with my bouquet, a tossing bouquet, the flowergirl pommander, 11 bouts, 3 bridesmaids bouquets, a matron bouquet, 4 corsages, 6 glasses of floating rose petals, rose petals for the tables, plus delivery, and it was less expensive than I could've gotten at any of the other places I checked. Her delivery charge at the time was only $4.95, and she picked all the rented materials up after the wedding. Everything was exactly how I envisioned and the price was unbeatable.

CarryAnn came personally to the wedding to set up the flowers and stayed throughout the ceremony and the beginning of the reception to ensure that everything was prepped and ready and beautiful. She worked within my budget and was incredibly accomodating. She took the stress off. I love working with her and would recommend her to any bride in the Nashville area.

I cannot begin to tell you how incredible CarryAnn and her services are! The flowers and decor were perfect, in exactly the right colors. While planning, she made the right suggestions to match the wishes and vision of the bride. At the same time, the beauty was priced reasonably. She went way above expectations and helped with other aspects of the wedding day to make sure Lauren's day was as she had dreamed. For example, she and the wedding cake vendor talked and planned the right touches for the wedding cake table so that everything was perfectly coordinated. I would recommend CarryAnn to anybody!

Carry Ann is such a sweet heart and a joy to work with. We had a brief conversation over the phone before meeting about the flowers I was thinking about, my favorite flower, etc. We met and she brought those flowers along with suggestions of one that complemented them. What a creative soul. I wanted specific flowers but was not sure how they would all come together. My flowers were beautiful! I couldn't have been happier. She came several hours before the ceremony started and stayed through the ceremony. She makes sure that your flowers stay fresh for your pictures, ceremony, and after. I was unsure at first about having real flowers, but I am glad that I chose Carry Ann. She is one of a kind!

Jessica and Carry Ann are wonderful! Jessica took the 10-12 pictures with "I like this, but I would change this" and "something like this but different" and the flowers I liked and understood the picture I had in my head. They created a BEAUTIFUL bouquet that was exactly what I wanted. The bridesmaids bouquets were beautiful, and together it totally filled the picture I had in my head but couldn't express. Thank you creative people for knowing exactly what I meant! I highly recommend them, the value you get is exceptional!

Carry Ann and Jessica are wonderful. If you want someone to prepare your flowers/deco JUST the way you want it call Carry Ann. She listens and hears what your saying, then she prepares the most beautiful arrangements. If you want to go all out in one area and save money in another, whatever she works with you and the results are beautiful.

CarryAnn put together an AMAZING display of flowers and candles for our wedding. Her and her team managed to deck out a hotel ballroom with hundreds of vases with floating candles, floral accents, and swanky cernterpiece displays with very little direction from us and a tight tight schedule. We got tons of compliments from our guests on the decor of our wedding and it was all CarryAnn! She knocked our wedding out of the park. We'd happily use her again any time.

I was a budget bride, and Carry Ann can attest to the ridiculous demands I had based around my restrictive budget. =) From our introduction, she was professional and warm all at once. She presented me with a detailed proposal of three options based on price and flowers, then patiently responded to each question as we worked out a package that left us both smiling. And on my wedding day -- I was blown away! She was at the hotel with bouquets and boutonnieres, at the church with altar flowers, at the reception site with centerpiece set-up...THEN back at each place afterward to pick up and tear down. Unbelievable! In past weddings, the family or wedding party had to keep track of those things, but Carry Ann was right there every time I looked for help. If you are a bride considering florists for your Nashville wedding: I highly recommend Carry Ann!

I planned to hire CarryAnn from the first time I met her. I went in not knowing what I wanted, other than the shape & colors. She went & played around in the back & came out with some options - this is exactly what I was hoping would happen, but other florists didn't do. I was told to expect to be sat down with a book; CarryAnn had no such books, thankfully! On my second meeting with her, she had a sample bouquet waiting for me.
And, day of the wedding, she was even there when I arrived & hung out to take a few pictures - not once getting 'in the way'.
I think really the only negative is that when I asked to make a payment, it would take a few days for that to happen.

She listened to everything, and wanted to know what was important to us. She gave us multiple package offers and from there we created what was best for our budget. Thanks to CarryAnn my flowers were beautiful! She really listened to my vague description of what I wanted to accomplish and she really turned it into a gorgeous event. My bouquet was absolutely amazing!! She really was able to think out side the box and she always had a smile on her face. The best thing is how affordable she is, I swear she can turn whatever your budget is into exactly what you want, without pushing you to spend more. Also her amazingly talented assistant Jessica makes beautiful headbands that my bridesmaids all absolutely loved!!! Thanks ladies!

I only realized this after the wedding was done, but I never actually met CarryAnn, but it turns out I didn’t have to to get everything I requested for the wedding day. I explained my vision and through pictures and emails, and she made everything look just right! We had red lilies, green spider mums and succulents for the reception as well as flower-filled vases and pullbacks for the ceremony. We didn’t have to worry about things being in the right place--everything was taken care of when we got to the venues (and she only charged us a fee for delivery for one venue!). Her prices fit our budget and she worked with us to tailor a plan that would still fulfill our wishes while staying pocket-friendly. Definitely recommend!

Carry Ann did an amazing job with my flowers. They were georgeous! She did a test bouqet for my bridal shower so I could see what they bouqets would look like and she was flexible with a few last minute changes. For our budget range, she was perfect!

Anyone who knows me, knows I believe in the power of reviews. For this florist, however, they probably didn't take that into account and the fact that I would be writing one.

I, unfortunately, did not have the pleasure of working with this florist. I had to take my business elsewhere. I met with CarryAnn. The meeting went really well and I got excited by all her recommendations as I'm certainly not a flower or decor expert. CarryAnn set the expectation that I would see a quote within a week. 10 days passed and no quote. She did touch base however on the 10th day, and let me know she was working the quote and I would see it that afternoon or the following day. No problem, I thought. Well, those days came and went and I inquired with her 4 days later as I assumed she had forgotten about me. I didn't recieve an actual quote for another 6 days (almost a full 3 weeks from the date we met). I responded with some questions 4 days after I recieved the quote. When another 8 days passed and I didn't get a response, I let CarryAnn know how disheartened I was from not hearing from her, but wanted to give her benefit of the doubt, and asked her is everything was okay. I got a response to my questions that day with no acknoledgement of my concern. How unfortunate!

My conclusion is she either is having growing pains, decided she didn't want my business or simply is horrible at following up with prospective clients. All she had to do was apologize about the time lapse or at least acknowledge it and I could have kept working with her. Either way, I could not get comfortable with the fact she couldn't meet the expectations she gave me or respond to my inquiries without a second inquiry from me.

Hopefully, this review will be taken as a learning experience for the business. I took my business to the other side of Nashville.
