The cake by Fratellis came out perfect and it was exactly what I pictured! They were extremely easy to work with and everything came out great!

We cannot say enough great things about Fratellis! From the cake tasting experience - where they give you so much cake to try, some to take home and free beverages at the cafe - to the follow up before the wedding - everything was perfect! They even give you a free small cake on your one year anniversary! The cake was beautiful and so reasonably priced - we would hire them again in a heartbeat and will definitely be using them again for future celebrations!

We loved our wedding cake, and got so many compliments on it! We had a 4 tier white cake with french butter cream, and fresh strawberries inside. It was super moist and delicious. It was beautiful, but most important to us was that it tasted great too! I changed my mind several times on colors and tiers, and Lauren was super responsive and accommodating. The price was excellent, also!

I loved my cake! I went into Fratelli's with a picture and what they produced was better than I could ever imagine! I chose carrot cake and alternated layers with a lemon cake. Both were delicious! My cake was classy and elegant. The attention to details was spot on! They were wonderful to work with!!!!!

Fratelli's bakery made us the best wedding cakes!! We ended up doing a 3 tier cake with a full sheet as well. We kept it simple with a scroll of flowers wrapped around with the flower outlined in gold. When we saw the cake in person at the wedding - we both were so happy with the design & taste of the wedding cake. Lauren sat down with us and worked out every detail. She was great to work with & extremely friendly. Everyone raved about how great the cake was.

My fiance and our moms went cake tasting and made a day of it. Fratelli's was amazing! Everything was fresh and the staff were so nice! Our cake was better than I ever could have imagined and I'm still thinking about it! Luckily I don't live near them anymore or else I'd be buying a cake from them every month!

We loved working with Fratelli's! They have top notch customer service! The cake tasting with Katie was so much fun! And so much cake! I brought pictures with ideas that we were looking to do for our cake and it was exactly what we wanted. While we had more of a simple design, they were able to accommodate our nautical theme perfectly! We also purchased several dozen cannoli's as well. We had a small deposit and then just made payments leading up to the big day. I would highly recommend this bakery!

Fratelli's bakery makes the best cakes so when it came time to decide which baker would be making our wedding cake, our decision was easy. We ended up doing cupcakes with an 11" small cake on top. They provided the tiered-stand, and made 3 different flavors which we tried at a cake tasting. The cupcakes came our great (we tried all 3 flavors the morning after the wedding for breakfast!) and everyone raved about how great they were!

All of our guest RAVED about the cake! We had 3 tiers with different flavors and each one was DELICIOUS! They were incredibly easy to work with and the cake arrived in perfect condition!

My husband and I love Fratelli's and completed a cake tasting for our wedding at their Quincy location. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and the options were delicious (I finished off my husband's plate!)! We ordered our wedding cake on the spot. We had brought wedding cake images from Pinterest to describe what we wanted the three tiers of our wedding cake to look like. We were aiming for a simple, elegant cake to match our "Fall Glam" theme—wood, leaves, and everything Fall, but in ivory and gold (not yellow, orange, red). The top and bottom layers were very simple, just textured frosting. I was hoping the middle layer, chocolate with french buttercream frosting, could be gold and resemble bark, like a tree trunk, and had provided a photograph example. The associate informed me they couldn't make the middle layer metallic gold, but would use solid colors to make it resemble gold. I politely agreed. Lastly, I had asked for no topper, only a few clusters of ivory, fondant maple leaves scattered around the layers. We made sure to leave all photograph examples with their team. On my wedding day, I received the exact cake I had asked for. Every detail we had asked for was there, and the middle layer wasn't gold, as they had informed us. However, I was very underwhelmed by the overall design. I had assumed they would take the entire design to the next level, and deliver a highly elegant cake. The ivory maple leaves looked overly plain, and the middle "gold tree trunk" layer looked yellow with zebra stripes (wood grain) engraved into it. Despite its appearance, the cake was phenomenal and that's truly what matters! I'd rather have an underwhelming, yet delicious, cake, than a gorgeous cake that tastes terrible. All in all, we were very pleased with our cake. I would still recommend the bakery, but would advise others to be careful with design requests.

Best choice to have fratelli's make our wedding cake. The cake was absolutely delicious and beautiful. While i had other cakes at weddings, our cake tasted as if it was fresh and baked that morning. It didn't have that taste as if it was in the walk-in for days. I was bummed i only got to have one slice. We had a three layer cake for 121 people, One layer was white with strawberry filling. This was delicious. Frosting was very light and not over powering and heavy. We had frosting flowers cascading down the side. Looked beautiful. only thing we would have changed, was have the flowers flow at more of and angle rather than down the side. Not an issue though. Cake looked absolutely elegant, Communication was amazing and they worked effortlessly with vendor. We originally chose them as a vendor due to a donation they gave to the military. I always try to support businesses that donate to the military. I was pleased with the quality of service. i highly recommend this business.

We used Fratelli's for our wedding cake back in September we had a small cake for us and cupcakes for the rest of our guests. They were so accommodating and able to customize even the sprinkles in the cake to match our wedding colors . The only problem I ran into is that they used a cardboard support over the entire top of the cake that we weren't aware of. When we went to cut our cake we actually couldn't Cutthrough.

Our tasting was DIVINE! We had so much fun. They were easy going and willing to customize designs based on my unique ideas and offer suggestions at the same time. We never expected it to be so hard to choose cake flavors. Can we just have them all? Can't wait for the big reveal at our wedding!

With our wedding package we got to try three cake vendors in the Quincy/Braintree, MA area. Fratelli's top them all. We worked with Cindy who was able to cater to our needs. We had an amazing cake with a chocolate/chocolate mousse filling layer, a carrot cake layer, and a vanilla/raspberry filled layer that tasted just like a raspberry doughnut. I am an amateur baker and my husband is an Executive Chef and we thought the cake was superb. They were able to decorate it to our exact specifications and only charged us an extra $50 for a layer with fondant on it. Konditor Meister in Braintree wanted to charge us $300 more for the same exact cake. We were so thrilled we went with Fratelli's. They do amazing work and don't overcharge you. Also, they let you use the cake stand with a $50 deposit, and as long as you bring the cake stand back, you get your money back. They were very accommodating and I would recommend them to anyone!

Fratellis did a great job on our wedding cake. We changed our design 11/2 weeks before the wedding and they bright our vision to life.

Fratelli's provided us with cupcakes and a small round cake for the cake cutting ceremony. You could not beat their price and their cake is very light and delicious. We received a lot of compliments. I thought they could have went a little above the silver foil liners but I didn't specify this. Otherwise they looked great, the top tier was beautiful and everything tasted great.

My mother in law had gotten our Bridal shower cake at Fratellis and it was delicious, so when it came wedding cake time I knew where to go! I had read many reviews online as well as spoke with other people as to the best wedding cakes. We went in on a weekend morning and they had a table full of books to look at. I did feel as though a good portion of their cakes were "out of date" so perhaps some updating on their books is needed. I had a pretty simple straightforward idea of what I wanted in a cake. Lauren came out with 2 plates full of cakes. They were all amazingly delicious. We were so impressed with Fratellis that we hired them right on the spot and gave them a deposit. Towards the end I felt the communication had dropped off. I was told they would call me when they needed the cake topper so they would call or email me. I was out doing errands on the Thursday Morning before the wedding (Saturday Wedding) and decided to just drop in and leave the cake topper with them when I was in the area (about 30 min from my house). The women at the front seemed confused and couldn't find my order (she was also a bit rude) Now I started to Panic!!! 2 days before my wedding and they cant find my cake order and I haven't heard from anyone. She went into the back and came back out and said they haven't made my cake because I haven' paid yet. At this point I lost it. I told her the whole story and how I was suppose to be contacted and what would have happened if i hadn't just decided to pop in that day. Would I have not had a wedding cake? She assured me that was not the case but no matter how i looked at it I would have not had a cake. I would like to reiterate that not once was i called or emailed about this cake. I figured payment would be made day of just like all the other vendors. So in the end I wrote them a check on the spot and she assured me I would have a cake for my wedding day. In the end I did have a cake it was beautiful and delicious. Better than i had imagined

the taste of the cake was good but my wedding cake was lean over by time we got to the reception. i called them and noone called me back and i had to call again. they offered $50 credit but thats not enough when i have you over $500
