  Beautiful work, wonderful service

  I love my rings from Franzetti. My engagement ring was custom made and my wedding band was in stock. I couldn't be happier with their customer service.

  Excellent!

  My husband and I both got our wedding bands from Franzetti. From the second we walked into the store, they took us seriously and helped us find our perfect rings. I love that they are a small, family-owned business with reasonable prices and outstanding service. They have resized all of our rings and we have since been back to purchase other pieces of jewelry. They are our go-to jewelers in Austin - the quality, price, and excellent staff cannot be beat!

  My husband and I both got our wedding bands from Franzetti. From the second we walked into the store, they took us seriously and helped us find our perfect rings.   My now-husband proposed with a beautiful ring made of flowers because he could not figure out what to get me. I don't wear a lot of jewelry so I didn't even know what I would want!! After hours of searching online, I kind of had an idea of what I was going for but still needed guidance. I didn't even know what size I was!
  
  We went into Franzetti and was helped by Tony and another lady(I don't remember her name!). I was able to pick the perfect ring with a thin rose gold band just like I wanted and Tony helped us pick out the diamond since I had no idea where to go with that! He showed us all kinds of diamonds and clarity..He helped us stay under our budget with the perfect ring.
  
  We've been back twice since then to pick out our wedding band/ring. My husband had no idea what he wanted at all! Tony helped him pick out the perfect ring and he couldn't wait to wear it. (A REALLY GOOD SIGN for a man that never ever wears jewelry.)
  
  I was going to forego the wedding band..I loved my engagement ring and I thought eh..We're non-traditional, it'll be fine! Two weeks before the wedding, I decided I wanted the wedding ring...........I went in and asked Tony if there was any way. He made sure it happened!! They had it ready with time to spare!
  
  This family owned and run business is so wonderful. Everyone that works there is so sweet and knowledgeable. I am so happy we found them and plan to do all of our future business with them. :)

  Save yourself the trip elsewhere, because this shop is amazing. From the moment I walked in, Keri was attentive but not overbearing, took the time to listen to what I liked, and pulled together several combinations of rings to help me design the ring I wanted. I knew I wanted uncommon attributes, like palladium, two different colors of lab-created gemstones, and lab-created moissanite, and even though these materials make the ring less expensive than, say, a platinum diamond ring, Keri never once made me feel like I was worth less as a customer. In fact, when we were designing the ring on the software, she even pointed out that a .1 carat difference on the side stones could save me almost $600; I didn't end up downsizing, but good looking out! It was hard for me to envision my dream ring because the gemstone combination and setting were not on an already-existing ring, but the shop uses erasable markers to color cubic zirconia stones to get an idea of how the gemstones would look in that setting, which was invaluable to me. And when I couldn't make up my mind and asked if I could think on it during lunch and return to the store, they had no problem with that. When I returned, Keri helped me figure out how two different settings I loved could be combined, how big the accent and side stones should be, etc. I loved the ring on the design software and I'm in love with it now that it's on my finger. Franzetti's has earned my repeat business, and I will definitely return for our wedding bands and for future gemstone jewelry.

  Both my fiance and I both received really personal and intimate service when we were making such big decisions about the lasting symbol of our relationship together! We are both SO happy with our rings and have both gotten lots of compliments on them. Thanks for all of your help over the months.

  Franzetti's is a local family owned and run business that has amazing jewelry. Their quality is undeniable and everyone on this team is knowledgeable and sensitive to the needs of the buyer.   I'd been shopping for two months for a wedding band that would complement my simple engagement ring without being too boring, and had checked a large number/wide variety of stores. With a fast approaching deadline to pick something and a growing disenchantment with jewelers not really listening to me ("no, I don't want diamonds"), I expanded my searches further North.
  
  I'm not a chain store shopping kind of girl, so I'd been in a number of independent shops. Only a handful of those shops treated me like a potential customer (read, very high end stuff, or they thought they were).
  
  Then I got very lucky and found two awesome shops in the same day. One was Galleria, just up 38th from Franzetti's, the other being, um, Franzetti's. I was made welcome in Franzetti's, given a glass of water, and invited to look around while waiting for Bobby, who is a salesman/designer (maybe part owner? I never did ask...)
  
  I tried on an assortment of rings, found several rings that were strong possibilities, and looked through his design book. Huge selling point: he didn't try to bs me about diamonds and their sources. He basically said he understood my concerns, that as a member of the IJO they do their best to know the source of all their gems and only purchase from vendors that don't abuse basic human rights. And he never tried to sell me diamonds.
  
  I came back two days later with husband-to-be, re-tried the favorites, and realized that they weren't quite perfect. We discussed designing something I would like, Bobby did some sketches. After a lunch break to discuss, ended up deciding on designing my ring from scratch. We laid out the design, discussed coming back to check the design and pick out stones, cost and timeline. (Picking out the set of stones was fun. I've got teeny tiny rubies set in the middle of flowers. I wouldn't have thought I'd have such strong feelings about rocks, but it was cool to pick the ones that I though felt nicest.)
  
  In the end, I got exactly what I wanted in an amazingly short amount of time (about a month) for $1000. Bobby, Cara (Carrie? Sorry, I forget) and everyone else there were all so amazingly nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this shop if you're looking for excellent service and gorgeous, kinda funky jewelry.
